Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know

          Dear Sir/Madam, I was give two quantity order of SAARA Floral print printd bollywood Georgette Saree against order ID - OD[protected] For two quantity of Rs 305/- each but I had receive only 1 quantity instead of 2 quantity in that packet that's why i return the product to flipkart but from there reply me Refund Processed. The refund of Rs 305 instead of Rs 610/-

          For this reason I lost 305/- Totally fraud By Flipkart

            This is the most unprofessional and unethical way of promoting the business.
            As I have placed an ordered " Hard Body Set of 3 Luggage - Photon Strolly Set 55+65+75 360 Tbl - Teal Special price"Product: Hard Body Set of 3 Luggage - Photon Strolly Set 55+65+75 360Items: 3 (different size varies)Order Date: Sep 20th, 2021Order ID: OD[protected]Product delivered: 24th September 2021Order Price: RS: 7361 + 188 Supercoins

            But it got delivered with only 2 items (55 +65 inches) in it so in response to it, I have requested for replacement on the same day of delivery (24/09/2021).
            The replacement request has been rejected and shared all necessary documents in order to process the Refund request.
            Documents were collected several times for me yet the end result is the same this time too. The reason for the rejection understated is not satisfactory and irrelevant. Flipkart is well known for providing products with the actions/ consent of the customer and honoring the time and effort spent by the customer. I am a Flipkart Plus member and placed several products through your Flipkart applications. I am clueless where is the problem lying? I expect complete transparency as my refund request is canceled.
            It will be very unfair on the Flipkart part if proper justification is not provided in the matter as my documents were collected several times clearly promising me that the application will be approved.
            Please don't drag me into such a situation that I might need to lodge a consumer complaint, thereby deteriorating the E-commerce giant(FLIPKART) reputation.
            I have attached all necessary documents and email attachments for your reference.
            On the contrary, give a proper reason for the rejection or refund me a credit card amount with immediate effect

              2021
              And I Delivered it on saturday 17th july 2021
              Some technical in Headphones some charging problem I returned the
              headphones on Monday 19th july 2021
              But Amount is not refund I contact to flipkart customer Answered that
              Amount will be refund on 9th August 2021 at 4:25pm ...
              But the amountI is not credited in my Bank Account. Again I contacted a
              flipkart customer and he answered that please send the mini statement of
              Bank Account...
              It took two months but the amount is not credited to my account...
              I think SBI resolved this issue. I think so...
              flipkart is not taking responsibility for this issue.

                  I had order item on 19 September (COD) and I got it by 24th September and I had paid by online method on 24 September and my money get debited from my account but on my order section it's showing payment processing so the delivery man Rufus to give me my order and say if you didn't get otp I am not able to give your order so wait until you get otp so I said ok then I have contacted to flipkart support via call 4/5 time but on 1 October I have contacted to flipkart support and I request that please cancel my order because I have waited 11 days but my money still stuck in processing so I don't want my item cancel it and give my refund as soon as possible the supporter called sana said I have taken your request and you will get call from our team by 4th October and they will solve your problem I said what if I didn't get call she said you will get it I put it on high priority I said ok. Then I had check my order section on 2nd October and on that it's showing your delivery has delivered before 2nd October it's in payment processing suddenly it's showing item delivered but I did not got my delivery so I got confused and I also on same day I got mail from flipkart that your payment for order got unsuccessful please pay again etc I will provide screenshot . So what should I do I want to cancel my order and I want my money refunded as soon as possible the order I'd is OD[protected]

                      I had ordered a Samsung dual door refrigerator (order no : OD[protected] in exchange of my old Lg refrigerator, for which flipkart offered me an exchange amount of Rs 3650, which was supposed to be deducted from the actual product cost. On the day of delivery, the executive came empty handed, to check my old fridge, took almost 45 mins, looked all sides and corners carefully and told that my refrigerator is not up to the standard as there are rust on the surface. Although my fridge was fully rust free, no dents fully functional. I have attached a video for your reference. The delivery guy told me that I have to pay extra if I want to purchase the new one. Which really pissed me off, I literally cleaned the all surfaces with detergents to show that those are just dust stains and nothing old, the fridge was 6 years old and it is expected atlist some minor dust stains to be there. I really did not expect such rudeness and burglary from a reputed company like flipkart. I have purchased several things from Amazon also in exchange offer, but never saw such unprofessional-ism. Now when I browsed into this forum, I got to know so many people across the whole country have faced the same issue many times. Whoever seeing this post, never fall for the flipkart big billions scam, and dont ever expect solutions from their customer care team, they are just sitting their to let you know the status of things that you already get to see from the app, and those illiterate delivery guys are gods for them, what ever they say is bible to them. Customer is just a poor lamb to be slaughtered.

                              I had purchased a colour cartridge through Flipkart (HP 682) in March-2021.
                              When I fixed the cartridge to printer, it was found that colours are quite faint. When I had taken the cartridge to HP dealer at jamnagar, Gujarat where I live, I was told that cartridge appears to be duplicate. Due to various Covid-19 related constraints could not take us this issue earlier. I still have the cartridge. Request Flipkart to return the money. Attaching relevant details & photos.

                                I have ordered Motorola Edge 20 Fusion OID: OD[protected] by Sept 11th 2021, and i have received the device by 14th Sept. The actual issue with the device is battery gets drained very fast. So i have raised a return request by 16th Sept. For tel-verification they took 3 days and confirmed my request and mentioned that the technician visit would happen by 21 Sept. but the technician visit didn't happen till now.
                                There is no update from flipkart and it says my return has been cancelled and suddenly new request created and that had extended time to process my return (24th Sept) and again time got extended till 27th Sept and again same happened and my return got converted to replacement request without my knowledge by 29th Sept and again time got extended till 2nd Oct and i have call each and every time to flipkart customer care you can see all the records and history. Yesterday my technician visit had to happen but none visited. So i called flipkart care and as usual they raised a request and that resolution date is 6th Oct.
                                I am really frustrated as this is the repeated process happening. I ordered as i don't have mobile but because of this lengthy process i had to arrange some other device now this replacement doesn't make any sense and one main thing is this technician visit never happened this JEEVES guys are not picking the call also they haven't called us but they reject the return request as such without even visiting.
                                Kindly help me on the same and process my return request.

                                Flipkart cheated me. Now without my knowledge it closed the return and saying you need to visit the brand. The process was totally fake. They restricted us from all point of contact even email and always directing us to the customer care where they repeat the same. They dont take any action. Flipkart please dont play with consumers. The worst ever experience I faced with Flipkart that too spending my rs21499 rupees.

                                    I placed order for one headphones and since I didn't need the product anymore, I contacted flipkart regarding the same. They asked me to refuse the product at doorstep. I did the same but after that I didn't get my refund. After contacting regarding the same for so many days, they said wait for 24 hrs, 3 days and like that. Finally they said this product can't be cancelled and no refund possible, you have to accept the product. NOW when I accepted that too they are not showing when it will be delivered, team will contact me after 1 week regarding same and like that. IF I need this product, I need it urgently, but they are making me helpless by not delivering it on time, by not cancelling it so that I can purchase it from outside and the mental agony which I have to go through is another case. Please take strict action against this.

                                        I want to update my postal address mobile no to my account login no - i did a mistake some months ago when i was i punjab so my prepaid sim card was not working there - so i add my postpaid no to my flipkart account to get call from delivery boy - but when i can came back to my home town in Jammu i trued to go back to my previous no but now it say identifier already in use - i want to chang my no to my previous no because the new no i have added is my mom no
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
