Made a transaction to Flipkart via Paytm UPI on 2 October 2021 amounting to RS 2807. The said amount was deducted from my bank account and the transaction was shown as successful. However Flipkart said that it was a failed transaction and added that they didn't receive the payment.

    Hi

    Today my wife received a call from the delivery person with mobile no [protected] stating he will not delivery the order, thereafter upon saying that we are frequently getting orders delivered he turned aggressive and shouted back "I will not deliver because I don't feel like". As this was not a good way to talk to a lady I called him upon which he turned abusive shouting 'myre' and so on thereby cutting the call.
    The animalistic behaviour shown is not acceptable at any cost, and I am moving legally with consumer court against this if suitable action is not taken and communicated to me within 2 days.

    FOR YOUR INFORMATION WE ARE NOT ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM FLIPKART TO BE HARASSED BY SOME RANDOM PEOPLE

        I have ordered poco m3 4/64 variant from flipkart during big billion days. My order was shipped on time. But when it comes to delivery. It was delayed for more than 5 day. They raised an issue but the issues was not at all taken care i was just getting different dates everytime i called the flipkart customer care.

        Finally on the fifth day after the expected delivery date a delivery boy came with my product but he was not at all polite. He was not talking properly. He also refused by exchange even though all mandatory check was met as per expectations. Flipkart it self has mentioned that any smart phone in any working condition will be exchanged all three mandatory check are there that is
        1. Phone must be in working condition i.e. it must switch on.
        2. IMEI no. Should match has mentioned by me during the time of order.
        3. Screen lock must be disabled.
        4. Model of phone must be same as mentioned by me during the time of exchange.

        My phone was having all the above mentioned conditions. It was even successful in the app of delivery agent .But then also the delivery guy refused to take exchange and was forcing us to take the phone without exchange.

        After we refuse to do so he said that another delivery boy will be delivering. the order next day.

        But on the next day the order got canceled. Flipkart gave me the reason that order was canceled by seller because of some unknown reason. They just canceled the order without my concern. Also it was canceled just after the sale was over so that they can get extra money from reorder.

        This means all my effort got in veins.

        Now they are asking me to reorder the product if I want it again.

        Now there is a difference of 1000 in the price of product. Also now there is no bank offer. This means it will cost me around 2000 more.

        So this means they have wasted my 10-15 days and they have my money during this period. They are not providing me any reason of canceling. And they want me to pay 2000 extra an wait again for 10-15 days fro same.
        Even no compensation was made.

        This is such a rediculous act by Flipkart. They just mention that they have an extra exchange offer but of no use. They are just doing scams and frauds with people. They just lower the price of product for showing to world and in the end just will make excuse to not deliveing it.

        No support provided by the flipkat customer care they are just waisting time. All executive are just unprofessional.

        After this sacm I will never recommend any one to buy from flipkart. Flipkart the worst online platform

          Dear Sir,
          On the date starting of BigBillion Days, I am the first who purchase ASUS VivoBook K15 OLED (2021), at 1.25 am of 2nd October. I waiting for this purchase from 5 months. After purchase it shows that it will be deliver on 03.10.2021 as a Flipkart Plus Customer. But on 5.10.2021 my product reach at My nearest Ekart Hub (Joynagar). Afterthat I visit that office with my ID Card to receive my product. Because The Laptop is very needful for my business. Delivery Hub advise me to book slot upto 10.10.21. Because they are very small manpower to deliver big parcel. All Big size percel undelivered there. They Plan to return those (raise reason unlivered), they have no capacity to delivered. I request them not to return my parcel.I request Flipkart concern team again and again regarding this matter. they will confirm me that it will be delay but not cancelled. Yeasterday night (15.10.21), seller cancel my parcel and refund raised without any discuss.


          My Complain --(1).if you unable to delivered in my address why you placed order

          (2) If your intention to cancel you should be cancel after 5.10.2021, why harassed me till 16.10.21, then i will purchased another laptop and enjoy Axis Bank Credit Card offer within Big Billion Days Offer.

          (3) My all small packing delivery done in time but My laptop is out of area why it possible. If delivery agent is not capacity why you give him liability for those parcel.

          (4) Their concern team confirm me that your product not cancelled. It will be delay. 3-5 times I talk and mail with them. But Flikart team are worthless. There is no value of commitment.

          (5) They lost my time from 03.10.2021 to 16.10.2021. Till today I always hope tomorrow I will receive. But they harasse me, Now that laptop which I dream increase 6000/- . Customer Care advise me to purchase same product again.

          Flipkart Give special discount but after payment and order they also cancel and harassment customer.

            Ordered mobile on 3rd october, it reached to nearest hub on 7th and expected delivery date was 9th. Today's date is 16th & still not delivered. No one responding satisfactory from flipkart, ekart. No contact details provided.

                Ordered my phone on 3rd of October initially the delivery date was showing 8 of October it got rescheduled to 10th of October after that I just contact to the Flipkart team and they we decide they are facing some issue and I have to wait till 14th of October and they will provide me a desired resolution against the the complaint that I have raised but I didn't receive any such information from Flipkart
                14 October Rai father contacted to them and they said I have to wait for more 6 days and they will get back to me with desired answer till 20th of October due to which I have to cancel my ticket and I we will you brought some accessories related to the product at the end the guys were like they just cancelled my order ajust refunded my amount they didn't provide me any compensation against my all the losses and the price of phone is differ by 5000 from the prize at which I have purchase I want Flipkart to provide me a desired composition against this complaint

                  I want to State few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please.

                  I had ordered a product ( i.e. Mobile) of Rs 14999/- from Filpkart on 03 Oct 2021 full amount paid and it's tracking number is Ekart logistics I d number FMPP[protected]. The product delivery date is on 08oct 2021. The product is not delivered by Ekart logistics again the delivery date is extended upto 11 Oct 2021 but still the product is not received till date. So many times complaint to Filpkart customer care but no proper response from Filpkart and e-mail is also send to Filpkart on 15.10.2021.
                  The tracking number is also attached herewith for your reference it is not moving or it is not updated by Filpkart.
                  Please solve my problem I want my product (mobile) . Early reply is highly appreciated

                    Greetings!

                    I placed an order paid full amount for the product on 09-Oct-2021 and It needs to be shipped on 12-Oct-2021 and delivered on 17-Oct-2021. But surprisingly still my order is not yet shipped today is 16-Oct-2021. I tried to reach CUSTOMER care multiple times, but they are not at all providing resolution. Instead of providing resolution they were extending the promise date and saying other ### and also putting my CALL ON hold for long time, without my confirmation disconnected my calls. I tried to reach flipkart higher officials through email regarding this issue, but no response from them. I am really fed up with flipkart services. I am attaching proofs for your reference. Please provide resolution to me.

                      I wanted to buy a mobile but I waited for Big Billion Days as I can get good mobiles at great price. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy F62 with an exchange option waking up in the middle of the night.

                      ETA for delivery is given as OCT 5 and it was on time but when the ekart delivery person inspected my mobile he right away rejected the mobile saying my mobile has scratches on screen.

                      But According to flipkarts exchange rules,
                      Issues leading to rejection in exchange are,
                      Phone does not switch on.
                      Brand/Model is different from what is mentioned.
                      Screen lock or iCloud lock are not disabled.
                      IMEI does not match.

                      Issues reading to reduction in exchange value are,
                      Phone screen issues like crack, discoloration, screen coming out or touch not working.
                      Phone body issues like deshaped phone, bent phone, dents, cracks & parts missing.

                      My mobile doesn't have any of the issues leading to rejection as per the flipkart rules and hence I showed him the exchange rules mentioned in the flipkart site. As my mobile has cracks I told him I am ok with reduction in exchange value but he is not even listening to my reasoning and rejected the mobile saying It doesnt comply with rules provided to me by ekart .

                      I had two questions here,
                      If delivery boys follow rules provided by ekart what's the point of exchange rules provided in flipkart website? Moreover, I bought the mobile from flipkart not from ekart.
                      Is flipkart aware of this or is flipkart part of this cheating?

                      I was not getting answers for these questions from the delivery guy or even from his manager.
                      Hence I asked him to keep this order in hold. I will talk to flipkart customer care and then decide on whether to buy it paying full price or cancel it.

                      I called the flipkart customer care right away and explained to them my issue and asked the questions mentioned above. They were not able to answer me, instead they kept on repeating I have created an issue for the same and passed it to the concerned team theyll contact you within 24 hrs and resolve your issue.

                      2 days passed and I didn't get any response from them hence I called the customer care again and explained everything to them from the beginning and asked them the same questions but didnt get any answers.

                      On 11th Oct I got a notification from flipkart saying my order is cancelled and youll get the refund by 18th Oct 2021. None of the so-called concerned department from flipkart called me and answered my questions, they just cancelled my order and closed the issue.

                      I am furious and feel cheated by flipkart for not following their own exchange rules and for not even considering answering my questions. Thanks for ruining my plans. I learned the lesson to never trust flipkart.

                        I have ordered a action camera on 03Oct2021 paying the full amount. The product is promised to be delivered to me by 09Oct2021, but they have not delivered the product by the promised date. The Flipkart team rescheduled the delivery to 15Oct2021 with 101% assurance that my product will get delivered on or before the promised date which is not delivered. Despite of numerous complaint, the Flipkart team only replies with a word that "We are working on this". I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible. Kindly help me with this. Thank you

                        When are you going to revert? I've been waiting for this order for 15 days. I went to my nearest hub, where they gave me the product's details and asked me to contact Flipkart because the product has been sitting on the "MotherHub_FRK" since 05Oct2021. Please deliver the product and refrain from making false promises. I am extremely dissatisfied with Flipkart's service.

                          Hi, i ordered Blaupunkt 4k TV 43 inches on 2nd October. It's a paid order. Waiting for delivery yet. Not happy with customer care support too. When ever I request for a call, they are providing updates what ever I can see in mobile app. And order status not getting updated timely. This is something not expected from India's top 1 e commerce company. Feeling disappointed and its painful waiting for delivery. Raising complaint here so that I can get resolution atleast here.

                          Today Customer care called me and said they will provide 2k voucher post new order. Now there is a price difference of 5k, what should i do with that 2k voucher? And Though there is no mistake from customer end, flipkart is not ready to provide difference amount. I didn't choose 2k voucher earlier because flipkart executives assured me of delivery bit failed to do so, Overall, i feel like, FlipKart support team helpless on customer complaints and and dont find a need of customer care services any more. And as a poor customer i dont have option to do nothing. Finally i can say that, i rest assured on Flipkart support for resolution for over 10days and got deceived rest assuring on them. You can happily mark the issue as resolved if you have nothing to do. Thanks

                          From since one week, what I observed is customer care will say, sorry for your issue, let me check your details, can I put your call on hold...they will keep us wait for 10 to 15 min.. Then they will disconnect the call. Wierd support from the said to be India's top ecommerce site
                          After a waiting period of 10 days since promised delivery date, seller has cancelled my product saying they are unable to deliver the product. I have got the product in best deal and there is no mistake from my end and mistake from seller and courier service. I dont want to purchase at higher cost now. This is not something expected from flipkart. Please provide good solution.

                          What is this flipkart? i request for call back and customer executive called me and after hearing my concern he said he will connect my call to supervisor and waited for 15min on call and finally call got cancelled. Really pathetic service.

                            I have purchased induction cooker and paid it online and no delivery attempted the promised date of delivery was 13 oct but they couldn't deliver it on their so called a promised date they gave a new date of 16 that is today here too they are struggling to find where is my product amd when ut will be delivered this is soo much delay on my back to back products purchased from the site there is no help and support gesture from their staffs they always make my call on hold and get silent for over a min or more so that i cut the phone

                              Here I ordered ASUS ROG 5 phone from flipkart and they already told me will deliver before 15th OCT after that they tell me delay in delivery and it will be delivered before 18th oct again day after they told me it will delivered before 19th OCT but again day after they send me mail order will deliver before 20 OCT they are misguiding me if they have stock issue then why they placed order of 57999/- its not a small amount and they are doing their own.

                                I ordered an apple charger worth rupees 1799 on flipkart on 3rd oct which I canceled on 3rd oct. Since then there have been quite a lot of days but my refund has not been initiated by Flipkart. Despite the fact that I have done my payment by UPI for which I should have received my refund within 24hours of cancellation. I called Flipkart customer care executives many times but they are only giving me date after date and not giving me my refund.Me being as a humble customer and presently I am student, I waited as much as I can but they aren’t responding as they should.

                                  I don't know what are you doing guys you are playing with sentiment of customer .This phone is shipped on 11th october and i have order charger, sreen guard all were shipped on 11 from same courier ecom on same date all were felivered except this iphone.Now status is showing that my product is in anantang which means it is dislocated from my adress which is in jammu.I am sure that your guys are out of stock and fooling the customer by showing wrong status updates .My delivery date is today 16Oct .Please try to deliver my product as soon as possible and don't even dare to cancel my product it should be delivered to me by you otherwise you will have to face various consequences .My order id OD[protected]

                                  If you want to revert then revert the charger, screen guard, cover which i have bought for this phone .I want my phone at any cost you guys have accepted my order i want it on or before 20october just mind it.

                                      I have requested for my Noise smart watch replacement but I was not available at my address so I asked if I can change my address so I can receive my Product easily so Customer care representative told me that I need to cancel the current request and raise the request again. I have told that Person that & days are over but he told me that there will be no issue. but now after cancelling my replacement request there is no option for requesting replacement now what to do. Customer care team is not supportive they are not answering Properly.

                                        Refund for undelivered product

                                        I had ordered grocery items on 6th Oct 2021 with order id OD[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 8th Oct 2021. But it was rescheduled 5 times(8th Oct, 10th Oct, 11th Oct, 12th Oct and 16th Oct) and still not delivered. I contacted flipkart customer service 3 times (10th Oct, 12th Oct and 16th Oct) for refund.
