I have order this product through flipkart plus account via ORDER ID : OD[protected], EKART TRACKING ID : FMPP[protected]
It was supposed to deliver to me on 05/08/2021 but now is 13/08/2021, flipkart is not able to provide any proper resolution i have called them more than 20 twenty time all they do is giving me next date to resolve it.
I have called you hundreds of times and telling my same concern, do you have any idea how frustrating is that to tell each of you the same concern from beginning to end and than your useless stuff do nothing about it, they are just doing their formalities nobody taking their job seriously.
They first told me it will resolve by 8aug than 10th, 12th, 13th and now they give 18th of aug
i feel totally harrassed and helpless, i dont even find a way to call EKART customer care bcz i didnt find any on google, this the only way i find to complaint hope it'll reach to you.
The only reason i cannot cancel this bcz the bill already due of credit card which i paid through thats why i have been waiting for delivery
Please deliver my product as soon as possible.
