    Extra fees levy on Flipkart pay later

    Hii My name is Deepanjali..I am a regular user of flipkart and do shopping every month using flipkart pay later..and pay it before due date, always on time as can be shown in my track records also..
    So for June pay later amount which needs to be paid in July, I opened the app as to make the payment and saw a late extra fee of 300 Rs.I called the customer care and told them about the issue and informed them that there was some issue...

    Flipkart is just wasting customer time. I have raised issue more than 6 times contacted 16+ customer executives but no use. Gift card deactivated because technical glitch from flipkart end but they not resolved yet.

      Last week I ordered one product which was supposed to be deliver today but it has been canceled by Flipkart and now the product is out of stock and the same product with different product no is available with higher Price.

      This happened second time with me with the same product.
      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I have orders on 8 july their delivery time was 10/07) 2021. Products arrived kanpur at 6:30 am 10/07/2021 but not deliver today upto 7:pm .

          I have ordered for 3 airbuds when its delivered am shocked because only one 1 airbuds in delivered box other 2 were missing in a package so am raised complaint at cs at flipkart so 2 -3 times its rejected so am again raised my issue in social media so i got reply from Team social media customer executives are Meenakshi banik & shreya gupta after that i got only 1 refund so again am shocked so again raised my issue bcz still 1 product refund is pending right so asking for refund is my right as a consumer after that flipkart delayed delayed for resolution on july 1st i got an email that (system detected your account because high returns in a order history.) whats this the product was missing so am raised complaint wt high returns ? Who will refund my amount 1299, so i kindly requesting you please refund my amount of one product which is still pending and also unblock my account

          In email have attached pic of delivered box of flipkart which 3 products but i got only one product brand noise airbuds price for 1 product 1299/-

            I cant login and showing that my account has been blocked .. I just ordered some phones for my relatives when there is an offer and after the problem occurs..my supercoins were lost when account blocked ? waiting for a positive reply regarding this issue.

              Uanable to reset my flipkart account password as i forgot my last password.
              Tried forgot password process with different platform but got the same error - "unable to process request. Please retry."
              And also tried with laptop, desktop version flipkart site and in app also but the issue still persistant, also tried with different browser but still showing error.
              Help

              Customer care is also not responding to this problem .they just end up putting on hold

              I forgot my flipcart account password. i cannot reset it.

                I ordered a mobile on flipkart on 13th may i received my order on 16th when i opened the package the mobile was missing so i raised return request but flipkart blocked my account saying unsual number of returns. my money is now wasted Flipkart is running a scam and iam not going to keep quiet i will raise my complaint in the consumer court

                  I ordered oppo smartwatch and inside the box I received noise brand watch inside the oppo watch.

                  When I complained them they said that since I have unusual return from my account and they blocked my account and rejected my return request.

                    I ordered Under armour Project rock 2 Women sports shoes from flipkart.I received a diffrent fake product from what ive ordered.I have paid the money through cash on delivery.Now the pickup delivery agent is cancelling my pickup again and again.He is refusing to pickup my order as he is saying that the ekart company is denying to do so.I had been calling them everyday and they just give me certain date and product pickup date and again the same thing happen.I am facing this problem and flipkart in any away not helping me in this.

                    Now they have again cancelled my return.I have trying to get in touch with senior executive and that is not possible on flipkart.They are kind of being very rude by first not picking up my order and then cancelling my refund again and again.Please help...

                      I am a loyal and regular customer of Flipkart and using Flipkart plus account vide registered email: [protected]@gmail.com and Mobile: [protected].
                      I have almost 309+ coin in my account and an open order, I have done a lot of shopping from Flipkart.
                      I cannot check my order status and also can not order anything and and also I can not download my order invoice.
                      I would like to your kind attention that I can't use my plus account coin balance as well as access my Flipkart plus account. I would like to request you please unblock my Flipkart plus account as an urgent basis.

                      Otherwise, I don't have any option other than going to the consumer court/ help by legal advisor..

                        I ordered a Mobile phone (Resmi Note 10 Pro Max ) but when I received my Product I received an empty package (product is missing from the package) then I made a complain and one of your concerned team executive place a REFUND REQUEST but the return request is not accepted even after 72 hours as prescribed on the confirmation.

                          Complaint regarding NO REPLACEMENT of damaged BLUE STAR ARISTO RO+UV Water Purifier

                          I have bought a BLUE STAR ARISTO RO+UV Water Purifier worth Rs 8799 ( through Flipkart on 27th June which got delivered and installed on 28th June 2021.
                          The machine stopped working the very next day, I made a complaint to Blue star customer service. The technician from the Blue star team visited and corrected the problem after which it started working but again the next day the same problem raised for which I again called Blue-star...

                          I am complaining about the mobile which I ordered through flipkart

                          I made a purchase of Realme C25 mobile on June 16 and received the product on June 20. I noticed that there was a problem with a handset where I was hearing double sound during voice calls. It was so noisy that I could not place the handset near my ear during a voice call. So I requested for a replacement and received the replaced product. But still I was facing the same issue so I was not satisfied with the product at all. I made a refund...

                          Flipkart affiliate commission did not received

                          We have joined Flipkart affiliate program in 2017. Since Joining we have not yet received a single amount into our bank account.
                          We have a 19k+ commission amount in our affiliate account for which we are following up with Flipkart via email and social media platforms like Twitter but we are not getting any response to this complaint/issue.

                          As per the policy we have emailed a bill copy with a digital signature certificate...

                          I have received tv on 27th June, 2021. I got Defective product where sound is not workings and display is also Defective and I have requested for Return and Request was created on 1st july and they said technician would visit before 7th july and I havent received any technician and Flipkart reschedule technician visit on 10th July and Still I haven't received any technician who approve the product and give me replacement.

                          I have called flipkart more than 8 times and every time they are saying technician will come and I am waiting from 10 days to get return or exhange of my product, which worth 38k rs

                              I purchased hp laptop and having some technical problem in that and put the return request. hp team also checked and confirm the defect sealed the product in box. but not pickup the product since 20 days and no responce from flipkart customer executives.
