Hi, I ordered a new smartphone from Flipkart which had an offer to exchange my old device for a discount. I used the same offer to place the order. During the process of delivery the executive was supposed to inspect the old device for damages before approving the exchange.

The delivery executive manhandled my older device and wrongly pointed out that my device had damage. However, there were no damages on the device.

I shared video and photo evidence 24hrs ago but still Flipkart executive is just giving me lame consolation.

Please help I am being harassed by the untrained people at Flipkart who are just moving me around and buying time.

    I ordered some products from flipkart and when the delivery person came he asked me for my phone for pin i told the pin still he asked me for my phone i gave him my phone and he give all ratings by himself. i asked that what you are doing with my phone. I request ekart member for restigate that delivery employee.

      Change of registered mobile number

      I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the...

          I ordered and fully paid for a washing machine on Flipkart on 27th July and I was promised delivery by July 28th. There was no notification at all till July 29th after which I raised an issue with Flipkart customer support. Customer support was absolutely useless and not at all helpful. My product was supposed to be delivered within a day but even after 10 days of waiting the product was not delivered. I had raised an issue with Flipkart on 30th July, I was told to wait till August 4th to even get a simple status update. After waiting patiently till August 4th, the service resolution date was pushed forward till 8th August with absolutely no information given to customer regarding the reason for the delay.i spoke to several customer support representatives, all of them kept giving me vague replies evading the questions asking me to wait for resolution or to cancel my order. I told each of them clearly that all I need is a new date with an explanation for the delay and I would be fine to wait. Instead all they did was tell me to keep waiting or cancel the order. I finally gave up and cancelled my order, placed the order for the same machine with Amazon and the product was delivered within 4 hours of order placement. Will never ever purchase from Flipkart again and will put my review up on social media too warning other customers from making the mistake I made selecting Flipkart.

              Flipkart has delivered a product which has missing item in mid July . Since then I m continuosly trying to return it but they are rejecting my request without any reason . And after repeated request they have blocked my account . The customer support is useless as they don't assist in any matter whatsoever . I have been calling customer executive since past 10 days yet no solution has been given .

                Flipkart Tax Invoice No FADLZH[protected] Dated 03.08.2021 has billed more than three times the MRP of the Product Rs.98. Day time Looting by Flipkart. Never heard of such a Mega Looting from a loyal buyer over the years. Never BUY from Flipkart again. The MRP of the Surf Excel Value Pack mentioned only Rs.98, whereas Flipkart Billed me Rs.155 plus Shipping Charge Rs.80 Total Rs.235. This one of Mega Mega Looting in Daytime by Flipkart. Am approaching all legal govt agencies to take strict action on Flipkart for this mega Looting.

                  "Your request is being processed. It may take up to 4 hours for your refund(if any) to be initiated" is the message that I received 3 days ago. From that time I have called Flipkart customer care many times. Half of the time, the customer care executives disconnected my call when they didn't understand my issue or put me on very long holds to avoid conversation .
                  I am trying to be as patient as possible here. I was told I have to wait a maximum of 48 hours but it has been much more than that but to no avail, no action is procured.
                  I have called the customer care officials more than 10 times but half don't seem to address or understand the issue and the other tells me to wait. 60K is not a small amount.

                    I got the notification that Oneplus 8 s is getting @1700 so I surprised that offer is so good so I have ordered but I didn't received the order and the payment has been deducted from my phonepay account.

                      I have ordered, Mi QLED 55' TV on 26th July, 2021. Unfortunately I have still not received yet. Many times I have given complaints, but only one answer received, ' you're problem will resolve with in two days'. Nothing has progressed yet. It has happened twice with me with in last 15 days. I naver expected this type service from an international company Flipkart.Very very bad service. I m really feeling tortured by Flipkart. I am mentally harassed.

                        I placed an order on Flipkart on 04.08.2021 at 01.00 am when the Big Savings Day sale was just started on that day. Then when I found some better quality product was available I convinced myself to cancel the order and go for the better one by getting back the money paid.So over one hour after placing my order I requested for cancellation by 02.03 am right before it got packed and despatched.But the cancellation remained unapproved for some reasons from the seller RetailNet.com side.so i decided to bring this issue to the Flipkart customer care service.Instead of contacting the seller to initiate the refund on this case they have repeatedly told me to wait for 24 hrs with no any reason which is now been 72 hrs so far and no attempt were made to atleast initiate the refund and the waiting period continues which I'm in deep stress and worried about my money and need my money back.I have some good some reputation with Flipkart and I'm a Plus member too and I never flipkart will do this to me.

                        Now they have cleverly marked it as resolved which is actually unresolved as they met with the dealine date of 7th aug as mentioned before when I called out to them regarding this they have now extended the date to wait for another 72 hrs to get resolved.This is kind of fraudulence.

                            No one helping me out i ordered whey protein from assured seller supercomnet from flipkart and they send me garbage protein which is undrinkable and manufactured in 2019 2 years old protein. And they are not helping me for refund or exchange. I have wasted Rs. 4000 . It is a life time experience for me. Never ever order anything from flipkart they are fraud. Im telling you genuinely they are a big fraud company in india. I will also make a YouTube video on them i have all details unboxing and everything and also im sended the sample for lab test. I will not leave them now. How can they do this with the customer. If anyone can help me more. Please im waiting. Its time to take stand together and have unity against fraud sellers which flipkart is promoting day by day. If we do not stand together now then after some years we are not able to do anything when they take on all over the world there fraud tactics. Thanks you please help each other and stand together against that fraud flipkart

                              I ordered a mobile phone on 24th July 2021 but due to some technical glitches the order was not delivered.
                              Then I want to cancel the order but I can't and flipkart too
                              Sooo, after so many calls they created an incident Id on 30 July 2021 incident id-IN[protected] and then they said your money will be credited manually and then they asked for my Bank account details which I emailed them on their support email id and they give me 48 hours+ 5 working days from 30july2021 but they didn't refund till now. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. And take strict actions against them

                                I’m a flipkart pay later user. I paid all my dues on time. But yesterday (06/08/2021) got my updated credit score report from Experian Credit Information Company of India Pvt Ltd. In the report, that shows rs 998 has over due.And also Flipkart or the bank not updated my few payments with the beuro. I cleared all my dues on or before the due date. Now my experian and cibil score are reduced. I can’t avail some financial services because of this. I need immediate assistance. Thanks

                                  I purchased Boat airdopes 131 Blue tooth headset on 5th August2021, for which I made payment through Google pay of Rs 999, My HDFC Bank account got debited twice with both transactions with different upi transaction Id, According to Google pay both transactions were successfully credited to flipkart.[protected]@axisbank account, Now flipkart customer executive is asking me to request refund from Google pay, while Google pay is saying since both the payment is successfully credited to flipkart, it should be flipkart who should make the refund, Below are the details of my order and I am attaching receipts of payments from Google pay.I request flipkart to resolve the issue as soon as possible.thankyou.
