I ordered 1 carrom board and Solar motion sensor light. Because of quality issue i returned both the items. But its already 20 days, they didnot refunded the money....

I have received a completely dead product ( Mi Smart Band 4 ) which is not turning on & even not
charging on 8th April .So, I raise a refund request for this product on 9th Apr. Flipkart customer care executive will tell me to do some troubleshooting steps . I followed all the steps carefully but this product is in same dead condition. In flipkart App showing CALL WITH EXECUTIVE EXPECTED BY 10TH APR. but No one from Flipkart Concern...

I ordered my phone on 12th april. It reached my nearest hub on 15th april and rather than going for out or delivery the product has been transferred back to the starting point, where it says the product has been dispached from the seller location

how can my product return to my sellers locaton if it had reached nearest hub to me...
