    My product already arrived at my nearest hub on 9th October. Today, on 12th October it was supposed to delivered to me. Yes this was the last expected date. But after 6:30 pm you changed the date to Oct 14th!!! Shame on you people, never gonna buy anything from Flipkart because of this in future.

      I've order prestige Atlas Aluminium Manual Glass Stove(Burners). I placed the order on 6th of october and it was expected to be delivered on 9th of october but flipkart delayed it by 3 days that is till 12th October (today) but it was not delivered again and when I talked to customer care about it he told me that it is in jaipur but it is showing me that it has been shipped but didn't reach my nearest hub. And customer care was not good he cut the call which was rude and your flipkart support is totally useless either change it or close your company and sit at home . That'll be better. I want compensation.

        I have received a faulty product on 09/10/2021 for which I went for replacement, so it was duly accepted by Flipkart on 10/10/2021. On 12/10/2021 I received a replacement product which is double defective & damaged as compared to the original one. Now they are not accepting this product for replacement and unnecessarily wasting Customer's time, efforts & energy by following such of their protocols & procedures.

          :- I have ordered one laptop from flipkart website on 2nd oct 2021. It reached my nearest hub on 4th oct and there was one unsuccessful delivery attempted on 4th oct 2021. Since then they are not delivering my product and customer service team is not giving proper resolution for my prepaid order wort Rs: 38K+.
          :- They are just giving standard answers and asked me to wait till 8th oct for delivery and then postponed to 9th oct and then finally they have deleted the estimated date. Every day they are giving standard responses and cheated me by taking my money and not delivering the product and not giving any proper resolution since 8 days.
          :- It is in my nearest hub since last 8 days and they are not ready to give address to collect it from the location. They are not responding to my emails and tweets also.
          They are telling that they have addressed my concern but that is a false statement. If they addressed my concern means order should get delivered to me right?

          Request you to please respond on this and provide me the resolution.

            Hi,
            I ordered an Apple iPhone 12 from Flipkart during the BBD sale on 02/10/2021. I received the order on the same day. This phone was for my family member and since I use a lot of Apple products, I placed a lot of orders from Flipkart so I had blind trust and just opened the box and removed the phone and gave it to my family member. They started using the device and realized the display was defective. When i checked i found out the display was defective. I went back and checked the box to investigate further and found that my box had missing items. The documentation and sim card removal tool and also the apple stickers.
            I believe the order delivered to me was either refurbished or a fraud.
            I buy a lot of stuff from Flipkart and have ordered over 2 lakhs worth products in this sale alone. I have even ordered an iPhone 12 mini that has no issues.
            I please request you to replace my device and give me a brand new phone for which I paid for.
            I contacted customer care on 08/10/2021 and they told me the issue will be resolved by 10/10/2021 and on 10th they told me it will be resolved on 12/10/2021 and today that is 12/10/2021 they informed me that the issue will get resolved by 15/10/2021. This issue is being dragged without resolution and I am being harassed.
            I request you to address my issue and replace my device or i will have to take my case to the consumer forum and media and the internet of how Flipkart scammed me.
            This is the last thing I would want to do as I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart and would like my issue resolved ASAP.

              We purchased KENT Ace 8 L RO + UV + UF + TDS Water Purifier from Flipkart with free demo and installation. Suddenly, Flipkart canceled the installation and demo of the product. Without, the demo and installation it is very difficult for us to use this product.

              Purchase was made in big billion days 2021 and the product was delivered on 3/10/21.

              I want Flipkart to do installation and demo of the product as it was mentioned in the website.

                      I have cancelled my product in flipkart application on 1st october, 2021 then they have initiated refund to my payment mode (Axis bank - credit card) and completed on 11th november, 2018.

                      Today when i checked my account but refund amount is not credited in my saving account.

                      I have contacted with flipkart customer care and they said it might be the bank's problem and we've initiated the refund from our side.

                        On October 4th I have booked my Sony PS5 and they said the ordered will be delivered by October 9th, now when I contacted Flipkart customer care they are saying today the order will be shipped and still that today has not arrived and again asking one more week time to resolve the issue. Is this some kind of fraud or what don't know. Very disappointed.

                            I have ordered grocery from flipkart on 6th of october, Order ID - OD[protected], Next day the delivery person came and i opened the package in front of him but there were 7 items missing from the package, i told the delivery person that these 7 items are missing.

                            1.) Kellogg's Chocos 1.2 KG - Rs.470
                            2.) Happilo 100% Natural Premium Californian Almonds 100g - Rs.145
                            3.) Tulsi Cashews 100g - Rs.120
                            4.) Pansari Blended Oil Plastic Bottle 1kg - Rs.177
                            5.) MDH (Haldi)Turmeric Powder 100g - Rs.34
                            6.) Flipkart Supermart Select Cumin Seeds (Jeera)-100g - Rs.33
                            7.) HEINZ Tomato Ketchup - 500g - Rs.99

                            He looked at the bill and checked the items himself and agreed with me and told me mam, we only deliver the grocery we dont know the actual items as it comes already packed from ghaziabad, Please contact the customer support and they will refund you for your missing items and since then i am in constant up and down with the flipkart customer support, 5 times i have registered a complaint regarding the missing items on flipkart and each time the seller is rejecting my request saying we have delivered the items and the package was intact even after showing the same to the delivery person the seller is not accepting the refund request for missing items, and i m stuck between the flipkart customer support who works like a bot everytime i tell them this thing they initiate a new return request like robots and seller keeps rejecting it and they are so blind to see that the seller is not refunding my money, but still they keep doing the same thing, I came on this platform for help but i am hopeless now.

                                  1. Had lodged a complaint (# JMUM[protected], about new Avita laptop not working, two months ago.
                                  2. Your service engineer visited & gave a shock by disclosing that it had refurbished mother board & not the original one.This is not only shocking but illegal also.
                                  But he promised, it will be replaced with original one.
                                  3. I waited for 3 weeks to get new mother board.
                                  4. After that, when service engineer came, he revealed that key board is also faulty.
                                  5. I am waiting for 2 weeks now for keyboard also, but no one turned up nor have given any feed back.
                                  6. I wonder which other parts inside are faulty ???

                                  Now my patience limit is over.Never experienced such pathetic service response anywhere.
                                  I expect you to replace this faulty laptop with new one .

                                    I purchased 265 liter Whirlpool refrigerator at the price of 21740 rupees from flipkart on 2nd October and the product was delivered on 4th October. When delivered, it was partially unboxed by delivery boy (bottom thermocol was not removed) and there was a dent on body which was not noticed. Next day on 5th October the same was noticed by wirpool engineer when he is there for demo. Same day the replacement complaint is raised to fliokart to replace the same but it's not been resolved after 2 escalation. It's been already 8 days after product delivered. Please help us get the right product.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I had ordered a phone on Flipkart with the exchange of my old phone. However, the delivery agent refused to deliver the phone at the same price, because he said that my old phone had some discoloration. However, I assure you that there is no discoloration (Will send pictures if needed). What's worse is, when I canceled my order, I got a refund of 100Rs lesser than originally paid, and one of your customer service agents said it's non-returnable as per policy. Now 3 points-

                                      1)My phone doesn't have any discoloration.
                                      2)I didn't get the new phone at the quotes price.
                                      3)I lost 100Rs.

                                      Whose fault is this? I do not care about your policies, because Flipkart has no right to pay me a lesser amount when there isn't a fault of my own. Let alone the time and effort it took me.

                                        I ordered an oppo enco earbuds from flipkart on 3rd october 2021 and received a box on 11th October 2021 in which product is missing. I contacted flipkart customer support for the missing product they told me I can't get the product as the product is out of stock.i again told them the product is there on flipkart then they told me product price is increased so I can't get the product but I can get the refund then they start asking me ID proof for verification which sound suspicious to me then they told me to update email address because future communications will be on email which I updated. On 12th October the email me that seller and delivery partner is confirmed that I got the product intacted so they will not refund my money. I again contacted them now they are asking me my brother adhar card details as on address his name is mentioned. I don't fell safe sharing mine and my family personal details with flipkart as they are going to share this to seller as customer care representative told me.i can't understand what to do please help
