I have ordered "Knotyy Flip Cover for Redmi 9 Power (Multicolor)" on 10th October, 2021. The product was shipped and reached the nearest delivery location on 12th October, 2021 at 11.13 pm. At first the delivery date was 12th October, 2021. In the evening of that very day, a customer care executive called me and requested to wait till 15th October, 2021 to get the product delivered. But when it was not delivered, on 15th October, 2021 at 8.00 pm I called your customer care executive and that person guaranteed me that the product must be delivered within 16th October, 2021 and if not delivered one of your customer care executives called me and solved the issue. Again yesterday, i.e., on 16th October, 2021 I contacted your escalation team and she advised me to wait again for 48 hours. And she told me that from now on she will take care of this issue. But when I asked her the issue had already escalated since 12th October, 2021, she told me that as she is taking the case, the case will start from now and she will not take any responsibility about the conversation with the previous executives as well as the previously escalated issue. Then I asked her if it is possible to connect the previous agents as well as her after disconnecting the call to know the status of my issue. She told me it was not possible. So it means everytime when I called your customer care, my issue only re-escalated and cannot be possible to track. However she also promised me to give what she promised in writing through the registered email. But till now I have not received it. Though I have a call recording regarding this, if needed I can attach it as well.

Please deliver this urgently and it is also required to compensate for my time. Recently I have been getting such worst, nonsense behaviour from customer care executives for some of my orders. You should train them or if they are trained you should take action against them. .
