I purchase a android phone online ordered and delivered on 10th Oct 2021. I tried to instak my dual sims. I am not able to use it conveniently.
I raised return registration through flipkart portal, they don't have provision of the complaints about the products, to recieve from customer. They don' lister ir read the issues of the products sold through online .
They simply rejected the return request, they are suppose to do return process. The following complaints about the product delivered.
Reasons for return inflix HOT 10 PLAY.
1. screen brightness is very very poor.
2. Dual sim is not configurable to apps like a) face book, b) whatsup c) messenger d) skype etc..,
3. though it is octacore, slow processing.
4. SMS is not received, not user friendly.
I request an immediate action to resolve this issue, return the product.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by P A Manoharan There is no response, item is lying idle. daily there is a phone call and seeks grade for their service.
How can I grade them? very poor interaction and customer support.
