I ordered my iPhone 12 Mini on Sunday (3.10.2021). Promised delivery date was yesterday. As per the delivery status, product arrived at my nearest hub yesterday at 5 PM and they send for delivery. I awaited till 11PM, still not received the product.

Today morning, I contacted flipkart customer care thrice to please update the status of my order as it was still displaying "to be delivery by 4 Oct 2021" which is yesterday. Yet my product status has not updated. Also they are delaying my product unnecessarily as even it has arrived to my nearest delivery hub.

Please help me raise complaint against them to deliver my product ASAP

    I ordered a phone(Realme GT Master Edition, 8 GB, 256 GB) during the Flipkart Big Billion Day Sale(3rd October, Sunday). The price of the phone was listed at Rs.29, 999 -/-.

    I decided to avail myself of an exchange offer on the phone by offering my Redmi Note 9 Pro. Brief pointers about my phone:
    1. Perfect screen without any crack, discoloration, screen coming out.
    no touch issues.
    2. Perfect camera, microphone, flash, speakers.
    3. No dent on the body, with the stickers still intact.

    The exchange price offered was Rs.14, 150 -/-(provided my phone has no issues.)

    Delivery was made on 5th October at about 12 PM. The "trained"(words of the customer executive I spoke to) delivery executive showed me a "dent" on the top left side of my phone. The "dent", he spoke of was an extremely minor scratch. I agreed to go through with the exchange, hoping that there would a slight drop in the exchange price. He seemed extremely convinced with his evaluation and maintained that he could not do anything. I did not want to argue with him, as it was his job.

    Then, the final invoice generated showed only a discount of Rs.9650 -/-, a difference of Rs.4500 -/- from the original exchange amount. I agreed to go through with the exchange, as the only other choice was to pay the full Rs.29, 999-/- and keep my old phone with me.

    I spoke to a customer executive(after two failed dropped calls), hoping that he/she could help me resolve the issue. However, I was told that I could do nothing as it was "company policy". I don't expect the full exchange value of Rs.14, 150 -/-, but at the least, I can expect is Rs. 12, 100 -/-.
    This is considering the "dent" pointed out by the delivery executive.

    I asked the customer support executive, if he could provide the difference amount(Rs.2450 -/-) in form of a voucher or gift card or something. He said that he was helpless as it was not company policy.

    I have been a long-time user of Flipkart, ever since its inception. I buy books, electronics and shoes mostly. I have had a bad experience and would definitely think twice before buying something on Flipkart.

    Hope my issue gets resolved and my faith in Flipkart gets restored.

      I ordered a laptop from flipkart helios predator 300 and paid 91, 490rs for it. The packed arrived and there was a severe screen bleeding on the top left of the display ( i know there is screen bleeding issue in every IPS panel but in this its even visible in bright daylight ). So, I raised a replacement request on flipkart and got a mail saying a technician visit has been arranged and only when technician will approve the request then only the replacement is possible. The 1st issue with this whole thing is there was no mention of date or time of technician visit. The technician came after 2 days and at 11 am he called me to come on my front door ( like no one has day jobs in this country ) for the checks that he need to do, So I had to take leave from my office, I came to my home and he started with his laptop check. then he said he is actually not a laptop technician and he is just filling in for the laptop guy as he is on leave, so he send some photos to another person( like it is possible to tell how severe screen bleed is by just looking at the photo) and then he said that for now the request will be on hold and he will talk with his senior, and will approve after consulting with him. But so my suprise as soon as he left my building I got a mail which reads that the request has been cancelled as there is no problem with the laptop. So, I contacted the flipkart support and after explaining this whole issue got the classic reply " we have raised the complaint and you will get the resolution after so and so days". Now I am stuck with this damaged screen and a hole of 1 lakh in my pocket.

          I was prebooking the stuffs for BBD SALE on 29th September, after 7-8 booking, while initiating payment it shows"Payment declined on the base of security risk checks".
          Now BBD 2021 is over and we cant able to pay later, UPI, ATM CARD PAYMENT.
          The cutomer care also ensures it will b rectified shorty till 4th october 2021, But it can't.

            I ordered a Motorola G60 on Sunday 3rd October in big billion sale. I was supposed to receive the item today on 5th October but as of now, the item still hasn't been shipped. It keeps showing that - item is waiting to be picked up by courier partner. I have raised a complaint but there's been no response yet. I really need it for my online classes and any delay would greatly hamper my studies.

            Received a call from customer support and told them I don't want to cancel my order. They understood my stand and delivered the phone five days later than the delivery date. Even though it was late, I'm glad that I got my phone and I'm happy that flipkart kept their promise.

            I don't want to cancel my order. I really do need this phone. It's so hard to even get a call back from customer support. I mean what's the point of having a customer support when you can't even listen to a customer? I want my order. I don't care about anything else.

                I purchased iphone 12 mini with exchage of 7050 with respect to condition of my phone.

                Exchange Breakup is :
                7050 : No issue in phone
                4600 : Dents, Scratch
                2900 : screen issue

                Today delivery boy asking for 4100 rs (No explanation) although condition of my phone is excellent. also demanding money immediately within 10 mins or order will be cancelled. I was ready to pay money according to dent/scratch which is also negligible in my case still they were asking for higher amount.

                I feel they do not report same to Flipkart, they keep money for themselves and if Flipkart raised some issue then they will have additional money to pay.

                    I placed the order on 3rd Oct and delivery date was 5th october but the order hasnt even been shipped as of yet. I raised a complaint and was told that the backend team will contact me and provide me with the resolution but it never happened. Order Id Is OD[protected]

                      I tried changing my contact number in flipkart my account but was unable to do so because my old number is lost and I am unable to provide the required OTP of the previously registered number. I need to change my number. It is being such a fuss. I am unable to place complaint against my orders.

                        I have order 4 item in one order on flipkart on 03.10.2021 under id OD[protected]. but I haven't received mail of order details on my registered email id.

                        I have ask customer care to resend/or provide soft copy of details( which has all item ordered in one order and mode of payment). But they are not able to provide it.

                        I need to submit order details to my company showing that I have ordered all items and paid via debit card(digital).

                          Expected date of delivery was 04th Oct. today on 5th Oct. i didn't received my order. why the delivery details has changed now its shows delivery date on 07th Oct.
                          I don't know why this happening?
                          I pre planned all things like my train tickets for going to my village gift someone etc.
                          But now all changed just for delay in Delivery. So please give me my item as soon as possible and also pay charged for delay in delivery.

                              As I Placed moto edge 20 fusion on 21th September and I paid Full Payment on CAD 22, 599 Inr While I Use the Mobile it was not like what they advertised

                              Especially Camera and some heating isuue .was not Good for What they Advised and I'm not Satisfied with that Product So I Requested them to Return the Product and Refund Still more than 13 days and also done 2 technician visit but problem not resolve yet no positive response

                                    I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago, that number isn’t working at this time.

                                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as the number is not working. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                      Recently on Oct 2 I ordered a gaming laptop after the money got deducted from my account the order was cancelled on the seller side when I asked about it they told me they can do nothing about that as it happens most of the time while site is busy and they told me in 2 or 3 days you'll receive refund .. and in the order section it's showing refund is done successfully but no money has came in my account and when asked about bank reference number then say they don't have anything on that ...pls help me out
