Hello,
I've placed return request for 4 orders.

These are awaiting pick up for last 2 weeks.
Please look into it.
Also,
I tried to contact customer support through app. I've received many calls and mails just assuring me of a solution and that concerned team will get back. It's been more than a week and there's no solution till date.
Today, I had a chat with 4 of your reps namely Dhawani amrita tamanna and bharati. All of them were as useless as it can be. How can you expect a customer to discuss an issue 4 times with every executive.
Very poor customer service.
Hope Flipkart looks into it. Or it'll lose a plus customer. Amazon customer care is better.
Hoping for a positive response.

    Customer support executive told me that refund of defective product purchased on 26th june has been initiated on 12th AUG and will reflect in my bank account within 3 to 5 business days but refund has still not been initiated. seller is intentionally delaying the refund and flipkart is not responding too. seller name is GRAHGOODS RETAIL.

    My flipkart account has been deactivated and now I want be activate it but it is not activating
    My flipkart account connected with my mobile no. It is connected with email and when I enters the mobile no. And password he saw me "Account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it"
    Please solve this problem asap.
    I urgently need to login on Flipkart app.

      Hi Team,

      I am using Flipkart app from many years but never got any issue but this time my issue was not resolved

      In Flipkart app supercoins zone under the reward section the Flipkart gift card voucher worth Rs2500 option is removed from my account.

      However when i check it from other phone i can see that Flipkart gift card
      voucher of Rs2500 is available. So initially i thought there might be a glitch but its more than 15-20days that option is missing.

      However i was able to see that option few days back back but once i have collected 2500 coins that option was removed.

      Called helpline number but got no help.

      I want that Flipkart gift card voucher option in my phone as well.

      Please check the attached screenshot which is taken from other phone and that option is missing in my account.

      Did not got any help spoke with customer care they are only asking to go through with terms and conditions. I told them i have checked everything its your fault then say we cant do anything in this you need wait . I have waited so kong still its same . So i need the resolution MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED THE VOUCHER IS STILL MISSING

        Sir,
        I am Kunal Kishore. Just ordered a samsung smartwatch active 2 by my friend's flipkart login id by 25 Aug 2021. Order no is OD[protected]. The product was for wanakbori thermal power station Gujarat 388239.
        Product has delivered at the given address, which is a hardware store. When I open the Box, 4 member was there, when I opened the box there is nothing inside the box.

        Uper box was nicely wrapped by ecom wrapper. And samsung box seal was broken already.
        All are laughing on me and started to abuse flipkart.
        I was shocked and my believe has been fully gone from flipkart. Last time also flipkart cheated my when I was ordered IFB Washing machine, I have received product 90 km away from my delivery address, I spent 3k extra for transportation.
        Now I want to flipkart to take quick action on it and return my money back.

          Hello my name is Sushant kulkarni. on 20/8/2021, I purchased a Logitech mk235 wireless mouse and keyboard combo so after it was delivered to me, on 23/08/2021 I get a damaged Logitech box which was damaged and was stick together by cello tape but inside the box, there was "only keyboard and no mouse no nano receiver and no book manual" so these were the products which were missing from the box I also tell the delivery but as I had paid already they told me that I have to complain to customer care not to them so I complain to Flipkart but they just give some dates and ask me for my Aadhar card I provided them my Aadhar card but after that also the seller rejected my refund I don't know why and now they are doing nothing about this. so I had a very bad experience with Flipkart now I just want my refund. thank you.

            Placed return request for more than 3 times and they are rejecting all the requests(mobile had 10 days return policy). Applied for return within the 10 days and they are rejecting it. Its been 1 month now and still item not taken back.

              I have ordered Asus Chromebook laptop at Flipkart with the orderId# OD[protected] on 27th July 2021. It was delivered on 29th July 2021.
              I found that the laptop was freezing and not working properly.
              So, I asked for the product exchange. Flipkart arranged a technician visit and the technician clearly noted and given an acknowledgement that there was a hardware issue. The technician visit happened on 8th August 2021 and I am attaching his acknowledgement here. But on 14th August 2021, Flipkart changed the status to ' Technician resolved the issue and the exchange was not allowed '.
              I reached the Flipkart support team but they were helpless. Later I brought this to their CEO's notice on his twitter handle ( @_Kalyan_K ).
              Then Flipkart's social networking support team called me and enquired about the issue.
              On 21st August 2021, they accepted a refund. I am attaching their status here.
              On 24th August my product was picked up and the pickup guy acknowledgement is attaching here.
              After my pickup was done, now Flipkart changed the status to 'refund rejected' and not giving my money back.

                I have ordered an INTEX MUSIQUE ENVY BLUETOOTH EARPHONE order I'd: OD[protected] from Flipkart by paying 899 but when I got that, I found there is sound problem along with connection problem. Then I send return request to Flipkart from 1st day of delivery, but each time my return request is getting cancel after a long time of pending. Yesterday I send last return request because yesterday (26/08/21) was last date of my return. If it will get cancel, then I will be ruined. My last return I'd is[protected]

                  I have order a black top from vadhani Tex but I didn't liked the quality so I returned, the I received msg on 23 that the refund have initiated by merchant, will be done by 25 th aug, but it's 27 now and there is no update regarding that in my account, Flipkart customer care not even bothered to solve my issue they are always giving me this refund reference no. What I'm supposed to do with that . this is the worst experience I had with any online shopping.i really want my money back .

                    I had made one transaction of amount rs 400/- via gpay on 25/07/2021 to Flipkart. The money got deducted from my account successfully. My bank kotak has shared the rrn/transaction number, Flipkart bank account number in which the money got credited and their ifsc code. I have shared the received information to Flipkart but still they are saying that they have not received the money.

                    Kotak customer care has shared the below details with me :

                    The given account number is suspense/secret account of axis bank. Axis bank is neither passing the money to the beneficiary (Flipkart) nor refunding back to the customer (Me).

                          I placed an order (OD[protected] for an wardrobe from Flipkart Perfect Homes (Julian Engineered 3-door wardrobe) on Aug 06, 2021. I got the delivery on Aug 15, 2021 as promised. The installation date for the product was Aug 18, 2021. The installation team (Jeeves Consumer Services) came and mentioned that one of the parts (door hinges) was missing in the delivered package and hence can't do the installation then. On discussing with the customer service executive, I was asked to wait for 6 more days so that the installation team can get the missing piece and install it. The executive promised me to resolve the issue and install the product by Aug 24, 2021. It didn't happen and on escalation another customer service executive asked for 24 hours and assured that the issue will be resolved by Aug 25, 2021. Still, it didn't happen. Now, another customer service executive called up and asked for 12 more working hours. So it was supposed to get resolved and installed by Aug 26, 1:30 PM. And again no updates and nothing happened. While I find the customer service executives polite and listening to customer issues, I don't think they they are helping in getting the issue resolved in any way. It's a frustrating experience and I've wasted hours talking and explaining the same issue every time I talk to customer service (and by design its a different person every time and everyone keep asking for 12 more hours or 24 more hours). Based on what the customer service executive told me, Jeeves team should have come with the missing pieces and installed it but Jeeves didn't showed up on all the 3 different days the Flipkart customer service promised.

                          The installation was finally completed, but the Jeeves team did a below par service with that. Let aside the delay and wait for so many days - the quality of installation done was poor with not aligning the doors, etc. But at least they installed and hence closing it.

                          After the complaint here or may be from the customer service follow ups, the installation person from Jeeves called up this morning (Aug 27, 11:07 AM) and mentioned he will be coming. Till now (5:01 PM) he didn't showed up. Its so frustrating. I hope the consumer forum can help. If not anything, at least they can take back the product and refund the amount.

The installation date for the product was Jul 24, 2022.                                 On JULY- 3rd I ordered two panasonic tabs out of them one is ordered placed and delivered successfully, but the another amount debited from my account 9474, but the order was not placed ..transaction time-02:56 a.m.[protected].. I am contacting the flipkart agency continuously from july-03 almost one and half month passed till now the issuse was not resolved .. agency asked me to provide bank statement, g-pay receipt all related data, I have provided the data also ...every thing they required but the issuse was not resolved till today also.. poor service, such a big agency not solving the issuse..
                                Attaching the documents ...my issuse order is OD[protected].. as the above item also removed from my orders list with resloving my refund issuse..

                                  Hello,
                                  some unauthorised transactions done from my flipkart axis credit card of total amount 50000 on 26.6.2021 for the purchase of flipkart electronic digital vouchers from my flipkart account. I made complaint regarding the same to flipkart but they have not cancelled all the orders and after several requests they cancelled only 1 order and refunded to the source of payment and the 40000 worth EGVs are still pending with flipkart and not refunding my amount and simply blacklisted my flipkart account for futher use so please refund the amount of 40000 from flipkart at the earliest

                                      Dear Customer Care Team,
                                      I Sri Prabir Kumar Mandal boocked above mentioned Phone through your end. I received said phone on 17th August, 2021.Some how the phone does not working properly a) Power switch not working properly
                                      b) Network problem occurred
                                      That's why I lodged a complaint to return the phone on 25th August, 2021. Return has approved from your end on 25th August, 2021 and mentioned expected picup date on 26th August, 2021. The Pick up boy observed that the phone has not functional due to power key problem. As such the Pick up boy does not get IMEI number from the said phone and he disagreed to pickup the same.
                                      We will be pleased to necessary arrangement for pickup the defective phone from myself as soon as possible.
