Hi there,

This Complaint is regarding My Order ID OD[protected] Placed on 2nd June 2021 and for Unavoidable Logistics Reason The order could not get delivered on tentative date (7th Jun 2021) and Order was Cancelled.

Refund Request was placed on same date with tentative refund on 23rd June 2021 resolution

On 15 Jun 2021 @ 11:30Am Recieved a charge request for order value Rs 11230 same as my refund value was declined by bank as card was turned off for Online TXN(ScreenShot Attached) instead of refund they try to charge my IDFC credit card.

Conveyed to Customer Care but totally clueless about anything.

Please Revert at the earliest for the same.

I recieved a groceries with in one packet of opened sealed of product and it seems it bitten up by rat. Its been 8-9 days since flikart picked up my packet and asked me that i will receive refund but till today no refund credited of 70 rupees .

Multples calls and email attempt but all in vain.
They disconnect our call everytime after putting call on hold and when we mailed them they are not replying . Ticket everytime they put under resolve without providing resolution. I want comsumer complant to take immidiate action against that harrasment and get my money refund urgently. Zero support m getting here by flipkart. Please Target complaint to or more higehr levels

I'm a loyal customer of flipkart since 2015. And I'm Flipkart plus member since 3-4 years. On Thursday June 10th 2021 my flipkart account has been blocked and I'm not able to login into it. Without any reason any mails or any calls they have blocked my account . I have contacted customer service and via mail but there is no such response from support team.
After 2 days I received a mail saying that "We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been canceled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account".
Most of products nearly 70-80% are delivered to my home address and you can check in my order section .All meant for my own personal use and my friends relatives and cousins.And I'm not a reseller too.pleaee check and help me out.

Deficiency by Flipkart in rendering services to its customers !!

Very BAD experience...NOT HAPPY with the SERVICES of Flipkart!

Order was booked day before yesterday and when the delivery guy called me at around 10:10 pm, I guided him my route to my residence, but he never turned up. After sometime I found my order has been cancelled.

Flipkart before arbitrarily cancelling my orders didn't bother to intimate me of their action nor enquire about the veracity of the story.

On calling customer service, I was told that they don't have control over their logistics support and no relief or no resend could be initiated once cancelled.

Therefore, I would urge people to exercise caution before venturing yourselves to such e-comerce company like Flipkart as they will just shirk their obligations/responsibilities when their interest is hampered without relief to its customers, whatsoever.

Hi, I am unable to order LG Wing mobile on Flipkart. My pin code is 411038 & it says product can't be delivered to my pune address. What ever pincode I chose like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata or chennai, it's saying that unable to deliver. I think it's inappropriate and something is wrong. I ordered Iphone 11 worth 45k and got Redmia 9A is in box which different address on invoice and different order number.
It was a packaging mistake from seller and they put wrong label on wrong box. The order which i received according to inbox invoice is cancelled.

I am raising request from day of delivery (23rd April 2021)but no resolution is provided by flipkart team,

I have ordered a product through flipkart since 29th may 2021. And I have paid the amount for the product through by Google UPI. But the product has yet not been delivered. And they keep extending the dates to resolve the problem. The customer care service is the worst. I want my money to be refunded into my bank account. Kindly, reply to this subject.

Ordered Motorola 1.5 ton AC from Flipkart. It has been installed in the hall. The hall area would be somewhere between 150 and 200 sqft. We turned on AC for 3 hours with 16 degrees Celsius and turbo on, the ac doesn't cool the hall. We were using a windows ac earlier. That was cooling the room where it was installed and also reducing the temperature of entire house if we run it for long time.
The installation folks from jeeves are not knowledgeable. They told the following things when we complained that the hall is not getting cold:
Window AC is more powerful than split ac.
Hall space can be the issue.
The weather is hot outside.
Running on turbo will damage the compressor.

The AC did not have any plastic cover when it was taken out of the box.

The technicians have visited twice. They don't seem professional. First day they told everything is fine. Today, they accepted that there is cooling issue. They are blaming the product company telling this AC has lot of complaints. But in the end he mentioned the AC can be fixed but cannot be returned. I don't want a defective product. I simply want to return this. I don't want a replacement. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way everything was handled by flipkart. I reported the issue the next day after the product was delivered. They told me the issue will be resolved and today they cancelled return request. It's already 14th june. I want this to be resolved.

I created a Flipkart account some years back and given the email id which I was using back then. But now I forgot the email id password and I am unable to recover the account because the phone number which I had given in recovery details of Gmail, I am not using it now because that phone is lost. And when I try to change the email id, it sends otp to both the email ids and I'm unable to change it because of this problem. Please help.

before lockdown i purchase a mob but due to incomplete accessories i replace order and after many contact i cancel the order but till date no one response me, what can i do, go to lodge a complaint in consumer forum

I bought a realmwtv from flipkart on June 4th and the installation date selected was yesterday but they did not came to install the TV.

I ordered Boat 5W speaker from flipkart but recived speaker of 5W but with a different brand ( Tablepro MG2) . So I put a return request on the same day but it was cancelled by flipkart citing the reason that necessary documents were not uploaded .
So I requested return once again and did chat with customer support but they are asking for my aadhar card to proceed return request which is nowhere mentioned in flipkart return policy, also against Supreme Court of India guideline regarding Aadhar uses. So why should I upload my Aadhar card ? I am ready to give all the product related details but Aadhar details asking is legally, morally and ethically wrong .
So I just want to return my product as per flipkart return policy in which nowhere mentioned about Aadhar card .
Please help me otherwise I have to opt some legal means .

I had ordered a smart watch worth 19000/- inr and when delivered, I found the box was tampered with, seal was broken and packing was tampered.
On opening the box found out that the watch was replaced with some cheap watch . I have filled for the return . I want my product to be returned .
This is pure case of fraud .

The amount hwas debited from my bank account (hdfc bank application) chq./ref. No. [protected].
Now from the past 40 days the bank and flipkart both arent helping me with my money back. Bank say go to flipkart, and flipkart say go and contact your bank.Kindly look in to the matter.
