The registered number will [protected]. I have purchased a poco f3 GT on 27/07/2021. I received my order. I am facing hardware issue with the Mobile camera. I opted for replacement but automatically it was changed to refund.

Tech stepped in my house and stated the device is faulty but the refund was cancelled. I don't know why you guys are doing like this. I really facing this issue for past 10 days and ur customer support is worst.

I spoke with, Arun, suriya, simran(worst), etc (Tamil language)
No one is ready to provide proper response . I am not requesting for an apology. I need resolution

I request you to process the refund as soon as possible .

    My shipment ID FMPP[protected] not delivered yet. Date given was yesterday but there's no any solution found from your side. Please deliver it today itself you are giving very worst services i ordered three times but everytime you delayed my order and at last after 10days waiting I've to cancel so now if i don't get my this order I'll not cancel from my side I'll do FIR against you because it's been one month you delayed 2times my order and then call come from side to cancel order but this time I'll not cancel or i want today my order.

      We ordered laptop from Flipkart for my nephews online classes. It's been a month and he lost his valuable school time. Finally, we received laptop but with defective screen. We raised return request. Flipkart executives said, they will raise a complaint with the authorised brand executives and the issue will be attended by technician before 14th Aug. But, they didn't raise any request as such. After passing 7 days, they cancelled return request and told that issue solved by troubleshooting. But, nothing has happened as such. We have that issue even now. If we are calling, they are reopening return requests and closing it after 2 days without communicating anything. Kindly take proper action against them and refund my amount.

      Order ID: OD[protected]. They said issue resolved by troubleshooting. But nothing has happened as such. Intentionally they made me wait for 7 days to exhaust their 7 days policy. And now, they're asking me to call brand service centre.

        I had ordered an expensive laptop of INR 1.45 lakhs [Flipkart assured] and it was defective and has two weird lines on its screen. Requested refund but showing 1 month to refund the amount and requested call back to speed up the process as I have to travel for higher studies abroad. Still nothing has changed. It was very disappointing to trust flipkart and they didn't speed up the timeline to at least send a technician as soon as possible.

            I ordered a phone from flipkart and exchanged a old phone. But at the delivery time they denied to take the phone and ask to pay the full money. When I told him about flipkart policy he said these are for the customer we are not follow them. After 15 days they cancelled my order without any further information

                I purchased samsung galaxy f62 laser green 128gb from flipkart. On 27july 2021 I received my handset. I inserted my sim the next day. On the day itself the mobile data automatically get cut. And my calls are getting dropped. I went to my cellular providers and showed my sim to them. They diagonised and said it not having any problem. Then I went to samsung customer care centre . There the technician run a diagnosis and showed me that my phone is having some network issue. He put another sim and verified that the handset is diffective. After that I requested replacement on flipkart. The technician came and he also experienced the same problem. He took videos and photos of the problem and sent it to his higher officials and he also said me that your handset will be replaced soon. After sometime I got a message that my phone is not having any issues and the complain is closed. As I contacted flipkart they sais that the technician (jeeve) has given a clean and proper working report on my handset.
                I request flipkart that the technician gave false information to flipkart. So please take necessary actions against him and please resolve my problem at the earliest.
                Please keep up the dignity of the firm.

                  I had ordered Asus vivobook laptop from "TBL Online" seller for rupees 50865 on 27/07/2021. Order id is OD[protected]. I paid the full amount that day immediately after placing order via debit card. The delivery was expected on 31/07/2021 which can't be completed due to some unknown issue from their side. New delivery date was changed to 1/8/2021 but still the product did not come. Then suddenly my order was cancelled by them and till now they have not refunded a single rupee to me. My nearly 51k rupees is held by flipkart without giving me anything. When I contacted customer support about when refund will come in my bank account, some told within 1 day, some said in 72 hours, some said in 6 days, others said when the product reach back to the seller. I told that I have not cancelled the order myself then why I have to wait since I need a laptop in urgent basis because of my upcoming exam, so if they refund I will try to buy from other source quickly, but support agent did not answer anything and suddenly cancelled the call, and I got a message from flipkart saying "they can't reach me by call", and since then I can't connect to their customer care also because they are always rejecting my call. Although whenever they called before, from my end everything goes fine, but since they can't solve my problem, they started showing this kind of behaviour. I am currently living in Sonipat, 40 km away from Delhi, and they are giving these kind of services in National Capital Region. I feel cheated now and 50865 rupees is a very great amount to me, I spent all my savings for getting nothing. I hope posting complaint here will resolve problem since in flipkart app no one is replying back to my message. I need the money within 1-2 days because more than a week passed and no money is refunded till now.

                      I recently received my credit report where I saw a personal loan from IDFC bank of Rs 20000. On trying to find out, the credit agency told that it is because I availed Flipkart buy now pay later powered by idfc first bank,
                      I never signed up for this service and on searching on the internet discovered that similar complaints have been made in the past. I tried reaching out to Flipkart but not getting any helpful response, calls do not connect, on chat rep says system is down.

                      I would like to get rid of this loan from my credit report and deactivate flipkart buy now pay later so that i do not have this service or loan associated with my account.

                      This is not related to an order id but that buy now pay later service has been added to my flipkart account because of which there is a loan added in my credit report. Can you please deactivate flipkart pay later, without it there shouldn't be any loan active for me. If it helps i can share the phone number linked to my account.

                        Flipkart have cancelled my Prize order of OPPO Reno4 Pro. I have own the Oppo Reno4 Pro on the Fake or Not Game on 7th August 2020. After placing the order and making the payment, Flipkart just cancelled my order stating, "Due to high demand and limited stock, your item was cancelled". Order ID - OD[protected].
                        I have escalated the issue to flipkart SC Team and Social Media Team many times and they are giving an unjustified resolution. Please see the attached emails of Incidents.
                        They are giving resolution that, I have to place a new order by paying the full amount, and after the delivery of the order flipkart will refund the amount to my Bank account or as GV balance, here also it is a confusion. But still I tried to place a new order but those are also getting cancelled. Order ID - OD[protected] and OD[protected].

                              Unable to add flipkart gift card to my account

                              I am trying to add my gift card of Rs. 7500 which was a birthday gift from my sister to my flipkart account. But it is showing ERROR as "This card belong to a wallet and direct transactions are not allowed on this card."

                              I have contacted customer executives of flipkart which turned out of no use.
                              Their customer executive was asking me to reveal highly confidendial Gift card pin which i think was not safe.

                              On july -3, i ordered two panasonic tabs out of them one is order not placed and the amount debited from my account. as i am contacted the flipkart agency from 30 days onwards, they are negelecting.. i made payment of 9474 through google pay with linked SBI bank. google pay clearly saying that the amount credited to merchant account with proof of transaction id. but flipkart agency saying that amount not credited to mrchant account.no refund of amount 9474 to my account till now as it is around 34 days. response from flipkart is worst. they removed that item in orders list without solving the issuse.

                              I ORDERD two panasonic tabs on july-03, out of them one order was not placed and the amount 0f 9474 was debited.till no no refund to my account . as the flipkart agency saying that amount not creited to merchant, but as per bank statement and google pay transaction number, clearly shows that the amount credited to merchant account. around 34 days passed and no proper response from flipkart, tii now no refund. mail id : [email protected]

ORDER N0: OD[protected], i also raised an inquiry request, Incident: IN[protected], as your flipkart agency saying that the amount was not credited to the account. i contacted your agency for refund, as i have sended the bank satement, google pay transaction ID, google pay & BHIM complaint data as eveything in the data shows that amount credited in the merchant account succesfully. almost 36 days passed over till now i have not received te refund amount. flikart customer support also taking my bank details for refund process on 18/07/2021 ans after then no flipkart person responding til now. very poor mangement and service..not responding to the mails and last week they moved the item from my orders list without solving my resolution... some where there is a problem, we have to find out and resolved the issuse, it is the quality of large scale firms... but the response from flipkart is not in the proper way.. again i am sharing transaction details ..whic was done on jluy-03 around 02:56 a.m

                                Hi i m writing second time here i have order from flipkart on 27th july and i got msg on 29th saying product is out for delivery and they did not deliver and evening i got msg that we will deliver tomorw means 30 july but they did not deliver so i called their customer care and i raised a complaint and i got msg saying that issue will be reolved by 3rd of augustand again i got msg on 3rd night that we will resolved it by 4th and in between i have also mailed to head office and i was told that i will get product by 6th with compenenstion but i did not get prodcut niether compenesation and today is 7th still they did not deliver my product.
                                Guys whovere reading this please be aware that flipkart is fraud company and thier customer service is worst and today i will tell u thier strategy how they making people fool . I[censored] have noticed than that always open thier sales with amazon but amazon always declare thier sales first then after 2-3 days flipkart will decalre thier sale on same dates of amazon and here comes thier stratagy to make people fool . What flipkart is doing is they will keep thier price lower than amazon and delivery also fast than amazon so herr we order from flipkart bcoz their price is lower and delivery is fast than amazon but they will not deliver your product on promised date ad by that time amazon sale will be over than they will inform you that there is some logostice team issue so they can not deliver product or they will not even resoponse and they will say cancel this prodcut and u can plc a new order with some penny compensation but ultimately thier price will be double and amaxon sale is also over so some people who need to order they will finally order in double price with some compensation and thats how flipkart pulling cusotmer from aamzon by fraud . Guys plz dont order anything from flipkart its a fraud company and they will never deliver prodcut on time and there is nothing we can do bcox thier customer care are like we are here to just for talk nothing more and they will never resolve your issue .
                                Its better order from amazon atlst they respond to yiur query and they resloved in very short time .
                                I would also like to mention that its a fault of government by not taking any action on such fraud company. In other country government is with common public so even compnay think bfore doing anything wrong bcoz they know they have to pay very compensation if they make any mistake but in inndia no one bother and thses company like flipkart making people fool . Plz take action on thses things i m going to share this incident and black truth of flipkart everywhere on social media.
                                Guys if you reading then stop shopiing from flipkart.

                                Yes its been 10 days and u still saying u will revert back as i[censored] investigating some crime case u shamelsss flipkart and u service sucks guys i[censored] reading this and i request u to go through flipkart twitter and facebook page and then u come to know that they are looting people and cheating so i m suggesting that do not buy anything from this flipkart they will not deliver your product and after waiting for more than 15 days they will cancle ur order without informing and they will refund your money after 3 months so i[censored] ready to face all this then go ahead

                                    I cannot log into my account. It shows my account is inactive and I have to contact a customer support and the funny thing is when I try to do that I need to log into the app and I can't do that.
                                    I want my account reactivated.
