I tried to order some grocery from flipkart on 7th oct 2021 of rs. 874 and when I payed the money from my Paytm wallet, it was successful but the order wasn't placed. I waited for refund but it have being some days but no refund yet.
So please revert the transaction and give me a refund.

    I have ordered a Smartphone RealmeC21Y from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 11548 on 2nd of October 2021. Because of change in seller I cancelled it Within 10 minutes . I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 business days".
    I waited till 9th of october but didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called Flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank on 8 October already by flipkart seller.When I tried several times to contact flipkart customer they have only one answer "your refund has been credited to your bank " I shocked very much because I am using flipkart since 4 years but this I didn't expect from flipkart.
    And also I contacted bank for refund from flipkart seller they say no refund has been credited from flipkart seller.
    And also when I called flipkart customer care they say we had raised complaint about your issue . And I had also shared my bank statement to flipkart but no response . And wait for 7 more days for resolution. How I can wait 7 more days . It is not small amount for me. Please Refund My money As soon As possible

      Consumer Forum,
      As Per Flipkart told in the last post that the Courier Partner has Confirmed to them the Product was Present inside.
      But After this Confirmation,

      Escalation department of Flipkart asked me for the Consent letter for the FIR of Missing Product as well as the alternate id proof.
      Then why is Flipkart going back on its own words?
      If Flipkart is not able to give Replacement then Arrange Back Rafund

      If you not mine ?
      Than I want to ask you?
      What are you Helping me in this Case
      Can you tell me?

      Because on Every post I always get feedback from Flipkart only Not Any Proper Solution.

      I Approached you For Proper Help to get the Solution In this matter.
      I think that the Consumer forum Supports the Right Person, Does not Break the trust of the Customer, But maybe I was wrong.

      Because in this case it seems that you are in Favor of Flipkart.

          I have placed an order for Asus Laptop on last Sunday ie 03 oct in buyback offer with HP Laptop in return; I have already made the Payment
          The expected delivery timeline was from 6-8 Oct, in fact, I received a call from E-kart executive on 7 Oct that I'd receive my order by 7pm on that day but still I haven't got my laptop yet
          The shipment has reached the nearest hub on 06 Oct then why it's taking to long to deliver
          Being a Flipkart Plus member, this is highly unexpected & disappointing from Flipkart & concerned Logistics company

            I cannot update my mobile no of the flipkart account as my old mobile no is not valid now... so everytime i want to update it..otp goes to both old and new no...i am facing great difficulty.

                  I have order Arrow trouser from flipkart
                  There is issue with fitting hence i called customer support to replace product with 1 larger size. Flipkart customer service provider inform me that, there is no replacement option available only return option is there. While booking the product i had check the return policy and there clearly mentioned 14 days return and replacement available. I waited for more than 20 minutes while call getting transfer to higher customer service provider person but eventually no one attend me and that person also disconnect my call without informing me. Pathetic way of service providing.

                    2 days ago, I ordered a pen which cost 3200, amount deducted from my Paytm wallet, and order is not confirmed from Flipkart side, now I have lost my 3200 rupees, and Flipkart note taking responsibility, as I have record that the money send it to Flipkart, adding some pictures you can easily see

                        I've bought a fridge from Flipkart and it got delivered on 5 October but the status of the order have not yet updated as "delivered" and also it's 9 October today and the installation is not done yet. The order status still says "out for delivery". As we opted for exchange, we're now left without a fridge for the last four days. Not at all a helpful response from Flipkart costumer service. Resolve it ASAP

                          1. i am facing the problem with delivery of my product no proper communication .

                          2. i have offer with extra 500/- off on washing machines coupon but i am not getting this offer i am purchasing product and yesterday this coupon is applicable washing machines product but today i am trying to booking the same product not getting this offer but My Rewards Account it is showing in 2 days validity but i am trying to contact customer care but there is no proper response i am wasting my time also.

                            I ordered an iPhone from Flipkart on 2nd of October .But the product is not yet shipped
                            It was to be delivered on 07th of October. No updates from Flipkart. I tried calling the customer care they told they are trying to resolve it but no update till now.                               I ordered on 3rd October. The order was shipped on 4th and reached to MotherHub_SNK in kolkata and dispatched on 5th from there to my nearest hub which is Haltu Hub.. I am seeing that for past five days. It was supposed to deliver yesterday but they delayed for 2 days still i haven't gotten my product. They cannot provide me the information for the ekart logistic people.. I really want product to arrive.. Why delay when there is no need to delay.. Give me the details and i will go get the product myself.

                                Hi, I made a purchase from flipkart for Google Home Mini and I selected Paytm wallet as my payment method.
                                The payment has been deducted from my wallet but when I contacted flipkart customer care they responded me that they have not received any money.

                                Even I have received cashback from paytm for thay payment.

                                    I have ordered an asus laptop with GST input tax credit on 8th october which has not been processed by the seller(TBL Online). My friend has also ordered the same laptop with GST input and has also faced the same situation for confirming this situation he again placed an order for the same laptop without taking GST input tax credit and this the seller processed his order within 1 hour. Kindly resolve this issue as I have also contacted the customer care but they are not able to address my issue.

                                      I ordered hp laptop from flipkart during big billion sale on 2 october 2021
                                      But I received defective laptop display not working
                                      Then I complaint to flipkart after that hp engineer came and sealed the laptop and it ready for return pic up
                                      But e kart executive refuse to pickup without opening
                                      I complaint again and same issue with this so no action from flipkart..

                                        My complaint is that I purchased a Samsung F12 on 7 oct in big billion sale but when i unbox phone is it not upto the mark camera quality is so poor and touch sensor is third class i have to touch twice for one programme its not thar what i wish when i checked return policy thy asked that they refund my amount for that but when i initate return request they keep rejecting that ????
                                        I'm a regular fkipkart costumer but if this is something that totally shameful
