Your proof it Filpkart is Fraud organization and increase cyber crime in India.

    Hi Sir,

    I have booked realme C11 2021 mobile phone order no. OD[protected] through flipkart on date 3 Oct 2021.

    On 6th Oct 2021, your delivery agent Mob. [protected] call me, it's replacement device. I said that please come in after one hour. He said that I will reached 2 PM. But your delivery agent had comed. I called customer care and he update product estimates date on 7th October 2021 and delivery agent on tomorrow.

    On 7th October 2021, I am calling your delivery agent through your portal connectivity. Delivery agent said that i will reached in next 1 hour and but he had comed. I am multiple times connecting your customers care.

    But your Customer care are manner less, rudely behavior and not getting proper response. I want to call transfer to seniors and They said that my seniors busy if free or pickup call then transfer your call. They are call on hold more than 15 minute or disconnect my calls.

    Your customers care executives explained company policy and filpkart is not responsible for delivering agent work and says " Y sab policy CEO ne hi banai hai".

    Flipkart company are playing with human emotion and I hope that increases fraudness in product.

    Flipkart is very bad experience, My purchase product using last two days by Delivery Agent but anybody have no taken responsibility.

    If my product not delivered on estimate date today. I claiming 1 lakh rupees penalty otherwise taken legal action against you.

      Hai, I am Mohan Prathap, I have recently purchased an Iphone 12 in Big Billions Day sale on Flipkart. I placed the order on 02 October 2021 and received the product on 05 October 2021. The product was fine for 1-2 days after that it suddenly went off on 07 October 2021 evening around 4pm since then I have been trying to power it on but it won’t turn on. So I booked a appointment on Apple Support, in one of the Authorised Service Provider iCare - Ample Technologies Pvt Ltd
      Moosarambagh, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad ( screenshot attached below ). Appointment was on 08 October 2021, I went there hoping that it would be a small problem, but to my surprise even before explaining my problem the executive/service provider himself asked did you buy it online, did you buy it from Flipkart. He then explained me the situation that in the past week there were 2-3 similar cases all bought from Flipkart, with the same problem I think that isn’t a coincidence. In apple products there will be a small “WHITE” Strip which turns “RED/PINK” whenever there is water damage, in my case the Strip was already “RED/PINK” I haven’t even started using the phone properly. This is the same case for all the 2-3 members who approached the service provider and only from one location or branch. The service provider if you submit the product we will try to look into it but the product will be considered as Water Damage and you can’t claim warranty and there will be no replacement. He suggested me to return the device to the original source.

        I ordered jbl bluetooth earphones and they were delivered on 09.10.2021.After opening delivery package, i found earphones missing. Only accesories were prrsent. I called helpline but their response was inability to deal with technical issue. They were also not able to generate refund or return request. I have been harassed mentally by flipkart and its service. I hope the company cares about its reputation or is it a complete online fraud.

          MY order is been pending for the last 22 hrs and i have paid a huge amount.
          Please refund or confirm the order.

          4-oct- My product was showing delivered i kept calling flipkart i have not recived the same. They told me to wait its showing shipping in our systems wait for 24hrs we can then take your complain.
          5-Oct - midnight 12:46am i got a msg that it is delivered i again called flipjart they told me wait till morning .
          Again in morning they told me its delivered to gujrat - and its some random address which has locality, area, pincode and name but No house no. Or building No. is memtioned. I dont know about that place too . I have never placed any order . How can flipkart send there product without taking OTP . I got OTP on 4oct 10 am and i called them . Whats happening i have never shared my OTP.
          6-Oct - After approaching via so many channels - customer care, Mails, Twitter and Instagram. I recieved a call and they registered my complain. And they assured me that they will provide me an feedback in 24hrs and now its been 72 hrs i didnt recive a single call from them and i m chasing them badly and still they say they are working on it . I need my money or my phone . I wanted it this is why i ordered . They have take 53999 amount from me . And now they are not even reverting me back. I need a phone that is why i ordered it . Why dont they understand the importance of disturbinh consumers peace of mind. They dont even prioritise such cases and also donot respond . I m not able to sleep it much more amount that i even earn . They have taken whole of my savings and now not responding. PLEASE look into this matter and ask them to refund my money or deliver my producy with supervision so that i dont get a fake one now. I have already lost trust on website.

              I ordered an item from flipkart on 2nd of oct .But the product is not yet shipped with order id OD[protected]
              It was to be delivered on 07th of October. I tried calling the customer care they told they are trying to resolve it but no update till now. Being a plus member i did it prepaid please ship my product ASAP please flipkart mob- [protected]

                I have ordered two product
                1- Dazzy purse house women sling bag rose gold which was delivered on 7th October & another purse which is Dazzy purse house casual gold clutch, this product was missing in the parcel. The amount is paid for both the product & both the product are shown as delivered but i have received only the first mentioned product. It's been two days & I haven't heard back from flipkart which is really disappointing.

                    I ordered iphone 12 from flipkart on 3rd oct 2021, delivery date was 7th oct but order status was showing ordered but not shipped. I called flipkart customer care and they told that it will get deliver by 12th oct but it's 9th oct and product status is still same not shipped yet. I am sure flipkart will cancel it at the end but I need the product as it's a gift for someone else and on my faith he didn't purchased it own.
                    Flipkart please deliver the product before 12th oct 2021.

                      I'm ordered i phone 12 blue 128gb in flipkart big billion days but in the parcel I'm received anthor brand mobile phone
                      I'm ordered at Oct 2nd time 1am
                      And I'm received parcel at oct 3rd
                      But in the parcel I'm received anthor brand phone
                      And I'm recorded video while I'm unboxing the parcel
                      So I'm contact flipkart care after I'm faced this issue but telling wait me at 7 oct
                      And you receive a on or before 6 or 7 oct
                      I'm not received any kind mail regarding this issue so I'm again contact to Flipkart support in Twitter
                      And I'm Twitt with video and photo's
                      And they call me after 4 hours and they say me to wait 7 Oct but
                      I'm not received mail on 7 oct they said to wait me on 8 th oct 9:30 Am
                      But not received mail again waiting 8th Oct
                      So then I'm again contact to flipkart customer care they please wait at 9 oct 3:30Am
                      But not any mail regarding to issue
                      And now response form flipkart team
                      When call I'm call to flipkart care they 2 minutes wait but keeping continues on hold
                      But they are connect call to senior assistant

                        I ordered a Lenovo v15itl g2 laptop on 3rd October 21, received on 8th October 21 on 5:30pm after 2 hours o[censored]sage i noticed there is a dead pixel in display which is clearly visible on its boot up(when background is black). After noticing it i through it might be a software issue i troubleshoot it but no changes then i found it is a hardware issue which is manufacturing defect.
                        I called to Flipkart coustomer care on 8:30 and said all incident to them then raised a replacement request. they also said me that your return/replacement policy will valid till 15th October 21(up to 7 day from date of purchase).
                        They said me about their policy accordingly a technician will visit my home to check the defective laptop within 24hours but when I checked in tracking status it is on 24th October 21. Now what will I do till 24th my job work is pending for which I bought this laptop and By chance technician refused then my return policy will be expired. Then I have no option to replacement/return for the same.
                        Now please help me I bought it for Rs 27000/- for my job work, i can’t use it also wasted my time and money.
                        On the other hand Flipkart executive do not give any positive response.
                        I have also attached my proof for reference
                        Flipkart should solve my issue and replace it with a new as soon as possible.

                          Ordered item (Order id : OD[protected] on 03/10/2021, the item reached my nearest hub 05th oct, was expected to be delivered by 6th oct, but was delayed for no clear reason and i had to rescheduled to 09th oct which is today. But yet nothing from flipkart, item is still at hub according to flipkart.

                          Other delivery services are delivering everything at my place on time, so i guess there is no delays due to covid restrictions. And its not even like the item is stuck somewhere in transit, rather its at nearest hub for around a week.
                          If you cannot deliver in time at least provide with an realistic delivery date.

                              I ordered iphone in flipkart and it was suppose to delivered on 8th oct 2021. last min they are changing delivery date.. I sent emails no reply and one email came as no longer monitored emails contact chat boat.. I called hundreds of calls to CC number always some issue it says..requested call back and all calls they ask me to wait for 1min then no reply.. I escalated to CC manager and he says he cant help.. I tweeted the request to CEO and got reply from Support team it will be delivered 11th oct 2021. such an irresistible stupid company and worst support. I want to file a complaint in consumer court on this stupid so called flipkart.. can someone help me .

                                I've Ordered Iphone 12 from Flipkart. On 5th October my Order shipped from Bhiwandi. & The Promise date for delivery was 7 October on that day it get changed to 8 October. & On that Day it get changed to 9 October !

                                Very wrost Experience I've Faced ... On prepaid Order ! I'm feeling that I'm Victim of Fraud !

                                  On 2nd October 2021 I have ordered lot of products including 1no. Casio AD218 Youth Combination ( AEQ-110W-1BVDF ) Analog-Digital Watch - For Men and 3no. HAIR & CARE Dry Fruit Oil with Walnut & Almond (Non-Sticky) Hair Oil. Both were delivered in the evening of 3rd October, 2021. After delivery there was no update of invoices on the order page. Then I contacted their customer care. Now the scenarios are as follow.
                                  1) first representative told me that she already send that invoice in my registered mail id. But I have not received it yet.
                                  2) after that second representative told me that there is an error in sending invoices in my registered email. So they would solve it within 8th October. And today is 9th October.
                                  3) Then I reach their escalation team. He told me that unless and until all the products under this order ID is being delivered, it is not possible to get invoice copies.
                                  4) Then on 5th October, 2021 one of their customer care executive called me back and informed me that she send all the invoices under this order ID in my registered email ID. But still there was no invoice of aforesaid products.
                                  5) I forward that previous mail copy to the escalation team. That person, who take care this complaint, again told me that unless and until all the products under this order ID is being delivered, it is not possible to get invoice copies. I asked him that if that is so, then how one of your executive access those invoices. But not giving the answer, he repeated same statement and requested to wait till the delivery of all products under this order id. And send a mail that my problem would be solved within 8th october, 2021.
                                  6) Yesterday all the products under this order id were delivered (though one product was missing and customer care executive handled that missing product issue smoothly). Today Download button is also available in order page to download invoices. But still there was no invoice regarding the mentioned products. I mailed the escalation team. But there was no reply.
                                  Invoice is too simple thing to provide to a customer. I do not get that unprofessional behaviour of flipkart regarding this. I paid the amount fully, they delivered the products safely and timely, then what is the problem to send a copy of invoices? Invoices are required for warranty registration. Till date I cannot register warranty for my Casio AD218 Youth Combination ( AEQ-110W-1BVDF ) Analog-Digital Watch - For Men. In future without invice, it is impossible to claim warranty.
                                  Furthermore, it is rite of a customer and duty of the seller and flipkart to get and to provide invoices respectively. Please help

                                  I am very much upset about the behaviour of your escalation executive who called me for resolution on 11th October, 2021. According to her, the seller tried to generate that invoice on the website of flipkart and some technical errors occurred. She advised me to return the product and submit a fresh order. I informed her that I have no problem, but the price of the watch has been increased by about Rs. 1300. Then she told me that the seller only gives me 10% of the price difference as per policy and I have to compensate for the extra amount on my own as if I am guilty for technical fault. Then I request her to send the whole resolution in my registered email and also ask her to send that policy document where such rules against customers (where customers are not at all involved in technical faults) are written. Though she promised to do the same but still now I have not received that. However she also promised me that a senior executive would call me within 24 hours and disconnect that call. By then almost 40 hours were over but no one called me.
                                  It is the first time I received such unprofessional, rude and misguided behaviour from a customer care executive of flipkart. It was unexpected.

                                  There are serious issues in your invoice generation programming. This complaint is about the above mentioned order ID: OD[protected]. Till now your system generates four different types of invoice copies of the same order and in each copy there is no mention of following products.

                                  1) HAIR & CARE Dry Fruit Oil with Walnut & Almond (Non-Sticky) Hair Oil (500 ml) (Qty: 3 nos)
                                  2) Lakmé Eyeconic Kajal Twin Pack (Deep Black, 0.7 g) (Qty: 1no)
                                  3) Lakmé 9to5 Primer + Gloss Nail Colour, Scarlet Blaze Scarlet Blaze (Qty: 1no)
                                  4) NIVEA Protect & Care Deodorant Spray - For Women (150 ml) (Qty: 3nos)
                                  5) GILLETTE Mach3 Celebrations Gift Pack (Mens Grooming Kit with Mach3 Razor, Hygiene Cap, Cartridge & Foam) (Qty: 1no)
                                  6) Parachute Advansed Body Lotion Natural Moisture, With Almond, Nourished & Hydrated Skin (400 ml) (Qty: 2nos)
                                  7) Lakmé Insta Eye Liner 9 ml (Black) (Qty: 3nos)

                                  These all seven types of products are missing from all four different types of invoice copies generated from time to time. Besides --

                                  1) The first copy of invoice excludes CASIO AD218 Youth Combination ( AEQ-110W-1BVDF ) Analog-Digital Watch - For Men (Qty: 1no) with the other seven products mentioned above. It was sent by your customer care executive through my registered email ID on 5th October, 2021.

                                  2) The second copy of invoice excludes boAt Stone 650 10 W Bluetooth Speaker (Charcoal Black, Stereo Channel) (Qty: 1no) and boAt Rockerz 600 HD Sound Bluetooth Headset (Brown, On the Ear) (Qty: 1no) with the other seven products mentioned above. It was downloaded in the morning of 12th October, 2021 from the order page on flipkart website.

                                  3) The third copy of invoice excludes only the other seven products mentioned above. It was downloaded on 12th October, 2021 at about 11.30p.m. from the order page on flipkart website.

It was downloaded in the morning of 13th October, 2021 from the order page on flipkart website.

                                  Please help to get rid of this issue and make available all the invoices properly.

                                  Today, when I observe all the invoices carefully I have seen this ambiguity. This should not happen. And if take place it is required to apologize and compensate fully the concerned customer. But without doing anything the one of escalation executive told me to return products and provide only 10% of the price difference amount in the name of seller. It is very much disappointing as if I am responsible for all these technical errors and pay the difference from my own pocket. Literally she marked me guilty.

                                  How many days will it take to resolve my complaint??
                                  Your escalation executive called me yesterday at noon. He told me that within 24hours the invoice problem will be solved. But 24hours is over and still now there is no solution and even no response from your side. Please do not make me to take legal step. It is also a kind of mental harrasment and fraudulent activity. I again request you to solve this issue today itself.

                                    I have purchased an iPhone 12 Mini of amount ₹ 37999 on 2nd October 2021 from Flipkart. I received the product on 3rd October. I opened the product and put this on charging after some time it got heated and turned off and then never turned on even after trying every solution even tried to contact Apple support, then I checked the mobile and noticed some scratches on the body. I raised the replacement request on 4th October which was approved on 6 October 2021 and I was told that my product will be delivered by the 8th of October 2021. However, today is the 9th of October 2021 and I am still waiting for my product. Even I made N number of calls to Flipkart customer care all the time they are making me fool by making lame promises.
                                    It’s really been a tough time for me, I am going through mental torture because I have spent my hard earn money on this product, but what I got in return is a dead mobile phone which is not working and even making too many attempts I am unable to get the replacement of this faulty mobile.

                                    Hi Team, please check with this ID OD[protected]. After looking into this, I think you can relate to my pain. I can't express my feeling that in what mental trauma stage am I? I have spent my hard earn money which is a huge amount for me. Ander after spending ₹ 38000 what do I have in my hand a dead mobile and nothing. And it's me who is almost begging Flipkart to replace my mobile with the working one.
                                    Is it really the right way to deal with a customer who was giving continuously business to you.

                                    the attached image is the order detail. As you can see that the item was promised by the 8th of October. But still waiting for the update and my product. And I can't tell you how many times I made the calls to your delivery person and customer care, but no result. Request you to please look into my issue please ask the team to deliver my mobile. I am really in pain, I had spent my big saving to buy this mobile. I used to keep belief in Flipkart, but Flipkart shattered my faith. The pain Flipkart gave me, will never leave me.

                                      Sir,
                                      Last week we have ordered a television from Flipkart .But we didn't like the product and cancelled it.Then they initiated a refund and told us that they refunded to original payment method.But still now we didn't recieve any refund.I don't know what happens .we tried to contact them through mail but didn't respond still now.Please I hope you will take some measures to get our money back .It will be so helpful for us.
