Flipcart did not give my mobile invoice with IMEI number,
So, I want to sell my phone but I don't have invoice, my phone screen is not working, so I don't have IMEI number of phone, please help

    I had purchased both the items from flipkart.But till date refund is not issued.Made contact with customer care at least 50 times.But none of them resolved it. They are saying refund has been made .But actually it has not done.I don, t expect such type of fraud from flipkart.Please go through my pay later account and check it .The matter you can understand.Lastly I am writing you before complaining to consumer forum

      I am an active flipkart plus member. I have got a preapproved offer for flipkart axis card in july 2021. i have applied through flipkart app and Got approval from bank, documents were collected by axis bank employee ( on 17th july 2021). On the same day i have received welcome message from axis bank and mentioned their offers also. Received a confirmation sms from flipkart .( screen shots attached)..but till now my card is not generated, in the flipkart app, showing a card generation time of 1 day( its been almost 1 and half month)

      Contacted axis bank, they told me that, they don't know nothing about this card

      (No other numbers received till now)

      I am a axis ace credit card user, is this your approach to a customer ?. I think there is no proper co ordination between axis bank and flipkart. ( if you can't fetch the application details i have given why it is showing a card generation time 1 day)
      Several times i have contacted flipkart customer care, they told me to contact axis bank..they cant do nothing. I am totally fed up with this.

      A request to you axis bank...if you can't process my old credit card application, please remove it from flipkart app so that i can re apply. Now in my flipkart account showing " continue application ".
      So to i couldn't reapply

      all necessary screen shots are attached. please resolve my issue ASAP.

        I ordered this product on 17 Aug 2021 and got a call from delivery boy on 20th Aug but he refuse to deliver the product saying that he can not deliver the product because my home is out of his range, he said that if i will give a return call then he will deliver the product next day but he did not deliver the product next day as well. Now i have requested to return the product and process my refund but neither they are processing the return nor processing my refund

          I ordered this product on 16th July 2021 and got call from delivery boy on 17th July . I have choose the option of cash on delivery while ordering this product but i was unable to pay cash on delivery time so i paid on fipkart app online but delivery boy refused to deliver the product. When i raise the concern then customer executive said that they can not deliver the product so i requested to cancel the product and process the refund. Now it is more than 1.5 months but neither my order cancelled nor my refund processed

            I am writing this complaint after tiring efforts of 1 year i have been doing to get my account re-activated but the flipkart customer care services are not being helpful at all. One year ago i have placed an order Allen Solly blue heels which was damaged/torned leather condition. I shared the picture of the product and asked for return/replacement. Rather than helping me with the request flipkart has blocked my account and never did anything. Whenever i used to call customer care i got same response everytime that its a backend server issue, we don't know why your request can't be processed. I never got a resolution and today as well after a year if i try to login to my account its still blocked or something i don't know. I was Flipkart Assured member and i do have good supercoins amount which i am not able to use due to poor resolution service of flipkart customer care and Flipkart itself. There is no benefit of being a loyal and long term customer of Flipkart. I feel like i wasted so much of time purchasing/shopping things from flipkart which i could have got it from other platforms as well but due to flipkart priority and assured member features i kept using it but in the end it was all waste of time and money when it came to user experience and customer friendly. Service is poor and unreasonable customer support executives.

              I had ordered Lipton TULSI NATURA GREEN TEA (2 BOXES OF 25 TEA BAGS) Tulsi Green Tea Bags Box (50 Bags)
              But I am surprised when I opened parcel it was only 1 box containing 25 tea bags.
              How can a reputed online portal can cheat the customer,

              Kindly refund me my money within three working days, or else I will take it up to the higher authority.

              Its not a matter of money but a matter of honesty and sincerity which is lacking and you are taking customers into granted.

              Secondly the price charged was also at higher side than the MRP, kindly refund my the amount of excess charged over MRP.

                I ordered a Samsung F41 phone worth 14, 999 /- from Flipkart on 20th august, then I cancelled the phone delivery due to some issues and a Flipkart message came saying that your order has been successfully cancelled and you will receive your refund till 24 august. But I did not receive the payment, I called customer care on 26th, saying that refund was not done, they gave me a reference number and I gave it to the bank, but the bank also said that they did not receive any payment/refund from Flipkart. I've been calling Flipkart customer care more than 6-7 times now, but they are only saying that your payment has been done and here is the reference number, etc etc. What should I do now?

                          My flight got cancelled by Airline on Aug 06 2021, I immediately cancelled through Flipkart mobile app and forwarded the flight cancellation proof email to Flipkart travel, till now I didn't get my refund.
                          I called 15 times to Flipkart customer care, they are saying issue will get resolved in 24 to 48 hours for the past 15 business days, I spoke to supervisor, no use. They are actually not processing my refund and I m really confuse how to get my money 4000 back

                            Dear Team,

                            I have been a very old customer of flipkart and I have made a payment of 3260/- for flipkart paylater on 30th Aug 2021 and the money was debited from my account but it didnt reflected in my Flipkart account. So, Once again I made the payment on 03rd Sep 2021 for the same and it took a day to reflect in my flipkart account. But the money that was debited from my Bank Account on 30th Aug 2021 has not been refunded yet to me and I have confirmed from my bank that the amount has been credited to the Flipkart account with Idfc whereas Flipkart customer care is not able to clarify the payment status. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. I have tried contacting customer care but they are not able to help me in the same.

                              Flipkart E Gift card, not getting redeemed

                              I'm trying to apply a gift card costing 3000 INR. Everytime it throws error "EGV Token call failed".
                              No one helps from customer support, pathetic service. The customer service bluntly say that they can't help.

                              1000 rupees coupon code isnt working showing egv token call failed

                                This is regarding an order I’d placed through Flipkart on 6th aug. 2 weeks after placing the order, I get a call from Flipkart saying the seller, supercomnet, cannot ship the product, no reason was given and I was asked to cancel the order. I cancelled the order on 24th aug. It’s been over 2 weeks and the refund hasn’t been processed yet. Flipkart support is saying the seller is facing technical issues and is unable to process the refund and wants my bank account details to process the refund. I am not comfortable with sharing my bank account details and was okay with receiving a gift card instead but the seller is unable to process that as well. When I ordered the product through Flipkart, I don’t understand why I’m being given this excuse that the seller is unable to process the refund. What new scam is this being run by Flipkart and these ### sellers?

                                  Everytime I am calling customer care they tell seller not received the item. So customer should go and pick the material. If within 3-4 I didnot get refund I simply sue you in consumer case with heavy penalty.
