As i can seen the date of out of delivery is 12th and today is 14th so i think it will be delivered on last date which is 14th but still i did not get my product and when i call to delivery boy he told me that he will delivered my product on 12pm, so when i hear that i was ask him again what time he told me that he will delivered 12pm but still not delivered after 2 days and again and again complaint at flipkart executive but no any reaponse or solved

    I had ordered an Apple iphone 12 (Red 128 GB) on 2nd October 2021 on Flipkart which was prepaid and I paid Rs.50, 999 for my product using ICICI Credit Card.

    The delivery date of my iphone was given 4th October 2021. On that day the delivery boy never tried to reach me and when I called him, he told me he was not able to find the phone, and made excuses like someone had taken it. So the iphone was not delivered to me. I raised a complaint to Flipkart regarding this issue on 4th Oct itself and they told me that it will be resolved by 8th Oct. From then onwards till date the status has been stuck at out for delivery stage. Even on trying multiple times I have not received any right information and updates from any customer care executive. They are just giving me the new dates and they don't have any idea about the process, just putting the call on hold and finally ending the call. Pathetic service from the Customer Care Executives. Seriously didn't know their 4 days could be this long. It's already been more than 10 days.
    Now today on the app, its showing your issue is resolved but no one from their side has contacted me. I tried reaching again to customer care but not getting any satisfactory response from them.
    This is seriously mental harassment because the amount of stress they have given me has my normal wellbeing and moreover I am not able to focus on my daily routine.
    I just want my refund.

      I had ordered a new Asus 15 inch oled ryzen 5500 laptop using exchange offer. The value of old laptop HP core i3 2nd gen Pavilion g6 was fixed at Rs. 8600. No question about any scratch on the body of laptop was asked in the questionnaire at the time of approval of exchange offer. However, at the time of delivery of the product today on 14.10.21, the delivery agent rejected the exchange offer just on the basis of some minor scratch on the outer body near corners and asked to pay the additional Rs 8600/- for delivery of new laptop. This is simply cheating and extortion by Flipkart and befooling customers in the name of exchange offers. How can you raise a question at the time of delivery, which is not part of your questions/ condition at the time of approving and fixing value of exchanged product?
      This conduct of Flipkart is deplorable and brings bad reputation to its brand. You just can't reject exchange offers on flimsy and non relevant grounds. All conditions including CPU, Ram, brand, storage, working of keypad, screen etc which were confirmed i the questionnaire are perfectly OK and match with the claims made at the time of making offer of exchange.
      I called the customer care and it was told that it is the discretion of the seller and they cannot do anything about it. I have learnt that many customers are facing these issues. As I dealt with Flipkart, it is their responsibility.
      It is requested to take appropriate steps to resolve this issue at the earliest.

        I had ordered fossil watch from flipkart but they delivered some local brand cheap watch name Rizzly. As ordered got delivered on 3rd october, 2021 after opening order I immediately made complaint to flipkart customer support regarding this and have shared all the details related to images and unboxing video also.
        But today return process has been cancelled and they have blocked my flipkart account.
        Watch price i got it from flipkart ₹10098+ some flipkart additional coin.

        Please resovle this issue.

          I ordered realme narzo 50A ..date 5 October...and the date of delivery 10 October...bt the order was not placed proper date...and after that... costumer care said delivery will be 14 Oct...and now they will be delivered 20th October...wht is this... please cancel my order ... refund my money...and flipkart is very bad online Shopping company... don't buy any product

              I have booked flight from Patna to Bangalore on 14th oct for 16th oct 2021 from Flipkart. Payment made and booking is still pending. I had contacted customer care multiple times, but no resolution. Also, there is no confirmation that I will get the money refunded. Customer care is saying to wait untill 16th Oct. Seriously, the flight is 16th morning at 11:50 am.
              I have a medical urgency due to that this ticket has been booked and I am not getting any confirmation whether the ticket will be confirm or will be refunded.

                Hi, I have ordered Boat airdopes 402( order I'd : OD[protected], I have received defective product on 11th Oct and refund request raised on the same day. I was guaranteed that product would be collected on or before 13th Oct but till now no one visited nor any information shared regarding return request. Here the point is I am trying to contact customer care and successfully connected 2 times one with my registered Mobile and other with alternate mobile number. Both the times CCE disconnected the call on purpose without giving any resolution. I strongly demand explanation for this type of act from Flipkart customer care otherwise I would file a consumer mental harrassment case.

                  I ordered Titan watch from Flipkart. Order ID is OD[protected]. Order placed on 03/10/2021 and delivery dated shared 12/10/2021. Product is not received on 12th and 13th oct. So I called delivery person on evening of 13th oct to know the status. He informed me that he do not have the parcel of mine so I told that then how it is possible because your number is showing me in the app. He told me that he will try to find my product if he has. On 14th morning he has stopped picking up my calls and does not respond. Kindly resolve this issue asap flipkart. Horrible experience!

                    It will be 2nd time product's delivery date didn't match with it's expected days. Product was ordered on 3rd October but it's 16 october still didn't shipped. When I contact flipkart they only told me to wait. Please do something.

                    What the hell ! Why they didn't give any response. Problem is not solve yet. How many days do I have to wait? It is day 15 after my order, still product didn't shipped.
                    It's showing arriving tomorrow but didn't shipped yet.

                          I purchased Samsung 345lt fridge on 4th October, delivered on 8th

                          Installation delayed and on 12th October Samsung service agent came and confirmed that there is some manufacturing defect on the same and request to replace the item.

                          I have been contacting customer care for reporting this issue. Till now no one trying to resolve the issue..

                            We ordered one mobile phone from Flipkart . Order ID is -OD[protected]
                            Expected delivery date was 10th October then it is extended by flipkart to 12th October.
                            After that flipkart cancel the order by giving the reason that there delivery parter are not able to deliver our address.
                            If the address is not deliverable then why was the order placed by flipkart.
                            Now we want our product from Flipkart or compensation for mental stress given by flipkart.

                                I ordered a mobile on 6th of October 2021 and it was placed successfully, the deleviry date was tod (10th of October) but my item is not Delever and the expected date was 13th of October and today now they are saying there is a issue for seller and they postponed for another 6days already iam waiting for 7 days. I'm totally disappointed .nearst hub my product not give. Kindly do the needfull.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have order Whirlpool 300 L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator from Flipkart on Saturday 02 oct 2021with order no. OD[protected], received product on 04 oct 2021, on 05 oct 2021 installation guy from whirlpool came and opens the box to proceed installation, when open and check the ### it he found their was a damage at the right side of refrigerator and one poll of socket was broken, immediately he asked to initiate for replacement and I did it same time on 05 oct 2021.
                                    Today it’s 14 oct 2021 still not it was replaced and no update has been received yet, daily calling CUSTOMER care team but every time they are Simply asking to wait 24hrs for all these days.
                                    I need a immediate resolution on this with all due respect at you.

                                        I ordered 23 grocery items from flipkart on[protected], which was delivered on[protected], oder Id: OD[protected]. The delivery guy unloaded all the items in a hurry and did not wait for the items to be counted and left. On counting we found that on item Dettol Hand Wash, item id: 38089400, was missing from the items. On contact the customer care executive he just put the call on hold and did not return back and the call got disconnected in a few minutes. On contacting a few more times no body replied from the other end.
                                        I'm a regular customer of flipkart and didn't expected such an unprofessional behaviour from its executives. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP.
