    Hello,
    My account was blocked. The reason is not actually correct. I have a big family and I am the sole person responsible for online purchases. There were multiple mobile purchase. But all are for my family.

    My account was blocked when there were few products in transit. I haven't got the product yet. Even amount was paid using gift card so i don't have access to it.
    Please unblock the account. It's been more than a year now. Please 🙏

      I have been a customer of Flipkart for more than 7 years. I have not been given any reason or intimation for the reason of block by flipkart. 2 of my accounts have been blocked like this. I have flipkart points and am a flipkart plus member. I cannot even raise an issue anywhere or through the customer care. This is absolutely wrong.

        I have joined Flipkart affiliate program in 2016 and i received last payment in Sep 2017. I set Payment mode as “EGV” and after successful completed condition for eligibility of EGV payment but still not received any payment from flipkart.
        I have total Rs.8077/- approved amount in Flipkart affiliate.

        I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programs contact us page, but they have not replied to us.

        They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money

              Flipkart Pay later Payment deducted but not reflecting in flipkart account

              Hi,

              I am Jashmin Mishra. I paid the pay later payment for the September bill and money got deducted. I used phonepe to pay the same and in phonepe it shows successful but in flipkart, it shows dues are pending .

              Please please please, help me for this. I want my money refund to my bank account. Or else check with the transaction and clear the september bill.

              I had ordered cipla saslic foaming face wash i got delivery in 8-10 days but when i open the product it came to be fake face wash it was some kind of soap and the face wash bottle was tampered and it contained face wash more then the mentioned quantity i.e. 60ml(the bottle was fully filled), I had ordered two face wash with same order id in which 1 I opened and other is still packed.
              So, kindly do the needfull and either you refund my money or exchange the product with the original one.

                      When i was booking the product it showed that it will deliver by 01 october 2021 & it is dispatched from hyderbad on 29 7.44pm with that product with the same time and date another product from flipkart from my account is dispatched and delivered on 30 th september but my phone is still showing dispatched from hyderbad hub to rampur hub warangal till now 01 october 2021

                        I bought mobile vivo y51a on 13.09.21 which is defective and automatically switchoff raise a complain on 16.09.21 after regular followup with costomer care they send technician to see battery issue which is totally diffrent from my complain . Technician not want to understand my issue and till 21 days no assurence is given by flipcart for replace / return or refund of the product. It is very poor service provide to customer by flipcart and harrasement to customer if any one buy from flipcart. We should protest this type of company if they not provide quality of service to customer.

                              Paid with icici credit card transaction is success but the flipkart shows that the order is not placed.

                                  IMEI number issue

                                  I want to exchange my Honor holly 3 mobile in Flipkart but every time I enter any of the IMEI number out of the 2 IMEI numbers that given on my mobile cover box or by getting the same number by dialling (*#06#), it shows the error message that IMEI NUMBER doesn't match with Honor holly 3 . It's offer time in Flipkart so I want to exchange my old product before tomorrow. Plz help me ASAP ....

                                  On 13/09/2021, I purchased a phone from flipkart. The amount was debited the first time but the order was not placed and I ordered again and it was succesful. The first transaction amount has not been refunded yet and I have been in touch with flipkart executives and they said the amount has been reimbursed from their side.

                                  I approached my Bank and they replied that the transaction was successfully completed and flipkart still denied that they have received the money.

                                  The transaction details are mentioned below:

                                  I want flipkart to refund the amount of 18499/- immediately.

                                    I have tried paying for an order on Flipkart through Google Pay on 6th, August, 2021. The transaction was successful and money got deducted. But on Flipkart order was not placed stating the reason that payment was not confirmed by the bank. It's been so long but I haven't gotten back my money yet. Please help me.

                                    When I tried contacting the customer service of SBI bank (as my account is in SBI) or Google Pay or Flipkart. Everyone is saying just to contact the other. So basically nobody is helping.

                                    At branch of the SBI bank they refused to take complaint stating it's a third party App and Google Pay didn't take the complaint saying as it's a third party app, they can't do anything. Flipkart also told me to contact the bank.

                                    Then I lodged online complaint on online SBI with case number 63035046 on 21st August, 2021. I was promised to get resolution in 15 days as they have filed a chargeback against the beneficiary / merchant bank.Long time passed no resolution. I even mailed the complaint details to my branch manager or gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in, but no help. In the mean time I contacted Flipkart too, one time they asked for transaction details and bank details to send back the money but later changed their stance saying as payment was not confirmed I have to contact bank.

                                    Then again I filed another complaint at online SBI with case number 65888691 on September 18th, 2021. The resolution came was that beneficiary / merchant bank rejected the chargeback saying that service/good was received by the customer. Which is clearly not the case. I have neither received the product nor the refund for it.

                                    When I tried contacting Flipkart regarding this without helping me they are just telling me to contact bank or Google pay but aren't doing anything regarding the fact that the merchant lied about the fact.

                                    Google Pay still says that it isn't in their hands to do anything about it. Online customer care executive of SBI are telling now that I have to go to bank or contact Google Pay. Basically just saying random things and not helping.

                                    Now I don't know how to move forward with this situation.
