I had bought a product from flipkart but the product accesories were missing.
I had raise replacement request for 3 times and refund request for 1 time

1. Replacement request was raised by me but due to unavailability of the reason for replacement option i had chosen another option and on the second day it was cancelled by the flipkart executive.

2.Replacement request was raised by flipkart executive and the date was assigned but due to some circumstances i told him to cancel the request as i will not be available at my address for 5 days.He told no problem whenever u come back u could raise new replacement request.

3. I came back and raised new replacement request but after 3 days it was denied by flipkart mentioning product was out of stock and u can raise request for refund and the seller is ready to give u refund.

4. I had raised a refund request after 3 days i got a message mentioning you will not get any refund.
And then at the same time my account had been blocked .
After that i was no longer a user of flipkart as my account had been blocked.
I had to purchase accessories from market.
I request to please unblock my account as there's no mistake of mine infact i had to bare loss. I had taken plus membership and had super coins in my account which i could use further but due to blocking of my account i could not be able to use it.
Please i request you to unblock my account.
I had contacted flipkart customer care but every time i got a only response is that you had raised a huge number of return request due to this you would no longer be able to use your account.
Seriously raising request for 4 times is a huge number...and its seller mistake that i had been given a defective product not mine. But i had to go through all these ... there's no one to solve my problem. I had tried many times by my side but no one helped me.

I feel so sad that there's no humanity lies.

I have suspect on the grounds of which i could prove my concern.

Please help me out please.

    I have ordered mobile phone on 10 September 2021 and Flipkart told that it will deliver on 16 SEP but they didn't deliver item. Again they given date on 23 September and that date also missed.
    I have paid money for the item and they are not delivered my product.
    I have been cheated.
    Kindly take strict action against fraudulent company like Flipkart.

        Regarding Order ID-OD[protected]
        My concern is about above product.

        The product had extensive scratches, dents and patches all over.
        It feels like product was heavily used before and then sent, I also noticed the technical error in it which is-
        Even after leveling up the "Bass" sound remained the same, talked to their customer care for help but they said it's an defective piece and I should return it.
        I asked for refund than replacement and it wad beneficial for their brand.
        I bought it at 1450 and current price is 2600 but I'm still asking for refund because now I want something compact.
        Thanks for reading.

        Update - I provided all the information with honesty, given strong evidence to prove my points
        Still my return request is rejected,
        These guys also blocked my account stating my returned too many products which is absolutely false statement.
        I have been their customer since 2015 and I purchased good worth rs more than 2 lacks.
        Why would I accept used product when I paid for new?
        I want flipkart team to unblock my account as soon as possible.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          I bought one realme mobile from Flipkart on 22nd September 2021 and when I switched on the mobile I experienced a sound difference and hanging issue in the very first moment. So I requested for return and refund (Because I am experiencing the second time the fault product delivery from Flipkart). Normally Flipkart will check the defect or fault when a customer raise a return request. Once it is satisfied then only they will allow the refund or return.

          Now I will come to my actual problem. Once I raise this return request Flipkart blocked my account (Mob No - [protected], Vinoj.[protected]@gmail.com) and now I am not able to login in my Flipkart account. when I raise a complaint to escalation team, I received the below reply.

          We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

          I am having Rs. 6005/- in my Flipkart account as Gift Voucher. By blocking my account i will loose that money. It is my hard earning money. No one have the right to snatch my money.

          Again I am pointing out one concern - If a customer received a defect product what will they do ? Whether they need to compromise the quality of product by payment his/her money ???

          My only request is to unblock the account and so I can spent my gift vouchers and need to return the defect product.

          Pls request you to address my issue and unblock my account and process the return request I had paid Rs. 24000/- for this mobile. Then on what basis Flipkart asking me to compromise the quality of the product ?? I had purchased more than 60 products from Flipkart and returned 5 to 6 damaged products . Its my basic right to return or refund if I received damaged product by paying money for brand new product. I don't know where Flipkart noticed the unusual thing on this ?

          One more thing Rs. 6005/- is lying in my Flipkart account as Gift Voucher. By blocking the account I will loose this money. How Flipkart can do this ?

          So I need justice on this by unblocking the account and processing the return request.

          I am getting calls from many numbers regarding this complaints and asking me to download any desk app and ask need to connect... Definitely they are fraud. Another one called me and told that he is from Crime Branch and asking for the details of the complaints in what's app. So I here by notify you that so many frauds are happening beside this . They are taking contact numbers of the person from this portal for some fraud things.

          secondly I am not received any reply from the Flipkart side. If they are telling that ""my account is permanently blocked and i need to compromise with defect product . is not fare"".

          Also they are telling that i need to compromise my gift vouchers worth Rs. 6005/- and asking me to contact vendor of this vouchers. how it is possible.

          I am asking for my basic right ---- By paying money for something, Definitely i will check the quality of the product... If any defect is there definitely it should be returned ... as an eCommerce player its Flipkart duty to ensure the quality of the product they are listing for the sale.

          Hope I will get the resolution for the below mentioned issues.

          1. Unblocking of my Flipkart account - (Mobile No : [protected])
          2. Return request process of last bought mobile (Order ID: OD[protected] realme X7 Max (Milky Way, 256 GB))
          3. I need to use my gift vouchers lying in the account worth Rs. 6005/-
          4. I ordered a mobile sim try by paying Rs. 248/- (It is yet to deliver, at that time the account blocked - I so loose that money too)

          All the 4 issues I need resolution form Flipkart side.

          I had issue with that 22nd delivery only. What you had checked?? I already attached the invoice of 22nd delivery . I had faced sound and hanging issue on that mobile. That is why i requested for return. But unfortunately flipkart blocked my account.

          I need to return the 22nd September delivery. For that you need to unblock my account.

                I placed the order on 19th September 2021 for a etrendz ET145 Brass Pooja Bell. The amount has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but still my order is showing pending.                           My concern is my PNR was BQKZPB which got rescheduled by Airline and its credit note is also received from the airline side which is attached . And I used this credit balance for the next flight with additional fare whose PNR was QKTD6T. This flight also had to be canceled due to COVID, in which a refund of Rs.4198 had been processed by the airline with the mail attached. Process the refund of the canceled flight which is Rs.4198( PNR QKTD6T) and not the one which is rescheduled (PNR BQKZPB. I am attaching the copy of all the mail for more clarification. Kindly help to close this already this issue is going on since more than a year.

                              I am a vimal consumer with registered Email: [protected]@gmail.com and registered mobile number: [protected]. WIth FlipKart
                              This is regarding my undergoing grievance toward order id
                              : OD[protected] which was placed on 31st August 2021 using my ICICI Credit Card ending with XX02 of Total cost of 3688 Indian Rupees.

                              the Order was placed by Vimal on 31st August 2021 for Two units of Hindware 3 L Instant Water Geyser (Immedio Blue, White & Blue) by the seller: OmniTechRetail Which was promised to be delivered by 3sept 2021 But later got delayed and hence promised to be delivered on 7th Sept But was never delivered and on 9th Sept 2021 intimated by Flipkart through an email that seller canceled order from their side and asked me to cancel my order.
                              But after trying many times from Flipkart app and web application it was not possible to cancel the order as the system was not canceling it due to some unknown reasons so I contacted customer care and they raised a request and promised to provide me with a resolution By 15sept with complaint ID: IN[protected]

                              I tried contacting customer care many times explaining the problem again and again for a resolution but they were not able to provide me any satisfactory solution even Till date and Flipkart is holding my money for the last 25 days.

                              This incident has caused me an enormous amount of mental stress and depression also it is taking 30-60 minutes of my life every day calling them and explaining my problem again and again to your customer care representative who could not provide me with any resolution.
                              This has caused problems in my life as I ordered this Gyser for my old mother who is sick and need warm water to do her daily routines But since I have not received my order or refund so I am unable to fulfill her requirement prescribed by Doctors for which I blame the incompetence of Flipkart in providing solutions to my problem also Flipkart is holding my money due to which I can not look for the solution anywhere else hence it causing absolute distress to my whole family.

                                There is no option of invoice download in Flipkart even though after updating due to which I'm unable to download the invoices. Kindly consider this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible

                                  I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                    Hello ... I ordered a pendant from Flipkart... And I also paid for it... Money has also been deducted from my bank account... But the order has not confirmed yet... It has been 1 week now and the order is still showing pending... I contacted flipkart helpline and they said me to wait for 2-3 days... But it has been 1 week now ... Please do something to help me flipkart

                                      I am very disappointed with flipkart this time as i have buyed a reflex band 2.0 from flipkart but as i open the box i get damaged product and due to this i return the product and not replace due to the cause of last left stock. As a result i return the product as it is to delivery boy. After some days i requested to send my bank details but by the mistake i have filled Debit card number instead of account number and the system takes my card number successfullly. As a result my refund not initiated. But when i contact customer care they said that the refund has initiated. I contact several times to flipkart for the issue and reply them with (my passbook pdf, bank statement pdf and confirmation letter pdf.) But still i haven't get my refund its going to be more than one month. And when i contact them they say that wait for 48 hours and till not get today. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                        I ordered my laptop on 22 of Sep and it was promised to be delivered by 23 of Sep but today it is 24 of Sep and still my product is not shipped. I tried to reach customer service executives many times but everyone is telling different story, some say its seller fault while other blame courier service company and a senior concern team executive told me to cancel my product, I don't understand why would I cancel my order I already have paid for it and I want it. There is no update of my product in Flipkart app its stuck in "item waiting to be picked up by courier partner".
                                        Very poor service..
