    I had purchased a laptop..

    That laptop's conditions are good... But there are severe problems that can't be eliminated with replaced item!!

    Now? I'm stuck with a worthless product because of their no-refund policy!!

        Been purchasing from flipkart at pincode 834001 for almost 3-4 years now with no issue at all. Suddenly almost 80% of the items from almost all the sellers went to Not Deliverable status / Currently out of stock for 226005 about 3 days ago. But when I check the same product for a pincode almost just 2kms away I.e. 226004 it's showing available. HOW SUDDENLY ALMOST ALL THE PRODUCTS went to Not Deliverable status for the first pincode. This is true for same product for multiple sellers. Both these pincodes are in the centre of town. This doesn't even make sense. Flipkart is not even acknowledging the issue at their end and is giving a very generic answer that we are expanding and blah blah blah

          Product not delivering to my address saying address pin code mismatch

          Hi,
          I am more than 9 year customer with Flipkart and I am living in a small village near Sattur, Tamil Nadu, 626203.
          Previously I used to give my office address and they are delivering the products. Now a days I am giving my home address, but they are not delivering the goods saying address pin code mismatch.
          Actually the other e-commerce partners like Amazon, Meesho are delivering to my address then why can't the Flipkart...

          Hi I have ordered crucial 16 gb ram worth of 6300 last week and I got this delivered today everything looks good on the outside box when I open the package I have got crucial plastic package with nothing inside nothing but air. I was shocked a moment and started to check the package there is nothing wrong with package it is genuine and the delivery guy I have known him for months so he is good. It was the fraud from seller please resolve this issue and get back to me with the solution. Here is my mail address [protected]@gmail.com. please get back to me as soon as possible.

            Hi, My order number OD[protected] has 2 items ( pack of 3 shelves )but only pack of 3 shelves was delivered. Now when I see my order summary in Flipkart it shows that both the items delivered and even the receipt on package shows quantity as 2 which is wrong. I never received the other unit. Please locate the item as soon as possible and deliver it. I already called complaint centre to register a complaint but did not receive any messag or mail communication yet.

                I placed an order for IPhone 12 on 2nd September (Order Number - OD[protected]. I received a call on 4th September from the company's customer support and they stated that there has been some problem with logistics and informed me that the same would be sorted out. But when I checked my account it appeared as if I raised a query and it mentioned that the issue would be resolved by 8th September. This being the case I waited till today and I was initially shocked to see that my account mentioning the issue would be resolved by tomorrow. And later when I checked it showed that the issue is unsolved. They are just unilaterally making these updates without informing me anything.
                It is to be noted that they haven't responded to my messages in the past two days. I would also like mention that the product was supposed to be delivered on 5th October. I have been put through a huge amount of mental harassment in the past one week.
                I would like to clearly mentioned that I don't want my order to be cancelled at any cost and I want the product to be delivered as soon as possible. In the meantime, I believe that I deserve a proper update about the status of my product.
                Please find attached herewith the details of my order and the communication made by me to the Flipkart.

                This is such an insane amount of mental harassment. It's been 13 days since I placed the order, but the product hasn't been shipped yet and there's no update about it. Also, it's been 5 days since I posted a complaint here and I don't think it has done anything. Even here I'm not getting any reply.

                I don't know why I even posted a complaint here. You guys are treating me the same way Flipkart is treating me. No updates or no response. I haven't got a delivery date yet though it's been 17 days since I placed order.

                    I have ordered an iPhone against order ID - OD[protected]. It was supposed to get delivered on 5th October 2021 but it was delayed and new date was provided which was on or before 8th October 2021. Today it’s 8th October and still the Flipkart customer service executives are giving excuses and told me to wait till 9th October. It is seriously annoying . There is no surety has been given regarding the delivery. No action has been taken yet. The customer care executives are seriously annoying. When ever I told them to connect to senior/supervisor, they disconnected the call. I am experiencing worst service.

                      It has been over a week now since the first promised delivery date. Order not shipped, no way to contact any customer care executive. Your on-call auto assistant has a very crude and stupid algorithm.

                      Please ship the items (2/2) for which payment has been done in full advance, as soon as possible.

                        Order Rejected: Butterfly Arrow 500 W ... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] was not delivered at the doorstep as per the policy of flipkart and I have not cancelled the product but they returned it without my confirmation.
                        This is really rude behaviour and this not the first time. If you can't deliver a product then why you show those places at the time of ordering the product.

                                I ordered iPhone 12 on 2nd October 2021 in Big Billion Days expected date of delivery was 4th October 2021 which got delayed to 6th October 2021 and still till today it has not been delivered and there is no update on the next expected date of delivery. I tried reaching out to Flipkart customer care and Flipkart social media team on-call none of them are able to help me with the order. They are not even able to track my order and give me updates about my order. According to the Flipkart app the product has been shipped and it has Reached Nizampet Flipkart Facility which is very near to my address Still it is not getting delivered. when I tracked it on https://ekartlogistics.com/ it shows the shipment reached PKCorporateAmeenpurODH_HYD on 3rd October 2021 at 07:14:27AM. I live in Ameenpur, Hyderabad Still it wasn't delivered despite reaching my area. I don't understand the cause of the delay since I can clearly see it reached Ameenpur on 3rd October itself then why is it getting delayed.I am not getting any help from customer care people or the social media team on call. They seem to understand nothing about the Flipkart delivery process They are behaving like chatbots just repeating statements for my every question. I Request you to please look into the issue and get my order delivered as soon as possible.

                                I ordered iPhone 12 64GB on 2nd Oct'21 in Big Billion days Sale Order ID: OD[protected]. The delivery date was 2nd Oct'21 which got extended to 6th Oct'21 . Till 6th Oct'21 to 15th Oct'21, I repeatedly mailed and called them to deliver my order. They were not even giving any expected delivery date after 6th Oct'21.On 15th Oct'21, Suraj Rohira from the Flipkart support team called me and asked me to cancel my order and place a new one at a higher price. I accepted his offer because he cited the issue that my shipment is stuck in the mother hub and could not be delivered. So on 16th Oct'21, I placed a new order ID: OD[protected] and on 17th Oct'21, my previous order got canceled. Again now for this order which I placed on 16th Oct'21 delivery date was given as 19th Oct'21 and till now they have not delivered. This time it reached the nearest hub to my address. It is not even stuck at the mother hub and has not even reached any wrong Flipkart facility. Still, they are not delivering. I am repeatedly mailing and calling them still they are not delivering. I also requested them to share the address of the Flipkart facility so that I can pick up the order myself still they are neither responding to my mails and nor calling me. I request you to take strong action against Flipkart because they are cheating customers they are not delivering products and canceling the orders. If they cannot deliver then why did they take order?? I have paid the whole amount and they are not delivering and keep on extending dates I would have got interest for that money if that was in my bank. I am seriously frustrated now its been a month now daily pain of writing emails and calling them after buying from them. They are not able to deliver orders despite reaching the nearest hub.I urge flipkart if you cannot deliver at least share the address of the Flipkart facility I will myself go and pick up my order.

                                  I have ordered one phone from flipkart with exchange offer. Order ID is OD[protected].
                                  Yesterday delivery person attended delivery and refused to take old mobile with screen guard. My father went to shop and removed it which is actually not a process of exchange.
                                  The delivery person not reattempted delivery yesterday.
                                  Today i have tried to contact him then its showing pin is incorrect. I tried many times for callbacks from flipkart but no reply.
                                  Delivery person is intentionally harassing my old parents since they have formated old phone and waiting for new one. He is not having any contact due to format of old phone.
                                  My both parents are senior citizens and they can't complete every unusual demands of delivery person.
                                  As a customer it is my right to ask flipkart a status of my product and provide me product for which i have paid.
                                  Flipkart is really ignoring my request and treating like garbage.
                                  Flipkart is updating delivery status as they want and blindly trusting delivery person.
                                  I think delivery person will not attend another delivery and cancel order. Also flipkart service is so super that they trust delivery boy but not customers.
                                  Delivery person is torturing my parents by any unusual demands.
                                  I have tried in many ways to contact flipkart including Twitter but they don't have any direct point of contact which is illogical.
                                  Please request you to look into this and provide one consumer his right.
                                  My parents stay at hometown and can't handle such torture from flipkart.
                                  Please give justice.

                                  Flipkart is trying to close my complaint with reason which are not as per guidelines.
                                  As per exchange process my old phone is meeting all criteria. If it's not matching flipkart need to give evidence of it. Behavior of flipkart is not as per exchange Guidelines given by them.
                                  Flipkart is blindly trusting delivery boys who are harassing my parents. Old phone was inspected 8 times in different visit. There was not only delivery boy visited my home. Every time 2 or 3 local gunda type boys with delivery boy who misbehaved with my mother and father.
                                  Is it policy of flipkart?
                                  I am bagging for action against delivery partners but flipkart interested in supporting such local gunda raaj.

                                      I ordered a mobile device on 3rd October 2021.
                                      This is my prepaid order.
                                      Expected delivery date was 5th October 2021.
                                      But then the product was not shipped and when discussed they changed to 8th October 2021 then 11th October 2021.
