Deficiency by Flipkart in rendering services to its customers !!
Very BAD experience...NOT HAPPY with the SERVICES of Flipkart!

Order was booked day before yesterday and when the delivery guy called me at around 10:10 pm, I guided him my route to my residence, but he never turned up. After sometime I found my order has been cancelled.
Flipkart before arbitrarily cancelling my orders didn't bother to intimate me of their action nor enquire about the veracity of the story.
On calling customer service, I was told that they don't have control over their logistics support and no relief or no resend could be initiated once cancelled.
Therefore, I would urge people to exercise caution before venturing yourselves to such e-comerce company like Flipkart as they will just shirk their obligations/responsibilities when their interest is hampered without relief to its customers, whatsoever.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by somdebasish No action has been taken nor relief to the aggrieved customer has been initiated by arranging to resend those items being cancelled.
