I contacted them through all possible ways like social media handles (fb, insta, twitter, mail), customer care service with n number of times but finally I'm here for seeking help.Hope you'll understand my concern and solve the same ASAP🙏🏻. As my cibil score was decreasing rigorously.

          I had really pathetic service from flipkart/seller with Order ID: OD[protected]. I received only 2 kg packet of Royal Canin cat food instead of 4 kg, I have raised the complaint on the date of delivery itself ie., 24 July but still there has been no follow up or resolution by flipkart.

          Every time I request for help, I am asked to wait for 24 hours by flipkart executive and it has been 21 days so far and nothing has been done, Flipkart doesn't even care to give a call and I see every single time my issue is marked resolved with zero action taken.

          This is really frustrating; I have been shopping from various ecommerce platform I have never faced such a pathetic service, Flipkart being a known platform in India its very heartbreaking that flipkart doesn't care once the sale has been made, weather the customer is receiving the correct product or not. I can't imagine what would flipkart would do if this happened with some expensive product.

            I ordered iphone 12 on 9 august 2021 during discount time, it was suppose to be delivered on 13 August unfortunately it was again delayed to 15 august on 13 August contacted to customer support they said mobile will deliver within 24 hour delay and tracking shows on 15 august and without notification today cancelled. Now i phone 12 price is increased as this is not my fault, please provide me the product with same price.It had already happened to me three times, What will i do with i phone 12 accessories and my hard earned money is blocked for 10 days. One led monitor delayed and cancelled automatically. I phone 12 delayed from third august to 10 august as during that time you offer i phone 12 same price and I cancelled previous order to buy the same product on ninth August.So, I lost around ₹12, 000 and money blocked for around 20 days and get nothing.So, kindly please solve this problem and return back the accesories or provide the i Phone offer price ( ₹72, 249) .If refund is completed demand to seller to deliver the product in your time and I will pay again.

              I regret to inform you that I was rejected intentionally by Flipkart HR ( Venkatesh) of kolkata regional head office. I am Sanjib Bhanja from Puri.I have applied for Data entry operator and I was selected for the same. On 25th of July I have given the virtual interview by video call by Mr Janardan and the very next day I got a call from regional head office kolkata. Mr Sudip Ghosh gave me confirmation on selection of my candidature.I was informed to go for the training as I was selected for the interview.I was waiting for the same.On 6th of August I have been called for the RTPCR test to Sum hospital which was around 70 kms from my home town.We have a batch of 50 candidate s.Everyone does the Covid test as we have to travel kolkata for training. My test reports are found to be nagative.On the very next day Mr Venkatesh rejected me without a valid reason and didn't pick up the call.He rejected 5 to 6 candidates without informing anyone.I was selected for Khurda location Odisha.Intentionally They rejected me and not even informed.My name was on the selection list.But They make it intentional and rejected my profile. Mr Sudip Ghosh was the regional head HR of Kolkata who gave me the confirmation on selection.But now nobody is picking up the phone and nobody is there to help.Please take a necessary action regarding this.I hope my matter will be solved. Please help.Mr Sudip Ghosh and Venkatesh are fully responsible for it, as they are recruitment HR.                   I have ordered Hp Pavilion Gaming Laptop on 25th July, order id-OD[protected]. I recieved it on 27th July. After using it for a week I found out that the battery is not charging, so I contacted HP support team. An onsite engineer inspected the product and said the battery is defective, so he submitted the product for DOA( deficient on arrival). On 7th August I recieved the DOA certificate from HP and they told me to return the product to seller with the DOA certificate and they'll send the replacement.

                  After that I've contacted Flipkart many times for scheduling a return but they are saying we'll contact you and do nothing.

                  I really hope Flipkart to look into the matter and resolve it quickly.

                  I have a DOA certificate which clearly states that the product is defective and should be replaced by the seller. It is issued by HP itself. I have total legal rights to ask for a replacement. The brand itself mailed Flipkart regarding the confirmation from the brand's side to replace the product.

                    Flipkart Transaction was declined on basis the basis of risks check

                    I am trying to make a purchase using a HDFC credit card and icici credit card and also upi. This is a card and upi I have used with Flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen print).
                    Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.

                    The flight DELHI to ROME, PNR-FI2SFS has been cancelled by Emirates.There is intimation of cancellation of flight till 10 Aug21 11:59 hrs.
                    As per Emirates there is no cancellation charges deducted of my flight.
                    Full Refund of amount had been given back to flipkart.
                    As per rule the flipkart is authorised to deduct only convenience fee.I
                    want my remaining balance to be refunded but they deducted Rs.5200/-.
                    I am fatup again & again calling to them.

                      I have received the product on 18th July, I found the phone is faulty while I set it up for the first time and I have requested a replacement. The technician guy came and reset the device and went away I requested him to wait to make sure the issue is gone he rejected and left. I again raised the issue its been 26 days now. Flipkart executives opening the ticket and closing the technician team (Jeeves Customer Service). I need a solution.

                        I have not yet recieved the product and the status shows delivered so cancelled the product and tried to claim for refund but the available option there is only replacement.
                        How could i return unless i receive.

                          I was ordered a boat airpods in last flipkart sale worth rs 999 my order id is OD[protected] i was ordered this item on 6th august and that day it was showing it will be delever at your home 14 august but on 14th august they are automatically cancell my product and the amount is given to me as a gift card in my wallet. But they are not inform me the correct reason why they are cancell my product. If they don't have provide such item on discount rate so why are they are making people fool like that. It like a fraud which has been done with me. And i dont want refund n all such thing i just only want to please delever my product wheather it can be possible or if you dont have that product so you will refund the double amount or the real amount which are currently is showing that ###.

                            Bought couple of pairs of shoes during SALE period. They confirm the order and once the sale is over same product is not on sale or prices are higher than purchased.
                            Flipkart cancels the order and ask to buy again at current price.
                            When same product is available then why cancel the order.
                            This is more like cheating when you cannot fulfil the order at sale price and want customer to buy at regular price why run a SALE offer.

                              As a customer we select items and keep them on wish list and wait for sale days.
                              We place order during sale and they accept the order once the sale is over prices are increased and they cancel the order and when contacted the call centre they ask to place order again at current price. So why do they run sale and offers when they do not want to fulfil those orders. They are cheating people.

                                  I have ordered Surf Excel Matic for front load machine ( 4+2 Kg. ), but I received a non branded white powder in a plain Packet. When I launched a complaint Flipkart has accepted the replacement of faulty product and today again they sent the same white powder to me. Now it is very much clear that either Flipkart is also involved in cheating to their customer by sending the waste things or Flipkart is not even checking what kind of cheating and fraud happening on Flipkart's Platform. It is very much clear with the other reviews of this seller that this is a regular complaint against this seller but Flipkart is very much comfortable with their margins only and company is not at all resolving this basic issue. Anyone can sell anything here. Now I want to take this issue on Social media, so that Consumers of India get aware of this online frauds. Both photos attached, Product received and replacement received on 14th Aug 2021, both are same white powder in plain packing and I have ordered company product.

                                  First of all whatever you have sent as a replacement I have attached the photo of that one. I have also like to highlight that I have not taken that replacement and returned back the same to your courier person, as that was also the same white powder in a plain packing. Then How you can say that you have delivered ??? This is absolutely shameless attitude.
