On July 8th, ordered "Maths Class 6 (Six Standard Textbook Ncert ) BY ABH Rohini (Hardcover, NCERT)" and the expected delivery date was 13th July. This order is been made due to a scheduled online exam for my KID Week Starting 12th July. On 13th July, received the "Science Class 8 textbook". Immediately, tried the return option, however, Flipkart APP shows only Refund. Asked for a callback and spoke to an associate, where he was also not able to help me. They say the seller does not have an option of replacement. My kid was not able to prepare because of the mess that has happened behind the screen. I have spent 1 hour trying to connect to Flipkart and they washed out their hand on this, blaming the seller. What kind of check, Flipkart has with regards to accurate shipping? What kind of responsible thet does Flipkart hold for ordering products through Flipkart? All i wanted is a replacement of correct order ASAP, as this is to do with studies and will have an impact on my Kid's exam result.

Updated by Thomas S On top of it, asked the Flipkart caller to transfer it to someone who can help me, but disconnected the call and not got a call back after that...

Updated by Thomas S In addition to it, when I tried reaching the Grievance Officer numbers, nothing was working. 1st number was switched off, 3rd number was incoming barred.
