Ordered a phone in Flipkart on 22nd June and on 25th June status is shown as Out for delivery. As of today 13th July, product is not delivered and no refund is made.
I have paid for the order and Flipkart is not resolving the issue.
Its already been 20 days and issue is not resolved.

My order no is OD[protected], which I placed from 2GUD, an extension of Flipkart. The refurbished phone I got is not upto my satisfaction or I highly doubt if the phone is genuine. I wanted nothing but return this phone so I can get the refund. But none of them helped me. On my first request to approve the return, i was taken consent for Filing FIR, which I gave as I did not have understanding to what procedure they are following....

I have bought few items in Flipkart on june 2nd 2021 and placed a return request immediately. It got cancelled without my knowledge and when I contacted customer care they asked me to raise again so I did it and they again cancelled. This happed 2 times and finally the return window closed and now they are not even replying for my mails. I can understand if they cant pick now but atleast they should keep the return window open till They can...

I bought a pair of Red tape shoes 3weeks back and I have tried to return
them because of the quality and size issues with it. But the
seller rejected the product without assigning any delivery executive to
inspect and nobody has come to my place to pick it up. It happened 6 times so far on the same product. And out of those 6 return requests 3 of them got submitted by the flipkart customer support team....

I have ordered Adrenex exercise bicycle and got it delivered on 3rd July, it was about to be installed by 8th of July but I received and email from flipkart on 6th July stating that installation is completed. But the truth is no one has reached me for installation. I called customer support they misbehaves also I reached Adrenex support which is nothing but flipkart's company, they also misbehaved. On July 8th, ordered "Maths Class 6 (Six Standard Textbook Ncert ) BY ABH Rohini (Hardcover, NCERT)" and the expected delivery date was 13th July. On Friday my phone was picked up, the delivery boy who had come has taken advantage of my 80 years old grandmother being alone at home, and stolen a Bluetooth headset which he filled her by saying it came with the package .

The pickup date was marked as 9th July, but the delivery executive came on 8th July itself...

Flipkart customer care persons are disconnecting calls without even solving or registering complain. The number provided in your website for grievance officer is invalid....
