I have ordered a REDMI 9i (Midnight Black, 128 GB) (4 GB RAM) from Flipkart on 1 st Aug '21 and delivered on 2nd Aug '21 with
order id: OD[protected] for my friend.

But I am very disappointed with the product, the feedback, the customer service, and my overall experience. I have wasted a lot of my time trying to return this product.
From 7th August to 13th August, I have been trying everything...

Regarding product return and pay later bill

I jave ordered a track grom flipkart .. But quality of that product it's very bad. So i jave raised a return request but they block my account.

And customer support is not replying any thing.

I have a flipkart pay later bill but i am not able to pay that a see thay bill as my account get blocked.

If i will not pay that bill thay will effect my cibil score.

Received defective product refusing to pick up

I have ordered Electric Sewing Machine and it stopped working so i requested return immediately . Request has been cancelled twice until the return policy expired . Now flipkart is not having option to return the product....

Damaged product delivered I want refund not replacement

I have purchased hp pavilion gaming laptop on aug 1st .it worked fine for 3 days and then suddenly it doesn't turn on no matter what I do.and I placed return for my laptop and asked a replacement or refund.
They said technician will visit in next 20 days which is too late . generally it only takes 3-4 days for tech visit.its already been a week since I asked for replacement .but they don't respond and said to wait for 20 more days...

I have placed an order for with Order ID OD[protected] on 9th of August, and made an advance payment against the order which was supposed to get delivered on 11August, On 11Morning i have received an text msg from their delivery partner shadowfax stating "Arriving Today: Your Flipkart order with partner[protected]" the contact number which they have shared was invalid, from 11th Aug iam trying to get an update on my product delivery...

Falsely impacting my CIBIL score

I have been using my Flipkart Pay later for a while before. Pay later is associated with IDFC's first bank. I stopped using pay later a long time ago and cleared all my dues next month itself. But it has not been updated by Flipkart to IDFC bank and they have still kept it as pen active and not paid which is affecting my cibil score to a greater extent. I tried calling Flipkart CUSTOMER care and IDFC CUSTOMER care, I spoke to the executives...

Delivery agent couldn't deliver laptop as the exchange laptop condition check software fails due to faulty flipkart software

Hi,
I am writing here because Flipkart customer care is not at all responding. I have ordered a Asus laptop in exchange with my older Asus laptop. While ordering, I provided all correct information of my older laptop and based on that exchange amount was calculated to Rs.9150. When the delivery man arrived, he fed all information by looking at laptop in his some mobile software but one of the check for Processor generation failed...

Product not up to mark

I ordered Infinix hot 10s mobile from Flipkart on 9th August 2021 and I received it on 11th August 2021, on checking there is a receiver problem in the mobile when I placed a replace option they are saying that technician would visit and confirm but as per there policy we could only see Replacement of product but not technician visit...

As I had order for some grocerry on 6th august for amount of RS 601 in which i use my coin for rs 8 and balance of rs 593 paid by my hdfc netbanking on 6th august but at flipcart show order not placed and amount not recd by my bank and my bank officer said that its amount already deducted and i call many tines to customer care but every time they says within 7-8 days I will get my amount back in my bank but no amount still recd. how irrresponsible...

Wrong item received and flipkart blocked my account

Last month i booked a smart watch of boat company and I received totally wrong watch. when i claim as wrong product received then my request was canceled by seller after that I complained to customer service they said its take 3 days to solve your issue. After that i tried several times and it happned the same and after this my account got blocked without any information and they are not ready to listen. And i have a due amount of rs 2999...

Sold defective laptop but not accepting returns and refunding amount

We ordered laptop from Flipkart for my nephews online classes. It's been a month and he lost his valuable school time. Finally, we received laptop but with defective screen. We raised return request. Flipkart executives said, they will raise a complaint with the authorised brand executives and the issue will be attended by technician before 14th Aug. But, they didn't raise any request as such.
