I ordered Realme Air2 Buds in flipkart and which was defective product. Now, when i asked Flipkart to get replacement and they are asking me to go to Realme service center and work with them. This is totally cheating customer by selling defective or 3 rd grade items by flipkart.

      I made an order of sneakers from flipkart of which I paid through my paytm wallet. Amount got deducted but order has not been confirmed and says we did not receive amount from bank. And when called customer executive they says no transaction found and just says they'll call back like what's the issue why can't you speak on the same call. Like really flipkart you fooling customers around .. don't know if I would get my wallet payment back.

      Hi this is shahid my contact number through which the order was placed is [protected]. Already mentioned before with the refrence that I've paid for the order id OD[protected] puma bari sneaker on 7th oct 2021 through paytm wallet with transaction id [protected] and paytm order id PZT[protected]M2PO03 payment of 690 was instantly debited but uptill now its been more than 5 days I havent recived any amount. And your customer executive have that audacity to cut the call on face as they listen about refund it seems a legit cheat and fraud and compelling me to take a legal action against the company. No response and when I raise concern you guys mark it as resolved, what's happening. Is this a big fraud. I'm just speaking like a fool and there's no concern no resolution from your side. Never thought of such a worst experience. As per your customer executive request here I've attached below the file and also the screenshot of the statement from paytm confirming the debit of the amount from my wallet. The customer executive asked me to provide the proof statement from paytm. Hoping to get some positive outcome and resolution from flipkart. I'm literally fed up of this.

      They literally do nothing and says the payment stuck between gate ways. Also their CUSTOMERs support has that audacity to cut the ongoing call such a ### behavior. Naming themselves big gains. Not just speaking about the amount stucked but the way their CUSTOMER support work literally make us think like a fool. A must learn lesson the lure us to do prepaid transaction for such nuisance never ever do any online transaction believing on their name.

        I'm writing this with full of frustration and after receiving a pathetic service from your customer service team and backend team. I'm a flipkart plus customer and my account is active ever since flipkart is launched. I have purchased a Havells water geyser on 11-Sep and I have received a damaged product. I have raised return request for the same and I haven't received the return.

        Whenever I called the customer care service they have told me there is some technical issue due to which current request cannot be processed and they cancelled the current return request and raised new return request. This happened 4 times, I'm repeating literally the same issue happened and they cancelled and created a new request 4 times. If your customer care executive are not sure about what to do why they are cancelling and creating a request again and again. I haven't even created or cancelled the request from my side. Whenever I call and talk with the customer care executive they come up with the answer saying they have escalated the issue to the backend team. .

        And now my flipkart account is BLOCKED and asking me to reach customer service and the backend team is coming up with same response telling due to multiple return request your account has been blocked

        And your pathetic service didn't stop here, I have been asked for a valid government proof in order to process my return request. I don't know what sake I should provide you my government ID proof to process my return request for your scrap and damaged product I received, yet I have replied on top of that mail with my aadhar card and today I have received a mail stating provided document is not sufficient hence cancelling the return request. Am I looking a like a fool to you guys? For getting a damaged product and to replace it I need to take this much effort and in the end you will block my account and cancel the replacement request too.

        Is this the kind of service you provide? I have each and every conversation with you customer care service recorded and I can even take it legally and file a complaint for the pathetic service. I'm being very patient and you guys are seriously testing my patience.

        I'm expecting the below resolution from you guys,

        1. Why my flipkart account is blocked?
        2. I'm fed up with your return service and I don't want your product anymore. Please take your scarp and damaged product back and return my money back.
        3. You guys asked for a valid government ID proof and I have sent aadhar card which you guys have asked for, and for god's sake why the hell aadhar card is not a valid document and you don't have enough information? What else do you expect.

              Delivery updates are highly manipulated.

              I was supposed to receive my expensive smartphone today which had other offers clubbed. Product shipped on time and reached my town today, said Xpressbees tracker.
              All of a sudden my delivery is delayed by a week so that I'm unable to use linked offers. Highly fraudulent practices. BEWARE.

                I have made the payment on 24th of July and still haven't received any refund or product . I have complaint multiple time but but issue was not resolved I was made to believe that my payment will be done within a month but now they are refusing to pay me back I have attached all payment proof with transaction id and chat with flipkart customer services.

                                When I ordered the product (3rd Oct) its says your product will be delivered by Monday(4th Oct, Monday) but still, my order is stuck and has not shipped yet.

                                Please get back to me on this issue and looking for compensation on your side due to delayed even I have paid full money for the same.

                                I was not expected from Flipkart and the order is worth 54k almost.

                                  I am stunned at the activities by you Flipkart. During booking of mobile samsung galaxy f62 with exchange Infinix hot 8 was priced Rs. 12, 299/- vide order I'd OD[protected]. But during delivery, courier men wanted to charge full amount Rs. 18999/- . He refused to exchange my mobile by saying no provision of exchange. Hence next day Flipkart auto cancelled my order. Further customer care executive ordered me to push re-order the same. But now on my location, it shows either not deliverable or out of stock and even the price of exchangeable mobile is showing less amount than earlier price.
                                  My request is please do dispensation of delivery the same on my location with earlier priced of exchangeable mobile.

                                    I ordered a phone (poco x3 pro) on 30th September 2021 but the payment failed. So I requested a refund and got a message saying that the refund will be credited by 6th October 2021 to my bank account. But ti never got the refund. I contacted customer care of flipkart and they said that the refund was already completed from seller side. I contacted my bank and they told that they never received a refund from merchant flipkart. Then flipkart gave me a reference number for the transaction and that was totally useless. Till now I haven't received a refund which was a n amount of 16, 999.

                                      I ordered a product on 4 Oct 2021 and delivery date is 7 Oct 2021.
                                      Product has to be shipped on 5 Oct 2021.
                                      But product not shipped nor delivered.
                                      It is prepaid order.
                                      Now I don't know what to do.
                                      If I cancel the order then how many times it will take for refund.

                                        I have ordered two saree from Flipkart but I have received only one saree. My order ID is OD[protected]. I have paid the money for two saree but received only one saree. I am very much disappointed with the service of Flipkart.
