My name is mathew job registered no linked to flipkart account is [protected]. I ordered a product on 4th of july 2021 and cancelled on the very next day ie 5 th of july 2021. It show that amount has been credited to the account but still i didnt receive my paid money ( Rs 522) please do the needful and take necessary action as fast possible

          We have purchased the Apple Macbook on 5th July 2021 and cancelled on the same day. I have not received the refund back and asked us to update the bank details. Its been last 1 month I have updated almost 5 Bank accounts till not but we are not getting the refund back.

          When I update the bank details, I will get msg " we tried through IMPS, it failed and will do NEFT between 5-7 days. It will never happen, after 2 days they send the massege again to update bank details.

          Same process going on since last 1 month.

          we are planning to raise the complaint to consumer court and raise through all the media sources.

            I am abhishek tiwary. I had ordered a laptop from flipkart AVITA COSMOS 2 IN 1 on 10th of June 2021 for Rs17990. The laptop arrived on 12th of June 2021 and I was not happy with the product, I found several issues in it especially screen freezing issues, battery drainage issue and audio quality issues. I made a replacement request on flipkart app and flipkart assigned me a technician visit by 29th of June 2021. On 19th June’s technician contacted me and asked me about my address, I gave him all the required details. what happened next was shocking, technician didn’t visit me by 29 and I complained on flipkart and their concern team provided me replacement without tech visit as its date was breached by technician itself. During this time, I tried to contact technician several times but no one on the other end replied me. I finally received replacement on 7th of July 2021. I was shocked to see defects in the replacement product also. I was furious this time and is made a refund request as I didn’t wanted the product any more, this time I was again assigned technician by 22nd of July 2021 this time the technician didn’t even contacted me within this period I contacted flipkart several times and asked them to shorten the technician visit date but they asked and made sure that technician will come before 22nf July but the technician didn’t came on 22nd.I was worried and contacted flipkart and their concern team asked to wait till 29th of July another date and again technician didn’t come or responded. I asked flipkart to give me return without technician visit and after several calls they finally agreed to it and my return request was approved on 30th of July and pickup date was given to me on 3rd of august and today is 4th of august no flipkart agent came to take the return nor did I get the refund. I again contacted flipkart and they asked me to wait till 6th of august. I am feeling totally harassed and my value as a customer is highly degraded, I literally called flipkart more than 76 times and my money is stuck and even if I get it, I am a student doing my study preparations and there is no earning member in family I am living on my father’s hard-earned money. These past 2 months flipkart has caused me mental harassment, my focus has shifted from studies to this issue. I hereby request to help me get my refund and help me from being harassed

                    Bad experience wit Flipkart. My gift card amount not refunded. I hv customer for Flipkart more than 5years .they sending me wrong shade wrong product if I ask for return refund they not giving . They blocked my ac. Very wrost experience totally cheating customers.delievery person if v ask to come n give n home they cancelled my product and return it due to tat they blocked my ac how come without informing they blocked my ac. I compliant them each time unknowingly my product is cancelled and returned each time . They should chk delivery partner but they blocked my ac. F Flipkart . don't purchase n Flipkart .

                        I ordered a dress in flipkart through UPI. After confirmation of payment through UPI Id - 1, the site reloaded and went back to Payment page again and so I then entered another UPI Id - 2, but the amount was debited from both accounts.

                        So I kindly request you to refund any one of the UPI Ids, without cancelling the order

                          I have ordered UV Max Pump from Flipkart. A duplicate product was sent to me by Flipkart seller. Then I have raise replacement request to the Flipkart. Then Flipkart as an e-commerce partner, they did not entertain my request and reject my replacement and refund request thrice.

                          I feel cheated by the Flipkart seller and Flipkart delivery agent. I will file legal complaint against flipkart india.

                              Hi sir i ordered from flipkart order id OD[protected] and seller name Grahgoods retail real me 8 29th july and next day 30th july my phone deliverd me i have a some problem face my device like camera is very poor mean when u click a picture heyjie, or blur and hanging, call speaker, overheating, there is problem in my device so 31th july i was compaint flipkart order section and tell them there is lots of problem my device so customer care excutive tell me don't worry your problem so he tell me your complaint ragistred successful and next day a technician person came my home there is lots of problem my phone he say ill update and goes out and next 10 minutes my replacement cancelled and again i was complaint and again cancelled my order please sir i'm belong a middle class family please refund my money

                                    Well I'm a frequent customer at Flipkart and they also made their delivery on time at my pincode. But earlier from this week I've started to notice that each and every item I try to buy, it tells me that its not deliverable or else seller not available for this pin code. So I want to raise this issue of mine to the concern authorities at Flipkart and give a proper solution for my problem ASAP. I'd be very much grateful if this issue gets resolved.

                                      I have ordered a Dell laptop and the product I received has got issues in display. The display was defective and I could see white lights on the corners of the display. I have raised a return request and there was a technician visit. The technician confirmed me that the product is defective and its not resolved but he was unable to approve because he haven't received the code to confirm from Flipkart and Flipkart rejected my return request. Its Flipkart responsibility to replace/refund my defective product. Please find the order details below.

                                        I was charged twice for a product and when a complaint was raised, Flipkart refused to refund the money. Call the customer help center, tweeted a complaint to Flipkartsupport but apparently a glitch in their payment gateway is my fault.
