    I ordered NIKE Revolution 5 Running Shoes for Men, for 3695 Rs on 11th August 2021, and the Order was Delivered to us on 14th August 2021. We tried the shoe and had Fitting issues hence packed it back immediately and filed a return. Today the Wishmaster came for the Return but rejected to take the product with him telling us that it does not contain the tag, but the product itself did not come with any tags and it was only taken out the box for 2 mins, and put back as it came in the box. I want to return the Product and get a full refund.

        I am trying to make a purchase using any credit card. I have used Flipkart many times before and amusing with other vendors (eg Amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (see attached screen print).
        Please advise how to clear this, so that I can make payments as before.
        I wish to make a purchase.

        I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 1 week later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem.

              I had ordered 2 products from Flipkart app Huskey Nova Lint 812 Lint Roller and Royalkart 1 Lint Roller with Cover 60 Sheet & 3 Refills 60 Sheets Lint Roller

              But unfortunately on 14 August, I received the below message from Flipkart that my product was delivered.

              I have been requesting Flipkart to share the seller details or at least request the seller to deliver the products
              I had done full payment of the products through UPI.

              The products are not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered. I get a fake delivery confirmation over email & SMS.

              When I did not receive the product on 14th August. I escalated the issue. Within an hour Flipkart updates the status of the orders on their website as 'delivered'.
              They just assure me that they will look into the matter & I get auto-generate dated mail mentioning
              That the issue will now be resolved till 19th August

              Flipkart just enquires from me that whether I got any call back from the seller. The seller had not contacted me anymore

              I am deeply disappointed with Flipkart has managed this order

              Till now the company has just escalated the issues
              They didn't do anything for resolution of issues

              They had not sent any email and they had also didn't share any phone number too

              Can you please help

                I ordered headphones that I got in damaged condition for which I placed a return request for that product.
                Flipkart customer care representative cancelled my return request even when they were saying techician is alloted. Now when I am trying to return it is saying not in return policy.
                I am very disappointed with Flipkart.

                      I had purchase this laptop name Acer Nitro Ryzen 5 Hexa Core 5600H on Flipcart. On 12th August I received this product. On the same day I unboxed it. After unboxing, immediately I power it on but it failed. I thought the battery inside the laptop might not be charged. So I connect the power adapter to the laptop and tried to power it on but it again failed. Even the battery indicator wasn't blinking. Without wasting my time I put my order for replacement on the same day. I called at customer care service they told me to wait for 24 hours and they will proceed my request but now It's been 3 days passed I haven't received any executive call from Flipcart. I tried to connect them multiple times but they are giving me the same answer. My replacement request is still in pending and I have only 4 days left before window close. Please do something as quick as possible. Buying such expensive product and at the end of the day you face such kind disappointment. Not expecting this kind of carelessness from such reputed ecommerce company. Please look into this matter.

                                I had really pathetic service from flipkart/seller with Order ID: OD[protected]. I received only 2 kg packet of Royal Canin cat food instead of 4 kg, I have raised the complaint on the date of delivery itself ie., 24 July but still there has been no follow up or resolution by flipkart.

                                Every time I request for help, I am asked to wait for 24 hours by flipkart executive and it has been 21 days so far and nothing has been done, Flipkart doesn't even care to give a call and I see every single time my issue is marked resolved with zero action taken.

                                This is really frustrating; I have been shopping from various ecommerce platform I have never faced such a pathetic service, Flipkart being a known platform in India its very heartbreaking that flipkart doesn't care once the sale has been made, weather the customer is receiving the correct product or not. I can't imagine what would flipkart would do if this happened with some expensive product.

                                  I ordered iphone 12 on 9 august 2021 during discount time, it was suppose to be delivered on 13 August unfortunately it was again delayed to 15 august on 13 August contacted to customer support they said mobile will deliver within 24 hour delay and tracking shows on 15 august and without notification today cancelled. Now i phone 12 price is increased as this is not my fault, please provide me the product with same price.It had already happened to me three times, What will i do with i phone 12 accessories and my hard earned money is blocked for 10 days. One led monitor delayed and cancelled automatically. I phone 12 delayed from third august to 10 august as during that time you offer i phone 12 same price and I cancelled previous order to buy the same product on ninth August.So, I lost around ₹12, 000 and money blocked for around 20 days and get nothing.So, kindly please solve this problem and return back the accesories or provide the i Phone offer price ( ₹72, 249) .If refund is completed demand to seller to deliver the product in your time and I will pay again.

                                    I regret to inform you that I was rejected intentionally by Flipkart HR ( Venkatesh) of kolkata regional head office. I am Sanjib Bhanja from Puri.I have applied for Data entry operator and I was selected for the same. On 25th of July I have given the virtual interview by video call by Mr Janardan and the very next day I got a call from regional head office kolkata. Mr Sudip Ghosh gave me confirmation on selection of my candidature.I was informed to go for the training as I was selected for the interview.I was waiting for the same.On 6th of August I have been called for the RTPCR test to Sum hospital which was around 70 kms from my home town.We have a batch of 50 candidate s.Everyone does the Covid test as we have to travel kolkata for training. My test reports are found to be nagative.On the very next day Mr Venkatesh rejected me without a valid reason and didn't pick up the call.He rejected 5 to 6 candidates without informing anyone.I was selected for Khurda location Odisha.Intentionally They rejected me and not even informed.My name was on the selection list.But They make it intentional and rejected my profile. Mr Sudip Ghosh was the regional head HR of Kolkata who gave me the confirmation on selection.But now nobody is picking up the phone and nobody is there to help.Please take a necessary action regarding this.I hope my matter will be solved. Please help.Mr Sudip Ghosh and Venkatesh are fully responsible for it, as they are recruitment HR. Mr Sudip Ghosh gave me confirmation on selection of my candidature.I was informed to go for the training as I was selected for the interview.I was waiting for the same.On 6th of August I have been called for the RTPCR test to Sum hospital which was around 70 kms from my home town.We have a batch of 50 candidate s.Everyone does the Covid test as we have to travel kolkata for training. My test reports are found to be nagative.On the very next day Mr Venkatesh rejected me without a valid reason and didn't pick up the call.He rejected 5 to 6 candidates without informing anyone.I was selected for Khurda location Odisha.Intentionally They rejected me and not even informed.My name was on the selection list.But They make it intentional and rejected my profile. Mr Sudip Ghosh was the regional head HR of Kolkata who gave me the confirmation on selection.But now nobody is picking up the phone and nobody is there to help.Please take a necessary action regarding this.I hope my matter will be solved. Please help.Mr Sudip Ghosh and Venkatesh are fully responsible for it, as they are recruitment HR.                                         I have ordered Hp Pavilion Gaming Laptop on 25th July, order id-OD[protected]. I recieved it on 27th July. After using it for a week I found out that the battery is not charging, so I contacted HP support team. An onsite engineer inspected the product and said the battery is defective, so he submitted the product for DOA( deficient on arrival). On 7th August I recieved the DOA certificate from HP and they told me to return the product to seller with the DOA certificate and they'll send the replacement.

                                        After that I've contacted Flipkart many times for scheduling a return but they are saying we'll contact you and do nothing.

                                        I really hope Flipkart to look into the matter and resolve it quickly.

                                        I have a DOA certificate which clearly states that the product is defective and should be replaced by the seller. It is issued by HP itself. I have total legal rights to ask for a replacement. The brand itself mailed Flipkart regarding the confirmation from the brand's side to replace the product.
