Actually i ordered a amd ryzen 3 3200g with Radeon vega 8 graphics desktop processor on 27 aug 2021 and got recived a different brand product i.e(intel core 2 duo used processor) with very cheap packaging from Flipkart worth Rs11559/-. I talked with customer care and they initiated the refund issue and rejected issue after some days, please flipkart its my humble request to return ur product and refund my money that is 11559/-Rs

On 2nd September i got recived a different brand product and called customer service and they issued for a return and then automatically cancelled the return request and was not approving my return request, so i filed a consumer case here and flipkart team approved my refund request and solved my issue. Thank u 🙏 consumer case team and flipkart team

We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of Rs. 11559/- has been completed on 12 Sep 21 and should be reflecting in your account by now. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
Thanks flipkart team for returning the different product after 30 calls over 7days period and refunding my money back.

If any body is facing any issues, try contacting flipkart through customer care no-[protected], and then 1st process is to ask da junior service to connect u with their senior service team, then elaborate ur issues totally and ask for resolution, they instantly approve ur return request and u will get a return/refund.

U can check ur order section for status of return approval/refund.

      cctv camera set not delivered. The due date was on 10/09/2021 and not yet delivered. I have already arranged a technician for installation on today the 11/09/21 since the product was not delivered i had pay his call out fees for nothing.
      In the notification page its now showing pin code miss matching. But this is completely wrong. I have entered the pin code correctly and checked the availability.
      I have already ordered fridge from flipkart few months ago and it was delivered correctly.

        I have been purchasing items from Flipkart from 2013 onwards and have started facing some strange issue recently. I was able to purchase and receive items without any issues earlier even though Flipkart was not much established that time and now a days they are saying item not deliverable while checking with the same pincodes which I used to purchase earlier. Strange thing is it is showing item couldn't be delivered or "out of stock for this area" for the pincode for the main city where flipkart and ekart has got their own hub for decades. It is very strange while Flipkart is showing like this while allother online sellers do their delivery without any issues in all these areas. Customers are expected get more delivery coverage areas while the company getting grown but reverse is happening here. I had tested with the pincode of the Flipkart corporate office in Bangalore (560103) and very disappointing thing it is showing the same "Not deliverable/out of stock for this area" message for their corporate office PIN Code itself.

        Then what is the meaning of the items showing in stock in the website??? Last many times I had to purchase many items from Amazon and other sites due to the same reason. Items showing out of stock message we can understand, but items showing in stock and showing not deliverable once all the PIN Codes are entered is not at all acceptable.

            I have a Nokia 2.2 which I want to exchange. When I try to verify it on Flipkart, it cannot verify because it says "IMEI Number does not match with Nokia 2.2". I tried to verify it externally, and it recognized my phone. Please fix this as soon as possible.

              I ordered monster truck remote on 10th August for amount 1169rs . order id OD[protected] by my Sbi bank .its prepaid order after that on 15th Aug i received parcel by tracking id FMPP[protected]. I asked delivery boy about package looking small he told Flipkart never do fraud. U take video o[censored]nboxing they will help you if you received wrong or different product than i taken the parcel trust on Flipkart.Then i made unboxing video. Then i contact them.they told they will help me but not helped.replacement return everything rejected after sometime my account is blocked by shopsy sub brand of Flipkart. Both sides my account blocked.they didn't respond on my issue.please help me in resolving my problem.many times i called them but they promised to solve but not solving my issue.even i added unboxing video in their twitter account Flipkart support. No use please help me to get refund or replacement .

                Hi, I registered flipkart account with my old mobile number which I no longer use. This number was later allocated to some other person by telecom company. I managed to reach this person and I tried to get the OTP from them, I put my OTP from the destination number and once I put my password and confirm, it says identifier already in use. This person can simply login to my account and see all my purchase history and wishlist.

                  Sir/madam,
                  I had ordered a bluetooth earphone of Infinity Glide N120 on July 28, which I received on August 4 . Earlier there was much harrassment on their part about delivery . Later on I received product which was well operating in initial days . But since last 15 days it causing much pronlem to me like it never connect to device, disconnect automatically
                  while on call, doesn't work for showed charging time . Warranty was there, so I tried conveyed my grievance to them on 31st of August by email but they are yet to respond .
                  I request you to teach them a lesson so they won't behave with any customer like this .

                    FF[protected] flipkart is not refunding the booking amount even after airline has confirmed they have raised the full refund. I have sent them all the proofs received from Airline they are still not processing the refund

                        Hi Team,

                        I am using Flipkart app from many years but never got any issue but this time I have an issue.
                        In Flipkart app supercoins zone under the reward section the Flipkart gift card voucher worth Rs2500 option is removed from my account.

                        However when i check id of other person i can see that Flipkart gift card
                        voucher of Rs2500 is available in his Id. So initially i thought there might be a glitch but its more than a week since I completed earning 2500 coins that option is missing. same was showing till I have not earned 2500 coins. as soon the day I completed 2500 coins, the reward voucher of 2500 got disappeared and since than not showing.

                        KIndly resolve this issue and get back the 2500 reward voucher option in my Id [protected]@gmail.com registered mob no [protected]

                              I have order a seagate hard disk from flipkart order id .OD[protected] and recived on 8/09/2021 after open the box i found that the product is not power on as it is dead on arrival then i have submit the complain same day after 1 hour the product is deleverd to me but till now they do not pick up the product nor any reponse from customer care i don't no why they send this type of faulty product to customer and after that no response i am request by this website consumer complaints please help me out and do the needful.

                                I have started getting the error message "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" from last 2months and it does not allow me to play any of the games on the gamezone.

                                I have never cheated or used multiple accounts ever to play games. I have however won games multiple times in the past. So is my account blocked from playing games just because i keep winning which does not "seem fair to me"

                                  Dukka Satyanarayana Jeeves technician bearing mobile number: [protected] came for installing ac bought from flipkart.He came alone as a single for AC installation and used us as assistants and stollen connecting wire 3.5 mm which came with the package and sold to us for 800 INR.                                     Hi,
                                    I have flipkart account from a long time.
                                    I wanted to change my mobile number on this account. I tried but it was not allowing me cause i was trying to use new number that already had one flipkart account associated. So i deactivated the account associated with my new number. Still it was not allowing.
                                    Now when i try to reactivate the account with new number. It is showing contact to customer care. But there is no email id or phone number to connect with them. I tried the toll free number but it only gives machine reply.
                                    So my requirement is either you change my existing accounts mobile number with my new number. Or atleast allow my new number to get started. So i can deactivate my old account and use the new one only.
