    Dear Sir, I got a parcel delivered on 25th May whose value was 7999 and I got its return, whose return was canceled on 27th May and then that return request was canceled from your place and till now I have no relation I have contacted you many times I have talked to you people many times today the date has become 12, in so many days I have neither got any reservation nor have I got any result, I am being told this every time I call To wait 24 hours, I am waiting for so many days, in today's date I want reservation otherwise I am going to file a case in consumer court during AAP

      I'm very Disappointed with your Customer service and Product Delivery.
      I have ordered Moto G10 Power, June 3rd, 2021. Actual Delivery Date is 8th June 2021.
      On 8th June Morning stating that your order will be delayed and will be delivered before 14th June.
      which is not at all acceptable, we planned this for a Birthday gift and plan to present on 9th June 2021.
      As soon as I got a message stating that Order would be delayed, I tried to call customer care and one of your agents heard all my story and placed the call Hold for a while and said that due to some technical issue we were unable to check. She requested me to give a Request again.
      The 2nd time I called again after some time with no proper response, when I checked the FM ID order placed in the Kolkata Retail store, I'm based out of Coimbatore. when customers place the order this should reach a nearby retail store[Coimbatore or Bangalore], that does not at all happen in FlipKart.
      Hence again i have reached your customer care to explain all my story and then they agree to transfer to the Escalation Team.
      One your colleague from Escalation Team pick the call and told again all my story, He said that complaint already registered and we will deliver as much possible. I have said that I am very disappointed with your service and agent on the call.
      However there is no use if the phone is delivered, hence i have requested him to compensate either by discount. He said that we noted all these points and will get an update by 11th June 2021.
      Till now no update, also my order in the same stage today, when i was placed the order on June 3rd 2021.
      Please note that They will keep me updated on 11 June 2021, but that also did not happen, they sent an email to give you an update on 12 June 2021.

        I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number to which I do not have access now.

        The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I do not have acces to it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

          Hello Team, I have been running behind you guys for providing the installation service for the TV which I purchased from your online platform www.flipkart.com. I didn't buy it to keep it inside the box. Its been 3 days already and the promised time frame has been exceeded.

          Your call support team is also clueless regarding when it will happen and Jeeves, your installation service provider is also claiming that they have no update.

          If you guys really care about your users, then fix this ASAP!!

                The final resolving date for a refund issue reported for the above order is getting postponed multiple times. After reporting the complaint a ticket is raised & a estimated resolving date is given. The day before resolving date the query is closed with a comment based on your discussion w/o a single call made.

                It is interesting that instead of the original complaint the resolving technique is annoying more.

                Multiple mails & calls were made on the matter but the result is nill . Hope this will find the concerned in charge.

                    Dear sir
                    I Devadasu, ordered LG Washing machine through flipkart order no. OD[protected] on 21st may by paying Rs.28, 200, flipkart given the delivery time on 31 st may 2021, but the delivery agent not delivered my item on that day, i contacted flipkart customer care they extended delivery time as 05th june and they provided delivery agent contact number, i contacted delivery agent to deliver my item and he denied to deliver and told that your item cannot be delivered as flipkart closed your Run sheet. I waited till 5th jun but again they not delivered on that day again i contacted flipkart again they extended delivery time 10th june, again 11 th june, again 12 th june and again now 16 june, i am unable to understand why this delay by flipkart and they are showing very negligence. Today i requested them to cancel my order and refund my money, it is also not allowing to cancel my order and it is showing the error as that your order cannot be cancelled as your item is under non returnable item. I am unable to understand, why flipkart is not delivering my item though i paid full amount and also it is not giving my amount back, Due to flipkart i suffering much in my day to day works and depressed .kindly help me and do justice to me. The customer care center people are not answering properly and disconnecting my calls without any resolution and extending my time again and again, I want my amount fully back along with interest and penalty and damage charges for inturupting my services and my time. amount.THANK YOU VERY MUCH 🙏

                          Hi,
                          I have ordered LG wing ( AURORA GREY, 128 gb),
                          order id : OD[protected]
                          on 24th April 2021 and it's delivered on 26th April 2021. The pack i got was intact and after inserting sim i noticed that the signal strength is very low. I tried it with other operator sim. Then i also the signal is very weak, then the device started heating without any use. Then it's confirmed that the device i got is having complaint. I have given request for a return and replacement. Its the very bad experience that i have faced in flipkart. Even today is june 11 i havent got the technician visit. They are not even bothered about the situation iam racing. Its a total amount of 29999 phone. Its more than one month i have kept the phone in box, unable to use it. Now its seen that the flipkart has cancelled the return without any call or anything. I will go legally regarding the issue happened to me.

                          Please do needful to get my phone replaced or i need the full amount refunded.

                            Issue is not resolved yet how can seller disqualify my account, issue would
                            be resolved only if i am able to play again.you need to do further
                            processing with seller otherwise this wont work. On other online shopping
                            platform such problems are not seen.flipkart's services for costumer are
                            really poor. This is such a bad impression over your costumers.i have
                            mailed alot and yet the problem is not solved. Neither i have multiple

                              I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
                              It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
                              And provides an option to go back to game zone.

                                  I have purchased a cricket bat from Flipkart through online last 25 days back. That time bat looking very nice on the outer part. Last two days before, the bat handle grip was teared. Now only I could see the broken handle is covered by the grip. This is not a not good business. Kindly provide the product in the finer way. You should not sale this kind of products to the customers.
                                  Better you can refund the amount.

                                    I ordered Asus vivo book laptop from flipkart which was delivered on 4th June 2021.The product was faulty so placed a replacement request. But it is showing replacement date to 22nd June 2021 which is too long. Talked to customer support but they did not help much. This is a pathetic service.

                                      Dear Team, I have bough the VU TV from flipkart. I bought extended warranty for it from flipkart which is promoted by flipkart with pride. The TV is not working properly since Dec 2020. I raised the concern with Jeeves and flipkart and they are sending executive at my place. The executive asks to replace some part which takes a month for arrival then half a month for fixing it. It has been fixed 2 times till now and again I have the same issue. So I dont want to repair of the product instead I need refund for my TV or new working TV.

                                        Hello, my Flipkart account bearing the email id: [protected]@gmail.com have been giving me a problem with changing my contact info.. a few years back I lost the number that I use to register my Flipkart account but that number is now assigned to somebody else which I learned from the telecom operator but as I need to update the contact info in my profile I need to change my phone number as they can access my account with the number and OTP. that's why I was trying to change my contact info but Flipkart is insisting on sending OTP that's been sent to the old number which is in the possession of someone else. therefore I would like to change my Flipkart contact information for security reasons.
