I had purchased a Voltas AC (Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star Window AC - White (WAC 185 DZA (R32), Copper Condenser)) from Flipkart on 3rd September 2021. The product was delivered to me on 9th September 2021.

When the installation people came and opened the package, it was found that the remote and manual were missing. Flipkart advised ordering a replacement since missing accessories cannot be replaced separately. I did so immediately and the product was picked up on 12th September 2021.

The replacement product was processed and shipped within 2 days and it was delivered to me on 18th September 2021. When I checked the tag on the package I noticed that the model number was different. To inspect the product, I opened the box. I found that the replaced product was a different model. Please find the model number below:

Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star Window AC - White (185 LZH-R32/185 LZH, Copper Condenser)

The product I had purchased was listed for Rs 29990 and I purchased it at this price. The replaced product model is listed for Rs 28990 on Flipkart.

When I contacted Flipkart customer care via chat, they said that the seller has agreed to take back the product and refund the entire amount. However, I do not wish to return the product since it has already been a huge hassle for me with the replacement and such. I requested that the difference amount be refunded. This was not agreed to by Flipkart. When enquired about the seller's details, those were not shared as well.

The fan is also broken inside. The AC has been installed but I would like my product be replaced with a better quality one and also I need this to be done in one day. Having delivery men and installation men come in our house every day is very troublesome.

I have also tried to reach the consumer care via call but it is pathetic. The call never connects and even if it does, it gets disconnected after some time. Flipkart never calls back

Please ask Flipkart to reach out to me as soon as possible.

    I have around 7504 Approved Payment amounts in my Flipkart affiliate account for the last 1 year, I have also submitted a non-GST declaration form and which is approved now in my account.

    The minimum amount required is 5000 and I have already 7504 in the approved payment section.

    I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issues on the affiliated programs contact us page, but they have not replied to me.

    I am providing my tracking here for reference: jaydhanan

    They are not providing any support and not even there is a number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard-earned money.

      I recently had my first order delivered, whose order id is : OD[protected] just to find out that there had been an empty box for which I was charged 6k. When I took this matter to flipkart, they provided me deaf ears and no resolution, instead asking for my personal information which they have no legal right to ask for and not even is mentioned in their return policy. Hilarious service, Amazon is anytime better than this garbage thing. Also people don't fall for flipkart's return or customer satisfaction policies, they're just a gimmick.

      Flipkart has recently mailed me regarding the issue, stating that they have blocked my account as there are huge number of returns, and this was my very first order. So this is the dumbest response I've ever got and wow, what a customer service

          Poco x3 pro network issue is getting more and more. we compare with poco f1 and poco x3 pro both sim card same. but poco f1 is working very good condition. and poco x 3 pro is not getting network. I make replacement on 8rh September still not getting replacement. otherwise I need to refund. I am very very unsatisfied. I don't like this product. I spoke with customer care but they are not giving refund policy. technician came and check poco mobile he said mobile is working but I am saying mobile is poco x 3 pro not working good. every time network problem. but I have another poco f 1 is working good network. I don't like this poco x3pro. very very bad product. I need to refund. I m not happy with this product. because of mobile is not catching networks. very bad flipkart staff as well as your technician.

              I ordered a mobile on 13th September and delivery was expected on 15 September delayed till 18 and then 20 and now executive says to wait if package gets delivered not aware of why the mobile is not delivered stuck at gurgaon facility since 18 September they told me that i receive a mail for further offer as mobile is not delivered but i got no mail and they are not cooperating to forward it again. I paid with my credit card and ordered it for my brother as gift. I never received my product and i also paid the amount to credit card which i utilised. I want another unit or compensation for the mockery they made of my time and order

                I have ordered realme x7 max from flipkart on 9th sep 2021 against order no. OD[protected] and received on 11th sep 2021, the handset was working fine but unfortunately the charger was missing, i contacted flipkart for the issue and put the complaint for providing charger instead of complete replacement and on 13th flipkart executive call and advise replacement only because it comes under 7 days replacement policy. So i decided to do replacement only but i was getting refund option on 13th night, so i waited and finally on 18th i put the replacement against order no. OD[protected] and on 21st i received the replaced box. But the flipkart doesn't update with there delivery partner ekart logistic for replacement is due to missing charger and complaint is raised for missing charger only. ekart logistic really creates a problem in replacing box, after replacing they are saying we dont have any update against missing charger, kindly contact flipkart and send them update regarding missing charger, i contacted flipkart they raise the complaint in this regard.
                Now the main issue with the replaced handset received is overheating alot, the overheating issue is not in previous handset, it was running smooth but the replaced handset is overheating while not in use, in minimal use its heating too too much i am really afraid o[censored]sing it, if something misshapen than flipkart will be totally responsible for it, so kindly replace this handset again or refund my money. As a genuine and trustworthy website its your responsibility to satisfy customer and provide safety.

                  Gift card not received

                  I had ordered gift card. a month back but not received any details or email and the amount has been debited has contacted customer care number of times they just they wil resolve and close the ticket without any solution. There is no proper channel in Flipkart for greiveance rederessal and moreover I lost money and also no gift card....

                  I have ordered Realme Laptop in Flipkart portal. The same was dispatched vide tracking numberFMPP[protected] through EKART Logistics.
                  The consignment has reached Medchal on 17/09/2021. Even after four days it is not yet delivered to me. I have made several telephone calls to helpline of Flipkart, but their response is pathetic.
                  They promised delivery date of 18/09/2021 initially. Again the date has been revised to 21/09/2021.
                  For delivering the consignment to my location which is about 15 km distance they have already taken four days time, and yet to deliver.
                  I appeal to customers not to choose Flipkart for any product.

                    I have order bose earbuds on 6th September 2021 & I received this product on 8th. I returned this product on the same day. Flipkart people has taken 12 long days to reject my return request. I have bought another earbuds from local store. Now they are saying seller is not accepting your return. I really don't want this product. 18000 rupees is not an small amount to leave. I am providing my order details below:

                      I purchased a set of 5 books from Flipkart 2 weeks ago. These were to come in shipments of 1, 1 and 3 books.

                      In the shipment of 3 books, I received only 2 books and have been requesting for a refund. The missing book is called the "CEO Test" and my incident id is IN[protected]

                      Now to refund this amount, which was a fault of their seller- Flipkart wants my voter id/ DL/ Aadhar. I believe this is in contravention o[censored]ser data privacy and local laws due to the following:

                      1. My digital ID with FK is my mobile number and email id. Why would they need my personal documentation to help verify my identity.
                      2. If this was so important, it should have been requested at the account opening with FK or as part of KYC or during order placement. The need for this document is also not mentioned in their T and C's during order placement.

                      FK is in gross violation o[censored]ser privacy and is taking no explicit ownership of data safety. This is also in contravention of the laws of the land.

                      Seeking immediate resolution and a rollback of this non compliant policy

                        Hello sir on[protected] my Flipkart account get blocked and I immediately contact with costumer service of Flipkart then she give me date for waiting till[protected] and on[protected] I contact with costumer service for knowing about my last complaint then he again raised a complaint and told me wait till[protected] and and I next day[protected] again contact with costumer service for knowing about my Recently complaint then he again raise new complaint and told me wait till[protected] what the hell is this there team give me date by date I am totally disappointed (account - [protected]@gmail.com)

                          I ordered poco m2 pro with order id OD[protected] . flipkart delivered it and after delivering the order status of my order showed as cancelled and i received refund for the order amount next day the courier partner visited to me and they said ur order has been cancelled plz return the phone or give the amount in cash so I gave him cash for the whole amount and after 2 days i realised that there is problem in phone i called flipkart customer care to arrange a exchange as order status is cancelled and it was under 7 day exchange policy and i was not able to do it from my app and the customer care were saying the order is returned but the order was delivered then i sent the proof of device its bill and outer package cover pic they said the whole amount is refunded now we cant exchange your phone but i paid the whole amount to flipkart delivery executive they first said order status will be updated as delivered then it will be returned but the order status never got updated and i demanded for the invoice of the order so that i can repair it but they never provided it and always said order status will be updated first plz wait plz wait i have kept the phone still with its outer package plz flipkart i[censored] cant exchange then refund my money that i paid in cash.

                          Yes that refund has been made of 8189 because the order was cancelled so the refund was made, a cancelled order should not be delivered right? But the order was delivered before the cancellation and after the order got cancelled delivery executive came again and asked for returning the phone or pay the amount in cash as the refund has been initiated of 8189 and also amount was order was delivered so then i paid the whole amount in cash after two days when i faced problem in handset i
                          complaint flipkart customer support and flipkart customer team told me that i will get refund of another 8189 which i paid in cash that means a total refund of rs[protected] paid via cash to delivery executive as the order was cancelled after delivery and 8189 which i paid thought bank card) . But the refund has been only provided for 8189. And also flipkart customer support the fraud support told me and sended me a mail that ur order status has been updated to delivered and u can request for refund or exchange but it was never updated to delivered. I am attaching the screenshot also.

                            Hi, I don't know the reason why my account was blocked and I wasn't able to login into my account.
                            The refund and replacement was not completed after multiple attempts.
                            We have raised a phone call for the replacement for my Mi 10T mobile, which explained multiple time, the issue was not resolved.
                            The damaged phone was also not picked up for replacement and my account was blocked, so I wasn't able to login in again.

                            I need two things to be resolved.

                            1. The replacement device should be given or will go with Consumer court for not resolving the issue.
                            2. The Flipkart pay balance of Rs. 10000 was in my account, which I didn't use it. Immediately process a refund of the balance amount in my bank account.

                                Hello, my name is chandrika mohapatra. I am currently working as an customer care executive in flipkart. I have no complains with fk but before i was a plus member in flipkart and i use to love the products in flipkart. but before 2 to 3 months one of my friend ask my flipkart account details because he want to purchase something from my account as i was a plus member, and after some days i ordered something but there was issue with the product so i raised a return and my account got blocked. i was shocked that what happened, i was having no idea because maximum 2 to 4 returns i must have done within 3 years and i got a mail that due to unusual return account got blocked. but when i entered to flipkart voice process i got to know that the friend that i gave my account his account was blocked long ago, but i was not aware of that,

                                actually i am also handlig customers in flipkat i know account get blocked due to valid reasons, and i never blame flipkart for that because many of the customer misuse the privilage of the policies in flipkart after getting genuine product.

                                so it is a humble request that kindly check whether the customer is genuine loyal or not, because in my case i was genuine and loyal, and if the team is blocking the blocking the account they must check that how many years i was using and whether there were unusual return in that account becaus it was few days my friend has logged in in his phone ad before that i never knew that such blocking things happen.

                                and now bbd is coming i am unable to use my account, but i was a genuine customer you can check every thing you want in my account,

                                its a request to the team that please go through the account not the imei number of the phones and also if you are going through the imei number then must check after how many years it has been open in new phone and because i also met the friend in the company couple of months ago.

                                so thank you. i hope you will consider and soon i will be provided with the resolution. finger crossed because i also know that once account get blocked it cannot get unblocked.
