Dear flipcart service,

Iam Jagadeesh Earamani.. I've a complaint regarding the too much delay of your products. Recently I kept an order of oppo reno 6 and oppo f19 plus. Then you are given estimated delivery time is two days from ordered date. But you are extended two times of my product delivery. And recently I've ordered boat eardopes and Tommy Hilfiger wallet .. in the same way they were extended again 3days and I got irritated and cancelled the order of boat ear and again they were extended for Tommy Hilfiger wallet also .. for this I was waited till today eventhough they extended date.. but extended time is also extending.. Is this looking right to do like this..? What the hell is happening ..? Very irritating service you guys are doing.. Very worst service I've ever seen in past. And one of your flipcart executive harshitha...i was talked with her yesterday for delivery related query.. She listen all the concerns of mine.. Then she said i'll escalate to our team and they will call you within two hours. But till now I didn't get any call from harshitha team and flipcart. This is not a correct way to satisfy the consumers... Worst servicces providing you guys are..

    I ordered product on 8 Sept and it reached nearest hub on 12 Sept and today is 15 Sept and still not delivered. I tried customer care but response to this.
    The nearest hub is just 2.5 km from my house. I don't know the address of hub else i would go and take it myself and neither flipkart is revealing.

      Placed Bluetooth speaker worth 624 Rupees on 31st August and product received on 8th September.
      When I opened the box the product looks used one and defective ( Semi-finished product- means there's no mesh cover for speaker) so return requested on same day (8th September) when I received the product. System shows executives will call on 11th September for return process. I'm waited until 13th September I have no calls from Flipkart, the return policy ends by 15th September so I contacted customer support via toll-free.

      They said " the seller not accept the refund so well forward your issues to concern team they'll get back to you on 15th September through email"
      I described my issues and explained the return policy date ends by 15th September so please do needful before the day and please contact me by phone not an email because I have no longer access email
      But they have no other options they said still my issue not resolved.


      In my experience

      Flipkart will not accept return until the return policy date ends,

      Customer care can't approved the return and they're usless like a bot.

      So who want to buy products from Flipkart, you must have to access email and you have good English knowledge to reply the email conversation.

      VERY VERY WORST E-COMMERCE IN INDIA.

          Flipkart concern team collect by me all proof of empathy box issue and promise 24 hours for refund but the block my account and declined for refund amount of 11000.
          I please recheck my issue and I have all proof so please provide me refund amount otherwise I will go to consumer form.

                    I ordered an Amd Ryzen 3 3200g desktop
                    Processor (price : 11559/-) from Flipkart.com on
                    30th August (Order Id -
                    OD[protected]. I ordered the item at
                    my store address where everyone knows me,
                    Dulal which is my nickname, my real name is
                    Jayanta Mukherjee. I paid for the order with my
                    credit card on 3rd September (Reference Id -
                    [protected])
                    The product was supposed to arrive on 8th
                    September, but on 3rd September the product
                    suddenly showed shipped and out of
                    delivery.The delivery boy came to me at 2pm.
                    The weight of the package made me doubt. I
                    didn't want to open it.But the delivery boy said
                    he would check if there was any problem. I
                    opened the box and saw it was an Intel core 2
                    duo 2nd hand processor which was rolled in a
                    bubble pouch.
                    Then I realised I got scammed, the seller sent
                    me the wrong product. The delivery boy
                    suggested that I should apply for the return
                    process. But there was no return or replace
                    option.
                    Then I called Flipkart customer care. They said,
                    "You don't have to worry about getting a refund
                    because the seller had no replacement
                    policy."So they initiated a return request. After 2
                    days, 5th September, the return request has
                    been cancelled because the delivery partner
                    didn't accept my request. Then I initiated a
                    return request again by flipkart support. After 2
                    days, 7 th September, they asked to send the
                    product image and my personal documents
                    image ( aadhar card, pan card) via flipkart in app
                    customer service. So I sent all the documents.
                    But today 8 September my Flipkart account has
                    been blocked. They didn't even give me any
                    notice.
                    I had more prepaid orders on that Flipkart
                    account.I don't know what will happen to those
                    orders. Flipkart didn't take any action against
                    their logistic team.
                    Looking at the resolution over here. I am claiming a refund or replacement of my order.

                        The lenovo tablets that I ordered recently from Flipkart was delivered to me on 13th of September 2021 and it already hang twice and restarted on its own...it also started blinking with Lenovo logo and did not stop unless i rebooted it. I did not download any files or app...it asked for software update twice in a single day and I did only that. I want to return the faulty product but Flipkart won't take it back.

                          I have placed an order for an iPhone-11 from Flipkart. I got a dummy iPhone 11 (White), Instead of iPhone-11 64GB(Black). After 10 emails and calls, they accepted a replacement. In the replacement, they delivered soil- clay packed inside the iPhone box. After that, approx 4-5 times, my return request was accepted and immediately canceled it repeatedly. On-call they keep telling. It will be solved by this date that date. But it didn’t solve till today. I did not get anything except time, hope, and rejections. It's been 17 days. I have sent the FIR-filled form as well with my Adhar-card and all the required proof that I was asked for in the email. But again, after 48hrs, I got the email that my return request had been canceled, and my Flipkart account was blocked due to the high number of return requests. It is obvious until the refund, and I keep asking for return requests. They did not refund the amount and simply closed the concern and account. Is this the solution ?? I am requesting to reopen the case and refund my money. It is not a small amount, so I won't keep quiet until I get the refund. I have all the proof.

                          I have contacted them on every platform but didn't get the solution. It is miserable to a loyal customer of Flipkart like me, who has been with you for the past 6 years? And have purchased approx 250 goods, worth over 5lakhs.

                          Please help to solve the issue and refund my money.

                              I registered a flipkart account with my email id and mobile number about 7 years ago but the mobile number that i registered is issued to some other person now. Now that person is also able to login to my flipkart ID.
                              Now when I ordered a product from flipkart that order is cancelled by the number i used during registering my flipkart account. I want my order replaced by flipkart as flipkart has not given me any option to change my number as it was sending an otp on my old number which i don't have now.
                              I hope here I can get help
