LEVI'S Slim Men Blue Jeans.

This is regarding a replacement request for an item from Order ID - OD[protected] .

I have ordered a Levi's jeans but I have received a jeans of different brand.
Return was raised as soon as I received and opened the package.
Thrice I have placed the return replacement request but it's getting rejected.
Below are the Return IDs,

Even though Flipkart app has return option for exact reason "Received wrong item/Received product of different brand ".
Yet, I am not being accomodated on that account.

I have tried to reach out to customer support but no body seems concerned about my issue and the calls get disconnected every time.
Whenever I ask the Customer rep to transfer the call to escalation team/manager they put me on hold and disconnect the call.
I have dropped a few emails but no response on that either.

As per your unusual/illogical request asking for my personal information, I had already shared my Aadhar & PAN . I am not sure what this information will be used for but still my return is not completed rather rejected.

I suppose this Flipkart plus membership is just a hoax and of no use to the customer.

Along with this I have two more products from the same order, that were supposed to be delivered on 11th October but are not yet delivered, and it's at the out for delivery status since 11th Oct. and it's 17th today.

Such kind of support is very dissappointing from a Global business owner like Flipkart.

I would really appreciate, if you can take care of the replacement request and provide with replacement of the right product.
Humble request, do not cancel or return my orders that are yet to be delivered.

This is an escalation, kindly take this on priority.

    I ordered one TV from flipkart worth Rs.38999, had to cancel the order for some reasons, my request for refund got accepted but I have not received the money back since more than a week. On calling the customer care, I just get apologies and wait time from them.
    The order ID for your reference is OD[protected] and I was told Flipkart would contact me to resolve the issue at the soonest, but flipkart has made no contact what so ever to help me with my issue

        I have purchased a product on Flipkart. The product name is iPhone 12 amount of 42549. I have ordered on the 2nd of October and the delivery date was the 5th of October. I have waited till 5th to get the product but they didn't deliver the product on the promised date. On the 5th of October, i have tried to contact the delivery boy but they didn't pick up the phone neither he had given any updates regarding this.

        After that, I have raised multiples complaints to the Flipkart support team to get the product delivered but they always make me a fool promise that they will deliver on 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th 18th Oct and 19th of Oct.

        Today(16th of October) I have received a message that the seller has cancel your product due to the nondelievery of address. I would like to mention that they have not tried any single out of delivery attempt to deliver the product then how can they say nondelivery of address. I have attached the snapshot of the courier tracking for your better understanding. Please consider it.

        After that, today I have found the address of the nearest hub where my product was currently located. I have seen my product on my nearest hub. so that's is clear that the seller/Flipkart is playing a game of foolness with the customer. I have asked the nearest hub executive to deliver the product but they suggesting me to please talk with the Flipkart support team and if they will unmark the cancel process then I can deliver to you. At the same time, I have talked with the Flipkart support team and requesting many times to please talk with the nearest hub and seller and please deliver my product but they refused to do this. They have stated a foo[censored]pdate that your product is reached at seller address so I can't do this but that time the product was on my nearest hub and still, the product is on mt nearest hub.

        In this case, Flipkart/seller is playing a game because the current amount of product has been increased high so they have cancel my product without any updates with fake updates.

        When I have purchased the product then i have used another user credit card to pay the amount and i have already paid on the same date. I had paid the amount on the 2nd of October and now they have done the product refund.

        The main concern is, I have also used the phone exchange offer on this product. When I have seen the out-of-delivery status on 5th of October then i have format my old device to get the new one. Due to this, I have lost my all phone data, contacts details, SMS, important media files, and some very useful official client data. This is a big cheating case for innocent users.

        You can see in the attached ekart tracking snapshot that they haven't tried any single attempt to deliver the product then how can they mark the address is non deliver or RTO. Please have a look of all attached images files for your consideration.

        Further, i would request you to please take this case on your high priority as I need justice for the same as I am a common man with no big amount of money back up. I have taken this fund with my one of my family member to buy and now they are making me fool. I have also twitted everywhere to get the product delivery but no one has been resolving my product. I have only hope from you as I have a belief in you as you will get justice for me.

        I need justice for:

        - Financial fraud
        -The lost data of my old phone
        -Time wasting
        - Loss of company data
        - mental harrasment

          I have purchased a Shirt from Flipkart on 23 Sept, 2021 with Order ID OD[protected] . But because of size issue I have been trying to cancel the order since 25 Sept. I have tried by myself and also called customer service numerous times but the issue has not been resolved yet. The product also hasn’t even shipped yet after so much time.

            I had ordered iPhone 12 128gb on 2nd of October. By making online payment 51999/- But till now no proper update was given. They told me product will be delivered by oct 6th. And they shifted that date to 11th of oct. After writing to mails. And making calls. They the update stating that product will be shipped today on 17th oct but till now. No shipment is done. And till now no compensation has been paid on this. I’m looking for the product badly. Because of my got destroyed I had ordered a new one but till now no update has been given on it.               Flipkart is providing an offer with the name of "Steal Deals" in which around 3 products are available for Rs.1 and Rs.19 respectively but a customer has to make a purchase of Rs.600 or above for making an order.
              I have ordered 25 products which totalled Rs.1200+.

              At the time of delivery 4 items were missing of which they sent a refund immediately. Problem here is that I am being cheated as 2 of the items which were missing belongs to the category of "Steal Deals" and I wanted those items not a refund as I only ordered because of that particular "Steal Deal" offer.

                Ordered the HP laptop on 5 October 2021, Received on 12 October 2021 through #Flipkart with Order ID - OD[protected].

                The product I received has a manufacturing defect as the screen appears to have a "brown colored rectangular spot right at the center of the scree" which is more visible when the background color is light and create issue while normal usage.

                Not accepted from such a big brand #HP and #Flipkart assured seller, I have raised the issue and request a replacement with a brand of new laptop on 12 October 2021 itself at 11:30 PM but my issue is still not resolved. My time and patience is going in vain.

                Urge you to please look into this as soon as possible as I need a laptop urgently can not deal with this NG product. And after spending 36, 250/- I am not in a position to take any further risk.

                Secondly, the seller name reflected is PETILANTE ONLINE however the invoice came in the name of IDOSPIRIT PRIVATE LIMITED, WB.

                Please understand on the customer end, and provide the resolution as soon as possible.

                  I had ordered a CASIO Classwiz FX-991EX Scientific Calculator.
                  Originally I got an unit in decent condition, but only one problem, the cover was too loose -so I requested replacement.
                  --As per tracking details it came from Gurgaon.

                  The replacement I received has fingerprints & gunk on solar panel, and scratches on plastic. Also seal was broken inside the casio box (bubble wrap envelope seal inside it).
                  --But, the tracking details reveal that it came directly from Kolkata WB - which is my nearest city - instead of coming from Gurgaon again.

                  Therefore, it would appear to me that for replacements, Flipkart is sending people the returned products of other users.
                  Likely I got the returned product of some other person in my state (WB)- hence it originated from WB itself.

                  By now, 2 agents have informed me that 2nd time replacements are also possible if you contact customer support. Even when you are getting only refund option, you can contact us & we can book 2nd time replacement.

                  But for this product there appears to be some glitch & they told to try 2 days later if they can get the option then.

                  So I would request Flipkart team to kindly book a 2nd time replacement for the same, the seller was RetailNet (flipkart itself)- so it should be no problem.
                  I purchased this in sale & now the price has gone up.

                    I have ordered 15 groceries on 25.09.2021 on Flipkart. Proposed delivery date was 27.09.2021.But on that very date they only deliver 05 items out of 15, saying rest will be delivered on 30.09.2021.But from then they delaying my delivery day by day. Today is 17.10.2021 and still no confirmation of delivery. A lot of calls have been attended by different customer service agents in different times but they only repeating the words "your problem will be resolved soon" and taking a time of next 48 hrs. for resolution at each time they talked. they are extending times for last 20 days without a resolution.Now Flipkart consumer helpline denying their responsibility on delivering items.                     They are advising me for cancelling my order. As I need those products very essential in daily life, I will not cancell my order any how. If Flipkart is unable to deliver then they should refund me with some extra compensation without any condition.

                          I purchased an mobile from flipkart on 3-October-2021 bearing order number OD[protected] and the product was delivered to me on 4-October-2021 and since then I have raised a complaint ‘n’ number of times that the “Invoice isn’t available in the website/app of flipkart”. Furthermore, every time I raised a complaint, the customer care representative would state the same point that “the delivery of item isn’t updated in their system and will be resolved soon”. To substantiate my point, I have attached a screenshot as well. Additionally, if any issue arises in my phone, I’ll not be able to visit the service center because I am not provided with the invoice yet and also flipkart should be aware that selling a phone without tax invoice is totally illegal.

                            I ordered a ROG laptop. On Flipkart app it shows that the promise date of shipping was 13th Oct and promised delivery date is 19th Oct but till now my product is not shipped how can I expect that it would be delivered by 19th of October. When I call Flipkart customer service they always told me to wait till 20th of October but doesn't give me any proper reply regarding the issue. Now I even don't will I will get my order as I got this laptop in big billion day sale and do not like if Flipkart will cancel my order. At this time I don't know should I will need to search for other laptop in sale or Flipkart will deliver it at promise date.

                                    I didn't order anything. One message came that Flipkart has requested rs 999 from you through UPI on 13-1021 at 9:58am and then again at 10:03 am same message came. Then my money deducted from my account without my permission. I don't even log into my UPI app.

                                    When I received the message I didn't even loged in to my UPI app.
                                    Then next day I check my account balance. It was only rs 6.30.
                                    Maybe Someone tranfer my money around rs 2000 by the name of Flipkart.
                                    Please try to solve my problem
                                    Now I am not able to use my account also.

                                    Does Flipkart do this kind of fraud?
                                    I haven't receive my refund back
                                    Please Flipkart take any action

                                      I placed mobile order through Flipkart and it's came to my nearest hub but due to delivery boy it's damaged at nearst hub so they requested new mobile phone from seller and then I am tracking my order from last 8 days it's showing me 3 times came to my nearest hub but didn't out for delivery I contact customer care they told me first time to wait till 13th of October after they told me to wait till 19th of October and now they told me to wait till 21. I already paid for my order and I place my order within offer time I think seller don't want to give my order thats why they delayed my order so many times.
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      From yesterday it's showing me my order is at my nearest hub so why not out for delivery.

                                        I have placed I phone 12 mini order during big billions day offer and they committed to deliver my order on 7th Oct. order reached to my home town located Flipkart hub on 5th however they didn't delivered. after lots follow up they committed another delivery date that is 9th Oct however they again failed to deliver on 9th. on 9th Oct again I did lots of follow up and, they were saying issue will be resolved on 13th Oct and, then given another date given that is 14th. on 11th Oct I got below msg """""" Flipkart Update: Sorry, your order for APPLE iPhone 12 Mini Blue has been delayed. A Gift Card equivalent to the shipping charge will be provided on order delivery. Alternatively, you can place a new order for this item. In appreciation of your patience, a Gift Card worth Rs. 2000/- will be added to your Flipkart account post new order is delivered."""" the same thing came on 14th Oct also. I preferred to wait for delivery because I phone 12 mini 64gb price reached to 45 k however during offer period it was 38k without bank offer. why should I placed new order on higher price so I preferred to wait for delivery even Adeeb from Flipkart he also mentioned yesterday you will be getting your order for sure and they are doing follow-up and, today morning, I got message that my order has been cancelled. Flipkart broken his promises more than 3 times for the same order and given wrong commitment. I want my order to be delivered on same price which It was given to me on 3rd Oct and need compensation on this harrasment which I have faced during this process. I was not able to travel anywhere because of this order as my phone was also in exchange with this order.

                                        Flipkart called me twice and offered 2k gift card after new order placed however now price reached to above 45k and exchange also not available. Flipkart already refunded the money but my case is related to compensation and order to be delivered on committed price.

                                        I don't want 2k. I just want my order to be delivered on the committed price which was offered to me on 3rd Oct along with bank offer and mobile exchange value.
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
