Respected Sir/Madam,
I have ordered Realme C11 2021(Cool Grey, 32 GB), order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart for my son study purpose. It got delivered on 18th August 2021, my son have used it for few days and found an issue regarding the Gurukul application (It is my son's school app to listen to online classes and to write exams) and along with paytm, phonepe etc. were not responding respectively. For this issue I have requested a replacement, the replacement was done successfully and got Realme C11 2021 as a replacement on 2nd September 2021. After replacement, in that mobile too found the same issue regarding my above applications. Hence I have requested a return, those details are given below.
They are:
1. Return requested (6th September 2021)-- Technician visit (8th September 2021) -- Return rejected.
2. Return requested (8th September 2021) -- Return rejected.
3. Return requested (8th September 2021) -- Technician visit (10th September 2021) -- Return rejected.
As these many times the technician visit took place, three times return request got rejected. The technician found the same issue which I had identified. The technician forwarded the same issue to Flipkart, however the Flipkart rejected my return request without mentioning a proper reason. There is no proper communication between technician and Flipkart. Flipkart customer care had contacted me many times a day and failed to rectify my problem, and also contacting me number of times a day created a lot of trouble and disturbance to me. As of now I have tried my best to return the mobile, since it got rejected frequently and by 9th September the return validity of the mobile got expired.
This phone is useless for me now. Hence, I want to return the mobile and want my money refund. I hope you will solve my issue as early as possible.

We got a call from Flipkart. They said return is rejected because the technician forwarded that there is no issue in the mobile to Flipkart, but at the time of technician visit, technician said us that there is a issue in the mobile. Hence miscommunication taken place between Flipkart and the technician. So we have questioned them that, now how can we return the mobile? They said that you need to go to a service centre and should bring a date on arrival certificate to return the mobile, but due to this Covid-19 peripatetic is not good. So, I just want this date on arrival certificate through online and want return policy for the mobile.
I want a return policy for this mobile. So, I hope you will resolve my issue as early as possible.

If any body is facing any issues, try contacting flipkart through customer care no-[protected], and then 1st process is to ask da junior service to connect u with their senior service team, then elaborate ur issues totally and ask for resolution, they instantly approve ur return request and u will get a return/refund.
U can check ur order section for status of return approval/refund.
