I am not getting any help on order OD no. OD[protected]. I have ordered the Tommy Hilfiger Men Regular Fit Striped Button-Down Collar Casual Shirt; the order deliver on 13th July 2021. Within 5 mins I have opened the parcel and I was shocked to see that the parcel received is entirely different after that I called to Flipkart customer care with the help of Flipkart app and lodge a complaint regarding the same they assured me they will help further regarding same, mean while i have also send them pictures of that item which i have received but later on they cancelled my request of replacement for several time I requested for exchange/replacement constantly for seven (7) times but they cancelled the same, Now I want refund.

I have attached the pictures of that product in this complaint as well for reference purpose.

I have received an email from Flipkart with email id: [protected]@ncb.flipkart.com to share my personal Id issued by Govt. of India or State Govt. for their so called KYC.

To help you with your return request, please share a copy of either Aadhar (both sides) or PAN card by replying to this email within the next 48hours. Please ensure that the information on your photo ID should match the details on your recent order(s).
We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.
“I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account”
Here are a few tips to ensure a clear photo of the ID card:
• Place the ID on a dark surface
• Use sufficient, natural lighting instead of a flash. It's best if the photo is taken during the daytime- Take photo as directly above the ID as possible. Please ensure that your shadow does not cover your ID
• All four edges of your ID should be visible within the image
• All details on ID should be clear & legible

Is Govt. of India has given any right to E-commerce to take the personal details from their customers when I asked this question to customer care executive they replied me: We have the right to take personal Id proof from customer as per company’s policy.

Now I keenly want to know that for Indian consumers company’s policy is more valuable than Govt. Laws/policy's.

Please help me regarding the same.

            Not provide replacement for damaged product while shipping

            I purchased a Samsung 6.5 Kg Fully Automatic Top Loaded washing machine from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 09/07/2021 worth INR 13, 362.The order was delivered on the very next day i.e. 10/07/2021.

            At the time of placement of order, the demo & installation date was scheduled on 11/07/2021. Needless to say, the schedule was not followed by the Flipkart technicians and after a lot of follow up,...

              We requested for return only because the product received was not in good condition or not as per description. Your team does not accept all the requests right away you take rational decision and approve it.

              Do the needful to reactivate my account Also i have placed some orders which is still not delivered and i want my account back with active status

                Showing "Currently out of stock in this area" from past 2 months

                Earlier Flipkart was delivering products to our home. I was ordering through flipkart 5-6 times per month. My area pincode is 581351. but now from 2 months, all items are shown as "Currently out of stock in this area". I am worried now and not able use any offers. Now flipkart is not delivering to our whole district itself. (not to 581343, 581401, etc). I am regular and Flipkart p0lus customer, but not able to order from past 2 months....

                I have received damaged laptop on 3rd july 2021 and instantly raised return request on same day. But even after passing of almost 18 days, no proper resolution for replacement/refund is initiated neither by seller nor by flipkart.
                They are just raising new complaints and providing further investigation remarks after passing of 4-5 days of complaint and literally I feel harassed that i can't even return my product worth 50000rs even after 18 days of getting damaged item.

                  I got a different product, and is not the same in the picture (spec too). I placed a return on the same day it got delivered..and again.The return got expired twice.There is no action from there side.Now there is no portal for contacting them, because they say policy expired. I can't contact the flipkart customer care (no phone numbers, no support team for interaction). "The policy is Flipkart decide when to contact, or whom to contact, or No Service". No support pages are available except a dummy 24x7 support 'image' is available. Also No seller interaction too. Seller REES52ONLINE (flipkart assured).ODR: OD[protected]

How the Indian Government allow the eCommerce websites without even have a proper customer support?!!! ###The cheating is real###. Need some responsibility from the government side.

                        Hey Flipkart travel

                        Please look after the refund issue, it has been over 30 days and no valid response has been provided, every day I have to call customer care to take the update, In the past 30 days they miss 3 deadlines to solve my issue but still, no updates have been provided, every time I ask, they tell pls wait 24-48 hours, like these only 30 days passed no resolution has been provided, Forget Full refund as it was canceled from airlines side of which I have even shared the proof, they are not doing even the partial refund of which I am entitled to of. The service became so worse nowadays that my last deadline to resolve the issue was of 21st July 2021 10:30 Am, but passed and not a single mail or call came, and the delay occurs but still, no response came " that sorry for the delay please wait for another 24 -48 hrs " even that doesn't come simply everything stopped.

                          I have purchased 8 Split AC (Samsung 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter) on Flipkart dated[protected] under Maha Warranty offer.
                          Today Samsung service centers say this product is under warranty for 1 year only on parts. Where as in invoice and on flipkart it was clearly mentioned about parts warranty as 10 Years on Compressor, 5 Years on PCB, 5 Years on Condenser with 5 Years Free Gas Charge.
                          Now Samsung says ask Flipkart for the same.
                          I had mailed to [protected]@flipkart.com regarding same on 11-July-2021, but till now i didnt receive any response.

                          I have all the records of tax invoice, promotional scheme Maha Warranty offer on Flipkart etc.

                          Kindly take appropriate action to resolve this issue at the earliest or I'll have to go with Legal Action via Court.

                          1. AC was not cooling so i registered a complaint for support from samsung 2. On checking it was found that Gas Charge will be required. 3. Now after filling GAS by service guy from Samsung Service Center asks for GAS filling charges. It has already mentioned in invoice received from Flipkart while purchasing, that 5 year GAS charrge is free. Due to these offers (Maha Warranty) as displayed on Flipkart we bought 8 ACs, now if we get such issue for one AC it will be same for 7 others too. 4. I had raised the same query with Sampsung support, they say i must contact flipkart for the same as it was purchased from there only. I have all the tax Invoices received while purchasing, Screenshot of the offer wgich running that time. In tax invoice it clearly mentioned warranty on parts 10 years Compressor, 5 year PCB with 5 years free GAS charge, 5 years on condenser. If reuired i can mail all the documents for your confirmation. Even i had mailed at [email protected] but it was not delivered.

                            I ordered Real Me Airbus to Active Noise Cancellation from Flipkart on 29th June, which was delivered on 2nd July. After opening the delivery, we were sent a non brand product instead of real me a item, which I complained for refund and every day we are being asked to refund tomorrow day after day or three-four days, but not being done yet and.                                 Flipkart should pay more heed to their sellers. I bought a pack of 4 bras for an elderly lady which shows a listed price of 600 on Flipkart while the same bra shows a listed price of 450 on Amazon. The price isn't the issue but the difference in the two platforms is.
                                I bought it from Flipkart and now regret it. They are looting customers. I should have opted for Amazon.
