    Tried on order on Flipkart on 7th oct. The amount for the order was deducted twice from PayTM wallet, but neither the order was confirmed, nor the amount refunded to the wallet.

    Flipkart customer care executives asked to wait for 8 Business days excluding holidays and claimed that the amount will be refunded. Also, they keep the consumers on hold and never return back with the update.

    Now, they are saying they never received the amount at first place after 10 days of the first complaint.

    This is not acceptable as they are making false claims when Paytm team is confirming that the money was paid to the merchant.

      I ordered realme 8i phone on 4th Oct and date of delivery was shown as 9th Oct but then delayed upto 12th Oct and then it's was showing that parcel will be delivered within 3 days Today is 18 Oct but parcel yet not delivered
      It's on same hub where it was on 9th Oct
      This delayed delivery causing so much disturbance to me I have to our town but I'm unable to go just because I needed a phone as my previous phone was damaged
      I want my realme 8i phone and also compensation for the loss which I have suffered

        I purchase a android phone online ordered and delivered on 10th Oct 2021. I tried to instak my dual sims. I am not able to use it conveniently.
        I raised return registration through flipkart portal, they don't have provision of the complaints about the products, to recieve from customer. They don' lister ir read the issues of the products sold through online .
        They simply rejected the return request, they are suppose to do return process. The following complaints about the product delivered.

        Reasons for return inflix HOT 10 PLAY.

        1. screen brightness is very very poor.
        2. Dual sim is not configurable to apps like a) face book, b) whatsup c) messenger d) skype etc..,
        3. though it is octacore, slow processing.
        4. SMS is not received, not user friendly.

        I request an immediate action to resolve this issue, return the product.

        There is no response, item is lying idle. daily there is a phone call and seeks grade for their service.
        How can I grade them? very poor interaction and customer support.

            With regret to inform you that I have been harassed and cheated by your seller for the subject mentioned order where seller offered 2 pcs. Jeans trousers and at the time of delivery they sent only 1 pc. which was received by me on 10.10.21 and therefore an exchange option had been applied by your customer care executive after intimating the entire matter and today I have received the same single pc. in place of 2 pcs. .

            It is for your kind information that I have informed the matter to your customer care team immediately to resolve the matter through delivery of 2pcs. trousers as per offer but your customer care team denied to exchange the same and gave directions to apply for return & refund which is not acceptable for me.
            I want to know why your seller is doing this cheating activity with the help of your team and therefore requested to please arrange for immediate arrangement for delivery of material as per description and offer.
            Expecting your immediate action for arrangement of delivery of material without any further delay where matter is pending from the last few days.

                On 2nd Oct, I had ordered an Asus TUF F15 laptop from Flipkart (seller: TBL Online). I had pre-paid the amount of Rs.86, 990 via credit card and was promised the delivery by 4th Oct. Flipkart flipped on that and pushed the date back to 7th Oct. Since then they've been lying to me and giving me false assurances that they've been working on my problem. The latest delivery date that their social media team gave me was 17th Oct. But the product has not been shipped yet. It has been 16 days to the date I'm filing this complaint on, and all I've got is lies, misinformation, false assurances, stress, trauma and mental harassment. Add to that the hours I've wasted on contacting Flipkart Customer Support for nothing. I had informed them early on that I have my semesters on 15th Oct and that I needed the laptop before that date, and had asked them to put my issue on priority and deliver the product before 15th Oct. They had assured me that they'll deliver it by 15th positively but they didn't. I had sold my old laptop based on the delivery date that Flipkart gave me (4th Oct) but now I am facing grave inconvenience by not having a laptop during an online exam. I have been in a really bad mental shape due to Flipkart's pathetic behaviour and unaccountability. I have tried approaching @flipkartsupport on Twitter as well, and they don't care at all and have been stalling my complaint for a long time now. Flipkart has completely hung me out to dry. Please help me get a heavy compensation of at least Rs. 30, 000 for all the trouble they've made me go through to date. It has been a stressful couple of weeks.

                  I ordered a laptop from flipkart on 3rd September, the delivery date was 7. It has not been shipped yet. I called to their customer care, they said they are going to resolve the issue by 16, then I again called on 16 then they said they'll fix it by 18 and now my orders page is showing issue unresolved, I am in a huge trouble. If I don't get my product asap, I'll not buy anything from flipkart in my life.

                    I ordered an Apple iPhone 12 from Flipkart during the BBD sale on 02/10/2021. I received the order on the same day. This phone was for my family member and since I use a lot of Apple products, I placed a lot of orders from Flipkart so I had blind trust and just opened the box and removed the phone and gave it to my family member. They started using the device and realised the display was defective. When I checked I found out the display was defective. I went back and checked the box to investigate further and found that my box had missing items. The documentation and sim card removal tool and also the apple stickers.

                    I believe the order delivered to me was either refurbished or a fraud.

                    I buy a lot of stuff from Flipkart and have ordered over 2 lakhs worth products in this sale alone. I have even ordered an iPhone 12 mini that has no issues.

                    I contacted customer care on 08/10/2021 and they told me the issue will be resolved by 10/10/2021 and on 10th they told me it will be resolved on 12/10/2021 and today that is 12/10/2021 they informed me that the issue will get resolved by 15/10/2021. This issue is being dragged without resolution and I am being harassed.

                    My replacement was finally accepted and was delivered on 17/10/2021 night. When I opened the package I was shocked to see the seal was partially removed and when I opened the box only the phone was there and the remaining items in the box were empty. I did not receive a charging cable nor did I receive any documentation. This is an absolute scam by Flipkart.

                    Being suspicious about the kind of product delivered to me i took the phone i received to the nearest Apple service center and asked them to run a diagnostic tool of theirs to check if the phone is working fine. On running their diagnostic tool it was found that the phone is defective. Please find the report attached below.

                    Not only did Flipkart send an order with no accessories and just a phone inside the box but also the phone sent to me was defective. This is the biggest SCAM I've ever come across.

                    I BEG/REQUEST YOU TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE ADAP AND JUST REFUND MY MONEY. I DO NOT REQUEST FOR ANY COMPENSATION OR ANYTHING EXTRA, JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

                    This is an absolute waste of my time and money and I request you to return my money ASAP. I will never buy anything from Flipkart again.

                    I request you to address my issue and refund me the amount or I will have to take my case to the consumer forum and media and the internet of how Flipkart scammed me.

                    This is the last thing I would want to do as I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart and would like my issue resolved ASAP.

                    Please find attached photos and also a letter from apple service center confirming the device sent to me is defective.

                      My mother was supposed to travel from Bangalore to Hyd on the 30th of Sep. However, she had a health condition on that day on account of which her travel plans had to be delayed.

                      I called the Flipkart Travel team immediately on what are my possible options. The person on the other end did not sound very confident especially around cancellation and asked me to contact the airline directly. I called Indigo and learnt that there would just be a Rs99 cancellation fee from their side and possible charges from the travel agent. I called Flipkart Travel again and shared that information to which he went and did some calculations and mentioned that there would be an approximate Rs600 cancellation from Flipkart and the remainder would be returned to me. I had used about 3400 odd Flipkart Supercoins for the flight booking and was categorically told by the agent that those would be returned within 24 - 48 hours. I asked this twice specifically and got the same response.

                      When I didn't see the Supercoins return to my account after a few days, I called Flipkart Travel again. This time they did a U-turn on me and claimed that Supercoins aren't refundable and are lost. I got super frustrated at this time since basis what I was told I went ahead and cancelled the flight rather than reschedule which would have kept my supercoins intact. I have called in almost a dozen times for them to listen in to the calls between me and the agent since it was his fault that I was given incorrect information, however, they just keep using a delaying tactic and repeat the same information to me.

                        My friend have ordered a Mobile to my Mothers address, still now it is not delivered..it is showing out for delivery..

                        The delivery boy saying rudely we have lost the product, we cant deliver it. You can complain against us. We dont care.

                        The customer care service also not helping me..

                          I bought HP M22F monitor opened it once since received, and on the 8th day, I find some display issues with the product so tried to return back but the return policy has ended up just a day before so tried to get that manufacturer warranty so took the item to the HP service center as guided by the Hp online they find the product is defective and can be refunded with the letter that can be issued from the service center of which its actually made procedure through Hp online itself. so need to confirm the same can be accepted by Flipkart to raise the return with the letter of approval. I said the same with the Flipkart support team but none responded properly. I was wondering how the team is so irresponsible to react while they have sent a Damaged product. Now they are not responding to my loss.

                          Sir my issue hasn't resolved yet and since the invoice is not mentioned with the serial number of the product hp service partner are not able to get the process done to get DOA which is actually a solution to get refund as an approval from hp branding service and since all the efforts to get the request of DOA were failed they handed over me product in the same condition. Wrote the email to flipkart as a reply from the previous mails I got from flipkart the mails were failed to deliver and are blocked.

                            I have placed two orders on October 2
                            Here are the details:-

                            Both the above orders was about Rs 3000 due to which one offer was applied ( Shop for Rs 3000 and get Fortune mustard oil @ Rs 1).
                            But due to cancellation of items by the seller, the offer was not applied .

                            Most of the items was cancelled due to which benefits was not given regarding the offer .

                            Even Flipkart is not given any resolution yet, they are just increasing their time for a resolution.

                            I want the benefits of the offer else any compensation

                                The actual delivery date of the books was supposed to be 7th October, and I still do not receive them, even the order was prepaid and the flipkart service even do not talk properly even I am the flipkart plus member.

                                Please help to find the solution, now the price of the books increased by 200 if I order them on my behalf, so I do not want to cancel them

                                      Order id:- OD[protected] . The flipkart and it's customer support is still ignoring me, does not understand my problem. Flipkart is always giving me a new time deadlines to resolve the isse. Please help me! I want my product back as soon as possible! Please make the replacement. Customer support does not resolve my issue. I requested the replacement on 13 October 2021 but today is 18 October 2021. Flipkart customer support promised to resolve the issue by 15 October but still no action has been taken. Please do something. I am very disappointed 😟.                                         my issue is i can't login flipkart, i think my flipkart account has been
                                        blocked by flipkart. In my account many products invoices and also around
                                        2000+ supercoin. Plz unblock my account.
                                        if you wants documents to verify my details of my account so ask me.
                                        i have urgent issue, i have a product whose bought from this flipkart
                                        account and that product has a warranty issue and that product physical
                                        invoice i losted so, i wanted to unblock my account so i can download
                                        invoice of that product and claim my warranty . it's a emergency plz

                                        Maine koi bhi high return nahi kiya hai apa mera flipkart account check kar sakte hai, flipkart walo ne mujhe oil se bhiga laptop bhej diya use exchange karne ka request dala to flipkart ne meri account block kar diya wo laptop aaj bhi hang hi pada hai main kya karu kuchh samjh nahi aata hai maine apne family se kitna dat suna es laptop ki wajah se lekin flipkart walo ne mera laptop exchange nahi kiya, mera exchange request cancel kar kar diya uske bad mera flipkart account block kar diya main bahot presan hu meri koi help nahi kar raha hai main kya karu mujhe kuchh samjh nahi aa raha hai please help me 😔

                                        Es me kiski galti hai meri galti hai pura oil se bhiga product mila tha maine jis din mujhe received huaa usi din exchange ka request dala lekin cancel kar diya gaya, fir dubra return request dala fir cancel kar diya gaya uske bad mera account block kar diya gaya flipkart walo ne exchange ya return kar ke mera account block Kiya hota to utna chot nahi pahuchta bt mera 36000 rupya barbad ho gaya main online class bhi nahi kar paya please help me open my flipkart account, Maine yaha pe laptop ke related complaint bhi dali thi lekin kuchh nahi huaa
