The issue that I have experienced was: I received a defective laptop from Flipkart and had just made a request to return it on on 30th July and get a refund for it. But Flipkart rejected my return request. I tried to return my product many times but whenever I created an issue the Flipkart authorities rejected my refund request by saying, “the seller is unable to process your request “. When I called them, they told me that a technician will come to visit and check my laptop but I have not received any input regarding the technician yet. I’m not able to place any request on Flipkart and whenever I open the app and see my return request, it says that my issue has been resolved even when it hasn’t. The name of the Flipkart customer care executives are Swaroop, Shreeroopa and Shreeshah who assured us quick resolution but we haven’t received any input from them yet.
