Im a flipkart user, my registered mobile number is [protected] in fllipkart, since last two years when im trying to login there is a issue showing like an error "Login Unsuccesful please retry in a munite". and i attatched image for full clarity. please see this and let me know what is the reason behind this problem. Thank u.

    I had ordered Nike Downshifter 11 Men's Running shoes on 3rd Oct 2021 which were delivered on 5th Oct 2021,

    The item received by me had no price tag and brand tag on it, I just received the shoe box along with shoes. I wish to return the same item, since the item is without price tag, the delivery agent rejects the pickup.

    I have contacted customer care and tried to explain my situation to them, each time they have assured me that my item would be picked up but it fails every time. Without any prior information my request gets cancelled on its own instead every time the return request was placed by customer care executive.

    I urge you to arrange my pickup ASAP and refund as the return window of my product end on 19th Oct 2021.

    Please look at the below screenshot of my cancelled return requests-

    I tried contacting over email ([protected]@flipkart.com) but to my shock, the same is discontinued. Whenever I ask the customer care to transfer the call to a senior for escalation, they disconnect the call. This is pathetic service, flipkart is turning out to be like a cheap unreliable site which has the worst customer support. I have lost my peace of mind because of this. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

          This complaint is for the order ID- OD[protected].
          I have Ordered this on 8 Oct 2021 and the expected delivery was on 12 OCT 2021.
          But what I can see is that the delivery date has been extending again and again like 12oct then 15 oct then 17 oct and recently they gave me the new one which is 21 oct.
          @Flipkart don't make false promises to your customers on delivery atleast.

          I hope today (18 oct 2021) I can receive my order, but I'm certain of your Ekart's delivery speed won't be a match.

          One of the reason why Amazon is much better than Flipkart is delivery.

          Kindly deliver my order today.

          Update: Issue resolved, I talked to the customer care service many times. I raised my issue multiple times, even after doing so many thing the delivery was delayed multiple times. In a nutshell it was all out of my control.

            Ordered the item by online payment with the guarantee of this company to deliver it on 11 October 2021. Item not received on that date. I contacted customer care and they schedule another date for 13 October 2021.item not received on that date also. Contacted customer care again and now they scheduled date again.I lost many money due to this irresponsible act from the company flipkart. I would like to claim for a compensation for my loss of money time and pride.

              Regarding Order-no. OD[protected], So my order reached destination on 5th oct and it was scheduled to be delivered on 7th oct but i received a email from flipkart that order is delayed due to logistics constraints and it will now be delivered on 8th oct but that day was also gone, Now i raised this issue with flipkart escalation team, On 14th oct. i receive a call and email from escalation team that my order will be delivered by 7pm, That day was also gone without any delivery, Now on 15th oct again i received a call and email from escalation team now they said your product is untraceable, On 17th oct again call/email comes they said my order will be delivered by 7pm on priority basis and i was given a area manager number (Name - Pushpinder), So i reached him he said the same that order will be delivered by 7pm, So I waited but order was still not delivered, So i reached him again after 7pm, Now he said my order will be delivered by 9pm. At 8:26pm i receive a call from Pushpinder saying delivery guy has lost 4-5 packages while on delivery vehicle and requesting me to cancel the order, I'm very sure that he's making excuses and telling lies. I also have call recording for the same. I want the order to be delivered at the same price i ordered in big billion days and i also want proper investigation in this matter.

                    I ordered diaper on[protected] and paid via Paytm wallet but tha transaction failed at Flipkart I try touch with Flipkart support via call twitter handle but everytime I got response your query handle by our specialists. Today 11 days still I not received. In Flipkart app till today it show order not placed.flipkart and Paytm are juggling mi 11 days i am not rich person person not have the amount 1009 is too big for me I just trying save money on big billion day and this happen.

                      Placed an order for a mobile phone on flipkart and paid through credit card emi. The order was placed successfully, and the status showed that my packet was picked up by the courier service. But after the package reached my nearest hub, it showed my order was cancelled by the seller.
                      I wanted my order on urgent basis because I had to leave in a few days. I can't even place a new order because I have to pay through emi and the emi credit refund will be refunded in few days. So, until the emi refund is not complete I can't place a new order. What am I supposed to do? If flipkart would have not accepted my order, I would use the emi credit to order from somewhere else. But now I am not left with any option. And on top of that, flipkart isn't responding properly to my consumer calls and complaints. The customer care is not responsive and cuts the call in between and one of them put me on hold for inevitable time. This behaviour is highly disrespectful towards costumers and it has disturbed my mental peace. I am constantly worried, calling flipkart again and again for resolution, even the price of product is increased by 5000 so I want flip kart to provide me gift card of 5000 as a compansation

                          This is regarding a replacement request for an item from Order ID - OD[protected] .

                          I have ordered a Levi's jeans but I have received a jeans of different brand.
                          Return was raised as soon as I received and opened the package.
                          Thrice I have placed the return replacement request but it's getting rejected.

                          Even though Flipkart app has return option for exact reason "Received wrong item/Received product of different brand ".
                          Yet, I am not being accomodated on that account.

                          I have tried to reach out to customer support but no body seems concerned about my issue and the calls get disconnected every time.
                          Whenever I ask the Customer rep to transfer the call to escalation team/manager they put me on hold and disconnect the call.
                          I have dropped a few emails but no response on that either.

                          As per your unusual/illogical request asking for my personal information, I had already shared my Aadhar & PAN . I am not sure what this information will be used for but still my return is not completed rather rejected.

                          I suppose this Flipkart plus membership is just a hoax and of no use to the customer.

                          Along with this I have two more products from the same order, that were supposed to be delivered on 11th October but are not yet delivered, and it's at the out for delivery status since 11th Oct. and it's 17th today.

                          Such kind of support is very dissappointing from a Global business owner like Flipkart.

                          I would really appreciate, if you can take care of the replacement request and provide with replacement of the right product.
                          Humble request, do not cancel or return my orders that are yet to be delivered.

                          This is an escalation, kindly take this on priority.

                              I ordered one TV from flipkart worth Rs.38999, had to cancel the order for some reasons, my request for refund got accepted but I have not received the money back since more than a week. On calling the customer care, I just get apologies and wait time from them.
                              The order ID for your reference is OD[protected] and I was told Flipkart would contact me to resolve the issue at the soonest, but flipkart has made no contact what so ever to help me with my issue

                                  I have purchased a product on Flipkart. The product name is iPhone 12 amount of 42549. I have ordered on the 2nd of October and the delivery date was the 5th of October. I have waited till 5th to get the product but they didn't deliver the product on the promised date. On the 5th of October, i have tried to contact the delivery boy but they didn't pick up the phone neither he had given any updates regarding this.

                                  After that, I have raised multiples complaints to the Flipkart support team to get the product delivered but they always make me a fool promise that they will deliver on 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th 18th Oct and 19th of Oct.

                                  Today(16th of October) I have received a message that the seller has cancel your product due to the nondelievery of address. I would like to mention that they have not tried any single out of delivery attempt to deliver the product then how can they say nondelivery of address. I have attached the snapshot of the courier tracking for your better understanding. Please consider it.

                                  After that, today I have found the address of the nearest hub where my product was currently located. I have seen my product on my nearest hub. so that's is clear that the seller/Flipkart is playing a game of foolness with the customer. I have asked the nearest hub executive to deliver the product but they suggesting me to please talk with the Flipkart support team and if they will unmark the cancel process then I can deliver to you. At the same time, I have talked with the Flipkart support team and requesting many times to please talk with the nearest hub and seller and please deliver my product but they refused to do this. They have stated a foo[censored]pdate that your product is reached at seller address so I can't do this but that time the product was on my nearest hub and still, the product is on mt nearest hub.

                                  In this case, Flipkart/seller is playing a game because the current amount of product has been increased high so they have cancel my product without any updates with fake updates.

                                  When I have purchased the product then i have used another user credit card to pay the amount and i have already paid on the same date. I had paid the amount on the 2nd of October and now they have done the product refund.

                                  The main concern is, I have also used the phone exchange offer on this product. When I have seen the out-of-delivery status on 5th of October then i have format my old device to get the new one. Due to this, I have lost my all phone data, contacts details, SMS, important media files, and some very useful official client data. This is a big cheating case for innocent users.

                                  You can see in the attached ekart tracking snapshot that they haven't tried any single attempt to deliver the product then how can they mark the address is non deliver or RTO. Please have a look of all attached images files for your consideration.

                                  Further, i would request you to please take this case on your high priority as I need justice for the same as I am a common man with no big amount of money back up. I have taken this fund with my one of my family member to buy and now they are making me fool. I have also twitted everywhere to get the product delivery but no one has been resolving my product. I have only hope from you as I have a belief in you as you will get justice for me.

                                  I need justice for:

                                  - Financial fraud
                                  -The lost data of my old phone
                                  -Time wasting
                                  - Loss of company data
                                  - mental harrasment

                                    I have purchased a Shirt from Flipkart on 23 Sept, 2021 with Order ID OD[protected] . But because of size issue I have been trying to cancel the order since 25 Sept. I have tried by myself and also called customer service numerous times but the issue has not been resolved yet. The product also hasn’t even shipped yet after so much time.

                                      I had ordered iPhone 12 128gb on 2nd of October. By making online payment 51999/- But till now no proper update was given. They told me product will be delivered by oct 6th. And they shifted that date to 11th of oct. After writing to mails. And making calls. They the update stating that product will be shipped today on 17th oct but till now. No shipment is done. And till now no compensation has been paid on this. I’m looking for the product badly. Because of my got destroyed I had ordered a new one but till now no update has been given on it. Please kindly do needful.

                                        Flipkart is providing an offer with the name of "Steal Deals" in which around 3 products are available for Rs.1 and Rs.19 respectively but a customer has to make a purchase of Rs.600 or above for making an order.
                                        I have ordered 25 products which totalled Rs.1200+.

                                        At the time of delivery 4 items were missing of which they sent a refund immediately. Problem here is that I am being cheated as 2 of the items which were missing belongs to the category of "Steal Deals" and I wanted those items not a refund as I only ordered because of that particular "Steal Deal" offer.

                                        Products missing are

                                        2. Flipkart Supermart Home Essentials Lavender Blocks ₹19
