2 days ago, I ordered a pen which cost 3200, amount deducted from my Paytm wallet, and order is not confirmed from Flipkart side, now I have lost my 3200 rupees, and Flipkart note taking responsibility, as I have record that the money send it to Flipkart, adding some pictures you can easily see

    I ordered a fan which cost rs 3200, amount deducted from my Paytm wallet, an order not confirmed by bank side as Flipkart says, I talk to PayTM services, they told me that amount send to Flipkart, but Flipkart is not responding, I don't know what to do

      I've bought a fridge from Flipkart and it got delivered on 5 October but the status of the order have not yet updated as "delivered" and also it's 9 October today and the installation is not done yet. The order status still says "out for delivery". As we opted for exchange, we're now left without a fridge for the last four days. Not at all a helpful response from Flipkart costumer service. Resolve it ASAP

        My Name is Kiran i am using with flipkart service but i am very much dissatisfied with your service and this is not for first time i am facing the problem every time i am facing the same problem with your flipkart service and i am also flipkart plus number but still i am facing the same problem .

        1. i am facing the problem with delivery of my product no proper communication .

        2. i have offer with extra 500/- off on washing machines coupon but i am not getting this offer i am purchasing product and yesterday this coupon is applicable washing machines product but today i am trying to booking the same product not getting this offer but My Rewards Account it is showing in 2 days validity but i am trying to contact customer care but there is no proper response i am wasting my time also.

        but i am not happy with service please improve the your service level.

          I ordered an iPhone from Flipkart on 2nd of October .But the product is not yet shipped
          It was to be delivered on 07th of October. No updates from Flipkart. I tried calling the customer care they told they are trying to resolve it but no update till now. Being a plus member i did it prepaid but no action has been taken from the Flipkart as well as from the seller.

            I ordered on 3rd October. The order was shipped on 4th and reached to MotherHub_SNK in kolkata and dispatched on 5th from there to my nearest hub which is Haltu Hub.. I am seeing that for past five days. It was supposed to deliver yesterday but they delayed for 2 days still i haven't gotten my product. They cannot provide me the information for the ekart logistic people.. I really want product to arrive.. Why delay when there is no need to delay.. Give me the details and i will go get the product myself.

              Hi, I made a purchase from flipkart for Google Home Mini and I selected Paytm wallet as my payment method.
              The payment has been deducted from my wallet but when I contacted flipkart customer care they responded me that they have not received any money.

              Even I have received cashback from paytm for thay payment.

                I ordered an item on flipkart on 2nd of October .But the product is not yet shipped
                It was to be delivered on 06th of October. no updates from Flipkart. I tried calling the customer care they told they are trying to resolve it but no update till now. they postponed it to 09 oct but now also it is delayed. i did it prepaid but no responsibility from the flipkart as well from the seller.

                  I have ordered an asus laptop with GST input tax credit on 8th october which has not been processed by the seller(TBL Online). My friend has also ordered the same laptop with GST input and has also faced the same situation for confirming this situation he again placed an order for the same laptop without taking GST input tax credit and this the seller processed his order within 1 hour. Kindly resolve this issue as I have also contacted the customer care but they are not able to address my issue.

                    I ordered hp laptop from flipkart during big billion sale on 2 october 2021
                    But I received defective laptop display not working
                    Then I complaint to flipkart after that hp engineer came and sealed the laptop and it ready for return pic up
                    But e kart executive refuse to pickup without opening
                    I complaint again and same issue with this so no action from flipkart..

                      My complaint is that I purchased a Samsung F12 on 7 oct in big billion sale but when i unbox phone is it not upto the mark camera quality is so poor and touch sensor is third class i have to touch twice for one programme its not thar what i wish when i checked return policy thy asked that they refund my amount for that but when i initate return request they keep rejecting that ????
                      I'm a regular fkipkart costumer but if this is something that totally shameful

                        I placed the order on 3rd October and the delivery was due on 4th October but I have not received my order yet. The date is being extended every day. If you can not reach, then tell me why you are keeping someone seated on the basis of his order. If you can't give and order, then refuse it, no person will be disturbed without work, will it not?

                          Every time your engineer lying and giving missed call and claiming that my phone number is unreachable.

                          When I tried to call them back they don't respond to call.

                            Suddenly flipkart is showing product not deliverable. I order from here everytime from last 3 years and it was never a problem. But from last 2 days it is showing no seller sell to this pincode. My pincode 324009 it is the one of the main pincode of my city also i tried the other one 324005 it is also having the same problem.
                            Please resolve it as soon as possible i need to order something urgently.

                              I ordered a laptop on 3 October bbd sale on flipkart which is supposed to be delivered by 6th of October. On 6 October they give me update that it will deliver within next 3 days sorry for inconvenience.
                              Now today is 9 i still haven't received my product i am a student my assignment is pending i have lot of work to do.
                              I guess they will revise again the date of delivery by next 3 days again.

                              Its really painful when you spend a huge amount and dont get the product on time

                                I recently purchased whisper from flipkart. Today i got the product and it was duplicate and of low quality . I contacted the customer service and they said that the product will be picked up. Although the product comes under no return policy and by taking advantage of such a policy they are supplying duplicate products. Now, I obviously checked the rating of the seller before ordering the product . They had 4.3 stars so i decided to order but was disappointed. After going through the reviews i realized I am not the only customer who is being cheated like that. So, i wanted to file a complaint regarding the same.

                                  I ordered a laptop(hp pavilion) from Flipkart on 2nd October 2021, flipkart then stated that the product will be delivered by 4th October 2021 but on 4th they(flipkart) extended the date to 7th October 2021, and even today (9th October 2021) the product is undelivered.
                                  And I am clueless where my product is, as the tracking id is also not shown on the tracking page. Customer care phone number is unreachable and there is not a single update from flipkart regarding the delivery.

                                      I have ordered a product from Flipkart which is being shipped via Ekart.
                                      Tracking number is FMPP[protected]

                                      This product is misroute due to the mistake of ekart team only. There was no mistake of mine. The product is in Osmanabad hub which should be in Solapur hub as per the address. So I myself visited the Osmanabad hub and asked them about the issue. They said they will return it to the seller and cancel the order even though there is no mistake of mine.
                                      I asked them to let me pick up the order at the hub as it is prepaid and even told them that I will share the otp and my id card details for verification. They declined to give me that parcel. They are not even sending it to the correct address. What should I do now?
                                      I won't get the same deal now or else I could order it again. So that is not the option for me.
                                      Even spoke to Flipkart customer care but they didn't help me with this.
                                      I need my product or the same deal again.
