Mobile phone- defective and possibly duplicate/ fake/used

Case of selling defective product and fake/ duplicate/ possibly used product and flipkart refusing accountability and refusing return

I purchased the samsung a6 on 30th july 2021 from flipkart for my mother. The phone reached me on 3rd august 2021. We opened the phone on saturday, 7th august and tried to set it up. All of saturday and sunday we were trying to start it but it showed network error and would not get any network...even...

Ac damaged unit return/replacement

My samung ac 1.5 delivered on 7 august 2021. The box in which product is received is damaged and also the compressor unit of ac is damaged from one side.
I raised a replacement to flipkart on the same day but they told me to wait for installation guy to check and confirm the issue.
Installation guy came on 9 august and confirmed the product is damaged and cannot be installed now flipkart is not responding for further process....

Hi FLipkart

Account is hacked and order have been placed from my wallet balance.

I am not able to login to flipkart account and it is showing inactive now. Hence not able to contact customer care also.

1. Flipkart email [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer valie
2. i have tweeted also to @flipkartsupport
3. from App i am not able to login so can't complain directly

Cancel all the ordered which are done via flipkart wallet balance and refund and activate account.

    Flipkart making fools to customers that selling damaged products during discount sale and once delivered the product their customer support team is also not answering the calls and keeping calls on hold or they just disconnecting the calls. i purchased LG 6 kg 5 Star Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White (FHM1006ADW) on 5th august 2021 and delivered on 7th august and the technician visited and opened the package and found that there is damage of product. when I called customer care and they are keeping call on hold later they are disconnecting my calls.

    i purchased LG 6 kg 5 Star Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White (FHM1006ADW) on 5th august 2021 and delivered on 7th august and the technician visited and opened the package and found that there is damage of product. Selling Price of the washing machine is 24490 during discount sale and there is supercoin discount, bank discount and special discount all combined discount is 1500 + 1274 + 1000 +400 super coins= 4174 after all these discounts I got it for 20, 316/- Now the current price of washing machine is 28, 599/- If i return this item they are giving refund instead of replacement. If i return for refund amount i will get loss of 8500/- who will bear that if i purchase with new price.

    customer support team are irresponsible, they are keeping call on hold for 30 to 40 minutes and then disconnected. i tried call requesting for 10 times every time they keep on hold and disconnecting. No proper response.

      I am selling on flipkart from last 4 year completed order of 2 lakh+ and suddenly flipkart has suspended my seller account giving reason of seller fraud or link with another fraud seller. I have asked multiple time for actuAL reason or linkage but flipkart is giving only computer generated reply. They are not listening to me. They haven't given any warning mail or mail before suspending my account by flipkart. I only want 1 chance to resume my business and prove myself genuine. Within 4 years they didn't found my account fraud and suddenly they suspended my account saying fraud and duplicate account. I want clear reason of the same or else they should give me one chance at least

        I have placed an order in Flipkart on 26th Jul and i got the defective piece (confirmed by technician)

        Its been more than 2 weeks and Flipkart is not refusing to resolve the issue. They are canceling return requests saying no update from seller and creating a new case and giving another date.. till now product is not delivered.

          I have ordered 20 items in grocery from Flipkart, on 1st of August delivery partner of Flipkart delivered only 10 items in a tray(no package and no bill) when I was out of home to my mom (who doesn't know the items details which I ordered). Then I raised a complaint and seeked for help either for refund or replacement. One of the senior rep raise return request for all the items, only for one item I got refunded for rest I received message stating that return request reject as deliver Person mentioned the items are intact. Being so busy with my office work, I need to followup with them on daily basis to get my money back. But till now no resolution provided. I need help on this one and want my around 1000 rupees back. Thanks!

            Don't buy product from flipkart. My product reached to nearest hub on 07Aug. Still my product is not out for delivery. I called to cc. She told ur estimated delivery is 18th Aug. Wait for 10 days. And also told this is door step service. So, we are not provide hub no. & address. While I ordered the product the delivery date is 09Aug. Later it has been updated to 18th Aug. Ur specialist told prod will deliver on 18Aug. For walkable also it will not take 10days from hub to home.I think for 10days you are waiting for someone return that same prod and will deliver the used prod to me.

                  Myself Akhil Vijay from Kerala. On 24th of July 2021 I have ordered on casual shirt from Flipkart worth Rs.735/- with order ID - OD[protected]. Along with that, I have ordered few other products which collectively costed more than 5000rs and I have availed credit card discount as well.

                  One of the shirt I have ordered is found to be wrong size, so I have ordered same shirt again in correct size. Then I was trying to return the wrong size shirt for the past week and it gives me error and also they're saying they will be deducting the discount for all other products too. Which is not acceptable, so I have opted for replacement. I have tried again and again in the app for replacement and it gave me error all the time.

                  Then I called customer care thre times, they hung up on me. They will be disconnecting my call without even letting me know which is looting from customers and also very bad service as well. Please take strict action and provide me my refund.

                    I have ordered a printer on 6th august and i got the date of delivery on 9 th august but on today it got changed to 13th august omnitechretail i did the payment i need fast delivery so i ordered it fat it has been 5 days but the seller didnt packed and shipped the product it is night now it shows today it will get packed and shipped no update yet bad response from flipkart first time

                    I Had ordered one printer on 6th August I got the first packing and shipping date of 7th August and delivery date was 9th august but on on 7th August the packing and shipping date got changed to 9th August and delivery date was on 9th August itself and now on 9th august the delivery date got changed to 13th August and today is 10th August now also the date of packing and shipping date is showing of 9th August but till now my parcel is not packed and shipped and no date change is also showing. it has been 5 days from ordering. seller- omnitech retail
                    I need my order within 13th August or else I will cancel my order.
                    I had paid it online sum of 7099.
                    Very bad response from Flipkart.
                    need quick help kindly response faster.

                      I bought a Mi 11 lite which is hanging while scrolling the screen. When I placed a replacement request a technitian came to check the device and he sees the problem the software he used to diagnose didn't recognise the problem, So my request got denied. The same have repeated 3 times now. I have contacted the customer like 7 times and they are unable to resolve the issue.
                      I mean, My device has a issue but the software cannot recognise it how hard is that to understand. That doesn't change the fact that the problem exists. So please Akshnav Online accept my return request.

                        I have ordered a MSI laptop and it was supposed to deliver by yesterday. Delivery executive called me and said the order will be delivered in 1hr. I cancelled my other plans and waited for the delivery as there is noone else to receive. Forget about delivering yesterday, he is not even responding to my calls. I have been calling from the morning as I have to meet doctor. Even Flipkart customer care person also told me I should expect delivery Aug 13th, which is a week after promised delivery date. I don't understand when the product has reached nearest hub, why does it take 1week just to reach the address. I have formatted my old laptop as I'm replacing with new one. How can they expect me not to work for a week just because I ordered from Flipkart.

                          At 29 july i ordered a bluetooth speaker boat stone 1500 on cod but within one hour I paid for this product through google pay .
                          1st august when the delivery boy came and asked me for pay the money in cod he said that he didn't get any confirmation regarding my prepaid order. So i decline the order and order return to the seller but i didn't get my refund back.
                          It's 11 day now I am still waiting for my refund.. I don't know why flipkart doing this.

                            The issue that I have experienced was: I received a defective laptop from Flipkart and had just made a request to return it on on 30th July and get a refund for it. But Flipkart rejected my return request. I tried to return my product many times but whenever I created an issue the Flipkart authorities rejected my refund request by saying, “the seller is unable to process your request “. When I called them, they told me that a technician will come to visit and check my laptop but I have not received any input regarding the technician yet. I’m not able to place any request on Flipkart and whenever I open the app and see my return request, it says that my issue has been resolved even when it hasn’t. The name of the Flipkart customer care executives are Swaroop, Shreeroopa and Shreeshah who assured us quick resolution but we haven’t received any input from them yet.

                            It occurred on: 31/07/2021

                            I would like to get a refund of my product

                                I placed three orders with Flipkart.

                                This was delivered but the packaging was really terrific so I ordered a replacement. Instead of replacing it, the delivery executive showed delivered. I did not even receive a call let alone the product.

                                  I bought motorola TV from Flipkart on 5th August it's got delivered next day but it's been 3 days now no one has contacted for installation, I'm also following up with customer service but they are not providing any new information, they are only saying that they have raised a complaint and they are working on it.
                                  This is very pathetic and frustrating.

                                  Flipkart has sent me a damaged screen MacBook Air and after return, they are not refunding the amount. Everyday they are saying the same thing that please wait for 48 hours and team is working. Their team never calls me back and always marks false update that issue is resolved, even without returning the amount.

                                  First of all, I was asked to wait till 31st July. Then the date got extended till 3rd August.
                                  Again it got extended till 6th, then 9th. And now they are asking me to wait till 11th August.

                                  Flipkart is delaying the refund process everyday by using unfair tactics.
