I ordered three sarees on 25 July 2021 from Flipkart (whose price was 196, 203, 241). The total amount was 640/- and I cancel the order because the prices was drop so i want to order that again. I canceled and ordered again. Flipkart initiated the refund on 26 july, and the refund reception day given by Flipkart was 03 August 2021.When I didn't got the refund even after the expected refund reception date passed I called the Flipkart customer support they asked me to provide my bank statement and I did gave them the bank statement as they requested but even after that there was no progress. And till now (18 August 2021) I haven't got the money in my BANK account. After talking with Flipkart for several times they only said to contact the bank. So I went to the bank. The bankers said that they have not sent the money yet, why will we stop the payment, you should talk to the people of Flipkart. Today is 18 August 2021 and I haven't got the refund.I ordered the product by using my Boi debit Card. i requested to the BOI to do something asap, cause i'm a student i don;t have any job so i can't afford this type of lose.

Complaint marked as Resolved Earlier I thought that the reason for not getting the refund is Flipkart, but now I understand that it was the problem of the bank because just like the refund of Flipkart was stuck, similarly a refund of Meesho was also stuck for a long time. I had no expectation from Meesho whether I would get the refund or not but today I got the refund of both together. So now I can say with confidence that it took so long for the refund to be received only because of the bank.
I would like to thank the executives of Flipkart for being with me till now. He tried to help me in every possible way and assured that you will definitely get a refund. They used to call me every day asking whether you got the refund or not. If not, we will contact you soon. Iam so much happy today thanks.
