Recently I have ordered a mobile + tempered glass + pouch

They automatically cancelled the order for mobile and pouch but not the tempered glass

They dumped a useless tempered glass on me. It has no use since they cancelled the order for mobile

The refund for pouch 200 rupees is successful but 21000 rupees for mobile is failed.

Till now I haven't received this money. They keep extending the date for refund.

Flipkart is a big scam. They also protect the fraudulent sellers.

Someone please help me get my refund and protect buyers like me from getting scammed like this

    I have ordered a mobile evert time the delivery date gets extended now no clarification is given in my orders section... extremely bad behaviour of customer service the woman cut my call intentionally after i explained her my problem .
    When will my order get delivered...next year??
    I regret buying it from flipkart .i advice all to get it from Amazon . same price hassle free delivery

      Dear sir, I purchased Samsung fridge 345 Liter convertible Frost free fridge 3 star for 33290/- rupees. My order ID is OD[protected]

      They delivered the wrong product. I received 253liter samsung refrigerator.
      So asked replacement or refund my money. They have rejected my request more then three times. Now fourth time I requested the replacement.

        I have an ipad air 4 during BBD sale..my product was supposed to be delivered on Oct 12...it is showing that it is out for delivery, but the delivery person has not contacted me even once..I have raised an issue regarding the same ...they are not giving any clarification on what is happening with the product

          The Laptop I order was Dell Inspiron 3511. Instead of this I got Dell 3000 i3 processor. The specification are completely different. I have reached multiple times to the Flipkart team but did not got any update.

          My delivery was also extremely late now its been 12 days and my issue is still not resolved

            Ordered Smart watch in big billion day sale, but not delivered yet, everytime shippment date is getting extended. I don't hope whether i will get the product in next expected delivery date..else I will cancel this order.Every poor service of Flipkart, Mich recommended Amazon for online shopping, Shopping from Amazon from last 7 years, but no single issue yet.

                The game zone says 'Something went wrong. We encourage fair play'. The video zone says 'suspicious activity detected'. I did not involve in any kind of cheating. I do not have multiple accounts. Can this issue be resolved?

                  I have ordered this product with the order Id OD[protected] name Moon star burgundy pack of 2(6 sachets in each). The quantity I have ordered was 5 and because of the 2 packs on one order I should receive 10 packs one 5 quantities. Instead of that I received only 2 packs out of 10. I have asked for a refund which has been rejected I kept trying but Flipkart customer care do not really care about customers matter. I totally feel I have been scammed by Flipkart and they reject my return request saying that the deliver has delivered the product. If the delivered product is not right then allow him to come to take it back and refund my amount. You gain your money that’s all you care about customers problem you keep saying non sense to pretend to help that not enough

                    I ordered a sewing machine Singe M-1155 in big billion days sale at price of Rs5174/- after all discounts and offers.
                    The item was shipped and reached to my neatest hub but the delivery person updated false info about customer refused to accept the product after that I informed flipkart support and many follow up were raised from my side. What they gave in return is only assurance wasted my 8 days time also. Now they have cancelled the product and the price is 7499/- (higher ₹2426/-than older price).
                    Because of Flipkart order I lost opportunity to purchase the item from Amazon sale also.
                    Now what I want is the same item at same price from flipkart or provide a gift card of difference amount to purchase at higher price.

                      Flipkart Account No registered mobile no-[protected] Sir i am using Flipkart AXIS Bank credit card No- [protected] Mobile no-[protected] i shopping done on flipkart using this card on 2nd October 2021 . i purchase mi tv vide flipkart order no- OD[protected]. i was final price Rs 21490/-with no cost EMI Zero interest and zero processing fee but axis bank charged me 1.08% PA interest and rs 250 proceesing fee. i approach to AXIS BANK representative they told that it is Mistake DONE BY FLIPKART PLATFORM. it is totally illegal charges taken so i humbly request to you pls convert my EMI in no cost EMI with Zero percent interest and refund my Rs 250/- processing fee. thanks

                        I ordered a product on 2nd Oct 2021, order Id: OD[protected],
                        It shipped on time reached Lucknow on 5th October, but it was never delivered, and on 15th it got cancelled by Flipkart. When I reached out to customer care they just told me to order a new one but problem is I ordered it at a much lesser price. And I gave so much of my time and effort ordering the product only to get "order it again at a higher price" as an answer, I feel cheated. All sales by Flipkart now seem like nothing but fraud.

                            I have ordered the laptop in exchange offer with old laptop, but when technician came to deliver the product he was having wrong service tag number of my old exchange of laptop in his system because of that my he is not excepting my exchange, when I complaint about the same in customer service, they said you need to cancel the order and place again now the price of Laptop is increased by Rs 2000 which is unnecessary expense for me when I asked to fix the problem or give me compensation for the same flipkart denied .

                            Kindly help me for the same I am really unhappy with this service .

                              I have order iphone 12 128gb from flipkart in big billion days sale at price of 48.5k after all discounts
                              after 2 days i got a notification that order was cancelled . they have not given any explaination but the item was in high demand in the sale and it was now out of stock so to sale the item on high price the seller have canceled my order.
                              i lost opportunity to purchase the same item from other sales also.

                                I have placed an order on Flipkart, but order is not placed and amount has been deducted from my Paytm wallet on 7-october and till date I have not received refund yet and on contacting Flipkart customer care they said that amount has not reached us due to technical error and wallet says that amount has been successfully sent to Flipkart.. Very disappointing situation on Flipkart...Next time I will not order anything from Flipkart..

                                  I have ordered LG AC on Big Billion Day on 3-10-21 (order id - OD[protected] and it has to be delivered by 12-10-21. But they didn't deliver it and while i complained on 13-10-21 they said issue will be resolved and item will be delivered by 18-10-21 .But now i am getting the message that your issue has been resolved and item has been cancelled. when i called customer care service they said you have to order fresh to get this item and didn't gave any satisfactory answer for the cancellation of the item .And now the price is too high so why will i order it..This is nothing but harrassing the common people and wasting the time and making fool to people by offering such type of big billion days and all. so i want strict action against this Flipkart company.

                                    I bought dell laptop model core i5 Model number 3511. Instead of this laptop I was sent Dell 3000 core i3 processor laptop which is way less than what I ordered.

                                    First my delivery was late. Later when I raised return request they are not providing any update on my request. I filed the complaint with them on 11th October and today is 15th. I have reached tp them multiple times still no update.My money is stuck and I urgently need a laptop
