      I had ordered Sony WF-XB700, I was an eye opener for me to see that the box which was delivered to me has its content missing like the box was pretty much empty inside. I took the photos of the empty box, the bill, the person who delivered me the box. I tried contacting for refund not only they cancelled my request for refund they also blacklisted my account. I need my refund as it was not a petty 5 or 10 rs item which I have been duped off it was of rs 8000.

          I am a regular user of Flipkart, and I have been desperately reaching out to them to change the phone number associated with my account, as I don’t have access to it anymore. I have been ignored by Flipkart customer service. I have reached multiple times to them via email and there’s no way I can have a direct call, as they keep calling in my number which isn’t available anymore. Flipkart has this rule that if the number has to be changed they will send otp to the old number also, which isn’t available to me anymore. The customer service at Flipkart told me to send them my indentification proof if I want my number to be changed, which I did on July 26, 2021. It is September 17, 2021 today and they have not done anything yet, it is impossible for me to change the phone number through the app as they have made it u changeable now, I am tired by reaching out to Flipkart for such a small thing, so many times.

            We ordered a Mi Smartband 5 worth Rs. 2299 through Order#OD[protected] and to our surprise, Flipkart sent us Mi Headphone merely worth Rs. 500. Upon opening up a Return and Refund request, the courier company came to pick-up the wrongly delivered item and refused/rejected the pick-up because we are not returning Mi Smartband 5!! We spoke with dumbest customer service rep several times but no action. Utimately, Filpkart closed our Return and Refund request with no justification or explanation!!! From today onwards, I'm not intending to buy anything worth more than Rs.1000 from Flipkart due to such horrible customer service experience!!! This is unacceptable and we need a refund.

              I ordered ck jeans worth 6399 they send me wrong ck jeans. I recorded the video o[censored]nboxing and the delivery Boy Rakesh meena is also my evidence. I contact flipkart for return their concerned team contact me and tell that they will provide resolution refund withing 24 hours then they did not contact for 3-4 days. Then i again mail them at [protected]@flipkart.com they again call me and said will get resolytion withing 24 hours again. Then they do not contact for 3 days then again i drop the mail on same mail address. After 24 hours i reeived a mail in which they are commited that i returned many items hence my account is blocked. Whereas it was my first return i never returned any thing . Now they are not helping me they are cheating me by saying again and again that i returned many orders. I want my money . It was my first and last return. I know very well before this order i never returned any thing. I request consumer complaint to send legal notice to flipkart . I have unboxing video as proof .                     On 4th September 2021 I purchased 1 physical gift card of Flipkart worth Rs. 7500/- from the website. I received the delivery on 6th September but to my surprise when I tried redeeming on their website on 8th September, It showed me an error saying "Card Deactivated". I was so much worried about my 7500 that I straight away called the customer care and they registered a complaint "IN[protected]" with a resolution time of 15th Sep.
                    I got a call from Flipkart on 9th Sep to share the error screenshot, I asked them to drop an email. I got the email from [protected]@flipkart.com to share the error and I replied to the mail with error screenshot.
                    On very next day again I got call from Flipkart customer care to share the Gift card number, I denied stating that I can't share over call as I don't know from where are you calling from.. please drop an email so that I can reply with details. They dropped an email asking the gift card number so I shared the details. In between I was chasing for the update also with customer care everyday.
                    Again I got call from Flipkart on 15th Sep and they confirmed that there is some issue in the gift card so they will add the
                    amount into my Flipkart wallet equivalent to the gift voucher on or before 16th Sep 9 PM.
                    I have done multiple follow-ups but customer care was keep on asking to wait till 16th Sep 9 PM amount will get added into the wallet.

                    Time passed and they have not added the amount and when I connected again to the customer care on 17th Sep, they are again asking to wait for another 24-48 hrs. They are just increasing resolution dates and when I am asking them to connect with backed team they used to disconnect the call.
                    They are the new white collar corporate thieves exploiting the innocent citizens under the hands of a foreign Player Walmart.
                    They keep interest free money from their customers in this way.

                    Please help me get my gift cards activated or get a refund from these corporate thieves

                          My order was supposed to deliver on 10th September 2021, it got delayed to 13th September .They didn't deliver on 13th also. I had to travel 10 km to pickup my order .Their delivery partner was so rude and refused to deliver to my address and told me to come & pick up. He also refused to take exchange which i had applied. He made me to go home again and bring the exchange money. I had no other option .Since i had no phone at that time, he told me to give 5000 but instead it was 4900. I couldn't confirm but i asked him thrice, he lied. I had filed complained in Flipkart about delayed delivery, rude behaviour and the money extra taken by Flipkart agent .But they did nothing .Earlier they promised compensation but nothing was given.

                                I had ordered a non-returnable pre paid watch screen gaurd product as on 13.09.20201 but when i received the same as on 16.09.2021, it was in damaged condition defective circle shape which cannot be fixed to the screen. I tried to contact flipkart on the very day but unfortunately i could not do it and they marked saying resolved as it is a non returnable product of flipkart

                                But there was no positive response from their side except the following message: this is a non-returnable product. But unfortunately this time also the result is the same.

                                I understand the policy of non returnable product but that does not mean to send a damaged product . I seek a justified resolution to my issue at the earliest.

                                  I have trouble logging in flipkart game zone. I'm facing this issue from the last four days. Whenever I'm trying to log in, I'm getting an error message saying 'page not found'.
                                  I tried clearing cache, clearing data and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but of no use.
                                  I neither used any unfair means to win games in game zone, nor have I played from multiple devices or IDs .
                                  I'm just playing for fun and now I'm feeling down that I can't play those.
                                  So kindly fix this issue as early as possible.

                                    I have Ordered Gaming Laptop from my Flipkart account on sept 8th. unfortunately, order is not delivered. I have Observed confusing information is available from the tracking system. The arrival date is kept changing without proper reason. I have missed 2 scheduled interviews due to neglected behavior of customer care.

                                    Customer care executives calling me and keeping quite themselves for 2 minutes and disconnecting my call intentionally. I have paid 56, 990 rupees and what their doing is completely nonsense. My mobile number was provided with address and sent an email with complete address/mobile number too, But still they are neglecting. I have missed 2 wonderful company's scheduled interviews due to lack of laptop.

                                        I purchased a set of masks from Flipkart which was supposed to contain 4 masks. I received it in just the brand packaging completely covered with tape. When I removed the tape I realized the seal was broken and there were only 3 masks instead of 4. I contacted the customer support and they approved a replacement for the product. After the replacement got delayed by a few times it was cancelled citing that the product was non-returnable. I again contacted the customer support where they asked me to mail the customer care. I did that twice and I did not get any proper response from them, only the issue was marked as resolved and it has been almost a week. Does this simply mean that the seller can just send any defective/damaged or incomplete product and cite their no-returns policy without being held accountable? I am not even sure if I will be willing to buy any non-returnable item from Flipkart again fearing being sent incomplete products. Moreover, I was not even asking for returns I just wanted a replacement so that I just get what I paid for. Also, I do not understand how the support team can be so ignorant about it. How can they not know about the seller's policies and approve a replacement only for it to be cancelled later? This is not even only about the product anymore its about the pathetic service and hassle we have to face sometimes.

                                        I received a mail on Sunday (September 19th, 2021) stating that they could not reach me on my registered contact number and asked me to provide an alternative contact number where they will reach me. I replied within a few minutes of getting the mail but they haven't contacted me yet.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
