I have ordered one product (Hand painted ceramic bathroom accessory set of 4) through Flipkart on 11th Sept, 2021 and was promised that the product will be delivered by 21st Sept, 2021.but while tracking I found that the product is lying more than 3 consecutive days and no shipping activity started even on the scheduled shipping date (i.e. 15th Sept, 2021) and I raised a query about the expected product delivery timeline expressing my worries, as this product was linked with some other deliverables at my end and no proper reply came from Flipkart & I repetitively put my queries to them & finally I got a telephone call from one Flipkart executive on 19th Sept, 2021 only to assure me that there will be no delay in the product delivery. Now on 21st Sept, 2021 when the actual delivery date arrived, they suddenly changed the delivery date by 7 days at their own whims and my time, my reputation, my reliability everything came under question mark because of Flipkart. Even today when one of the executives called me to resolve my problem, she just put my phone on hold and cut the call after few minutes. This is the pathetic customer care experience that one can expect from Flipkart. Since then they are not answering any of my written queries/complaints.
Now, I not only want to cancel this order but also want Flipkart to pay a big compensation to me to set an example, so that, they will think twice before fiddling with their customers in coming future.
