My name is Nishkarsh Tripathi, I am from Moradabad.
I purchased a laptop on 11th of Sep, 2021 and on 12th of Sep, 2021 flipkart delivered me a dead laptop and immediately I placed a return request. Then flipkart customer care called me and said "A technician will visit your place for verification before 16th of Sep, 2021." On 14th of Sep, 2021 I received the contact details of technician, I called him and asked when he would be visting my place on which he said "Today I don't have time I'll tell you tomorrow" .I waited till next day evening then I again called him to ask the same thing on which he replied "I don't have your request go and call flipkart, don't argue with me". I called flipkart and they told me to wait till 16th of Sep, 2021. Today is 18th of Sep, 2021 still no technician visited my place and flipkart again extended technician visit to 22nd of Sep, 2021. I am not able to do my office work because of all this, all my saving of Rs.1.03L has been taken by seller and i am sitting with this dead laptop, waiting for technician since last 5 days. Above all this there is no possible way to raise a complaint against the technician as he is misbehaving with me on each and every call. Flipkart is again and again marking all my issues as resolved by themselves but I am facing the same problem since last week. They are wasting my precious time in a hope that I'll cancel the return. All my funds are blocked because of which I am not able purchase another laptop from some other place. Please help me get a replacement or refund so that this mental torture gets over and I can resume my work.
