Sir/madam,
I had ordered a bluetooth earphone of Infinity Glide N120 on July 28, which I received on August 4 . Earlier there was much harrassment on their part about delivery . Later on I received product which was well operating in initial days . But since last 15 days it causing much pronlem to me like it never connect to device, disconnect automatically
while on call, doesn't work for showed charging time . Warranty was there, so I tried conveyed my grievance to them on 31st of August by email but they are yet to respond .
I request you to teach them a lesson so they won't behave with any customer like this .
