Sir,
I have ordered a REDMI 9i (Midnight Black, 128 GB) (4 GB RAM) from Flipkart on 1 st Aug '21 and delivered on 2nd Aug '21 with
order id: OD[protected] for my friend.
But I am very disappointed with the product, the feedback, the customer service, and my overall experience. I have wasted a lot of my time trying to return this product.
From 7th August to 13th August, I have been trying everything to return this product because I don’t want to use such a pathetic quality product.
I have faced two problems with this product.
1. GPS not working
2. Mobile Hotspot Not Connect
I have requested a return on 8th Aug '21. After the Executive call, the request is verified. After that, a technician is visited my address on 10th Aug '21. He found the product issues and confirmed the device having issues in front of me. And Submitted to further procedure and he left from my home. After 10 minutes I have got a message from Flipkart return request is canceled.
Then I have connected to Flipkart customer service they posted another return request on 11th Aug '21 then the same technician will be visited my home again the same issue will be confirmed by him and updated in front of me but this time I have captured some photos of his mobile phone while updating the status of the product issue he submitted the same as again as the product was faulty. After the visit 10 minutes later I have got another message from Flipkart "the return request was canceled".
Really the phone was faulty. I am not satisfied with Flipkart and never place an order again. I don't this product please return this product and give me the full refund. I have wasted 5 days on this issue.
I am highly upset with Flipkart. There is no customer support that can actually resolve my issue. All the customer executives failed to not only resolve my issue but also give me no solution. The helpline mentioned on the website - www.flipkart.com, isn’t working and whenever I call on the helpline it says that there is some technical issue. All customer care executives that I have spoken to are junior executives and they cannot solve such problems. Whenever they transfer my call to the senior executive, the call automatically drops. Too many calls tried to solve the issue but all Flipkart executives are dropping my call in the middle of the conversation. Flipkart service will be growing downwards. Also, Flipkart makes customers by using 7 days replacement policy and cheating.
I kindly request you to take appropriate action against this issue because I don't want this product. I have lost trust in Flipkart. For further details
