This is with reference to the pick up of Exchange item against order no OD[protected] which was ordered on 07.09.2021.

on 12 th of Sep'2021 Your E-Kart courier boy to pick the exchange item to our address.But don't know why he is refusing to accept the item.
Also he was not behaving good with me, don't know why.
already my exchange item is in excellent condition, no scratch, no dent, working fine.

Sir I have ordered a mobile phone from Flipkart via ekart logistic.delivery boy which contact no [protected] I have called him regarding my delivery he was using abused language and threaten to kill being afraid of his threat I have cancelled my order...

I have added egv on Flipkart and after that my account is blocked my money is in that Flipkart account please refund my money or reactive my account....

My problem is
My imei is not does not match in Flipkart...

Lot many Issues
1- Charging Over weight than Actual. Accept the Mistake but still not refunding excess Logistics since last 1 month
2- Even though Inventory Available with Zonal Warehouse, they ship from another far Warehouse to Charge National Charges
3- They do not reply to most of the queries.
4- There are hidden charges heavily and Inventory Management is just a Fraud and nothing else.

My account [protected] has been suspended from playing games for the past 3-4 months, without any reason and in spite of my repeated complain nothing has been done. Also I am unable to redeem my I gems I had won by playing games on Flipkart. Apart from above the coins I win in various quizzes, has also not been credited....

Today I received a samsung charger whose seal is broken as if the seller has used it before selling it to flipkart customer.

I contacted the flipkart customer service and they said we can do nothing you yourself contact the seller. That is really not expected of an Amazon rival. I said can't you contact the seller because he is not going to concede to me but they said we can't do anything.

I get in touch with the executive and raised return and refund request and they gave me 72 hrs deadline which already completed on 9th September. I placed an order for "Kellogg PRINGLES SOUR & ONION/ Nachos (107 g)" on 25th Aug 2021. I was charged Rs. 154 for which the actual MRP is 99.

Upon contacting customer care regarding the issue, they asked me the details 4-5 times over call and later marked the issue resolved without doing anything. The customer care is so pathetic. They put me on 10-15 mins on hold for every call.
