Hello Sir,

I had purchased Hp Laptop which Amount of ₹36990 on 15/03/2021

The Issue that I have Experienced in last 6 Months,
Which Shipment has Deliver Me it's Incomplete

Laptop Is Missing inside their Delivered Shipment

After Informed Flipkart Customer Support Team.

They was asked to Wait for 12Days, and Share The Identity Proof

Also with Consent Paper For the Missing Item
I was Sent all Proofs with Consent Letter

When all procedure is Completed in my Side They Was asked to wait Some New Time Period.Aways I am waiting On Their Company Trust.

Once I receive Call to their Head Department
Refund will be Provide of this Missing Product and Same confirmation will be sent Shortly after Processed.

I am waiting Same continually
But After Some days I haven't Receive any Confirmation for Refund

I tried to Contact Again Their Team
But No one has Answered Honestly.

So Far Refund is not Process Yet to Behalf
Of Flipkart

I had Sent Many Emails to their All team Members No one has Responded Me .

Lastly I am tired to Sent Emails or Calls
My Issue is Still Pending Yet.

I Look Forward to your Prompt Response on this Matter
I would Like to Keep a Complete Record Of My Case,

Please Help me About My Issue and Recover My Loss

    My Listings made inactive due to 7 orders which came in upcoming tab and flipkart dashboard asking me to process those orders.

    Who created that type of dashboard who dont know about the process.
    Seller cant process the orders which are in upcoming tab but still dashboard pops up to process the orders and made my listings inactive.

    I have raised many complaint in seller support but issue not yet resolved

        I ordered mi band 4 which is from brand Xiaomi but when my order got delivered i received a wrong band which was of cheap quality and no brand was written on the box.It was a kind of cheap band. Also the delivered one is used one. I have ordered to gift my dearest one. It is a pathetic situation. Really felt shame. Flipkart should not encourage these kind of sellers. So please return my money back and please take this cheap product delivered to me i have attached are the pics of the product delivered.

        The product got delivered on 29th sep 2021. Immediately after seeing the product I called flipkart support team but they are helpless. The pathetic thing is chat desk is harrassed me like me anything by asking the same question 100 times. Really it was a pathetic support from flipkart chat desk .

          Hi there,
          I have ordered Mi Smart band 5 from flipkart but I received different (local) brand product and it is damaged too. now I have raised multiple request for the pick up/replacement through customer care executive but it got cancelled at the time of pick up 4 times with the same reason. now I have contacted to the flipkart again but they are giving me same resolution dates only and nothing is happening from flipkart end.

          Today wish master denied again for the pick up and told me they are not going to pick up this product at any cost and said asked flipkart for the refund without pick up and when I contacted to the flipkart they told me.they are not going to initiate the refund without pick up.

            I booked my ticket through Flipkart travel for travel from Newark to Chennai for 27.09.21 but due to sudden loss of my sister to COVID-19, I had to cancel my booking which was done on 28.08.2021 through Air India.

            As soon as I canceled the ticked I called Flipkart travel customer support to initiate the refund process. I submitted all the documents necessary to waive the penalty charges also as per Air India policy for cancellation due to death of passenger's family member but the refund hasn't been initiated yet inspite of Air India having refunded the money to Flipkart travel.

            We have been following up on this issue for more than 2 months now for just a simple travel refund request and our experience through this has been very dissatisfied and unpleasant.

            We have made hundreds of calls to the support team for this simple refund request. We have even provided all the necessary documents to get this sorted out. Despite of all the hustle that we have been through we still haven't got any resolution on this.

            We have been urging and requesting to prioritize this ever since the beginning but nevertheless we only happen to get a templated replies or answers that we will get back in 24 to 48 hours every single time
            ..

            I request you to get us a justified solution for this

              Hello,
              I have purchased a phone on 22nd September worth 9990 and for some reason i cancelled that order because the product is getting delayed and now flipkart has been saying that they have successfully refund the amount to my bank. But unfortunately i haven't received the amount only. I contacted my bank account but bank is saying there is no refund only.

              Please help me to fix this issue.

                I had purchased a trolly bag of American Tourister from Flipkart on 23.09.2021. I had paid through Net Banking from SBI of the said amount, however, the amount got debited from the account, but in Flipkart it showed NOT PAID. Again I had to pay from other account to UPI to make the the payment successful. I have paid twice for the same item. I have not got my refund for the first transaction till date.

It would have reflected in your back to source by 30 Sep 21. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number[protected] in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

                  i am fighting for my refund process from their website with any understanding..

                  I hope flipkart could help me out without the help of Consumer court or any high level case.. This is just a comment.. Later, noone know what would happen.

                      Flipkart(Marq), has committed to give a warranty of 5 year on the washing machine motor and also mentioned in the invoice.

                      Now they are denying to provide the motor warranty service saying that part is unavailable.

                      They force me to return the complete washing machine which I had purchased with cost of 6400 INR (excluding my old washing machine exchange cost 1200 INR)

                      and also I gave 250 INR to the service engineer to analyze the issue. After he confirmed that the dryer motor needs to be replaced, I raised a request to Flipkart to replace the dryer motor.

                      I don't want to return my washing machine as I no money to uy new one also I just request to provide the service as they committed else they can pay me a motor cost so that i can fix my washing machine by some local vendor.

                        I ordered a sofa of ARRA company from Flipkart which had a return policy of 10 days on Flipkart, and 1 year warranty from ARRA company. After using for Just 15-20 days it started making sounds and the seats expanded. I contacted Flipkart and they said that they will talk to the company to help me resolve my issue. But they never helped me. Customer service kept on saying our 10 days are over, and basically that they don't care now. The ARRA company also didn't respond. Now I'm sitting here with this sofa that I just used for 20 days and which is now completely uncomfortable. This is so much irresponsible on Flipkart's side. They refused to take any responsibility of the product sold on their own site. Shame Flipkart! Never buy from Flipkart.

                          I brought a sofa of ARRA company from Flipkart which had a 10 day return policy on Flipkart. Flipkart really disappointed with its customer service, once 10 days were over it just denied to help me in any way. It took no responsibility of the product sold on their own site. Please never buy items from Flipkart.

                                  Today my account has been blocked, may be the reason was i tried to return a saree, which i bought for my mom but she didn't like the style, so i want to return, 2 time rejected, every month i shop around 2500 from my paylater, so i got a 4000 pay later balance which upgrade 6000 paylater balance this month, now in this month i already used my paylater balance around 4500 INR, now the real problem is my flipkart account is blocked so i can't even repay my paylater balance, and if i did not pay it will impact my Cibil Score, so please help me to reactivate my account, so i can pay my paylater outstanding which billed on 5th Oct, here are my some details to verify that its me Animes Das.
                                  and i want to my paylater balance by emi as it was written on terms and conditions.

                                  and before the BBD account got blocked it was like the worst luck ever.

                                    I placed the order (Order ID - OD[protected] received it - size was not fitting well, placed an exchange - waited till committed date for the exchange, but didn’t get the product exchanged by committed date - raised a complaint through app - when it got crossed 6 more days post committed date, called customer care, asked to cancel the order, take the product back, refund my money. - waiting still continues. In return getting weird emails from Flipkart asking for Aadhaar / DL copy.

                                    Tried their customer support thru call, email. But all in vein.
