I had ordered to Flipkart i7 10 Generation Laptop on dated 30.9.2021 for Rs.74990/-, but Flipkart company had delivered me i5 processor Laptop on 3.10.2021. I am shocking after seeing such type of lapse by Flipkart Company. Therefore, I talk to company executive and he/she placed the return request of i5 processor laptop. But, now this time also he/she made a mistake and replacement showed i5 processor again instead of i7 processor, which was actually ordered by me.
After calling by me to executive of Flipkart he again cancelled the replacement order made on 4.10.2021 and advice me to call them again after 48 Hours for replacement.
But, I feel that I become a shuttle cock between company and their executives. Moreover, they are harassing me since 3.10.2021 and also not giving me email ID of the Flipkart company, so that I directly complaint their executives.
It is therefore requested to sort out the matter by giving directions to the Flipkart company and also punish them, so that further other person cannot be effect such type of harassments.

    I ordered 3 units of Pixel 4a for my family as gifts as I had already ordered one previously from flipkart. Although riddled with annoying little issues, it was an okay phone. Enough to be used by my parents and elders who I'm going to gift to. This was one of the few phones with small screen size that fits my budget. The first phone had few issues that I didn't expect and it already passed the return deadline. So, I claimed my warranty and guarantee to fix my phone. As of now, the process is still ongoing. I'm a Plus customer too. Why I mentioned this because you'll know soon.

    SORRY for the long ranting. But I had to get it out of my heart.

    Now to my problem, I once again ordered 3 phones since there was a sale for it to be around ₹25, 999. One for me for development and work-related purposes and the other two for my parents. Along with this order I also ordered a Mi Power Bank 30, 000mAH and a Google Pixel Buds in discount for the first phone I ordered. I was uncomfortable to order 3 phones in single order since this is such a huge value (Bill: 73, 496) but there were some offers that I like (Pixel Buds @ 50%off and Google Nest Mini @ ₹1) meaning for 3 items I get those offers 3 times. I also did clarify this with the rep, they told me it was for each phone order per account per card, not per account per card. So, I thought why not get the whole google family package. Then I ordered using my ICICI credit card with a huge discount of ₹7, 000. I then went to bed.

    The packages arrived the next day. As usual the guy was a regular around this area. My neighbours also get packages from them. I too got some items from him like my Xbox Series X and I implicitly trusted him without actually checking the packages for damages. I also got the three packages together and unfortunately; I didn't notice the weight difference. I never bought these products before. This was the first time I bought a phone online and I was so excited about it.

    Then came the disappointment. I placed the package and went to finish my work I was doing. Then after a few minutes I came back and opened the packages. The long package was light in weight. The other one was very heavy as it contained the power bank and the other one was pixel buds, light indeed. But the Power Bank and the phones packages were tampered with. Power bank was safe Fortunately! But I begin to doubt so I readied my camera and I opened the phones package. To shock in horror, I only found 1 phone (in which the product box was already opened and the phone inside it was already on) and the other two were missing and their places were filled with packaging material. I was devastated. I was angry, felt cheated and begin to cry in anger within myself. I have attached the images for reference.

    I was confused, I didn't know what I did wrong or what went wrong. As people who have been in the same situation would've asked "WHY ME", I began to ask myself the same. I just sat there feeling empty, dejected, betrayed. I mean It was my own fault that I didn't check the package beforehand but come on, I didn't have this kind of issue before. All I got most was, a different product than I ordered and damaged ones. But never there were products went missing.

    After a few minutes, I opened the app and raised a call-back request, around an hour later, they called me and asked what was the problem with the order and I told them everything. I was panicking about my hard-earned money and afraid that if my family knows about this, I'll be a dead man for sure. I begged the reps to check and solve this as soon as possible. They told me that this issue will be resolved by 4-October-2021. Then after a few minutes before the call end, they changed the date to 13th October. I asked why, they said that they'll need more time. So, I hesitantly accepted. Since, why they would first say 4th and then jump far to 13th. That's more than a week.

    Anyway, I also told them the phone I got was also tampered with. They told to check the contents and the phone and place a return request if anything was damaged and defective. It was defective (video calls not working, sim registration failed, heavy noisy vibration and ringing when the volume was louder, etc...). I placed the return request along with the power bank (this was fine but fast charging doesn't work and there were heating issues too). So, basically at this point, I returned everything in that order (whole order was ₹73, 496).

    On 4th, the return and refund were accepted for the phone and power bank which I do have. But not for the missing items. I was confused. Then I contacted them to give me an update. Then investigation team called and asked me to send my ID proof and pictures of the received packages for "authenticating" and "verifying" my flipkark account. So, I had provided them all the necessary details two days before. Then, after a few hours they sent me a mail stating that investigation concluded that the package was delivered to you intact. NOOO, HELL NOOO, WTF???

    I was angry and devastated once again, my head began to spin. My whole world and a little of hope I had come crushing down to pieces. Remember I mentioned I was Plus customer, yeah, they said priority customer support. Yet they tried to drag me on. WHY?? What did I ever do to them?

    The first one I bought, I didn't check thoroughly and it was my mistake and I accepted the consequences. Now, the products were missing from my package on delivery. My mistake here is I trusted the Flipkart's eKart delivery. I should've checked. Still, this is no way to treat their customer who's been nothing but calm and patient them. Because I understand, even if it's not the seller's fault (doubt it, since they are the seller here, their subsidiary "OmniTechRetail") or courier's fault (doubt it too! since, after my complaint I've asked my friends, they too had similar stories there)

    One of my friends ordered a washing machine, never delivered but marked it such. Another ordered iPhone 12 Pro 512GB but got iPhone SE (they never owned an iPhone before). Another ordered a laptop and got empty box (delivery guy just left it in his office. He phoned him for the OTP before. He wasn't in his office at that time. He grilled him to tell the OTP or get the order cancelled.)

    So, please help me to get my money (₹73, 496) back. Please, I beg everyone who sees this. I really think e-commerce is convenient but until they figure out how to avoid these issues, I'll be reluctant to buy expensive items from online the future. In this case, Amazon is a lot better. One difference is that Amazon cares even after the product is delivered. They go out their way to help you. Flipkart used to be like that in my college days but they have changed so much for the worse. I used to be able to contact seller but now I can't. Low rated reviews are not accepted most of the time. They only accept low rated reviews only if it doesn't affect their image.

    If the package was delivered to me intact, I would've had the mobiles in my family's hands by now. I even prepared backup from their old mobile phones and prepared everything including registering for e-sim to setup in these phones. After their remark suggesting that I was somehow responsible, it just struct a nerve in me. At this point I'm just sad and feel pity for them. They had to resort to this level of harassment just to avoid work and loss on their part. They are pushing all that on me.

    I'm so angry and disappointed in them. How could they, after all this time. You know flipkart? I may not be the most profitable customer on the platform, I'm sure as hell I'm not what you're making me into!! I was also one of the first to sign up in their early days. I was with them for more than 10 years now!

    Update: One of the specialists reached out to me on 22nd October and offered refund of 25012 for one of the undelivered/unsent pixel 4a. I asked him that there were two products I didn't receive. He told me that he was authorized to do refund for one of the units as the complaints were registered separately. He assured me that he or some other agent will contact me on 23rd and provide refund for the other pixel 4a.

    Been 4 days, till today (27th) end of day. I have been calling them for updates all along and till now no updates from them. There's still a missing refund of ₹ 25011 for the other Pixel 4a.

    The total refund should have been ₹ 50023 for the unsent items. But only ₹ 25012 is provided. Still waiting for the ₹ 25011 refund. It hasn't even initiated yet and why did they give me a false hope.

    Please issue the pending refund for the unsent pixel 4a. Please don't delay this further. I'm already disappointed in you guys. I'm already regretting coming to Flipkart for my purchases. Please don't make me lose hope in your humanity. This is my hard-earned money that I've been saving for the past two years to buy something nice for my family. Please don't steal it from me.

      As I Placed Poco M3 Mobile on 28th September and I paid Full Payment on CAD 13, 000 Inr While I Use the Mobile it was not like what they advertised

      Especially Camera and Display was not Good for What they Advised and I'm not Satisfied with that Product So I Requested them to Return the Product and Refund Still more than 6 days ago no positive response
      So I kindly Request you to take this Issue An Emergency and Kindly Resolve it and Refund the Money to my Flipkart Wallet Also no Issue

        My order ID IS- OD[protected] which was at first delivered on 3rd cotober but on 3rd october in evening i got msg that order can not deliverd today and will be deliver next day.
        on 4th october it is again show that it will be deliver by tuesday 5h of october.

        while there is no way to contact ekart which is delivering partner of flipkart.
        even flipkart customer care is also saving ekart.. they are trying to convince me that i till order is received i nood to have patience. upon argument with flipkart customer care person he is not ready to give me complaint number.
        i had to make mote that 5 calls to get complaint number.

        according to flipkart and ekart tracking details my products reached to ahmedabad on 2nd october. yest it is not delieverd to me yet.

          I have ordered a product('nothing ear 1', blue tooth earphones) on Flipcart a week back. They didn't even deliver it on time[protected]. I asked them for invoice of the product as I already paid(5899/-rs) for that product (prepaid). I would have claimed my amount with my company with the help of that invoice but now I couldn't be able to claim my amount as I didn't submit the invoice on time. I wanted to return my product to get refund. They are denying my return and telling me that they can only replace but cant refund. Now the price of the product got decreased further by 1000/- rupees and the seller is same. They couldn't even send me the difference amount and dodging my calls, keeping me on hold for 1 hour, wasting my time and money. The seller's name is 'SuperComNet'.

            Delivery agent was rejected my old machine due to drum only not working. Not properly checking. My machine not have any damage. Drum only not rotating, otherwise is good condition i won't gave any wrong information about my old machine to Flipkart. But the Seller claim the Full Exchange amount and not accept old machine of Exchange Reduction Value. how i hold the Old machine & New machine in my House. What purpose for selling of Exchange items.               My order was supposed to be received on 3rd Oct 2021 is still in transit.
              The item has reached Bangalore on 3rd Oct only and from there Item is dispatching receiving Mother hub to Mother hub.

                I ordered a Samsung galaxy bud live from the big billion day sale on 2nd Oct. Expected delivery was 4th Oct. Its 4th Oct today and my order page shows that it's arriving today where as the delivery details show that the product has not been shipped yet. While trying to seek help all I'm getting is connected to a bot. And when I finally get an option of getting in touch with an executive (selected next 11 mins time slot) they still have not reached back to me. Wouldn't have created a fuss but it's a birthday gift

                  I have purchased Tea veda product from Flipkart, Tha actual MRP was Rs 120 for 250gms but they have charged me Rs 365 for 500 gms, it's Rs125 more than the MRP. The delivery charges were shown as Rs 65 but they have double me on this product.

                      First of all i apologize for taking this to your concern but i have no way to get this cleared thats why im reaching out to you. I have ordered a washing of LG 7kg Semi - automatic Turbo star technology - Topload Grey colour on[protected]. it was mentioned as it will be delivered on[protected]. The problem is, I have mentioned my pincode wrongly. The address address is correct but the pin code is wrong . For 600119 I have mentioned 600019. So i'm residing in the south of chennai, it has moved to north of chennai. On the 26th morning I realised that I had wrongly entered it so I tried to change the pin code but the option was not open and also I tried cancelling my order. On[protected] the logistics person called me and said that we can't deliver to your address and said that we are going to cancel the order. i said yes pls proceed. Days have passed till now they haven't cancelled my order. I have called the flipkart helpline 30 times these days and they have also done the same but no productive work has been done. Once they asked me to wait on the line for 45 minutes and they discontinued the call.

                      I have Paid for the order already and now I'm going to pay off my half of the month but the product is not with me.

                      Kindly take necessary actions to end this problem by the end of today .

                          I have created flipkart account 3 years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otp are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                          Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                            Sir maine ek phone realme x7 max 8gb 128gb order kiya by flipkart date 20.09.21 price 26999/ko aur jab product receive hua to dent nd scrath the product par.Maine sir 23sep 2021 ko return request ki mujhe damage product receive hua h and kafi baar flipkart customer care call bhi ki.Aur mujhe baar baar wait karne ko kaha gaya ye bola gaya ki concern team work kar rahi h.apki request par.Sir 5 baar return request fail kar di flipkart dwara.Main kafi pareshan hoon.sir wait karte karte Aaj 12din ho gaye.sir maine itna bada amount pay kiya phir bhi mujhe damage product receive hue. Sir 2oct 2021 ko mera flipkart account suspend bhi kar diya flipkart ne.Plz help me sir to return this damaged product.

                                Hi,

                                So I've purchased a TV from Flipkart on 29th September during their Big billion day offers and also selected to exchange my old TV. The delivery person came to deliver and exchange the product on 2nd October, checked my old TV for issues thoroughly and he said it was perfectly fine and passed all the checkboxes in their delivery application after which he found out that there is something wrong with the app and it shows that the exchange value reduced to 450. He apologized and said that maybe something went wrong and he would try to deliver again the next day. The next day he did the exact same thing and the exact thing happened. I have this in a recording where the delivery person explains the TV is fine and should be exchanged with the correct value of 3500 but since their app is at fault he is unable to do so. I have then raised a ticket to get this resolved with Flipkart and the escalation team provided a resolution to just cancel it which doesn't resolve anything. It is their mistake and for that why would a consumer have to face trouble? I want this to be heard and taken seriously and I'm willing to take this to consumer court if no resolution is being provided.

                                  I want to exchange my Nokia C01 plus smartphone to buy new smartphone under exchange offer . But when I entered the imei number for exchange it can't verify my mobile just showing " IMEI number doesn't match with any other smartphone of Nokia" . But my smartphone is just 15 days old . But Nokia official website verify my imei number as it is under warranty .
                                  So, Flipkart please solve my problem as early as you can .
