As I Placed moto edge 20 fusion on 21th September and I paid Full Payment on CAD 22, 599 Inr While I Use the Mobile it was not like what they advertised

Especially Camera and some heating isuue .was not Good for What they Advised and I'm not Satisfied with that Product So I Requested them to Return the Product and Refund Still more than 13 days and also done 2 technician visit but problem not resolve yet no positive response
So I kindly Request you to take this Issue An Emergency and Kindly Resolve it and Refund the Money to my Flipkart Wallet Also no Issue

ordered moto edge 20 fusion handset from Flipkart This mobile camera not work properly it's number of times lag during the capture selfie nd also colour tone like reddish on all face and also facing with heating issue when voice cl duration more than 15 to 20 min .. we raised complaint many times on Flipkart but I am not satisfied, also done tecnician visit 2 times but not resolve my problem we continue face same issue till date

        I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago, that number isn’t working at this time.

        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as the number is not working. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

          Recently on Oct 2 I ordered a gaming laptop after the money got deducted from my account the order was cancelled on the seller side when I asked about it they told me they can do nothing about that as it happens most of the time while site is busy and they told me in 2 or 3 days you'll receive refund .. and in the order section it's showing refund is done successfully but no money has came in my account and when asked about bank reference number then say they don't have anything on that ...pls help me out

              I bought a Boat Airdopes ear pods on 13th of September 2021. Eventually I found out that one of the earpods was not not charging and was a defective piece. So I raised a replacement request on 19th of September 2021, which was well within the replacement window of 7 days. Flipkart first said that the replacement will be done and gave the date of 22nd September. And on 22nd September they rejected the replacement request without giving reason. Now I raise several complaints over the next few days and took the issue from Filpkart to Boat to Flipkart but they are giving some vague reason every time I call them. It has been 20 days now I have followed with them on each and every single day but nothing works out. The only thing I want is simple, replacement of the factory defective earpods.

                I have ordered a rare rabbit shirt by flipkart pay later option on their mobile application whose bill will be generated 5th of every month. The shirt is supposed to pick up by 4th oct but today they have canceled by return my their own n now i have to pay the amount of product in my bill cycle that is 5th of oct n now i have again a return request n after having a conversation with their executive i had been told to pay the amount in my bill n they will return it after recieving the product later. Its so hummiliating

                      I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                        I brought iPhone 12 on October 2nd during big billion day sale.

                        When I open the box, I see finger print on the iPhone and charging cable was not in original state.

                        Flipkart sold me an opened peace to me even after paying full amount.

                        It's not good to sell opened peace or returned peace as I paid full amount. Please take action against Flipkart and please get me a brand new unopened iPhone.

                            I have ordered an iPhone in big billion days sale on 2nd Oct. I made payment and order got confirmed and shipped. But after around 24 hour my order got cancelled without any notice or confirmation from my side. I tried to talk to customer care but they are not providing any solution. Now product is being sold at a higher price. I am forced to buy the same product at a higher price. This is completely unethical and a fraud. This seems like on the name of sale/offer fake hype is being created and they cancel the order if someone make use of that offer.

                              Flipkart66.com ask me to recharge money and to complete online task by matcjing merchant product. They give the merchant produxt higher than the balance and continuosly ask me to deposit money. They said without deposit money, amount cannot be withdraw like that. They ask me to deposit when i ask them to cancel they didnt cancel and not giving me back moneu

                                I paid my FLIPKART PAY LATER bill to direct the IDFCFIRST BANK.IDFCFIRST bank confirmed the payment.but flipkart is not updated this payment in my flipkart account.flipkart repeatedly send me PAYMENT NOTIFICATIONS of FLIPKART PAY LATER BILL.u paid bill directly to the IDFCFIRST BANK but it's not considered by FLIPKART and i had to pay the bill second time.so please provide me REFUND.

                                  I ordered a apple iPhone 12 Blue 128 GB on their big billion day sale on October 2nd 2021. They promissed for a next delivery that is on 3rd October 2021.

                                  Now since yesterday i see the delivery date has been changed to Oct 5th 2021 and when i spoke to their customer care they are not responding properly and i do not see the order is shipped yet.

                                  They promised me for a next delivery as per the Flipkart Plus subscription but now it is getting delayed and it is already 3rd day now.

                                    Myself a customer who purchased 7.5kg washer machine worth rs 5999/- on 28th September, 2021. It is not working from the 1st day itself. Also pathetic customer service I received from Customer care saying that there is technical issue whenever I contact. I want replacement or kindly refund money as I'm loss after purchasing this product flipkart. I also agree that there can be technical error some time but always whenever I try to return my product through computer or over phone everytime I get same issue.
                                    After all I tried to contact customer care but they are not taking interest to resolve the issue.
                                    And I must say that first time I experienced pathetic, ridiculous and third class flipkart service.
                                    Kindly do the replacement or refund it.

                                      This is similar to what others have complained. I tried to exhange 2 of my mobiles SAMSUNG GALAXY S2 & GALAXY S3 ; which is out of your listing. So, in the exhange menu in Flipkart App, I'd selected SAMSUNG-ANY OTHER-SMARTPHONES where i am facing this issues.

Since the device is authentic, flipkart should not show that 'imei no. provided is not associated with Samsung', which ultimately is a denial of an authentic mobile phone for exchange without any valid reason.
