I am a regular user of flipkart and do shopping every month using flipkart pay later..and pay it before due date, always on time as can be shown in my track records also..
So for June pay later amount which needs to be paid in July, I opened the app as to make the payment and saw a late extra fee of 300 Rs.I called the customer care and told them about the issue and informed them that there was some issue in my mobile and I paying it today but please remove my late fee amount Rs300..but they told me that you need to IDFC bank for the removal of late fee of 300 Rs. I also asked the executive to make me talk to the senior but they cut the phone...3 times same thing happened..
Firstly, why should I pay extra fee of 300 when I m clearing dues..
Secondly, why I should talk to IDFC when I have shopped from Flipkart and not IDFC..
Thirdly such poor management and executive who don't know to talk and instead of transferring call to senior just cuts the phone everytime..
Is this how you deal with customers??
Still I have made the payment but wanted help to Kindly refund the extra paid fees of rs 300/-

Updated by DeepanjaliJoshi Firstly, flipkart send me messages saying we are unable to get in touch with you as you are not picking our call..I did not even received single call from Flipkart then after I emailed them then I received a call on Thursday, 5 aug 6:30 pm in which the executive told me that we have taken the complainant forward and you will get the solution in next 48 hours...
Today is 8 Aug still and more than 48 hours, still I have not received any update about the issue...
