I ordered Adidas sandals, but received different style of sandal. I requested 4 time for refund the amount. I provided all the documents required by flipcart, but again and again, my refund request is rejected. Again I requested to replacement of my order, but again my replacement was rejected.
Now how can I replace my order.

    I ordered OPPO A52 from flipkart. I cancelled my order due to some reason and they process my refund request, but i still not get the refund in my bank account. They give reference number to me in which they said they already processed the refund in my bank account but i cant get any amount back in my account. I have all the necessary details that i provide. I also contact flipkart customer care they said contact your bank . When i contact with bank, the bank said they cant help regarding this. please help me.

If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction before reaching out to the bank.     I did contact bank multiple times...but they are not able to identify any payment with given ARN: onus20201218. This ARN is your internal number so please do not try to put the ball in to other's court. Please credit the amount asap...I can't wait more than that
    I have already provided the reference number given by you to bank and also checked the statement numerous times and shared the same with flipkart multiple times...it's been 8 months I am being harrased for my money by flipkart

        I have purchase the product from Flipkart HP pavilion gaming laptop of amount 50965 rupees on 19th of July 2021 and it's today 18th August and I have raised a complaint against the received product on 21st July itself that the product is dead on arrival and it is not getting switched on they said we will provide you a replacement against that but no replacement has been provided have reached more than four replacement request regarding this but no replacement received then they said we will take your product product return and will provide your refund for that so I reached 324 return request but no return has been done until today and today when I called them they said sorry sir we can't help you whatever the product that you have received you have to keep it with you whether it is dead whether it is not working whether the product has any kind of issue sorry we can't help you in this so they are covering up for the seller who have send me a dead product a damaged product and 3:00 technician visit from Flipkart have been made regarding this and all of three have make make this as approval that the product has to get replaced or get returned because the product was dead it wasn't getting on and the product amount was hai so Flipkart is coming up for the seller I need help now from public grievances regarding this concern because I have lost my 50, 000 of amount and I am also warning other customers please don't buy from Flipkart instead you are getting that product a little higher amount on Amazon please buy it from there they allege that they are good have provided you my order id also you can even go and check that scammed me of amount 50000 rupees and now I know resolution has been provided from them yet

              I ordered three sarees on 25 July 2021 from Flipkart (whose price was 196, 203, 241). The total amount was 640/- and I cancel the order because the prices was drop so i want to order that again. I canceled and ordered again. Flipkart initiated the refund on 26 july, and the refund reception day given by Flipkart was 03 August 2021.When I didn't got the refund even after the expected refund reception date passed I called the Flipkart customer support they asked me to provide my bank statement and I did gave them the bank statement as they requested but even after that there was no progress. And till now (18 August 2021) I haven't got the money in my BANK account. After talking with Flipkart for several times they only said to contact the bank. So I went to the bank. The bankers said that they have not sent the money yet, why will we stop the payment, you should talk to the people of Flipkart. Today is 18 August 2021 and I haven't got the refund.I ordered the product by using my Boi debit Card. i requested to the BOI to do something asap, cause i'm a student i don;t have any job so i can't afford this type of lose.

              Earlier I thought that the reason for not getting the refund is Flipkart, but now I understand that it was the problem of the bank because just like the refund of Flipkart was stuck, similarly a refund of Meesho was also stuck for a long time. I had no expectation from Meesho whether I would get the refund or not but today I got the refund of both together. So now I can say with confidence that it took so long for the refund to be received only because of the bank. I would like to thank the executives of Flipkart for being with me till now. He tried to help me in every possible way and assured that you will definitely get a refund. They used to call me every day asking whether you got the refund or not. If not, we will contact you soon. Iam so much happy today thanks.

                  I paid the amount of flipkart paylater due amount on August 5th, amount debited in my account transaction not updated in flipkart, I consult through lazypay team, provides transaction details, please find out the attached screen shots for reference. Solve my issue as soon as possible i struggled with this issue nearly 2 weeks.

                    Respected Sir/Madam,
                    I have purchase MOTOROLA AmphisoundX with HDMI Arc 150 W Bluetooth Home Theatre (Black, 5.1 Channel) on Flipkart online shopping portal dated 07/08/2021. After I received product and I checked all connectivity of Home Theater like Bluetooth/Optical/HDMI Arc & Aux after checking found Bluetooth/Optical & HDMI Arc not working only Aux mode is working so, I raised complain on Flipkart portal for refund but they will insist for replacement so, I agree for replacement. Again after raised complain I receiving replacement new product from Flipkart after receiving new product again I checked all connectivity and I found same issue in this product also again I call to Flipkart customer care this time I insist for refund but they are not given me my refund amount back. I request to please help me to get my refund amount back.

                        It was a pathetic experience of the latest customer care talk. He doesn't know how to talk. He misbehaves with customer. When the customer is already panic as he is not getting the warranty claim of his product bought from Flipkart and the customer care executive is behaving like this.

                        I am really frustrated with this. I am really worried that what kind of companies Flipkart is listing with them when we can't contact them. Their website not workinh, email not working and phone number also not working.

                        Only you guys are giving time for the resolution. I want my product warranty claim asap or return my money. I will not wait anymore for that.

                        I have not bought any product from Flipkart to wait only. Please give me immediate resolution as I have already waited.

                          I ordered boat 131 airpods on dated 5th aug, i got that airpods on 8th aug evening, but one airpod didn't work properly, hence i want to return them, there were no option for replacement, hence i applyed for refund on the same date(8 aug). There agent took product from me on 13 aug. I called them many time for refund and also share the screen shot of my flipkart wallet reflating 00 also i didn't get any mail related to refund. There spoke very rudely to me.

                            ORDER ID OD[protected]: 16th August morning, the delivery executive had arrived to collect the phone for exchange. The phone was a Redmi Note 7 in perfect condition. The delivery person said that there is a dent (even though there was no such dent - I have photos clicked during that time as proof), and he was asking a bribe for passing the checks on his app. I refused so he was annoyed. He then asked for "some old charger if I have, no need to give new charger" - I said that flipkart has no such guidelines. He kept arguing with me for 20 minutes and deliberately failed the dent test in front of me and demanded 1350 as cash as shown on the app or else cancel the exchange and get the refund. When asking for online payment option he said that only cash is possible. I looked into his app and there was an option for payment link. I asked him to press that. Then I went inside to look for my phone. In the meantime he had cancelled that option on his app and was still asking me to check for the link. I made him press the option again and when I received it, I paid by debit card. The man was a fraud and has assisted flipkart in swindling 1350 rupees from me by lying to me. The delivery executive had wasted a total of 40 minutes of my time during work from home.

                            I would like flipkart to re-inspect the phone based on the images and return the money back. Note that the images have been taken at the time of delivery and have the photo of the delivery item.

                              I have ordered two products from flipkart. When they have arrived (separately on different days), the wish master asked me to come 3 km away from my home to collect the package. I asked him to deliver at my home, then he rudely told he does not deliver at doorsteps. Then next day I get message that my order has been canceled as customer has refused delivery.
                              I called customer service they told me that I have to place another order if I want the product. Even it was wish master who falsly
                              has canceled my order, flipkart is troubling me to place another order. I feel like this is totally bullying from flipkart.
                              Can we take flipkart to consumer court for this?

                              While flipkart customer care is buying time to revert on it, the delivery person has canceled both products by falsely stating that customer has refused to accept delivery. I never refused to accept products, all I asked was doorsteps delivery.
                              This is totally unacceptable!!
                              I contacted flipkart, and they say if I want the product, I have to order it again!!
                              They didn't even take any action against delivery agent.

                                I had placed my order from Flipkart for 2 Noise Airbud Mini on 30/06/2021 Order number: OD[protected]. I had received both my products on 3/07/2021.
                                Product A: completely fine.
                                Product B: Defective and bluetooth issue.

                                for the product B I had raised a request for replacement to be sent out to me on 04/07/2021 and was told that I will receive a call back on 05/07/2021.
                                I was sent out a replacement headset from Flipkart on 05/07/2021. The product I had received was unimaginable. It was fully damaged, full scratch marks on the case and the ear buds, the box was torn and not sealed with Noise sticker, the product box was not packed at all, the earbuds case was not in the cushion and the cushion to cover the case was out of the box cover, the box cover I received also was not the correct one, the earbud was having a BLUE seal instead of a RED seal. Flipkart fully cheated me to the core! Such a pathetic service. I have the pics of the product I received the second time such a horrible packing!
                                I raised a request to return the headset immediately however while doing that, I got an option to raise a Refund rather than a Replacement.
                                I was promised that I will get a call back, however the Flipkart team just gave a 1 second miss call and never called me back for the same.
                                The next day I contacted The flipkart team myself as I have paid for the product from my credit card and I have to pay for it but I have received a faulty product.
                                With numerous call backs made by me to the team. I got my order being taken back on 09/07/2021, and I am expecting my refund on 13/07/2021.
                                This is not all! The Flipkart team have cancelled my Product A rather than Product B :(
                                And now I am not able to raise a Warranty with Noise for the same. How irresponsible the team is! what rubbish have you done!
                                These products were a gift for my Bro, since the time I have ordered it I am just fed-up. Being a loyal customer I have to suffer all this. Really Amazon is 10000xx better in providing services to its members. Flipkart is pathetic in customer service and irresponsible in helping the customer. The team after hearing my query have cut my many number of calls and have hung me up for 20 mins and the cut of call without a reply and nothing at all and they act like not hearing me when I can hear they perfectly and they then cut my call. I have been harassed and mentally tortured by your team. The Flipkart team is not at all trained to help its customers well and they make error and they blame the customer for the error caused. Shame on you Flipkart!

                                I need this resolved as I have to raise the Warranty with Noise for the amazing Product A that you have cancelled without my permission!!!
                                And also need a solution to the madness that you have made me to suffer for the last one week ! I need a compensation for the same.

                                Now my earphone is not working and I am not able to raise the warranty for the same due to the error made from Flipkart end... The Flipkart team is completely useless.

                                  I have purchased a Nilkamal 24 chester from Flipkart vide od no OD[protected] on 2nd week of August 21 but I Am not satisfied about the product. So i want to return it. Same day ie on the delivery day i do the return procedure. But till then no fruitful results come to me due to some unknown reason . Sir so many times they talk to me but no step taken for returning it. Please do the needful so I get back my money in my a/c. And if possible please clarify from them why they refusing to return it and vide which ruling.

All i get from flipkart is have postponed to resolve my delivery issue. All i asked for nearest hub address so that i can at my own pick up my order or either refund my money.

                                      The above shipment was delivered to me today. 17.08.21. It is noted that the above Nippo cell coin type MRP is only Rs.30/-per cell. But you have charged Rs.60/- cell Your charges are actually double compared to the even MRP. I request you to refund my money of Rs.300/- or else send another set of above Nippo cell CR2032 to compensate my loss. With good faith only we are placing order on you on the assumption that the price would be very reasonable and less than MRP. Because of such above activities we loose faith on your firm.
