Dear Team,
I purchased Apple I mac on sep23rd, As per product specifications, I have to get Magic keyboard with touch ID option. but delivered only magic key board. I logged complaint to flipkart and they requested 10days time to refund amount which is cost of Magic keyboard with touch ID and due date is 10th of Oct, but as of now I didn't get any response.
I am requesting call back, but no one is calling and now status updated as issue resolved.
Can any one help me how to log a complaint against flipkart to get compensation on wrong product delivery.
