I have ordered grocery from flipkart on 6th of october, Order ID - OD[protected], Next day the delivery person came and i opened the package in front of him but there were 7 items missing from the package, i told the delivery person that these 7 items are missing.
1.) Kellogg's Chocos 1.2 KG - Rs.470
2.) Happilo 100% Natural Premium Californian Almonds 100g - Rs.145
3.) Tulsi Cashews 100g - Rs.120
4.) Pansari Blended Oil Plastic Bottle 1kg - Rs.177
5.) MDH (Haldi)Turmeric Powder 100g - Rs.34
6.) Flipkart Supermart Select Cumin Seeds (Jeera)-100g - Rs.33
7.) HEINZ Tomato Ketchup - 500g - Rs.99
He looked at the bill and checked the items himself and agreed with me and told me mam, we only deliver the grocery we dont know the actual items as it comes already packed from ghaziabad, Please contact the customer support and they will refund you for your missing items and since then i am in constant up and down with the flipkart customer support, 5 times i have registered a complaint regarding the missing items on flipkart and each time the seller is rejecting my request saying we have delivered the items and the package was intact even after showing the same to the delivery person the seller is not accepting the refund request for missing items, and i m stuck between the flipkart customer support who works like a bot everytime i tell them this thing they initiate a new return request like robots and seller keeps rejecting it and they are so blind to see that the seller is not refunding my money, but still they keep doing the same thing, I came on this platform for help but i am hopeless now.
