delevry boy mujhe call kiye ke sir mai aap ka order leke aap ke biulding ke niche khada hu mai usko bola ke bhai aap jo order laye ho us ka mai wait kar ke thak gaya aur abhi mai office me hu mai ne bola niche jo gard hoga usko order de ke ek photo le lena aur mujhe bhej dena kyu ke mai new hu mujhe pehchanne me asani hogi kyu ke gard change hote rehte hai utne me hi wo bola mai order leke wapas jaa raha hu aur ye order 10 ya 15 din ke baad launga ya cancel karwa dunga maine usko kuch nahi bola 2 din ke baad order cancel ho jata hai to mai flipkart ko call me back ka reruest kiya waha se call aya maine apni problem bataya wo bolta hai sir order firse kar do but mai delivery dipartment ki koi complent nahi likhunga mai bola jb maine order kiya tha to Rs. 1933 ka tha aur ab 3400 ka ho gaya hai isme to mera nuksan hai but flipkart ki taraf se mujhe koi help nahi mili please help me.

    Had ordered Samsung F62 through Flipkart (Order Id : OD[protected] for delivery scheduled on 7th October. I had been trying to reach delivery agent for delivery of product multiple no. of times and even escalated this with Flipkart with no revert. I had received a call from delivery agent on Sunday 10th October around 6 pm when I told him to deliver product on Monday 11 th October since I am not there at home. I did not receive the product or any call on Monday and was continuously trying to reach delivery agent and finally reached him in evening when he told that due to server issue he could not deliver on Monday and promised to deliver on Tuesday. However my order was unilaterally cancelled on Tuesday early morning without my consent. I want my order to be reinstated on as it is basis since I had paid the full amount through card ( i do not accept refund as i did not cancel order), the delivery executive promised to deliver the product and there were no delibery attempt at my doorstep as per their policy.

    My issue is not yet resolved. Once the product has been sold and is in transit with courier services and courier service is coordinating for delivery and the order is prepaid, the seller cannot have right to cancel the order without my consent. I do not think this is fair practice. I have lost the discounts offered on other applications plus have spent on accessories for the prodcut ordered through flipkart. Its clearly evident that since the seller has removed the discount they have cancelled my order without any reason. I reiterate this is not a fair practice and seller should not have any right if the product has left for delivery and the order is prepaid.

    Even I have not got the refund of Rs. 100 which was charged for exchange service against phone which never happened.

          I have recently purchased a gaming smartphone (Poco f3 GT) through flipkart on 02-Oct-2021 and it got delivered on 06-Oct-2021. Order Id - OD[protected]. I was facing software issues sometimes and wifi not working properly it's got disconnected sometimes, not often. So i did factory reset and also updated software to the latest version. Nothing works. So that i took screen recording of the issues and raised replacement request. Because i already experienced with Flipkart replacement once . So Flipkart arranged Jeeves technician visit. Technician came and installed some performance testing app and told everything working fine. But he couldn't accept the proof which i have Because of the Flipkart policy. So they cancelled my replacement request. I have attached some screen recording of the issues i'm facing. I just need an replacement.

            We have placed ordered things on 22July'21in flipkart B2C platform amount of Rs. 8299/- from credit card, the payment which was debited from my card & the same was opted as EMIs but product history was not showing in flipkart app and things also not delivered till.

            The only proof we having bank statement.

              I have ordered 3 products from Flipkart for my son. the delivery date for product-1 was supposed to be 4th of October. the status is showing that product reached a nearest hub on 6th October. it has been 6 days since then. the product is neither delivered nor there is a status update.

              for product 2 & 3 - the status shows that they have been shipped. no change since last 12 days, though delivery date is 5th October.

              raised some 15 complaints. no change in the situation.

                            Hello sir ma'am I'm navneet singh from Gonda uttar pradesh, i am shoping from flipkart since 2013 and i purchased many items online i am flipkart costumer from last 7-8 years so on 29 september i order an shoes of adidas which value is around 4350₹ after discount, so i order it on 29 september at night when the big billion sales start and it'll delivered me on 3 October in evening after that i open the box for checking the item and i got nothing literally I'm shocked because the box was empty and the time of delivery i have 4, 5 other couriers also so i didn't check the weight of it, that was something which happened with me first time in whole journey of online shopping, after that i go on my order section in flipkart application and inform about the product is missing i completed all the information that they want so the request was processed i they give my time of 72 hours after complain i got an e-mail in which they want 1 ID proof like pan card and aadhar card so i send them both my pan card and aadhar card and also attached the photos of empty box which i open, so after 72 hour my request has been cancelled and my account was blocked, after that i call the costumer representative and tell them all problem and issues which they say solve in 2 day but not getting any response so after i called again but nothing can happen so i write E-mail also but reason they given my I'm returning high no of products so they blocked my account i also ask them my shoping percentage and my return percentage but they say it all depend on system we can't do anything so the first thing which i mentioned in this i was an genuine and plus costumer of flipkart since last many years and i clear all the dues payment timely i have never cancel or returning so many item i am never take any fraud with flipkart, so why this was happens and what kind of there system was which blocked automatically i have loss my all 1100 coins and other things i have plus customer since when they start these things so this was an fraud with costumer which flipkart does it i loss my money and i got nothing and i loss my account and not getting any response from flipkart so please take complaint and take an proper action against these type of things after all process my last hope was it so i written this complaint i hope something can help me as soon as possible

                              I want to raise a complaint against Flipkart for Purchase iPhone SE from Flipkart, I got a damaged product on 2nd Oct 2021 (inside default of voice/technical issue) the same day I informed Flipkart customer care on the call about the issue as I had not got an option on online return for default product.

                              Flipkart executive assures me to give the best suggestion and raise a request for the replacement I informed her if I got any issue with the replaced product will return it for refunding my paid amount back. she assured me to got my refund back.

                              Till today nobody has been collected the default product and not got any update about my money and when I called Flipkart they said there is no policy for refund/replacement which means they want to bear the loss for the default product.

                              I got confirmation from Flipkart to refund my money on 6th Oct, now they cancel all my complaints.

                              they suggested visiting the store because this is not Flipkart responsibility

                              Hope you understand the concern and need a support from your end to get my money back from Flipkart

                                  I ordered a mobile phone (realme 8i) on flipkart on 3rd October 2021, the initial delivery date provided was 6th October, 2021. I observed on 5th October, 2021 that the order is not yet shipped and raised a complaint and the delivery date was changed to 10th October, 2021.

                                  I have been following up with Flipkart customer care via chat and call from 5th October, 2021. I was just asked to wait till 12th October, 2021 but the order status is still the same.

                                  Asking a customer to wait for more time who paid the money upfront is a lame excuse and I never expected this from Flipkart.

                                  If you could not atleast provide an update on the complaint raised, how can we hope the issue gets resolved in time.

                                  The seller is NVIGR RETAILS.

                                    I have ordered a boat earphones with this order id "OD[protected]" (attached screenshot ).For this order i have done payments in the following order :-
                                    1. Paytm payment of Rs. 284 that initially goest to pending state and then later on got successful (screenshot attached )
                                    2. But because of this pending state of 1st transaction Flipkart shows retry payment so i have done it using Phonepay (screenshot attached ) and its successful

                                    but after 1 hour the first Paytm transaction is also successful(Screenshot attached ) but i don’t get the refund for that . I request call back for Flipkart they says Paytm can only revert it and Paytm says it is successful and Flipkart can only reverse it .
                                    So please look into it and solve it.

                                      I ordered a suit but it was size bigger, wanted a replacement and requested for same. The exchange was rejected stating that product I had was stained. The Flipkart Customer care said that I have to cancel return request and initiate one again but when I did that there was no option for exchange. This is a proper scam as that product with the size I want is not deliverable at my pincode and no one from Flipkart Customer care is willing to help me that there are no policies for an exchange

                                        I ordered BIBA Women Striped High low kurta for 800 rupees on 4th October For which I called so many times to Ekart logistics and talked with flipkart customer care so many time, every time they kept promising me that your order will be delivered to you don't worry as your address is right and other products you order with this have also got delivered so your address is not wrong it's operational problem from our side. I visited Ekart logistics office two times.

                                        Now all of sudden in the morning I received email saying this "We're sorry to let you know that your order OD[protected] for the below listed items was cancelled by the seller as their partnered courier service provider is currently unable to deliver to your address. If you like, you may place a new order for the product, the seller will work with the courier service provider to ensure the product reaches you"

                                        Now if I place new order it will cost me 2500 rupees. Wasted so much of time and didn't received the product and now saying that you can place new order. So lost all the offers and my time & efforts. It feels like together you guys are making us fool. Once you said customer didn't responded when you didn't even try to reach. Then address is wrong whereas same person delivered my other products which was ordered together, they you guys faced operational issue and now cancelled product.

                                        I need compensation for this.
