      Hi Team,

      I am using Flipkart app from many years but never got any issue but this time my issue was not resolved

      In Flipkart app supercoins zone under the reward section the Flipkart gift card voucher worth Rs2500 option is removed from my account.

      However when i check it from other phone i can see that Flipkart gift card
      voucher of Rs2500 is available. So initially i thought there might be a glitch but its more than 15-20days that option is missing.

      However i was able to see that option few days back back but once i have collected 2500 coins that option was removed.

      Called helpline number but got no help.

      I want that Flipkart gift card voucher option in my phone as well.

      Please check the attached screenshot which is taken from other phone and that option is missing in my account.

      Did not got any help spoke with customer care they are only asking to go through with terms and conditions. I told them i have checked everything its your fault then say we cant do anything in this you need wait . I have waited so kong still its same . So i need the resolution MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED THE VOUCHER IS STILL MISSING

        Hi,
        I had a flight booking to and from,
        New delhi to goa with booking id: IN[protected]

        My delhi to goa flight was cancelled for which airline refunded complete amount of Rs. 5919 .Due to this scenario i had to cancel trip and my return flight as well.

        Flipkart only refunded me Rs. 2793 for both cancelled flight, which is less than what airline has refunded .

        I am following up since last 2 weeks but everytime i am asked to wait.

        I have provided them airline refund proof as well but still no response .

        This is ridiculous. Such kind of incidents forces us to go for social media and let company image get spoiled.

        Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

          Order date: 21st July 21
          Order status as on today: Ordered, not delivered.
          Customer care response on 03 Sept 2021: Nothing can be done. the customer can cancel the order or it will automatically get cancelled one fine day in the future. when asked for further details, call disconnected.

          There is no update from Flipcart till I raise the complaint after 40 days of placing the order. The payment was done, but the product is still not delivered. when spoken to customer care, they are so arrogant to say nothing can be done and I nee to cancel the order.
          If I have to cancel the order after 45 days, what was Flipkart doing for 45 days? The customer care agent disconnects my call when asked for details and compensation.
          Being a flipkart plus customer, I regret for being a customer for such an irresponsible arrogant company.

              Flipkart is promoting there paid sellers without concern about the quality, service to the customers. One great example is seller
              REES52ONLINE (flipkart assured seller). I purchased a product order no OD[protected], and i rated the product for several time but it is not reflected on the site.Now i cant even make a rating.Because flipkart forbid me. Flipkart forbid me from refund too..

              Flipkart doesn't have a support team to assist.
              For months i tried to contact them, because they sent a wrong product.I lost money.By making my rating inactive, Flipkart is allowing every FLIPKART ASSURED FRAUDS to sell on there website on the governments watch.

                Still not received my refund amount in my bank account

                Hi Sir, Ma'am,

                I have ordered a OD[protected] for Misthaan Culture Kaju Katli Box.
                from Flipkart.com worth Rs. of 788 on 11 aug 2021. Because of quality issue I didn't like the product and cancelled it. I got a message from Flipkart.com saying that "Your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account on 12 aug.

                I waited till 12 of August but didn't get the message for money...

                      You People Never Revert all you can say again and again is System detected system detected. None of them from your side can Call and say the exact reason for the Account closure. I have simple question answer it if you can I purchased more than 50 Items from Flipkart out of that I might have returned or Exchanged 4 or 5 items and my account is also very Old account. You closed my account and mailed me that system detected high number of return. Anytime you are free to check my account and say how many items that I have returned? Returning one or two items out of 50 is just normal in other Ecommerce site why Flipkart alone does this kind of things??

                              I was ordering Nike Men's downshifter 11 (size UK 8) and when I was choosing payment options, I chose pay on delivery for which it asked for Rs. 50 in advance. I chose upi to p[ay the advance and money was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I repeated the process a second time and again Rs. 50 were debited but again the order was not placed. Also, I used my super coins for an extra discount. 150 super coins were deducted on my first attempt and 36 on my second attempt, and both times order was not placed. I want a refund of a total of Rs. 100 (INR) and 186 super coins.

                                I have ordered grocery for my relative for first time only for them through my flipkart app. Vide order no : OD[protected]
                                Delivery time scheduled for today by flipkart 3.30 p.m to 10.40 p.m whereas in the mentioned time tracking status showing out for delivery Timm 10.30 p.m and no delivery person contact detail mentioned nor any msg for delay delivery given .
                                Only at 7.03 p.m one mail reached to me that there is some unforeseen issue delivery will delay but in flipkart app still showing out for delivery and no contact showing of delivery person.
                                This is very ridiculous and pathetic service by flipkart and after 7.03 p.m no mail nor any call came to me for delivery will jot done today when I called customer care to know the status of my order then customer care saying that delivery will not happened.
                                Unprofessional, ridiculous, weird, worst service I have ever seen at flipkart.
                                If my product not delivered then pls arrange to refund my amount with compensation for delay from Flipkart end for casual and unprofessional approach.
                                Flipkart always asking money in advance but not taking any responsibility for product service.as a very good customer I really didn't expect this kind o[censored]nprofessional approach from Flipkart.
                                Anyway please refund back my transaction charges alongwith compensation for delay delivery and for worst and unprofessional approach within next 2 days otherwise I will bound to make complain against flipkart in consumer forum and PM GRIEVANCE CELL .

                                      I ordered a poco m3 pro 5 g phone which was delivered to me on 2 September 2021.I made the payment through my axis bank debit card but flipkart has dedicated double the payment I had made from the same transaction I'd I immediately informed the customer care services but they were telling that they received only one payment which is 13999 but actually my bank account is saying that they deducted 27998 rupees.I want my money back please help
