Pls request you to address my issue and unblock my account and process the return request I had paid Rs. 24000/- for this mobile. Then on what basis Flipkart asking me to compromise the quality of the product ?? I had purchased more than 60 products from Flipkart and returned 5 to 6 damaged products . Its my basic right to return or refund if I received damaged product by paying money for brand new product. I don't know where Flipkart noticed the unusual thing on this ?
One more thing Rs. 6005/- is lying in my Flipkart account as Gift Voucher. By blocking the account I will loose this money. How Flipkart can do this ?
So I need justice on this by unblocking the account and processing the return request.

I am getting calls from many numbers regarding this complaints and asking me to download any desk app and ask need to connect... Definitely they are fraud. Another one called me and told that he is from Crime Branch and asking for the details of the complaints in what's app. So I here by notify you that so many frauds are happening beside this . They are taking contact numbers of the person from this portal for some fraud things.
secondly I am not received any reply from the Flipkart side. If they are telling that ""my account is permanently blocked and i need to compromise with defect product . is not fare"".
Also they are telling that i need to compromise my gift vouchers worth Rs. 6005/- and asking me to contact vendor of this vouchers. how it is possible.
I am asking for my basic right ---- By paying money for something, Definitely i will check the quality of the product... If any defect is there definitely it should be returned ... as an eCommerce player its Flipkart duty to ensure the quality of the product they are listing for the sale.
Hope I will get the resolution for the below mentioned issues.
1. Unblocking of my Flipkart account - (Mobile No : [protected])
2. Return request process of last bought mobile (Order ID: OD[protected] realme X7 Max (Milky Way, 256 GB))
3. I need to use my gift vouchers lying in the account worth Rs. 6005/-
4. I ordered a mobile sim try by paying Rs. 248/- (It is yet to deliver, at that time the account blocked - I so loose that money too)
All the 4 issues I need resolution form Flipkart side.

Updated by Vinoj .VK I had issue with that 22nd delivery only. What you had checked?? I already attached the invoice of 22nd delivery . I had faced sound and hanging issue on that mobile. That is why i requested for return. But unfortunately flipkart blocked my account.
Pls check before you are making a comment.
I need to return the 22nd September delivery. For that you need to unblock my account.
