Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Mr. Bhawanishankar B. Kumawat, ordered a laptop (OD[protected] on 16 sept, 2021 at almost 95% discount which costed me 1900 rs and I received the message that it will be delivered on 25 sept 2021. But after 3-4 hours I received a message that my order has been cancelled by the seller (without my intention) reason was shown that Product is out of stock. But when i checked it was still available in stock but at a price of 45, 514 rs now. So I immediately contacted the customer care to find the actual reason but your customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Your executives used to pick my call, listen to the whole situation and then keep my call on hold for 10 minutes and then cut the call at the end without even informing me. This happened with me 8 to 10 times (I have all the call recordings). This was a total mental Harassment.
Now in a new mail it was said that I have to order a new product again for 45, 514 rs and get a difference amount in form of flipkart gift card after delivery is over. As we all know flipkart gift card can be used only for purchase on flipkart. So in short You want me to pay 45, 514 in cash for new order and again i have to do shopping of 43000 in gift card purchase, So total shopping will be of almost 88, 000 which is a clear business model. And again in a new mail you disapproved this also.
Here comes the main issue, Flipkart has given me 3 different reasons of why my order was cancelled. I never expected such mismanagement from a E commerce Giant like Flipkart.
1.First they said your order was cancelled bcoz it was out of stock (which is of course a lie bcoz it was in stock all the time and even now)
2.Then I received a mail in the morning stating that it was cancelled due to an unexpected constraint faced by the seller and you are eligible for difference amount gift card
3. Again in a new mail stating a new reason that seller has listed the price incorrectly due to an unforeseen error and i will get refund of only my 1900 rs paid online.

Then at last one of your executive listened to my whole situation and he said the same thing that I have to order a new laptop and difference amount will be given in flipkart gift card which I didn't accepted and I told him to transfer my call to the superior but he kept my call on hold 2-3 times and then after discussing it with someone he finally told me that your 1900 will be refunded and the difference amount i.e (45, 514-1, 900) will be transferred in my flipkart wallet so that I can order a new laptop (time stamp 27:50 in the call recording attached below). I confirmed it 4-5 times and he said that difference amount will be transferred. But when I am confirming it with your other executives they have no clue about it. {I am attaching the whole call recording of 36 minutes in this mail}
So, at last what I want is that either you deliver the product for the amount I paid at first or transfer the difference amount in my bank account or in form of gift card. Or else I will have to follow the legal way. also pay reasonable compensation for all these mental harrassments.
When a customers orders something at Flipkart it's an implied promise by the flipkart to deliver the product, they can not cancel it without customer's consent. Secondly I was given false information about the reason why it was cancelled which is not expected from such company. Then your executive has told me that compensation will be given to me.
I am also attaching the link of similar cases which has been registered before by others where pure justice was given by the court, I expect the same in my case also.

Plz don't repeat the same things, Don't tell me to place a new order I don't have that much money. Either deliver the product or give difference amount as compensation so that I can place a new order. Get me the solution asap.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
