On last Saturday 11th Septem 2021. I have booked a handset from Flipkart POCO M2 Reloaded (Mostly Blue, 64 GB) Exchange with Realme C12 also i have paid the rest of the amount through Bajaj Finserv Card which is 5499. Whenever i booked the handset that time showing handset will be delivery by 14th September 2021.
Many times i have talked with Flipkart Executive but no one can give the resolution, problem remain same also seller has not dispatch the handset.
I am attaching the order ID and Details need my Handset as an urgent basis. ALso in Flipkart system showing wrong date i order handset 11th September 2021 but it showing Thu, 1st Jan 5:30 am. Why showing wrong things. I need the proper resolution.

    Laptop return

    I bought a Lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3 laptop from Flipkart on 7th September, but on the same day after realising that the graphic card malfunction, I've requested for a return and replacement and flipkart promised me a technician visit on or before 23rd September and once the technician confirms that the issue can't be resolved he'll approve the return and replacement, but I've waited for 8 days and on 15th September I recieved a text from Flipkart...

    Last month I ordered a bag from Flipkart. But it was marked cancelled automatically so I called to customer care they told me that please reorder it by your side and if the price is more than before then we will provide you the refund of price difference. Then I ordered same product but they didn't credited any refund. I called CC again n again but they were just acting like dumb like they don't know anything.

      Ordered a network attached storage of Synology from Flipkart.
      The contracted model 1520+ is supposed to possess 8GB of memory (RAM) as per specifications laid down by Synology India.

      Unfortunately, the device which has been delivered contains only 4GB of memory and that too came in a package mentioning "Cathay Pacific". The condition was bad and two latches were already broken in transit.
      The item is seemingly sourced from outside India and hence the configuration mismatch. Also, the physical damage to the device cannot be accepted at all.

      Despite sending all the required documents, images and system configuration export information from the device, the seller is repeatedly declining the refund, in spite of telephonic conversation and assurances from Flipkart customer care executives.

      Instead, the seller is asking me to give my consent for sharing my Aadhaar details with some third party, which is a blatant abuse of my privacy. In no case, can anyone ask for such explicit consent from any individual.

      Therefore, this is to inform you that since it's an expensive device and in any case, such a mis-configured and physically damaged product cannot be accepted by the undersigned. If the seller continues to decline the refund, I shall be forced to assess legal remedies against the particular seller.

        This is Vijay Upadhyay this letter I am writing because I have lost my patience talking to your executives
        I have booked a Product Assembled 1 ST RC-IT-SOLUTIONS Core2 duo (4GB DDR2/320 GB/Windows 7 Ultimate/0.512 GB IntelShared Memory/15.1 Inch Screen/ASZC2D4GB320GB)(Black) Amount Rs. 10, 250 Free Delivery
        This Product got delivered on 7th September 2021 at my place and after receiving I made the cash payment to the delivery man and when I opened the parcel and tried to install the machine I found VGA cable was missing and CPU and Monitor was not working I requested for Return and Refund on the same day it got approved then next day on 8th September 2021 your Pick up Executive came and they said me that your product which you received and the image given to them is different so they can’t pick up and asked me to make another complaint of Product mis-match as they cancelled the pick up then I request a call back then your executive called me and asked me everything I mentioned her everything she said that it will go under defective product so I requested her to make Return & Refund Request from her end she did it, I requested her 5 times that your executive has mentioned that lodge a complait under product mis-match but she denied and said it will come under Defective Product it got approved for pick up then next day your Executive called me and said that he will not come for pick up as he said product is mis-match and rejected for pick up then again I Requested for Return & Refund under Product mis-match this time I have not received and approval and it was showing refund Requested so, again I requested a call back and talked to the executive he said your request is showing and it will be resolved by 19th September 2021 that time I said ok but next day I realised that it is too far then again I requested a call back and spoken to your executive she said that seniors are workig on your case but as you are facing problem I am taking your complaint and try to solve as early as possible and she said your case has been forwared to the Seniors and Seniors are working on it and she given me date that it will be resolved by 14th September 2021 I said her to mention about all the problems regarding CPU, Monitor, keyboard, VGA Cable, Product mis-match everything but on 14th September 2021 I received message sorry we are working on your issue it will be resolved on 15th September 2021 before 4:47 pm on 15th September 2021 I received a message at 4:47:43 Issue Update:we’re still looking into your concern with order OD[protected]and would like to thank you for your patience.           I would like everyone to be aware of the fraud activity which has happened with me. I didn't want to spoil the online shopping website name as once upon a time it was a trustworthy site @Flipkart @JagoGrahakJago_ @consumercourtin @FlipkartSellers @flipkartsupport

          I had placed an order for PUMA Rebound Shoes for Men on 27th July 2021 at 16:48 via flip-kart website as i proceeded further with online payment window. As soon as i punched in my details the amount was immediately deducted and my order was not placed. I have been trying to follow up for my refund. I was been told that i shall receive the amount within 7 working days after which their was no update from @Flipkart

          I tried getting in touch with them as i had received no email / calls from their FRM Team as i was been told by the customer service executive. After waiting for 7 days i was been told to wait for 8 - 10 business days as the process will take some time to resolve your issue. I waited as per the conversation it had been a month and yet there was no reply or update over my refund and still there is no update the customer care service are not at all bothered to resolve my issue.

          I have just been told we understand your concern but i believe nobody is. I don't think online refund really takes such a long time to return the customers refund. Till date its been 43 days i am following up for my refund and instead of working on the solution they are just sorry.

                I have ordered a MOTOROLA G10 POWER phone on 31st aug, I received the phone on 2nd sep, I opened the box on 4th sep night and found out the Display is damaged and many other problems,

                On the 5th sep I immediately complained to customer care. He asked me to wait 2 days, after 2 days again I talked to someone, again he asked me to wait.
                On 8th sep again I talked to someone she/he asked me to wait till 14th sep, On 14th sep I received a message to wait till 15th sep 11 am, now the status issue is unresolved.

                First of all I received a damaged phone, customer care people are putting my call and hold and disconnecting it, I keep on waiting on hold, I am not getting any proper resolution, I have a recording of all the customer care executives.

                Anyways I am getting fooled, I got the damaged item and they don't want to return it.

                Look into the matter and provide me the solution asap, also I am going to consumer court and its not only about the damaged product and its how the company is fooling customers.

                  I've purchased mobile phone on 23Jan 2021 with buy back guarantee policy, so according to that from 31st March 21 to 29 Jan 21 i'm eligible to upgrade to a new phone with a value of rs 25200 by returning my old phone, so now I am trying in sep 21, i could not avail it as it gives out error on both desktop and mobile platform saying abb is not enabled for your account / imei / warranty details as undefined,

                      I ordered a adidias black trackpant from Flipkart on 8th September, 2021 and I didn't like the quality and fit so I requested for refund on 8th only but it has been 15th but there hasn't been any resolution whatsoever, whenever I call them they say that the team is working and please wait for 24 hours everytime but they provide zero resolution. They have been harrassing me like these from the last few days. I'm a plus customer and I bought numerous things from the site. This is how they treat customers. Everyday they are extending the dates but not providing any solution.

                          Iam Jagadeesh Earamani.. I've a complaint regarding the too much delay of your products. Recently I kept an order of oppo reno 6 and oppo f19 plus. Then you are given estimated delivery time is two days from ordered date. But you are extended two times of my product delivery. And recently I've ordered boat eardopes and Tommy Hilfiger wallet .. in the same way they were extended again 3days and I got irritated and cancelled the order of boat ear and again they were extended for Tommy Hilfiger wallet also .. for this I was waited till today eventhough they extended date.. but extended time is also extending.. Is this looking right to do like this..? What the hell is happening ..? Very irritating service you guys are doing.. Very worst service I've ever seen in past. And one of your flipcart executive harshitha...i was talked with her yesterday for delivery related query.. She listen all the concerns of mine.. Then she said i'll escalate to our team and they will call you within two hours. But till now I didn't get any call from harshitha team and flipcart. This is not a correct way to satisfy the consumers... Worst servicces providing you guys are..

                            I ordered product on 8 Sept and it reached nearest hub on 12 Sept and today is 15 Sept and still not delivered. I tried customer care but response to this.
                            The nearest hub is just 2.5 km from my house. I don't know the address of hub else i would go and take it myself and neither flipkart is revealing.

                              Placed Bluetooth speaker worth 624 Rupees on 31st August and product received on 8th September.
                              When I opened the box the product looks used one and defective ( Semi-finished product- means there's no mesh cover for speaker) so return requested on same day (8th September) when I received the product. System shows executives will call on 11th September for return process. I'm waited until 13th September I have no calls from Flipkart, the return policy ends by 15th September so I contacted customer support via toll-free.

                              They said " the seller not accept the refund so well forward your issues to concern team they'll get back to you on 15th September through email"
                              I described my issues and explained the return policy date ends by 15th September so please do needful before the day and please contact me by phone not an email because I have no longer access email
                              But they have no other options they said still my issue not resolved.


                              In my experience

                              Flipkart will not accept return until the return policy date ends,

                              Customer care can't approved the return and they're usless like a bot.

                              So who want to buy products from Flipkart, you must have to access email and you have good English knowledge to reply the email conversation.

                              VERY VERY WORST E-COMMERCE IN INDIA.

                                    I have order products from flipkart on 8/09/2021 and it delivered today on 14/09/2021 but the product is wrong and not the same product which i see on flipkart they delivered me wrong and worst product.
                                    i need the excat same product which shown on website else i need refund.

                                      Blocked my account stating unusual high Returns in my account.

                                      My complaint is regarding the blocking of my account by Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart without by prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusual high Returns in my account due to which the account is blocked.
