    I have ordered HP laptop today morning, but my transaction has been failed at the last movement but my order not been placed only amount of 42000 debited from my account.when I was called flipcart executive he told payment will be credit within 8 working days.
    It's very horrible experience for me know I am not able to order laptop because of bad service of flipcart

      I had placed this order on 23rd June 2021 and the expected delivery date was 29-30 June 2021 but they kept me waiting till 2nd July showing that order will be deliver today. On 2nd July, they cancelled the order and initiated the refund. This is not the first instance where they cancelled the order after expected delivery date and kept me waiting. If you do not want to deliver the items then why do you take the orders? This is happening 4th time in a row. This is very frustrating as few of them were gifts and we would have purchased them from other shopping sites if Flipkart had shown "Not Deliverable" at the first place. Waste of time and money.

        Unauthorized transaction and money deduction

        I (Komal Setiya ) have been charged for an unauthorized transaction for a flight booking which wasn't done by me. The PNR is UH2WSY from Indigo airlines. This ticket is from Pune to Guwhati and has been booked with two different accounts of flipkart.
        One is from my account ([protected]@gmail.com) and other is from bishal Sinha's account ([protected]@gmail.com). We two are totally unrelated people.

            I'm really frustrating with Flipkart because it is busy to making fool to it's innocent App users and innocent customers each and everyday. Flipkart making fake Videos' quiz and fake games too. I play quizes and games on Flipkart App each and everyday since Last year of each and every day and I am giving Right Answers of each and every game's answers but Flipkart never rewards. I think Flipkart deals with Service Providers to making fool to each and every Flipkart's App Users as same as Amazon do. I think every single one should leave Flipkart as well as Amazon.

                HI Team,

                I have purchased a laptop which costs around 36K, after I purchase of 2 days, the system getting hung frequently and I had to reboot my system atleast twice in a day.. very hectic to see like this within 2 days of purchase.

                I have raised a return request on 2nd day and it's been 20 days I didn't get any further inputs from team.

                I want the replacement of this product as soon as possible.

                    We have been delivered another person's TV from ekart logistics And we did not even know about this, now when we know, we talked to the flipkart service, they are not giving us any sure solution... nor are accepting the replacement request while hiding the mistake of the ekart delivery person. & bothering us, increasing our stress. My father's income is very less, I bought two TVs worth Rs 22000 from flipkart i.e. Rs 44000 total, Those two TVs were delivered but we got one TV wrong. Delivery person gave us the TV purchased by another customer. We talked to flipkart about this thing, so they can't help us right now, they are saying this. Why the customer should be punished due to the mistake of delivery BOy. And those two TVs have not even happened for a year and have started to deteriorate, so after the warranty period is over, if they get damaged, then how many times will we spend money and repair it?I want my TV, it is not that good, which has not happened even for a year and gets malfunction. we have been cheated on.

                    Flipkart punishing us for the mistake of Ekart. they are blaming us, Delivered someone else's TV to us and gave my TV to someone else. We are asking them for a month, they will not help us, they are saying that. And Flipkart concern team are refusing to give me TV of registered serial number on my number... They are playing with our emotion. Give me my money back or TV of the correct serial number should be given, we bought tv from FLIPKART.COM but i got tv of different serial number, Flipkart & ekart did fraud of rupees 22000/- with me. give me my tv or get my money back. Why are you punishing the customer for the mistake of yours(flipkart & ekart), my mental stress has increased because of you flipkart, if some health issues happened with me then it will be your responsibility flipkart. And also i request you guys(consumer help support team) to contact flipkart and ask them to solve my problem soon.

Although that was also a Tommy Hilfiger t shirt...But not that which I ordered. ...I had posted the both t shirt pics...Please take strict action against there Scam.

                        I had ordered a LG 22 inch Full HD LED Backlit IPS Panel Monitor (22MP68VQ) (AMD Free Sync) from flipkart on 23rd June 2021. The moment i set it up on my desk, i found it is not compatible to me since the monitor height doesn't correspond to my height causing more neck pain(i already have and that's the reason i made this order), forearm pain and pain in the fingers too the same day. I wanted to return this product to get the refund but only replacement is available. first time, when I reached out to them, customer care executive help me with the refund request but in 2 days it got rejected due to some unforeseen issue(Refund Rejected Refund ID:[protected]). Now when i try to make refund request again, they say only replacement is available. As it is understandable that replacement is not going to help me as the another piece same monitor will get delivered. For such cases, they should have an option/way for refund. I want full refund in return of the order.

                        Hello, what is the refund status? Has it been initiated? The technician visit was completed on 1st of July itself but I still can't see it reflected on Flipkart app. Please consider it a priority and update me.

                          Hi this sai, my order id is OD[protected].
                          On the date of, 14th jun '21, I'm placed HP 14s I3 10th GEN - (8gb/256 GB SSD/WINDOWS 10 HOME) with the amount of 35, 390.0/- the order number is OD[protected]. It was shipped on 14th jun, with EKART LOGISTICS ( FMPP[protected] ).It was delivered to me on 21st jun '21.
                          " I RECEIVED AN EMPTY BOX, THE LAPTOP IS NOT THERE INSIDE OF THE BOX ". On the time of delivery i'm asked the delivery person also " he said call to flipkart we can't do anything ". After that i'm raised a return requested from my end while selecting option ITEM MISSING.the return request is rejected on 23rd jun, without any proper resolution, on that day.
                          I'm raised the another return request on 23rd jun still there is no response from your end. I don't have the trust on flipkart I'm thinking flipkart will blocks my account that's the reason on 23rd june, I'm sended the legal notice on flipkart to your registered adress Bengaluru.
                          Please give my product to me, otherwise give my refund to me..
                          flipkart is doing fraud with customer, my account is also blocked by flipkart without any reason. i lost 35000.

                            It's really wrost service from installation team of chimney in surat, they did not updated any notes and not refund is back of installation fees, as product was detected and returned already.

                              I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                              Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                Ordered indo era kurta and palazzo set Rs.1179. We have received a wrong product on 28th June order id OD[protected], paid Rs.832 (as per the bill in the parcel). Contacted flipkart customer care team immediately and it was promised that there will be a replacement for the wrong product delivered and balance amount, Rs. 347 to be paid to the delivery executive. Delivery executive didn't accept and didn't replace. Now the replacement request has been cancelled and no resolution provided and case closed by flipkart cc. Called customer care again and call disconnected two times during the call by the executive rudely without providing any solution to my issue. HORRIBLE experience with flipkart

                                  I received an offer regarding one of the Levi's shoes that there is a huge price drop and I checked it on Google. Many websites that offer discounts and codes showed that. I clicked on that link and was redirected to the purchase page of Flipkart. I found the item at ₹600 MRP. I know that's way too low and sounds incorrect. However I got this on the page and was so excited. When I tried to make the payment, I realised that I can share this with my papa and friends too. I went back and took screenshot but when I proceeded with the payment option, it increased the price to ₹1300+ this time. Huge disappointment!

                                  Nevertheless to say, this was a bitter experience for me. I have been making purchase of thousands of rupees every month and you can check my order history too. However, I feel like been cheated this time. Please let me know what can be done to make the purchase at that discounted price. Please don't reply with a sorry or preaching about how website and offers work. I've already have enough of it by your team. Please adjust the price up to ₹600 or escalate this issue to your senior management.

                                  The price then went to 2100 and 2300 then again 1300 then again 1289 and so. It denied all my payment methods and didn't allow me to click on any unless the price went up. This is surely a fraud which encourages people to buy something by showing attractive items in their favorite and then loot them. Here's the screenshot for your reference. Thank God, I took this!

                                  I tried in browser as well as app and even re-installed it. I've contacted at least 10 times on call and the representative keeps asking me to wait for 24 hours and when I call again the next person asks me to elaborate my query again. This is so annoying and frustrating. Chat representative went unresponsive when I asked for the supervisor and same way the call lady was mute for 12 min when I asked to get me a senior person. She was insisting me to explain it to her at any cost. I know companies record every call. Go and hear the audio and see how pathetic your customer service team is. I wonder why I chose flipkart over other brands just because it was Indian. Please delete my account and resolve this issue. You have no idea how worst this issue can be for flipkart than it seems to be. I won't leave this matter this way now since I've been taken for granted for last 3 days. Had it been handled with proper response, I would've understood. Now, no chance...!!!

                                    I would like to inform you that I had ordered a bedside table from Flipkart (Order Id-OD[protected] which I have already paid for.This product was supposed to be delivered to me after about a month but the product was not delivered to my given address & my order delivered showing in the Flipkart app.Whose complaint I had filed in Flipkart on[protected], I was informed by the Flipkart executive that the matter would be resolved on[protected]but nothing has been done yet.
                                    flipkart has done fraud with me which should be investigated.
