Exchange Top Load Washing Machine

Delivery agent was rejected my old machine due to drum only not working. Not properly checking. My machine not have any damage. Drum only not rotating, otherwise is good condition i won't gave any wrong information about my old machine to Flipkart. But the Seller claim the Full Exchange amount and not accept old machine of Exchange Reduction Value. how i hold the Old machine & New machine in my House. What purpose for selling of Exchange items. The Consumer has believe only the Flipkart Website information of exchange products of Flipkart Company.

    Delivery Delay from Flipkart and eKart

    My order was supposed to be received on 3rd Oct 2021 is still in transit.
    The item has reached Bangalore on 3rd Oct only and from there Item is dispatching receiving Mother hub to Mother hub.

    There were 2 updates at different time on same day that the item has reached Bangalore motherhub. Though it has reached a bangalore on 3rd Oct nearest hub, the product it not dispatched...

      the product are delivered without quality check and componets are missing given request to return i was been informed it will be exchange only if the company approves
      but it is right how can i use the smartwatch without charging accessory which is missing in the packet of the received product
      it is the fault of the packaging team why should customer suffer due to some one else negligence
      please look into the same and resolve the querry

        I ordered a Samsung galaxy bud live from the big billion day sale on 2nd Oct. Expected delivery was 4th Oct. Its 4th Oct today and my order page shows that it's arriving today where as the delivery details show that the product has not been shipped yet. While trying to seek help all I'm getting is connected to a bot. And when I finally get an option of getting in touch with an executive (selected next 11 mins time slot) they still have not reached back to me. Wouldn't have created a fuss but it's a birthday gift

        I have cancelled the order on 9th October after my long wait. A truly disappointing experience
        I am having the exact same problem, nothing happened yet. Very dissatisfied with the service.

          I have purchased Tea veda product from Flipkart, Tha actual MRP was Rs 120 for 250gms but they have charged me Rs 365 for 500 gms, it's Rs125 more than the MRP. The delivery charges were shown as Rs 65 but they have double me on this product.

              Dear sir,
              Myself Paul Kenny Rogers G from Chennai Sholinganallur
              First of all i apologize for taking this to your concern but i have no way to get this cleared thats why im reaching out to you. I have ordered a washing of LG 7kg Semi - automatic Turbo star technology - Topload Grey colour on[protected]. it was mentioned as it will be delivered on[protected]. The problem is, I have mentioned my pincode wrongly. The address address is correct but the pin code is wrong . For 600119 I have mentioned 600019. So i'm residing in the south of chennai, it has moved to north of chennai. On the 26th morning I realised that I had wrongly entered it so I tried to change the pin code but the option was not open and also I tried cancelling my order. On[protected] the logistics person called me and said that we can't deliver to your address and said that we are going to cancel the order. i said yes pls proceed. Days have passed till now they haven't cancelled my order. I have called the flipkart helpline 30 times these days and they have also done the same but no productive work has been done. Once they asked me to wait on the line for 45 minutes and they discontinued the call.

              I have Paid for the order already and now I'm going to pay off my half of the month but the product is not with me.

              Kindly take necessary actions to end this problem by the end of today .

                I recharge 3000 and now its ask me to do 125000 recharge i don't have that much money
                I recharge for 50000
                Now i didn't able to withdraw my money

                  I have created flipkart account 3 years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otp are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                        Hi,

                        So I've purchased a TV from Flipkart on 29th September during their Big billion day offers and also selected to exchange my old TV. The delivery person came to deliver and exchange the product on 2nd October, checked my old TV for issues thoroughly and he said it was perfectly fine and passed all the checkboxes in their delivery application after which he found out that there is something wrong with the app and it shows that the exchange value reduced to 450. He apologized and said that maybe something went wrong and he would try to deliver again the next day. The next day he did the exact same thing and the exact thing happened. I have this in a recording where the delivery person explains the TV is fine and should be exchanged with the correct value of 3500 but since their app is at fault he is unable to do so. I have then raised a ticket to get this resolved with Flipkart and the escalation team provided a resolution to just cancel it which doesn't resolve anything. It is their mistake and for that why would a consumer have to face trouble? I want this to be heard and taken seriously and I'm willing to take this to consumer court if no resolution is being provided.

                          I want to exchange my Nokia C01 plus smartphone to buy new smartphone under exchange offer . But when I entered the imei number for exchange it can't verify my mobile just showing " IMEI number doesn't match with any other smartphone of Nokia" . But my smartphone is just 15 days old . But Nokia official website verify my imei number as it is under warranty .
                          So, Flipkart please solve my problem as early as you can .

                            I ordered a t-shirt from flipkart like a month ago, and i cancelled the product on the day of delivery and now they are not refunding my money, they are saying me to wait next 48 hrs to get the resolution from last month.I have all the call recordings saved in my mobile in which they have assured me that you will get the refund in 24hrs and know its been more than a month.I really am frustrated with this kind of service.

                                I orders some of the item from flipkart.
                                Many of my items has been cancelled by seller without any notification and clarification.
                                When I called in customer care they are asking to reorder. Also as it is big billion day so some of the item ordered was in offer which is not avail now so I am in loss now.

                                If they have any problem regarding address or something atleast they should talk first then cancel order. So that I can suggest some solution if it is address

                                I am not sure if they really wants to give us benefits of big billion day or just faking it by cancelling it once I order and they removed my offer.

                                I reordered some of the item and wants surety not to do it again

                                      Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand panasonic and model is eluga ray 800’.
                                      I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know, you may contact me at [protected] please do it fast
