As I had order for some grocerry on 6th august for amount of RS 601 in which i use my coin for rs 8 and balance of rs 593 paid by my hdfc netbanking on 6th august but at flipcart show order not placed and amount not recd by my bank and my bank officer said that its amount already deducted and i call many tines to customer care but every time they says within 7-8 days I will get my amount back in my bank but no amount still recd. how irrresponsible they are

    Last month i booked a smart watch of boat company and I received totally wrong watch. when i claim as wrong product received then my request was canceled by seller after that I complained to customer service they said its take 3 days to solve your issue. After that i tried several times and it happned the same and after this my account got blocked without any information and they are not ready to listen. And i have a due amount of rs 2999 on flipkart pay later which i need to pay last month. Now in august they send me text messages to please pay your due on flipkart paylater that’s totally wrong from flipkart. Also they charged interest on this amount which I don’t know how pay when my account is blocked. Please help me in this case.. atleast save me from this fraud by flipkart

    I am highly upset with Flipkart. There is no customer support that can actually resolve my issue. All the customer executives failed to not only resolve my issue but also give me no solution. The helpline mentioned on the website isn’t working and whenever I call on the helpline it says that there is some technical issue. All customer care executives that I have spoken to are junior executives and they cannot solve such problems. Whenever they transfer my call to the senior executive, the call automatically drops.

    There are still 5 days gone and no revert from flipkart on this issue.
    Also I receive messages and calls for paying my due on flipkart pay later but unfortunately i haven’t any link for paying this also please give me genuine watch and take money from my side.
    Please help consumer complaints India in this matter beacuse flipkart doing fraud with me

      We ordered laptop from Flipkart for my nephews online classes. It's been a month and he lost his valuable school time. Finally, we received laptop but with defective screen. We raised return request. Flipkart executives said, they will raise a complaint with the authorised brand executives and the issue will be attended by technician before 14th Aug. But, they didn't raise any request as such. After passing 7 days, they cancelled return request and told that issue solved by troubleshooting. But, nothing has happened as such. We have that issue even now. If we are calling, they are reopening return requests and closing it after 2 days without communicating anything. Kindly take proper action against them and refund my amount. We made 74 calls, registered complaints 27 times. But no use.

        Purchased Bosch mixer grinder juicer
        Maxx pro delivered to me on 27 July 2021.
        Juicer was not proper So on 28th requested return and refund o[censored]nused product.flipkart.approved my request.on 30 July, promised to pickup by 6th August and refund by 8th.On 8th they cancelled my approved return and raised new with replacement provision.Not I had purchased usha food processor from Flipkart in the meantime.So I demanded my original approved return and refund be completed.
        They are making all excuses to neglect my rightful approved case.

          I had ordered a perfume, there was delay in delivery top of that when product was delivered, product was missing,
          When i tried to reach customer care, they are not responding in positive, not ready resolve my issue. Everyone just passing the time.

            We have called customer care regarding the misrepresentation & doing wrong sales but they denied that they can't do anything.

Firstly I tried to pay from Google pay but it sticked and your delivery boy told me that your stuck money will be refunded to you with in 24 hour so you please transfer me money from other app. Then I transfer money from phone pay to him.               Sir,
              I have ordered a REDMI 9i (Midnight Black, 128 GB) (4 GB RAM) from Flipkart on 1 st Aug '21 and delivered on 2nd Aug '21 with order id: OD[protected] for my friend.

              I have faced two Problems with this product
              1. GPS not working
              2. Mobile Hotspot Not Connect

              I have requested a return on 8th Aug '21. After the Executive call, the request is verified. After that, a technician is visited my address on 10th Aug '21. He found the product issues and confirmed the device having issues in front of me. And Submitted to further procedure and he left from my home. After 10 minutes I have got a message from Flipkart return request is canceled. Then I have connected to Flipkart customer service they posted another return request on 11th Aug '21 then the same technician will be visited my home again the same issue will be confirmed by him and updated in front of me but this time I have captured some photos of his mobile phone while updating the status of product issue he submitted same as again as the product was faulty. After the visit 10 minutes later I have got another message from Flipkart "the return request was canceled". Really the phone was faulty. I am not satisfied with Flipkart and never place an order again. I don't this product please return this product and give me the full refund. I have wasted 4 days on this issue, too many calls tried to solve the issue but all Flipkart executives are dropping my call in the middle of the conversation. Flipkart service will be growing downwards. Also, Flipkart makes customers by using 7 days replacement policy and cheating. I kindly request you to take appropriate action against this issue because I don't want this product. I have lost trust in Flipkart.

                    I ordered Samsung M01 Core mobile and got it delivered on 6th Aug 2021. The mobile does not accepting any other sim cards other than Airtel sim. This was not communicated while purchasing the mobile in your site. No information was given about the sim in Flipkart site.

                    From flipkart, they arranged technician visit on 10th of Aug and he closed the issue saying Airtel sim can be duducted and no other sims can be operated in this mobile.
                    I need to install BSNL and Vodefone sims in that mobile which is not working. Another technician who contacted me today via phone told the same that it can be used only with airtel sim and no other sim can be used.
                    I do not want such mobile which can be operated only on Airtel sims. They are ready to replace or refund my money. I have been calling customer care service yet no proper response was given till date.
                    Kindly take proper action and try to resolve my issue as soon as possible. They are forcing me adjust with that mobile to use with Airtel sim.

                            With reference to order no OD[protected] I have paid Rs.6569. As Flipkart was unable to deliver, they had cancelled the order and asked to reorder. However, refund was made only for Rs.6496 which is Rs.100 lesser that what was paid.

                            As they asked to reorder for product delivery, I reordered OD[protected] & paid Rs.7029. This was also not delivered & Flipkart had cancelled & refund paid Rs.6929, which is again Rs.100 lesser.

                            I had raised complaint with Flipkart for refund of both orders Rs.200. No response from them.

                                  On 8 July 2021, i placed an order through flip cart. First time my money was debited but the order was not placed, it said sorry ur order was not placed, i[censored]r money debited it will be re funded with in 4 hours.
                                  So I pleased another order and that order is conformed and delevered successful.
                                  But the first order money have not yet returned.
                                  I have tryed the customer support several times they say the order number I provide is not there but I took the screenshot of the order and I do have a bank transaction details.
                                  Yet they r not responding to me.

                                  Why do flipkart not taking responsibility in this matter and help the users. It's been almost 5 month since I lost my money and no response from flipkart.

                                      I received the phone on the 5th of August. After using it for some time, I realized that it is getting heated and without much usage, the battery is draining very fast. This was very abnormal in a flagship phone for which I am paying such a high amount.

                                      I have purchased the phone, made the payment & also give my old phone in exchange. All the above means that I am a genuine buyer & wanted the phone for self-use. But with this kind of issues upfront, I cant use this phone for long. Since I have given my old phone, I have no phone with me in a decent working condition which is giving me a lot of issues.

                                      I made a return request & the technical person came for testing the product.
                                      His parameters were beyond my understanding but he denied any fault in the product. My main problem is the battery getting drained way too fast and the phone getting heavily heated up during phone calls of more than 10-15 mins. His way of measurement was to keep the phone on video for 15 mins and then measuring the issues. According to him, the phone should drain 15% in a 15 mins video then only he would count for a battery issue.

                                      But my issue is not with the video but rather phone calls which he didn’t test for. If according to him, the phone should have drained beyond 15% in 15 mins then would the phone drain at 1% per 1 minute?

                                      Which means that in 100 mins, the phone's battery would be dead?

                                      I have seen the specs & was impressed by the quality promised.
                                      But since I have not received the quality product, I want to return the same. My original budget to buy the phone was less than half of what I have paid but I purchased this phone only because Oppo claimed all the features and Flipkart assured the quality under the "Flipkart Assured" section.

                                      But I am very disappointed with the product, the feedback, the customer service and my overall experience. I have wasted a lot of my time trying to return this product. From 7th August to 11th August, I have been trying everything to return this product because I don’t want to use such a pathetic quality product.

                                      I am highly upset with Flipkart. There is no customer support that can actually resolve my issue. All the customer executives failed to not only resolve my issue but also give me no solution.                                       At the end -

                                      1. I have no spare phone.
                                      2. I have wasted so much of my time.
                                      3. I have had to take so much trouble because of this product.
                                      4. Poorest customer experience on Flipkart.
                                      5. Helpline number has technical issues.
                                      6. No executive was able to solve my issue.
                                      7. All of my money is wasted.
                                      8. I have a product that I don’t want to use.
                                      9. I don’t trust the platform anymore and would never buy anything from Flipkart.

                                      My phone replacement period ends on 12th August after which the platform wouldn’t give me the option to take any further steps.

                                      Buying this product from Flipkart has caused so much trouble that no one could ever imagine. I blame Flipkart and Oppo for all the mental trouble that they have caused and would pray to God that this doesn’t happen with anyone else.
