I had ordered an iPhone 12 blue 128gb on 2nd October 1: 10 AM and payment was fully made by my ICICI debit Card. And promise a date of 3rd October item to be delivered. Then my order doesn't process. However today 7th October Flipkart automatically cancelled the order today morning even though regular deliveries are made to my address and I'm using flipkart since 5 6 years. Since 5 6 years i ordered a bunch of phones never face this kind of a problem. Now the phone price has gone up by 5000 and the variant I ordered is shown as out of stock. Refund as per Flipkart will only be done by Oct 11 too.

I want my product on the same price in which i booked it

Without my consent my order is cancelled. Have gone through a very Bad experience with flipkart, Now I'll think twice before ordering any product from flipkart because they’re cheaters and do not take any action against fraud seller supercomnet even after knowing the reviews for supercomnet.

    I ordered a product during the big billion day offer. They delayed the delivery for 5 days after that wothout me canceling the order got canceled that the dealer has cancelled the product now the same product amount has increased by 10k

      I had ordered an iPhone 12 mini and payment was fully made by my card. However Flipkart automatically cancelled the order today morning even though regular deliveries are made to my address. Now the phone price has gone up by 3000 and the variant I ordered is shown as out of stock. Refund as per Flipkart will only be done by Oct 15 too. I am perplexed as to what can be done

        I ordered a IPhone 12 device on 3rd of October, 2021.
        This is my prepaid Order.
        Expected delivery date was 5th of October 2021.
        On 5th of October I received a message from flipkart that due to logistics constraints Your order is getting delayed and will reach to you by 8th of Oct 2021

        But my order is not yet Shipped.
        Today is 7th of October.
        Please help me.🙏

          I have place an order on 2 October with order ID OD[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 5 October. But it was not delivered. Then they reschedule delivery for 9 October. But till 7 October the product has not been shipped.

            I have complaint Air Cooler repair to flipkart smart by and they are replied on September 20th and I will get call from technician with 48 hours but I didn't get the technician till date, I have called regarding same issue on phone they are raise new complaint and wait for 48 hours still I didn't get the call from technician.

            I called two times to flipkart smartby customer care they are replying that, technician was called you and you said that reschedule the service. without receiving the technician call how can say to reschedule the service.

                Order - FMPP[protected].
                I place an order on 2nd octuber 2021, it supposes to deliver on 4oct, but on 4oct after the message, out for delivery and the time got a chance to 6 Oct delivery time. now again out for delivering statute on 6 Oct, but today is 7 Oct but still no status for delivery.

                Really very bad experience,
                Dear Flipkart you have taken thousands of money for my product, please send my product and interest amount for penalties.

                    I purchased Motorola G60 worth ₹14, 500 on 2nd October, 2021. The order was already paid. The mobile phone has not even shipped yet after 5 days, the date is 7th October, 2021 at the time of writing this. ORDER ID: OD[protected]

                    I don't know if the phone is out of stock due to discount on Big Billion Days, but they are still telling me that the order would be delivered on 8th October 2021. If the Phone is already out of stock, just cancel the order, why this nonsense of indefinite waiting?

                      Flipkart Blocked my account saying that items that I purchased or not for my personal use.

                      How will you able to say that I'm not purchasing products for my personal use ?? I can prove that I ordered products for myself and for my family how wil you say that ?? Do have a look at my account check the address I might have ordered to different address. Without proper Information from the customer don't take the sole dicision that's my account all my details are there in my account so do check problem and call me incase of any quary

                        Item is delivered on Oct 6 but the installation is scheduled for Oct13th. There is no process or way to prepone/change the installation date. Flipkart is not even responding to the installation request. One customer executive blames the seller and another on Jeeves Customer support. I even contacted Jeeves support for this and they are denying to take any requests on installation. They will consider any request only after 10 days of the product being delivered.

                        I had called the flipkart service centre more than 10 times but no one is helping. Why is that so stressful to schedule an installation request. Customer service is very poor and slow to respond any query.

                        Please request you to help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          I had ordered a iphone 12 128gb black during big billion days sale and paid for it online .
                          First it showed that it will be delivered on 4th October.
                          And then it says that it got delayed now the new expected delivery date is 7th October ..
                          Then I contacted customer care .
                          Instead of resolving my issue they said there logistic team will contact me..
                          Now I don't have any information about my product .

                          And the logistics department didn't contact me yet ...

                            but as of today i.e 7th Oct, the product has not shipped yet & there is no update regarding it.

                              I am complaining about a product Apple Ipad i ordered in resent sale. The order is approved by the seller and the order is confirmed by Flipkart so i bought other accessories related to Ipad from Flipkart itself. The product was not delivered on specified date i.e. 5th oct and told me to wait till Oct11th. I don't know whether product will be delivered or not and by that time the sale will be done. When i called customer service they don't have any information regarding delivery and telling me to wait till 11th October. They are selling things on sale and making the consumer eagerly waiting for the product and at the end if they don't give the product why the consumer has to go through all this pain. After waiting 10 days if they say no for the product then i feel the company should also feel the same pain that i am going through.

                              Finally cancelled order after 7 days of torture. Please don’t do fraud sales. Fraud and flipkart both start with f which ### the CUSTOMER.
                              Until now there is no revert back. It’s been 10 days and I still don’t know whether I will get the product ordered or not. I just got an update stating that my resolution date is 14th oct. I kept calling your customer care people and they don’t know when this will be delivered and whether this will be delivered or not also they don’t know.

                                    I ordered iPhone 12 white 128GB on 2nd Oct 2021 during Big Billion Days from Flipkart but it got stucked at shipping page and they have not shipped my order till yet and asking me to come back to the customer care by 11th Oct.
                                    Initially they asked to come back at 7th and now they are saying that issue will be resolved by 11th Oct. They are extending dates and not giving any reason for the delay.

                                    1 day has been passed and still no action has been taken from Flipkart. Neither they have told me the exact reason for not shipping my product.
