I order a phone realme 8 but flipcart given me a empty box but I raise a complaint to flipcart Flipcart rejected my return request and blocked my account so I want to take legal action

I had ordered Rog laptop worth 80k from Flipkart.. it promised one day delivery but shown 2 days after I ordered now even the item is not yet shipped but arriving date is shown is tomorrow.. help!!

On JULY- 3rd I ordered two panasonic tabs out of them one is ordered placed and delivered successfully, but the another amount debited from my account 9474, but the order was not placed ..transaction time-02:56 a.m.[protected].. I am contacting the flipkart agency continuously from july-03 almost one and half month passed till now the issuse was not resolved .. agency asked me to provide bank statement, g-pay receipt all related data, I have provided the data also ...every thing they required but the issuse was not resolved till today also.. poor service, such a big agency not solving the issuse..
Attaching the documents ...my issuse order is OD[protected].. as the above item also removed from my orders list with resloving my refund issuse..

some unauthorised transactions done from my flipkart axis credit card of total amount 50000 on 26.6.2021 for the purchase of flipkart electronic digital vouchers from my flipkart account. I made complaint regarding the same to flipkart but they have not cancelled all the orders and after several requests they cancelled only 1 order and refunded to the source of payment and the 40000 worth EGVs are still pending with flipkart and not refunding my amount and simply blacklisted my flipkart account for futher use so please refund the amount of 40000 from flipkart at the earliest

Transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks

How to correct this problem?

I Sri Prabir Kumar Mandal boocked above mentioned Phone through your end. I received said phone on 17th August, 2021.Some how the phone does not working properly a) Power switch not working properly
b) Network problem occurred
That's why I lodged a complaint to return the phone on 25th August, 2021. Return has approved from your end on 25th August, 2021 and mentioned expected picup date on 26th August, 2021. The Pick up boy observed that the phone has not functional due to power key problem. As such the Pick up boy does not get IMEI number from the said phone and he disagreed to pickup the same.
We will be pleased to necessary arrangement for pickup the defective phone from myself as soon as possible.

Above product is ordered on 3rd aug 2021, i requested for return within my required days, because I got it defective piece, i tried to return on refund basis, but the team is not that supportive, not even changing my address.
they are just playing with process. And spending my days,

I have created Flipkart account 1 year back with a mobile number a few months ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otp's are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest to update my new mobile number to my Flipkart account.

The issue that I have experienced was: Recently i had purchased a lenovo ideapad gaming 3 laptop from flipkart before delivery i talked so many times with flipkart support thier response remains unprofessional everytimeI elaborated my query to customer support but they response you can buy laptop from another site .

This is to inform you that I have purchased Aquasure Desire 7 L RO + UV + UF + MTDS Water Purifier on invoice date 06/08/2021and its about 15 days no one came in my house to install it. I have contacted with your official several time but no response till now.
I have purchased it from online without seeing any other company as because I have full faith on your company.
I don't really understand why such harassment.

Flipkart is a company who cannot protect their customer's privacy. My use case is the best example -
- I have my flipkart account created in 2015, it is mapped to my email and old phone number.
- I still have the email active but not the phone number, this is because I changed my phone number to another number & provider at some point in time.
- The old number is mapped to another person now, who also uses flipkart.
- When I login with my email I can see the other persons address and orders they have used [Privacy leak]
- Flipkart doesnot allow me to change to new phone number because it sends OTP to old phone and new phone. This OTP is not sent to email by the way.

As a result, the privacy is lost of the other user who has my old phone number. I am sure the other person cannot update the email address similarly. So we are stuck in a status-quo. I have contacted flipkart via phone and they have not been able to resolve this.

I booked one bus ticket ticket fro Flipkart travel which was failed due to some reason .

I placed an order on flipkart of a mobile REAL ME NARZO on 22nd July and 9999rs got deducted from my bank account, but order was not placed.

I have been following up with flipkart team for more than a month but till now i haven't received my money back and no positive response from FLIPKART. Instead they are telling they can't find the order id.

To be specific order id was OD[protected].

I really want FLIPKART to take it seriously as i have been a regular customer and this type of behavior is not expected from such a big company.

I booked a flight from Bangalore to Boston for Jan 15 2021. It went from Bangalore to Delhi, Delhi to Chicago by Air India then from Chicago to Boston on Jet Blues. On landing in Chicago, I was informed that my JetBlues flight was cancelled three weeks earlier, my booking agency (Flipkart) was informed and the amount was refunded to them. I received no such information. I had to spend $160 more to get to Boston.

I had raised a refund request in February, but it was closed out because I wasn't available on my India number, though I was available by email. When I returned, I raised another request in July, it has been over a month. I have been told that it would take 24-48 hours for resolution five to six times. I had furnished proof that the flight was cancelled, but at one point I got an email stating that information was not available. My incident number is IN[protected]. Calls to customer care have not yielded any positive outcome.

I would like my refund to be completed at the earliest, along with the reimbursement of the $160 extra I had to pay for my baggage at the Chicago airport.

I registered my Flipkart account with my phone number and later added a email. Now as I don't have access to that email, I want to remove it and change to another.
As of now flipkart sends otp to phone number(I got it) and the inaccessible email from flipkart which I am unable to retrieve the email otp. I don't want to deactivate my account as I have supercoins that I earned over the year to vanish. How am I supposed reset my email by only registered sms, without access to current email?
