I placed an order (OD[protected] for an wardrobe from Flipkart Perfect Homes (Julian Engineered 3-door wardrobe) on Aug 06, 2021. I got the delivery on Aug 15, 2021 as promised. The installation date for the product was Aug 18, 2021. The installation team (Jeeves Consumer Services) came and mentioned that one of the parts (door hinges) was missing in the delivered package and hence can't do the installation then. On discussing with the customer service executive, I was asked to wait for 6 more days so that the installation team can get the missing piece and install it. The executive promised me to resolve the issue and install the product by Aug 24, 2021. It didn't happen and on escalation another customer service executive asked for 24 hours and assured that the issue will be resolved by Aug 25, 2021. Still, it didn't happen. Now, another customer service executive called up and asked for 12 more working hours. So it was supposed to get resolved and installed by Aug 26, 1:30 PM. And again no updates and nothing happened. While I find the customer service executives polite and listening to customer issues, I don't think they they are helping in getting the issue resolved in any way. It's a frustrating experience and I've wasted hours talking and explaining the same issue every time I talk to customer service (and by design its a different person every time and everyone keep asking for 12 more hours or 24 more hours). Based on what the customer service executive told me, Jeeves team should have come with the missing pieces and installed it but Jeeves didn't showed up on all the 3 different days the Flipkart customer service promised.

Complaint marked as Resolved The installation was finally completed, but the Jeeves team did a below par service with that. Let aside the delay and wait for so many days - the quality of installation done was poor with not aligning the doors, etc. But at least they installed and hence closing it.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Victor D After the complaint here or may be from the customer service follow ups, the installation person from Jeeves called up this morning (Aug 27, 11:07 AM) and mentioned he will be coming. Till now (5:01 PM) he didn't showed up. Its so frustrating. I hope the consumer forum can help. If not anything, at least they can take back the product and refund the amount.
