My order number OD[protected] was cancel on tenth day by filpkart.As per documented on filpkart and Ekart logistic my product was reach to the center hub Bhiwindi and as per sms it was going to deliver to me with 3 days.my order is prepaid and for ordering i have face many issue.i have complaint many time to filpkart about service.my Tracking ID:FMPP[protected] when check on ekart site showing 1day back that my order is reached in my city suddenly route changed to mumbai and order rejected. When i received sms of shipment i have requested filpkart that please if possible delivered my order as early as possible and it was agreed but today it is cancel without any valid reason say that route change to wrong destination. How it is possible, is filpkart considering 30000 product grocery and they are not taking complaint regarding the order which is cancelled by them no reason no compensation, filpkart is doing fraud customer if they do not have product or the product damage, city change .all this reason given by customer support. My money is used my filpkart for so many days. There is no escalation matrix no nodal officer. No customer service value, filpkart is not a manufacture but providing service to customer and at this stage do you think this kind of service are worth and not accepting any guilty nor pay for it, My time and money waste, person are order the product as per dead line may dead line mention was 21 October then also order cancelled. This is some time of scam by filpkart.order cancelled before dead line given. There is no nodal officer. Now flpkart is not a new company that government are not taking action on it.Now the price of my product is more and i have being harrass by this third class service. I need compensation for that i need guidance to go to court, Why should suffer and reorder all should be done my flipkart, they may not cancelled my order but can be replaced or may be delayed or delivered new product.Ekart is also liable to pay me, how could any company can change person address when i getting all other product at my same address from 20 year from many logistic company

I don't want notification, I want my product to be delivered, it not me but i know 10 people order cancelled and all are bank discounted orders.it a scam by flipkart and Ekart diverting all to the customer who pay higher amount.How is possible route change when from last 20 year i am getting my order at same address form flipkart.Ekart hub hardly 50 km from my house then also order cancelled before due date.either you don't have product and just in the competing Amozon .flipkart change there sale date earlier take fake order or diverting order to other customer. please give answer or i will file petition with other 10 peoples.

    I recently ordered an expensive pair of puma shoes from flipkart in big billion days sale. But flipkart delivered my a very cheap, completely different and local brand product. Wrong product was delivered. Also their delivery boy didn't hear my request. I am daily writing to their customer support but no is paying attention towards my request and problems. It's a prepaid order. Order id is OD[protected]. Please help me. I literally saved money for those shoes. Their customer support also do not resolve the issue they just ignore my requests and do not reply. Please help me!!!

    The flipkart and it's customer support is still ignoring me, does not understand my problem. Flipkart is always giving me a new time deadlines to resolve the isse. Please help me! I want my product back as soon as possible! Please make the replacement. Customer support does not resolve my issue. I requested the replacement on 13 October 2021 but today is 18 October 2021. Flipkart customer support promised to resolve the issue by 15 October but still no action has been taken. Please do something. I am very disappointed 😟.

      OD[protected]” on 2nd October 2021 from Flipkart.
      The price of the product is ₹756 + 50SC and the promised delivery date was 7th October but due to some unknown reason, the product was not shipping still 12 October 2021.

          I had ordered IPhone 12 128 GB on 2nd oct . In big billion day. By making 51999/- but till now i didn’t received my product till now. I tried to contact through call and mail. But no proper had been given. And they were asking to wait since 6oct . But till now no update. Today also tried to contact them they had extended the time to 21st oct.

          How many does you take to get a updating it you guys only tell you will revert but you will revert no one knows. And till now no compensation is also paid for the order which I haven’t received till now. And you will be giving all the fake commitments to the customer. Nothing will be genuine. No proper update also will be given. They why did you run a company with such Fake ethics.

            I wanted to order something from Flipkart and paid via Paytm but the order failed and payment got debited, they said the amount will be credited back into my Paytm wallet in 24 hours so I tried again and got the same error, my money is not been refunded yet for both the orders its been 10 days should I enquire consumer court now?

                I ordered a laptop on October 4th and was promised to receive it by 8th. It got delayed by 2 days first. Then on 10th, I receive an email stating it has got further delayed, this time by 4 days. Finally the product arrives but the delivery boy is illiterate and cannot use the app he's supposed to use to complete the exchange offer. He proceeds to charge me an amount equivalent to the old laptop even after he told me all checks were complete and passed. He was confused and didn't even know what checks to do and how to do it. Calls his manager to get help with every step but still fails to understand anything. I told him to leave and send someone the next day. Since then, I've not heard from Flipkart. They have ignored all my messages and emails. All they say is that my delivery has been delayed and will be resolved. Haven't got a single update. It's October 16th today and I'm afraid of cancelling my order because I'm not so it's whether Flipkart will return my money or not. I'm staying put and waiting for my product to arrive. On a side note, they haven't offered any concession or discount. They haven't promised me that my product will be delivered either. Flipkart needs to be sued.

                  I got my moto g60 on 11 oct 2021 with exchange policy using my redmi 5a, but i saw that there was a cracking/poping sound was coming from the back panel near camera and volume buttons. i placed the replacement request on 11 oct itself. i was told that my issue will be resolved within 72 hrs but till now no update has been provided by the team. they say that the issue will be resolved in next 24 to 48 hrs but issue remains unresolved.

                    Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                    I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.below my imei and error which occurred.

                    I haven't made any order yet but I want to buy oppo a33 and I want to exchange my motorola Moto g9 phone which I purchased from flipkart in fabruary 2021 order I'd of that phone is OD[protected] imei number of that phone is [protected] or [protected] when I entered all details like pincode 382010 then brand motorola, then model moto g9 and imei then it show massage that IMEI does not match with motorola Moto g9 which screen shot I share earlier I also conform my imei with motorola and they said that imei is working And my phone is under warranty so there no issues from there side so take necessary action on this if you want any future details about this contact me on [protected]@gmail.com

                      I have ordered TP-Link Archer C6 MU-MIMO Gigabit 1200 Mbps Wireless Router (Black, Dual Band) on 6th Oct, 2021 through prepaid method. It showed expected delivery date as 11th Oct. But my product has reached Nellore(nearest) Hub, but still they postponed my order to oct14 saying my order is out of delivery area(Pincode- Address mismatch) which is completely fake. They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pin-code and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order. Even I went to Nellore courier hub to collect my order since they are saying that they cannot deliver by spending money from my pocket which is 30Km from my place on 12Oct and 15Oct. But they behaved rude with me and did not answered at all to me. even today i went to Nellore Hub to collect my order they gave my order. I want an compensation of rs2000 for late delivery of my products. Due to your late delivery i had faced mental trauma and harassment. I went 3 or 8 times to their Hub(Ekart office) which is 30 km from my place which costed me around rs500.So i demand Flipkart to give me compensation of Rs2000 for causing mental torture, harassment, cheating and loss of money to me.

                              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                Flipkart order I'd. OD[protected]

                                Ordered on 2nd Oct 2021,

                                5th Oct rcvd dead laptop..5 th Oct raised return replacement. Till now 4 th time return replacement cancelled by flipkart...even 2 flipkart executive visited and declared as dead laptop.

                                Repeatedly follow up and talking chats, return and replacement completed on 12th oct….

                                Again, rcvd not working dead laptop on 12th oct 2021, Within 1 hr we raised the concern and asked to return and replacement, but this time we suggested for refund, and we choose the same.

                                13th scheduled for pickup, 14 again we received the message return request cancelled by providing wrong feedback from courier company.

                                15th Oct Rcvd the Msg

                                (We're writing in continuation to your last contact to know the status of the pickup for your acer Nitro 5 Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 4600H - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/4 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650) AN515-44/ AN515-44-R9QA / AN515-44-R8VS Gaming Laptop from order with id OD[protected]. We are sorry that the seller could not fulfil your return request.)

                                Now again 15th Return approval and 16th pick up schedule…but don’t know whether the courier will do the same thing again doubtful.

                                About Seller is fraud seller, he is trying to sell his nonworking product in small cities, and the practice of doing repetitive cancelling of return. So finally, customer can visit the service centre and try to get resolve from service centre.

                                This strategy he is doing.

                                After experiencing thing with me. I went for social reviews and got this.

                                From no where i able to get correct information not from call not for chat. And every day its postponing the pickup and settlement of refund.

                                    I have ordered a Durafit treadmill on 2nd october on flipkart for Rs.34, 985/- for which i had paid through my flipkart axis bank credit card REF No. [protected]. But i cancelled my order the same day for some reason, and the seller also initiated the return on the same day, that is 2nd Oct 2021. Flipkart said the refund will show in the credit card on or before 8th of october. Its 16th october already. I have not received any refund, also the axis bank app has started showing minimum due payable Rs. 2749/- neither axis bank nor flipkart is helping me out in this regards.

                                      Hi I have a flipkart account associated with another no which has been blocked for past 7 days. By which I have been getting a same email from their end that they have noticed a trend in which I purchase things in an intention to resell which is not true. So please help me with the same and help me in unblocking my account. I have contacted flipkart several times and I keep getting the same reply even though i have not purchased many things from my account.                                       I was called and told my account is blacklisted and I would have to create a new account. Why is that so when it's not my fault. Your'll are blaming me that I use my account for reselling. Can you share the proof regarding the same. Because this is how your'll blame the customers so that the efforts taken by him or her to earn supercoins or any other credits should go in vain.                                       My account has not yet been unblocked. Just the same pathetic response as always that I use my account for reselling inspite of having only two orders.
