1. AC was not cooling so i registered a complaint for support from samsung
2. On checking it was found that Gas Charge will be required.
3. Now after filling GAS by service guy from Samsung Service Center asks for GAS filling charges. It has already mentioned in invoice received from Flipkart while purchasing, that 5 year GAS charrge is free.
Due to these offers (Maha Warranty) as displayed on Flipkart we bought 8 ACs, now if we get such issue for one AC it will be same for 7 others too.
4. I had raised the same query with Sampsung support, they say i must contact flipkart for the same as it was purchased from there only.
I have all the tax Invoices received while purchasing, Screenshot of the offer wgich running that time.
In tax invoice it clearly mentioned warranty on parts 10 years Compressor, 5 year PCB with 5 years free GAS charge, 5 years on condenser.
If reuired i can mail all the documents for your confirmation. Even i had mailed at
[email protected] but it was not delivered.
We requested for return only because the product received was not in good condition or not as per description. Your team does not accept all the requests right away you take rational decision and approve it.
Do the needful to reactivate my account Also i have placed some orders which is still not delivered and i want my account back with active status
