We ordered laptop from Flipkart for my nephews online classes. It's been a month and he lost his valuable school time. Finally, we received laptop but with defective screen. We raised return request. Flipkart executives said, they will raise a complaint with the authorised brand executives and the issue will be attended by technician before 14th Aug. But, they didn't raise any request as such. After passing 7 days, they cancelled return request and told that issue solved by troubleshooting. But, nothing has happened as such. We have that issue even now. If we are calling, they are reopening return requests and closing it after 2 days without communicating anything. Kindly take proper action against them and refund my amount.
