Flipkart blocked my account saying that i am cancelled so many products. Without inquiry, how can they block my account. Please take necessary action on them. How can they insult me. i have already purchase so many things and some of amount are big.

Recently, I had ordered a prepaid POCO x3 pro smartphone but for some reason, I cancelled the product. Still, the refund is not reflected in my account.It was paid via ICICI bank debit card.

My account was blocked. The reason is not actually correct. I have a big family and I am the sole person responsible for online purchases. There were multiple mobile purchase. But all are for my family.

I have been a customer of Flipkart for more than 7 years. I have not been given any reason or intimation for the reason of block by flipkart. 2 of my accounts have been blocked like this. I have flipkart points and am a flipkart plus member. I cannot even raise an issue anywhere or through the customer care. This is absolutely wrong....

I have joined Flipkart affiliate program in 2016 and i received last payment in Sep 2017. I set Payment mode as “EGV” and after successful completed condition for eligibility of EGV payment but still not received any payment from flipkart.
