This is to inform you that I have purchased a washing machine trolley on 12th October 2020 from Flipkart app. For the product Flipkart received payment twice as per the statement provided by state bank of india. one the first occasion, I tried several times to pay the amount from G-Pay which was unsuccessful at that time. After that I paid the amount from the debit card which was successful. When I was checking my account statement I noticed that Flipkart received payment twice. I made a complaint to flipkart customer care but they denied my payment. As per their conversation/communication my payment is reserved with you.

I request you kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

    Last week i managed to order a jbl endurance bluetooth headphone, from my monthly savings. I ordered it from flipkart corseca seller. When i received the product the outer plastic packing was torn, and there was a damaged product inside the box.
    Unfortunately the return policy showed only replacement, anyhow i applied for replacement they said that technician will check the product and then approve for replacement. During the day of technician arrival, i was astonished that no technician came.
    Intead technician called me and said, "your area is not serviceable area."
    I again contacted flipkart support team they said we will assign new technician...we are sorry for the inconvenience...blah blah...

    Till now there is no update, no call, no followup.

    Being a +member i am facing such undesirable issues from flipkart. I have lost my faith on flipkart, better take your product back refund my money. I will buy it from somewhere else.

          Flipkart order no. OD[protected].
          New users on Flipkart beware while purchasing non-electronic items as the company will take you for a ride. In an unlikely event of a return, they will not refund you the entire amount.
          I had placed an order during the shopping festival for 5 items on 5 August 2021. There was an offer on my Amex Blue card, which promised a discount of 20% up to Rs. 300 on a minimum order of Rs. 1500. Obviously, I was thrilled to pay just 1200 instead of Rs. 1500. However, at that point of time, I did not think what will happen in case an item needs to be returned for a refund.
          The discount was instant and over the next few days I realised why Amazon is the king of the e-commerce industry.
          The order was placed for the following items.

          I had ordered XXL size rainwear and received a smaller size. As a result, the return was done and a refund of Rs. 319 was processed. The soft toy was supposed to be a tiger and the seller shipped out a Dog instead. I initiated a return for a replacement and received the Tiger today, even though I doubt whether it is 32 cms.
          The Sonex bag had a broken zip and the overall quality wasn’t up to the mark. So I initiated a return for a refund. The order was picked up and Flipkart processed a refund of Rs. 278 instead of Rs. 398. On contacting customer care, I have been given vague answers. They now tell me there were certain conditions in a fine small print which allows Flipkart to deduct amounts before processing refunds.
          I must say this reflects the narrow minded approach of Flipkart. I have spoken to 3 phone representatives and they have given conflicting information. They speak of shipping charges, supplier commissions and what not. The last phone rep. advised the conditions in fine text available on the website.
          The matter is simple. In case I pay Rs. 1200 and return the entire order back for whatever reason, I should expect Rs. 1200 as a refund to the original mode payment. However, as it appears here, in case I were to return the entire order for a refund in case of damages or any other issue beyond my control, I will be refunded just Rs.960. The beak-up is Soft toy (tiger) Rs. 97, Power bank Rs. 179, LED bulbs Rs. 87, Sonex bag Rs. 278, Rain wear Rs. 319. This means Flipkart will earn a 20% profit (Rs. 240) in case the entire order were to be returned for no fault of mine.
          I will always remember this order as FLIPKART T20, which when simplified means Flipkart Twenty-20. An order which provided me a 20% Amex Blue card discount topped up with a 20% Flipkart fraud.
          I am not a frequent visitor to the Flipkart site and my past purchases were limited to mobiles only. The last time I ordered here was around 2 years ago when I purchased an iPad. This is the first time I have placed an order for non-electronics items like toys and rainwear and the experience is pathetic. It is just not true that Flipkart offers free returns as they have filled their pockets courtesy, returned orders. It is indeed a shame, for an order of 5 items, 3 have to be returned.
          Moral of the story: Flipkart will never be able to compete with Amazon as there are no such issues with Amazon.

              I have booked the flight from Flipkart, I choose some other flight after getting tickets the flight time was changed, I raise the issue for that, from last 2 weeks around they are saying we will get back to you in 3 days, 48 hours 24 hours, and still they are not even contacting, I have called them 6-7 times they always say tech term is working on this and they will get back to you in 24 hours but they never get back to us. They are just trying to make us fool by trying to hide the issue at their side as they have to pay for it. I am sure even if they contact they will say there is no issue at our side. Thanks Flipkart for such unprofessional behaviour

                  My order Order ID:[OD[protected] ] Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a plus member of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in another forum but no response, I got a call from flipkart telling the issue will be resolved within 3 days, but my delivery time was given in two days. Also they did not tell what alternate they are doing or what efforts if any they had taken to get the product shipped. its worst online shop portal ever.

                          I placed an order on 10th August 2021 9pm. My money got debited but order not placed. I contacted flipkart services and they had assured it will be refunded within 3days. The bank says transaction was successful, Google pay also says that but flipkart says they haven't received the money.
                          I want to get my money back. I have been contacting the bank, Google pay as well as flipkart for 5days but couldn't get the refund. If required I will share the order ID too..

                            My name is Shaurya Pratap Sisodia. I was once a valuable customer of Flipkart. I also believe it is the best online shopping service. I recently purchased a Crucial Ram ( Order ID - OD[protected] when i opened the packaging the product was missing from the packet and i have applied for a refund but it has been 21 days still i have't received my refund all i am getting is dates and the issue is resolved 1 date before the given time given to me automatically no one talks to me about the problem which is really sad. I have sent my aadhar card and my photos but still no reply from your side. I feel that is the scam you are doing and just giving dates. Seller rejected my refund on ID validation. I have sent the proper ID and I also verified from the chat agent that it is good or not that they approved it that they can see it clearly. I have sent the video link also o[censored]nboxing. That unboxing video can't be seen by you as proof. For you it is easy to say but i lost my 3800 Rs. just for nothing by believing in you.

                              I got a installation assigned message on August 16th 2021 ..
                              I tried to call installation person more than 20 calls..mng to evng..he picked only once, he told That he will come in 2hours.i called after 4hour .but no response..
                              Finally he gave me 2missed call (2sec and 3sec ring) at 7pm ...
                              Later i got a message from Flipkart..
                              We've been trying to get in touch with you as requested but were unable to reach you.

                              I wasted my day taken leave from office...

                              Please response and tell us, what time ur coming to do installation ..pls atleast inform your coming or not..
                              Dont waste Flipkart customer's time.

                                This is regarding return of Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5G haing Return ID[protected].

                                The return request have been rejected multiple times and intentionally delayed by the seller. Now flipkart is asking for identity proof in which they specifically mentioned adhar card/voter id/driving licence. Which are known as Address proof why they neee for address proof despite I have already submitted KYC which is verified and approved by flipkart portal and approve ita flipkart pay latter facility in my account. Though they asked for the same..realy funny and irritating.

                                Please see flipkart and improve your return policy. I am still waiting for return approval despite have flipkart plus account with flipkart pay latter facility

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I am writing this complaint against Flipkart internet pvt ltd with utmost disappointment as their customer care executive(s) misled me by giving wrong information on purchase of warranty extension for TV.

                                  I have purchased a TV on August 7th 2021 with order ID: OD[protected] and within 30 minutes of purchase I realised that the product has only 1 year of warranty, we can purchase the 2 year extension by paying extra charges, however I could not see the option to buy it, so I called customer care executive & told them my concern asking that whether I can buy it now or should I need to cancel & order the product again with extension warranty service. And I was told that I will get the option to purchase the warranty extension service within 48 hours of the product delivery on the App as well the link will be sent by SMS. However I didn’t get the option to do so, when I again called them asked they told that I will get the option within 7 days of delivery but I didn’t get it till 6th day also. When I called them again, they said that there is no guarantee that I will get such option or not.

                                  Because of the flipkart customer care executive’s wrong information multiple times, I can neither purchase the extension warranty nor return the product.

                                  Please help me to understand if there is any legal ground to make them accountable for misleading customers by providing wrong information about the product.
