I ordered an Asus Rog Phone 5 from Flipkart on 6th of October, it is showing an expected delivery on 18th of October, but it hasn't even been shipped yet, the amount was debited as soon as the order was placed and the customer care system is trash they ask u to wait 5 days to get an answer to the question you've asked, kindly help and make it deliver on the expected date otherwise I'll have to cancel the order and buy it from Amazon where they have a much better delivery system!

    I purchased a laptop from flipkart of Rupees 65000, with this laptop flip and is offering google home @1499 but from last 25 days, I am trying to avial this offer but flipkart is not resolving my issue and I am coordinating with flipkart, they asked for screenshots for the issues . I shared everything but now they are not responding, they making fool out of which is not tolerable. If Flipkart think they can make fool of theirs customers and buff them with theirs false promises. I have all the call recordings of flipkart representatives and screenshots. I request Legal authorities to look in this matter and resolve my issue .

      I have brought MI tv from flipkart and delivery completed on oct-9.But installation is pending for 6 days.Flipkart mentioned that installation will be completed in 2-5 days but msg I got is installation will by done by oct-20.In product status it shows installation in progress when it’s not yet started.Also product return is by oct-19 but installation by oct-20.Tv is idle and we need to safeguard till that time .Why there is so much discrepancy in installation process?Very poor customer experience.Can this be resolved asap

          Sir I had ordered this product on 6 October 2021 at 9:17 pm. Flipkart promised that they will delivery my product by 11 October 2021. When I was tracking the order, I found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pin-code and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order. Even I went to Nellore courier hub to collect my order since they are saying that they cannot deliver. But they behaved rude with me and did not answered at all to me. But in Order tracking it is showing that this hub has my order. Flipkart changed my delivery date to 14 Oct but till now they did not delivery my order. their customer care is not responding properly. So i request flipkart to delivery my order fast and take action on nellore ekart office.

          Today even I went to nellore hub to take my order they behaved rude and did not gave my product. flipkart started sending message that they will cancel my orderwithout my permission since i had complained about flipkart. So i demand that flipkart has to deliver my order and has to pay rs2000 to me as compensation for mental torture, harrasment and cheating.

            I have received someone else packet by mistake and i informed courier peraon abut the same but now he is not picking up my calls nor he is taking any action

                I ordered an item on 3october which was delivered on 10th october for which i requested for return. they said return with be picked up upto 13 october and refund amount will be credited on 14 october. but till now they have not picked up the item. and my refund is pending .

                  I had ordered Fort Collins Jacket for Rs 559 the order was shipped by Flipkart and the delivery was scheduled on 5 Oct 2021 but due to some issues delivery date extended to 13 Oct 2021 but on 15 Oct the order was cancelled by Flipkart. So please help me I want that jacket or want that Flipkart was fined by official. Please look into the matter and resolve my issue.

                    The product which is received has 5 pieces and i had to assemble it.And among the 5 pieces one piece was Broken at the edge.I ordered a return and refund for the product as it was damged.The next day the flipkart wish master came said that he can't pickup the item stating that he is not adviced to pick it up and asked me to contact the flipkart customer support and said that they will do the needfull and he left.I called the customer support and they said that the will do the complete process by themselves but they didn't.So i raised an issue with the order and they called me and said that again they will do the refund.Since then for three days straight they are calling me and asking me my name, is this a right time, your product is such questions.They are calling me 4 times a day and asking these questions and they say that they would initiate the process and give me the refund and on October 14 the wish master again called and said that he can't pickup the item and that he would ask his superior and call me but he didn't.I'm fed up with them.My only mistake was ordering from Flipkart.Please solve this and get me the refund of amount ₹1199.

                        I have ordered boat storm smartwatch from Flipkart on 8th October and payment has done with Paytm wallets. order id: PZT[protected]A7OA501 and transaction id: [protected] and from Flipkart I have received message "order not confirmed because payment was not confirmed from the bank" but when I contacted with Paytm customer care they said that "amount has deducted successfully" also they have given confirmation letter from their end but still I have not received my money back to account and I'm attaching screenshots of all please help me out with this issue

                              I have ordered iphone 12 on oct 2, 2021 from flipkart big billion days sale. Booking id FMPP[protected] The order was supposed to deliver on 8 oct and it has reached to my nearest hub also. I called flipkart because they were not delivering my product and asked me to go to the hub. I made a visit to the hub on 10 oct but they made me to wait for more than 1 hour and their final ans was you will receive your order by tomorrow. But it was cancelled by flipkart on 14 oct. I called them because I was saving this money from last 6 months and im a middle class person. Now they are asking us to order again but unfortunately we will not be getting the same product at the previous price. It has hiked amd it is out of my budget.
                              Although they have initiated the refund but who will pay the extra amount as well as the amount of my mental trauma. I had viral hugh fever but I went to collect phone because I was in a need and it is around 20 km from our place.
                              I contacted to flipkart customer service for more than 30times

                                    I have ordered a Smartphone RealmeC21Y from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 11548 on 2nd of October 2021. Because of change in seller I cancelled it Within 10 minutes . I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 business days".
                                    I waited till 9th of october but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank on 8 October already by flipkart seller.When I tried several times to contact flipkart customer they have only one answer "your refund has been credited to your bank " I shocked very much because I am using flipkart since 4 years but this I didn't expect from flipkart.
                                    And also I contacted bank for refund from flipkart seller they say no refund has been credited from flipkart seller.
                                    And also when I called flipkart customer care they say we had Esaclated your complaint to our team about your issue . And I had also shared my bank statement to flipkart but no response .It is going to more than 12 days but no refund . Please its my humble request Please Refund My money As soon as possible . It is not small amount for me. I am so much worried about that I will get my refund or not, due to that I am so depressed.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I purchased Apple I mac on sep23rd, As per product specifications, I have to get Magic keyboard with touch ID option. but delivered only magic key board. I logged complaint to flipkart and they requested 10days time to refund amount which is cost of Magic keyboard with touch ID and due date is 10th of Oct, but as of now I didn't get any response.
                                      I am requesting call back, but no one is calling and now status updated as issue resolved.

                                      Can any one help me how to log a complaint against flipkart to get compensation on wrong product delivery.

                                        I have created flipkart account 7 years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
