Regarding Order-no. OD[protected], So my order reached destination on 5th oct and it was scheduled to be delivered on 7th oct but i received a email from flipkart that order is delayed due to logistics constraints and it will now be delivered on 8th oct but that day was also gone, Now i raised this issue with flipkart escalation team, On 14th oct. i receive a call and email from escalation team that my order will be delivered by 7pm, That day was also gone without any delivery, Now on 15th oct again i received a call and email from escalation team now they said your product is untraceable, On 17th oct again call/email comes they said my order will be delivered by 7pm on priority basis and i was given a area manager number (Name - Pushpinder), So i reached him he said the same that order will be delivered by 7pm, So I waited but order was still not delivered, So i reached him again after 7pm, Now he said my order will be delivered by 9pm. At 8:26pm i receive a call from Pushpinder saying delivery guy has lost 4-5 packages while on delivery vehicle and requesting me to cancel the order, I'm very sure that he's making excuses and telling lies. I also have call recording for the same. I want the order to be delivered at the same price i ordered in big billion days and i also want proper investigation in this matter.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
