I have order trimmer from flipkart on 20th september using COD method. And I will get it on 23rd September but due to some reason it get delay . It is comes on 24 th and I had paid the amount from order section online and my money gets debited but I didn't get otp it's stucks on payment processing that's why delivery man Rufus to give my order and he say if otp comes I will came back he came next day but still not get otpsince then I have try to contact customer support they said wait until 7 pm on 25th September I said ok but now it's 26th September and still it's in processing I don't know why it's been 2 days and nothing happening.

      Booking done via flipkart on the 11th of September, 2021 for the IndiGo flight 6E-485 (referred to as " the flight" from here on out) from Bangalore to Patna, flight departure time being around 6:00 pm on the 13th of September, 2021.

      The flight was cancelled due to some technical issues and I received intimation of the cancellation in the evening of the day of booking the flight i.e 11/09/2021.

      I was given the option of either accepting a seat on another flight on that day of my departure i.e 13/09/2021, a flight which would have taken off at around 21:00 pm and would land in Patna the next morning at around 8:00 am after a layover of 7-8 hours in Delhi. Or, cancelling my original booking and collect a refund sans cancellation charges.

      Due to the long travel time of the replacement flight, I chose to cancel my booking and collect the refund. My cancellation was processed and cancellation charges were levied and my original booking was cancelled. I was informed that I would receive my refund in the next seven business days.

      It is now the 26th of September, 2021. Far beyond the upper limit of seven work days it takes to process the refund and I still have not received the money that I am owed.

        I ordered an item by paying whole amount on 20th September. Expected delivery date was 24th September. When I asked executive, they said there is some unforseen delay with logistics and it will be delivered on tomorrow 25th September. Again today (25th September) when I contact they are repeated the same line. This is the same problem I'm facing this problem for last 2 months. Even one item they didn't deliver on promised date which mentioned in flipkart. I raised complaints many times but executive are telling same thing " we will do it right, give us another chance " but till now no improvement. So why flipkart mentioned the delivery date on their website despite seeing the delivery location and pin code when they are not able to deliver on time?

              My travel date was 24th May 2020, when the country was struggling with Pendamic. My Air India flight was cancelled. Ticket was booked on Flipkart, booking id- FF[protected]. I raised a refund request on 18th of November 2020 with Flipkart (incident no. -IN[protected], but so far no refund. Everytime when I call them, they have only one answer -'sorry for delay, we are escalating it to backend team, you will get a callback and resolution within 48 hrs' and that 48 hrs never came so far. Air India is ready to refund but Flipkart is not as I have got refund from HDFC smartbuy where the cancelled flight was on the same month May 2020.

              Please help me getting my money refunded.

                  Date of the incident: 24 Sept 2021

                  Incident: I order a laptop with my Flipkart account where I loaded money in my wallet with gift cards. This is the message I got after my successful order "Order for HP 14s Core i3 11th Ge... is placed & will be delivered by 25-Sep."

                  Then the second day I got a message where it shows " Item Cancelled: Sorry, 1 item (HP 14s Core i3 11th Ge...) for your order OD[protected] has been cancelled due to an unforeseen issue. If you are still interested in buying this item, you could place a new order. You can check details of the cancelled items here http://fkrt.it/fDHpumuuuN"

                  And then Now when I am looking for a refund if the item is cancelled then It doesn't allow me to log in. I tried to connect with Flipkart customer care but they are not responding to my queries. I am trying my best to get resolving my query but they didn't help me.

                  They put the call on hold for an hour and cut the call. This is totally illegal. I want my money should be refunded to me or please release my ordered item.

                  I am attaching the error I am getting while accessing my account.

                  Yes but my RS. 24006 (gift card) balance is in flipkart wallet. but flikart is blocked my account. I m not login in my flipkart account and not access my wallet because flipkart is blocked my account. Please give me my balance after that block my account or give me one time buying option for use my balance of flipkart wallet.

                    Hello Team,

                    I have purchased Oppo Reno 6 5g phone through Flipkart on Aug 13th 2021 after one month o[censored]sage my phone stopped detecting sim cards and i have reached out to the Oppo service center and they have confirmed that it's hardware issue and they asked for Invoice and box etc. and i have provided.
                    They found that Invoice IMEI number printed in invoice is different than box IMEI number and no body is helping me. Invoice and phone box screen shots attached. I hope my issue will be resolved as earliest.

                      Greetings!

                      I would like to bring to your notice that my "Flipkart Paylater" option has been deactivated. Interestingly, at the starting of this month, I was able to use this option. Despite, calling the Customer Care twice and raising this issue, this problem has not been sorted out.

                      Customer Care informed me that my KYC needs to be updated, but my KYC in the app shows that it is still active. There is some mismatch of information between your backend and my app.

                      It will be appreciated if you could look into this issue and sort it out.

                          I have created flipkart account five years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                            Sub: Complaint against Flipkart regarding the mobile return rejection

                            Sir/Madam,

                            I have ordered Realme C11 2021(Cool Grey, 32 GB), order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart for my son study purpose. It got delivered on 18th August 2021, my son have used it for few days and found an issue regarding that Gurukul application (It is my son's school app to listen to online classes and to write exams) and along with paytm, phonepe etc. were not responding respectively. For this issue I have requested a replacement, the replacement was done successfully and got Realme C11 2021 as a replacement on 2nd September 2021. After replacement, in that mobile too found the same issue regarding my above applications. Hence I have requested a return, those details are given below.
                            They are:
                            1. Return requested (6th September 2021)-- Technician visit (8th September 2021) -- Return rejected.

                            2. Return requested (8th September 2021) -- Return rejected.

                            3. Return requested (8th September 2021) -- Technician visit (10th September 2021) -- Return rejected.

                            As these many times the technician visit had taken place but the return rejected continuously, this is because the technician said us that there is a issue in the mobile but the technician had forwarded to Flipkart that ‘there is no issue in the mobile’. Hence the miscommunication had taken place between technician and Flipkart. For their mistake my return got rejected. I have already given complaint regarding this but there is no response from Flipkart. As my issue didn’t solved yet I am registering a complaint again.

                            So, I want the return policy for this Realme C11 2021(Cool Grey 32GB). Many days got passed away but my issue isn’t resolved. So I hope you will resolve my issue as early as possible.

                              I had bought a product from flipkart but the product accesories were missing.
                              I had raise replacement request for 3 times and refund request for 1 time

                              1. Replacement request was raised by me but due to unavailability of the reason for replacement option i had chosen another option and on the second day it was cancelled by the flipkart executive.

                              2.Replacement request was raised by flipkart executive and the date was assigned but due to some circumstances i told him to cancel the request as i will not be available at my address for 5 days.He told no problem whenever u come back u could raise new replacement request.

                              3. I came back and raised new replacement request but after 3 days it was denied by flipkart mentioning product was out of stock and u can raise request for refund and the seller is ready to give u refund.

                              4. I had raised a refund request after 3 days i got a message mentioning you will not get any refund.
                              And then at the same time my account had been blocked .
                              After that i was no longer a user of flipkart as my account had been blocked.
                              I had to purchase accessories from market.
                              I request to please unblock my account as there's no mistake of mine infact i had to bare loss. I had taken plus membership and had super coins in my account which i could use further but due to blocking of my account i could not be able to use it.
                              Please i request you to unblock my account.
                              I had contacted flipkart customer care but every time i got a only response is that you had raised a huge number of return request due to this you would no longer be able to use your account.
                              Seriously raising request for 4 times is a huge number...and its seller mistake that i had been given a defective product not mine. But i had to go through all these ... there's no one to solve my problem. I had tried many times by my side but no one helped me.

                              I feel so sad that there's no humanity lies.

                              I have suspect on the grounds of which i could prove my concern.

                              Please help me out please.

                                I have ordered mobile phone on 10 September 2021 and Flipkart told that it will deliver on 16 SEP but they didn't deliver item. Again they given date on 23 September and that date also missed.
                                I have paid money for the item and they are not delivered my product.
                                I have been cheated.
                                Kindly take strict action against fraudulent company like Flipkart.

                                    Regarding Order ID-OD[protected]
                                    My concern is about above product.

                                    The product had extensive scratches, dents and patches all over.
                                    It feels like product was heavily used before and then sent, I also noticed the technical error in it which is-
                                    Even after leveling up the "Bass" sound remained the same, talked to their customer care for help but they said it's an defective piece and I should return it.
                                    I asked for refund than replacement and it wad beneficial for their brand.
                                    I bought it at 1450 and current price is 2600 but I'm still asking for refund because now I want something compact.
                                    Thanks for reading.

                                    Update - I provided all the information with honesty, given strong evidence to prove my points
                                    Still my return request is rejected,
                                    These guys also blocked my account stating my returned too many products which is absolutely false statement.
                                    I have been their customer since 2015 and I purchased good worth rs more than 2 lacks.
                                    Why would I accept used product when I paid for new?
                                    I want flipkart team to unblock my account as soon as possible.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                                      I bought one realme mobile from Flipkart on 22nd September 2021 and when I switched on the mobile I experienced a sound difference and hanging issue in the very first moment. So I requested for return and refund (Because I am experiencing the second time the fault product delivery from Flipkart). Normally Flipkart will check the defect or fault when a customer raise a return request. Once it is satisfied then only they will allow the refund or return.

                                      Now I will come to my actual problem. Once I raise this return request Flipkart blocked my account (Mob No - [protected], Vinoj.[protected]@gmail.com) and now I am not able to login in my Flipkart account. when I raise a complaint to escalation team, I received the below reply.

                                      I am having Rs. 6005/- in my Flipkart account as Gift Voucher. By blocking my account i will loose that money. It is my hard earning money. No one have the right to snatch my money.

                                      Again I am pointing out one concern - If a customer received a defect product what will they do ? Whether they need to compromise the quality of product by payment his/her money ???

                                      My only request is to unblock the account and so I can spent my gift vouchers and need to return the defect product.

                                      Pls request you to address my issue and unblock my account and process the return request I had paid Rs. 24000/- for this mobile. Then on what basis Flipkart asking me to compromise the quality of the product ?? I had purchased more than 60 products from Flipkart and returned 5 to 6 damaged products . Its my basic right to return or refund if I received damaged product by paying money for brand new product. I don't know where Flipkart noticed the unusual thing on this ?

                                      One more thing Rs. 6005/- is lying in my Flipkart account as Gift Voucher. By blocking the account I will loose this money. How Flipkart can do this ?

                                      So I need justice on this by unblocking the account and processing the return request.

                                      I am getting calls from many numbers regarding this complaints and asking me to download any desk app and ask need to connect... Definitely they are fraud. Another one called me and told that he is from Crime Branch and asking for the details of the complaints in what's app. So I here by notify you that so many frauds are happening beside this . They are taking contact numbers of the person from this portal for some fraud things.

                                      secondly I am not received any reply from the Flipkart side. If they are telling that ""my account is permanently blocked and i need to compromise with defect product . is not fare"".

                                      Also they are telling that i need to compromise my gift vouchers worth Rs. 6005/- and asking me to contact vendor of this vouchers. how it is possible.

                                      I am asking for my basic right ---- By paying money for something, Definitely i will check the quality of the product... If any defect is there definitely it should be returned ... as an eCommerce player its Flipkart duty to ensure the quality of the product they are listing for the sale.

                                      Hope I will get the resolution for the below mentioned issues.

                                      1. Unblocking of my Flipkart account - (Mobile No : [protected])
                                      2. Return request process of last bought mobile (Order ID: OD[protected] realme X7 Max (Milky Way, 256 GB))
                                      3. I need to use my gift vouchers lying in the account worth Rs. 6005/-
                                      4. I ordered a mobile sim try by paying Rs. 248/- (It is yet to deliver, at that time the account blocked - I so loose that money too)

                                      All the 4 issues I need resolution form Flipkart side.

                                      I had issue with that 22nd delivery only. What you had checked?? I already attached the invoice of 22nd delivery . I had faced sound and hanging issue on that mobile. That is why i requested for return. But unfortunately flipkart blocked my account.

                                      Pls check before you are making a comment.
                                      I need to return the 22nd September delivery. For that you need to unblock my account.

                                        Hi my name is deep dey I ordered a smartphone from Flipkart ( realme x7 max) RS 19999 but when I receive my product package after open I am shocked my smartphone was Missing from the box and when I return the product then flipkart says that ( delivery partner has confirmed that the product was delivered successfully) but I didn't get my product in my package ... Please do something
