Flipkart delayed/poor delivery by flipkart

Address: Vill niamat pur, Teh- Rajpura, Distt. Patiala, punjab

Ordered a mobile handset on 9th August, delivery promised by flipkart by 14th August 2021. But not delivered till 18 august 2021. Pathetic services by flipkart.

Please see and take the necessary action.

I have ordered two products from flipkart. When they have arrived (separately on different days), the wish master asked me to come 3 km away from my home to collect the package. I asked him to deliver at my home, then he rudely told he does not deliver at doorsteps. Then next day I get message that my order has been canceled as customer has refused delivery.
I called customer service they told me that I have to place another order if I want the product. Even it was wish master who falsly
has canceled my order, flipkart is troubling me to place another order. I feel like this is totally bullying from flipkart.
Can we take flipkart to consumer court for this?

Update...
While flipkart customer care is buying time to revert on it, the delivery person has canceled both products by falsely stating that customer has refused to accept delivery. I never refused to accept products, all I asked was doorsteps delivery.
This is totally unacceptable!!
I contacted flipkart, and they say if I want the product, I have to order it again!!
They didn't even take any action against delivery agent.

    I had placed my order from Flipkart for 2 Noise Airbud Mini on 30/06/2021 Order number: OD[protected]. I had received both my products on 3/07/2021.
    Product A: completely fine.
    Product B: Defective and bluetooth issue.

    for the product B I had raised a request for replacement to be sent out to me on 04/07/2021 and was told that I will receive a call back on 05/07/2021.
    I was sent out a replacement headset from Flipkart on 05/07/2021. The product I had received was unimaginable. It was fully damaged, full scratch marks on the case and the ear buds, the box was torn and not sealed with Noise sticker, the product box was not packed at all, the earbuds case was not in the cushion and the cushion to cover the case was out of the box cover, the box cover I received also was not the correct one, the earbud was having a BLUE seal instead of a RED seal. Flipkart fully cheated me to the core! Such a pathetic service. I have the pics of the product I received the second time such a horrible packing!
    I raised a request to return the headset immediately however while doing that, I got an option to raise a Refund rather than a Replacement.
    I was promised that I will get a call back, however the Flipkart team just gave a 1 second miss call and never called me back for the same.
    The next day I contacted The flipkart team myself as I have paid for the product from my credit card and I have to pay for it but I have received a faulty product.
    With numerous call backs made by me to the team. I got my order being taken back on 09/07/2021, and I am expecting my refund on 13/07/2021.
    This is not all! The Flipkart team have cancelled my Product A rather than Product B :(
    And now I am not able to raise a Warranty with Noise for the same. How irresponsible the team is! what rubbish have you done!
    These products were a gift for my Bro, since the time I have ordered it I am just fed-up. Being a loyal customer I have to suffer all this. Really Amazon is 10000xx better in providing services to its members. Flipkart is pathetic in customer service and irresponsible in helping the customer. The team after hearing my query have cut my many number of calls and have hung me up for 20 mins and the cut of call without a reply and nothing at all and they act like not hearing me when I can hear they perfectly and they then cut my call. I have been harassed and mentally tortured by your team. The Flipkart team is not at all trained to help its customers well and they make error and they blame the customer for the error caused. Shame on you Flipkart!

    I need this resolved as I have to raise the Warranty with Noise for the amazing Product A that you have cancelled without my permission!!!
    And also need a solution to the madness that you have made me to suffer for the last one week ! I need a compensation for the same.

    Now my earphone is not working and I am not able to raise the warranty for the same due to the error made from Flipkart end... The Flipkart team is completely useless.

      I have purchased a Nilkamal 24 chester from Flipkart vide od no OD[protected] on 2nd week of August 21 but I Am not satisfied about the product. So i want to return it. Same day ie on the delivery day i do the return procedure. But till then no fruitful results come to me due to some unknown reason . Sir so many times they talk to me but no step taken for returning it. Please do the needful so I get back my money in my a/c. And if possible please clarify from them why they refusing to return it and vide which ruling.

        I ordered the phone on 5th aug but not yet received the product. Ekart team not delivered my product neither never contact. All i get from flipkart is have postponed to resolve my delivery issue. All i asked for nearest hub address so that i can at my own pick up my order or either refund my money.

          The above shipment was delivered to me today. 17.08.21. It is noted that the above Nippo cell coin type MRP is only Rs.30/-per cell. But you have charged Rs.60/- cell Your charges are actually double compared to the even MRP. I request you to refund my money of Rs.300/- or else send another set of above Nippo cell CR2032 to compensate my loss. With good faith only we are placing order on you on the assumption that the price would be very reasonable and less than MRP. Because of such above activities we loose faith on your firm.             We have lost complete faith over FLIPKART . In last 20 days we faced 2 unexpected issues with flipkart . First we ordered 4 fans on 24 july Order id (OD[protected]and flipkart took 16 days to deliver the product and that is not just it .instead of 4 we got only 2 fans in TWO seprate brown dismanteled box tapped with White celo tape there were no flipkart seal on the box . 1 fan in each box Tracking id's (FMPP[protected] / FMPP[protected] ) . we raised the refund request and placed a new order on 11 Aug for the same 4 white fans . It dispatched in 2 parts. And got a part of the order on 15 august 1 box luckily with 2 fans in the box this time Tracking id (FMPC[protected]).
            but this time seller sent us wrong color we orderd white but received brown color so we raised the replacement request and now yesterday on 16 august rest of the part of the order were scheduled for the delivery 1box with 2 fans tracking id ( FMPC[protected] ) it came in same condition as expected dismanteled brown box with white celo tape no flipkart seal this time also but instead of taking the delivery we made a video of the package as it is in dismantel condition it was clearly visible whats inside the box and after shooting the video we rejected the delivery as the color mentioned on the fan branding box was BROWN different color what we ordered . And today on 17 august our account is blocked

              Here is the concern below -

              On september of 2020, flipkart has given the offer of paylater EMI option. So i had opted for that option and had bought a mobile worth rupees 14999 for which i had to pay 1433/- per month for a year 12 months which i have been paying till now. I am attaching the invoice of that product as well.

              I have been continuously paying 1433/- every month till now and will have the last installment on august only. My order id was OD[protected] with the product name is realme 6 comet blue. You can check on the invoice and also the confirmation from flipkart that i have paid all every month.sharing screenshots of their mails.

              I had checked my credit report recently and found that there is an account showing the written off and charged off and that was the same account. Because flipkart had an sponsor of IDFC first bank for that paylater EMI option. I will be sharing flipkart's monthly bill for every month and paying all on time mails as well from flipkart only.

              However, it is not reflecting with the bank's details. I never had the information that flipkart had sponsored with IDFC first bank.

              It is reflecting only first payment and all the other months i have proof that i have paid it to flipkart, because i have availed that offer of flipkart, please confirm with both of them.

              I have called flipkart and IDFC bank many times, they are not resolving my concern. Sir, please help me on this. I am not able to get loans or anything, i have less salary as well sir. I have paid all the dues now and still now the account has been reflected with written off on my credit report.
              Please resolve, i have attached the last payment which i made.

                Hi,

                I had ordered Godrej air cool which is mentioned on Flipkart as 270ml, but Flipkart has delivered 240ml and fooled customer.
                Later on I had to return the product as per customer care suggestion, and I was assured that I will get an refund of Rs409. But unfortunately they had adjusted my money with credit card discount. Therefore no refund processed because of sellers/Flipkart mistake.

                    I' m Manas Maity. I ordered Jabra elite 65 t true wireless bluetooth headset on the date 9th Aug 21 from Flipkart app. Product order

After delivered the product I rised a return request for poor /low speaker sound quality, uncomfortable to fitting in ear and also facing issue to connecting bluetooth.                             This is to inform you that I have purchased a washing machine trolley on 12th October 2020 from Flipkart app. For the product Flipkart received payment twice as per the statement provided by state bank of india. one the first occasion, I tried several times to pay the amount from G-Pay which was unsuccessful at that time. After that I paid the amount from the debit card which was successful. When I was checking my account statement I noticed that Flipkart received payment twice. I made a complaint to flipkart customer care but they denied my payment. As per their conversation/communication my payment is reserved with you.

                            I request you kindly refund the amount as soon as possible.

                              Last week i managed to order a jbl endurance bluetooth headphone, from my monthly savings. I ordered it from flipkart corseca seller. When i received the product the outer plastic packing was torn, and there was a damaged product inside the box.
                              Unfortunately the return policy showed only replacement, anyhow i applied for replacement they said that technician will check the product and then approve for replacement. During the day of technician arrival, i was astonished that no technician came.
                              Intead technician called me and said, "your area is not serviceable area."
                              I again contacted flipkart support team they said we will assign new technician...we are sorry for the inconvenience...blah blah...

                              Till now there is no update, no call, no followup.

                              Being a +member i am facing such undesirable issues from flipkart. I have lost my faith on flipkart, better take your product back refund my money. I will buy it from somewhere else.

                                    New users on Flipkart beware while purchasing non-electronic items as the company will take you for a ride. In an unlikely event of a return, they will not refund you the entire amount.
                                    I had placed an order during the shopping festival for 5 items on 5 August 2021. There was an offer on my Amex Blue card, which promised a discount of 20% up to Rs. 300 on a minimum order of Rs. 1500. Obviously, I was thrilled to pay just 1200 instead of Rs. 1500. However, at that point of time, I did not think what will happen in case an item needs to be returned for a refund.
                                    The discount was instant and over the next few days I realised why Amazon is the king of the e-commerce industry.
                                    The order was placed for the following items.

                                    I had ordered XXL size rainwear and received a smaller size. As a result, the return was done and a refund of Rs. 319 was processed. The soft toy was supposed to be a tiger and the seller shipped out a Dog instead. I initiated a return for a replacement and received the Tiger today, even though I doubt whether it is 32 cms.
                                    The Sonex bag had a broken zip and the overall quality wasn’t up to the mark. So I initiated a return for a refund. The order was picked up and Flipkart processed a refund of Rs. 278 instead of Rs. 398. On contacting customer care, I have been given vague answers. They now tell me there were certain conditions in a fine small print which allows Flipkart to deduct amounts before processing refunds.
                                    I must say this reflects the narrow minded approach of Flipkart. I have spoken to 3 phone representatives and they have given conflicting information. They speak of shipping charges, supplier commissions and what not. The last phone rep. advised the conditions in fine text available on the website.
                                    The matter is simple. In case I pay Rs. 1200 and return the entire order back for whatever reason, I should expect Rs. 1200 as a refund to the original mode payment. However, as it appears here, in case I were to return the entire order for a refund in case of damages or any other issue beyond my control, I will be refunded just Rs.960. The beak-up is Soft toy (tiger) Rs. 97, Power bank Rs. 179, LED bulbs Rs. 87, Sonex bag Rs. 278, Rain wear Rs. 319. This means Flipkart will earn a 20% profit (Rs. 240) in case the entire order were to be returned for no fault of mine.
                                    I will always remember this order as FLIPKART T20, which when simplified means Flipkart Twenty-20. An order which provided me a 20% Amex Blue card discount topped up with a 20% Flipkart fraud.
                                    I am not a frequent visitor to the Flipkart site and my past purchases were limited to mobiles only. The last time I ordered here was around 2 years ago when I purchased an iPad. This is the first time I have placed an order for non-electronics items like toys and rainwear and the experience is pathetic. It is just not true that Flipkart offers free returns as they have filled their pockets courtesy, returned orders. It is indeed a shame, for an order of 5 items, 3 have to be returned.
                                    Moral of the story: Flipkart will never be able to compete with Amazon as there are no such issues with Amazon.

                                      I ordered a mobile form flipkart on 7th Aug but it has problems like camera not working properly and battery overhearing I registered 3 times return request but every time rejected i want solution as soon as possible
                                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
