I got damaged product from flipkart and they are note replacing it, they give me time to wait for some day and on that day they extend the time.

    Address: 81/1A Beltala Road, Near Beltala Girls High school

    The cot ordered by me was 78x60x4. The one supplied was 72x60x4. I had also purchased a mattress for the same cot which was correct in size. When I complained about the cot I was told by your executive that as it would difficult to dismantle the cot they would replace the mattress with a smaller size. Twice the person came to inspect and told that as they had delivered correct size they would not change the mattress. Now I am informed that date for change of cot and mattress is already over they're not going to do anything. What shall I do ?

      Flipkart says it deposited my refund amount but it does not reflect in my account.
      Order ID: [OD[protected]]. I have mailed my account statement to [[protected]@flipkart.com]. Flipkart chat provided me with a payment reference number [PZT[protected]TEKGE04]. I have checked with the bank and they cannot verify the reference number. Please resolve this soon.

        I lost my phone and cannot recover my phone number due to some authentication issue.
        and i don't remember my flipkart acoount password.so cannot open it.
        but the problem is i have to pay some amount in flipkart pay later, which currently i cant .so resolve this.

          It is to your notice that I ordered

          by Cash On Delivery method . But the main issue is that Rs.205 is also deducted from my Paytm account. which is raising my concern about my security. it needs to be sorted out as quickly as possible. and also refund my Paytm Wallet money ASAP

              Travel flight booking

              I booked my flight ticket from jaipur to pune on 21 sep 2021.money has been debited from my account through UPI transaction. UPI TR ID from google pay was[protected].
              But still my my tickets not confirmed. On calling those guys are not giving proper response. They are saying to wait for 9 days for refund process.
              I really got exhausted. My amount is debited. Now how I have to book my tickets now.

              Blocking account without solving issue is not correct my order cost is 4000 but flip sent product cost is 1000 and when I raise a compliance flipcart replied that I returned many products so they are blocking my account

                Sir, I place my first grocery order on 7 sep 2021 having Order id OD[protected]. I get my order on 15 sep 2021. But there was only 6 items in the order while i placed the order for 7 items. Cherry Blossom Nourishes Leather Shoe Liquid Polish
                Is missing in the order. I complained for this 4 times through your executives., But in vain.
                There is not solution at all till now.
                I am shocked about this behavior from the seller.
                Please provide the resolution as soon as possible.

                  I have more than 500 rs in my flipkart wallet which is going to expire soon.
                  So I am trying to purchase an item, but flipkart is not allowing at the last to do the purchase, they are cheating ad want my money to get expired.

                  they are showing error message as
                  "Transaction amount exceeds the risk limits defied by the bank for this card"

                  but i am using my flipkart wallet balance, not any bank or card as they show in above message.

                  they are cheating customers by this way, so that balance gets expired and they can have it for free.

                    The issue that I have experienced was: Booked flight for travel from Chennai to New York for travel on 20 Aug 2021 by Etihad Airways PNR: DKAESD. Flipkart Booking ID: FF[protected]. The airlines cancelled the flight and we are yet to get the full refund for the same. If we contact airline they say the refund has been processed to Flipkart.com but flipkart are not refunding the amount.

                        I ordered vivo Y20A on 15 sept 2021 from Flipkart.

                        It got delivered WITHOUT SEAL on the box.

                        I had had recorded unboxing video. It is clearly visible in the video that box originaly came without any seal.

                        I placed replacement request but it was not able to be replaced. Reason stated was that seller was not able to replace. So I placed return and refund request.

                        Pickup guy came for verification today(22 sept, 2021), to my surprise the IMEI number in phone doesn't match with that on the box. Pickup guy was also not able to verify the IMEI number.

                        IMEI NUMBER IN PHONE AND THAT ON BOX DOESN'T MATCH.

                        I don't know who is at fault whether the seller or Flipkart or both but the thing is I am suffering as I have to spend time and energy on a fault which I didn't commit. It's really harrasment. It was a gift for my mother. Flipkart and it's seller have ruined it.

                        I didn't expect such FRAUD from a reputed online seller like Flipkart.

                        Also the response time is so slow, they literally take 72 hours for the complaint which can be addressed and solved within hours. Pathetic customer service.

                        1. Phone is used one because when I switched on the mobile there were no options of setting up an account, date and time, wifi settings etc. It just opened normally like a used phone.

                          Received the product and it is not as per company standards. I call many times to Flipkart customer care but agents disconnected calls as they are not able to resolve the issue. I am not happy with the way I was treated and with the faulty product received so please help me get the product picked up as return and refund the amount.

                          Product : looks of low quality rubber strap, inaccurate notification and auto disconnection of Bluetooth. Very slow toggle in display.

                          Brand has not met the features as portrait in the website hence I wouldn't like to go for replacement. I don't trust seller n flipkart.

                            I am not able to update my mobile number.
                            When i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the OTP to new number but otp of the old number cannot be entered as i dont have it. Hence, unable to change the mobile number.

                                I was availing Flipkart Pay Later facility on flipkart for this Flipkart opens a loan account with IDFC First Bank. My flipkart Pay Later Account was closed on 05 Jun 2021, after paying all the pending dues. While checking CIBIL report I came to know that IDFC First bank personal loan account is still active and affecting my CIBIL score.

                                Whenever I talk to Flipkart customer care they ask to contact IDFC bank and when I talk to them they ask to contact flipkart customer care.

                                I am continuously trying to resolve this issue but didn't get any fruitful response from both agencies.

                                Please suggest where can I complaint against both the firms and claim good compensation.

                                    I have ordered one product (Hand painted ceramic bathroom accessory set of 4) through Flipkart on 11th Sept, 2021 and was promised that the product will be delivered by 21st Sept, 2021.but while tracking I found that the product is lying more than 3 consecutive days and no shipping activity started even on the scheduled shipping date (i.e. 15th Sept, 2021) and I raised a query about the expected product delivery timeline expressing my worries, as this product was linked with some other deliverables at my end and no proper reply came from Flipkart & I repetitively put my queries to them & finally I got a telephone call from one Flipkart executive on 19th Sept, 2021 only to assure me that there will be no delay in the product delivery. Now on 21st Sept, 2021 when the actual delivery date arrived, they suddenly changed the delivery date by 7 days at their own whims and my time, my reputation, my reliability everything came under question mark because of Flipkart. Even today when one of the executives called me to resolve my problem, she just put my phone on hold and cut the call after few minutes. This is the pathetic customer care experience that one can expect from Flipkart. Since then they are not answering any of my written queries/complaints.
                                    Now, I not only want to cancel this order but also want Flipkart to pay a big compensation to me to set an example, so that, they will think twice before fiddling with their customers in coming future.

                                      I ordered MI band 5 and cash was already paid through online when ordered. When I open my order, in the box there is no item and it was empty. I raised a return request of my order and they rejected my refund request with out a reason. Customer care service is also worst they simply giving miss calls and they disconnecting my call within a second. So I request you to either provide my same ordered item or provide me refund amount. Find the video which I recorded while opening my order.
