    You guys have blocked the flipkart pay later account. When your orders are delivered late due to your internal issues then we wait for a long time specially due BBD. Now just because of delay in payment you guys blocked the facility. I am a plus customer and being shopping for a long time now. Payment was delayed due to pandemic. I need the pay later account to be unblocked ASAP.

    We would like to inform you that the ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ option has been disabled permanently by the financing partner as the payment for the outstanding amount was not done on time. You can continue to shop on Flipkart for your favourite products by using other payment modes like prepaid and cash on delivery (based on availability).

        On 8th June 2021 I have contacted flipkart customer care for requesting to change my old mail id: Vignesh.[protected]@gmail.com liked to flipkart account with my new mail id: vm.[protected]@hotmail.com Because I have no longer access to my old mail id I have mentioned above. They told me send one mail from your new mail id with attaching my ID proof to [protected]@flipkart.com with in 24 hours. Till now i have not receve any response from flipkart and my mail id also wasn't changed! I request to take necessery action as soon as possible, each and every mail including order confirmation also sent to that old mail ID.

          I pre ordered Playstation 5 with Astor’s Playroom worth ₹49990 on 17 May and they cancelled my order on June 7 without even taking my consent and on their page it is showing that I ordered a cancellation but I didn’t do that. And now they are not doing anything to resolve this, I would like either for my product to not be cancelled and they deliver and if they are doing so after torturing me for this long they should at least pay some compensation or any fine so that they do not do this again to others.

            I ordered a perfume on flipkart on 27th may and it was promised to be delivered by 5th june. I waited till 6th june and contacted helpline to which i got information that product will be delivered before 10th but we will try for early delivery. I requested them that this is a gift to a friend who is leaving city soon so please do the needful.

            I've been following up everyday since then and even today i called them and they promised to deliver it by 10th. Now suddenly they cancelled order and just refunded amount, wasting 14 days of my time. I could have bought this item from another place instead, if i was informed about this earlier. Now all my time is wasted. I agree due to covid deliveries may get delayed by a day or two but making customers wait for days and finally cancelling the product is not acceptable.

                Acount name arti t, have ordered a panasonic mixer grinder which i received daged, i complained about it they ur employees assured me for a replacement by 8th june.and the product pickup till 3rd june.
                Now the harrasment begins, one man came for a pick up but did not picked it up as he was not having vehicle, told me he will come back later.so many times i message and called ur site employees no ine was able to give me a perfect answer.just assuring me mam wait till 8th june now today the girl told me to wait till 11 june.
                I messaege them that i[censored] dont have replacement that just refund the amount.
                One more harrassment is the site is saying that ur return period is over.
                Its the fault o[censored]r site how can i be responsible for the period is overv.
                Kindly look into this matter.
                It a total faliue by ur side and a financial and mental harrassment i am facing due to telling again an again the same story to ur employees is uncountable.

                  Actually we have taken whirlpool washing machine from flipkart.
                  Its has been delivered on 1st of June. They had given date of 8th June but till time no one had came for installation and now got a message that installation had been cancelled. Without any information how can they cancel and till now we didnt even got a call from demo person. Is this way flipkart will behave with customers need immediate response.

                      On 4th June 2021 i ordered a Realme buds 2 wired headset and I paid it via paytm wallet (599 rs), on 7th June I got message that the item was out for delivery and on 11:25AM I got a missed call from delivery boy that time I was not able to pick up the call because I was in tuition and on11:28 AM I got a message that your item was delivered but neither I received the item nor my family . I was shocked because it was my first online payment that I collected to buy the earphone .

                          I was unable to update my email ID, It Says that "Identifier already in use".
                          But my current email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.I want to update my email ID from [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@gmail.com.

                          Because when i tried logging in with Email ID [protected]@gmail.com it redirected me to sign up page saying this email id is not registered.

                          Kindly assist me and help me on this issue.

                            I bought Tajmahal Rich and flavourful tea of 250gm each of 4 packs i.e., 1kg, from Flipkart e-commerce website. When i searched it on the Google it shows 185 rupees of 250gm. When it calculated by 4 it costs about 740+ delivery charge. And Flipkart charged me with cost of 996.00 rupees. When i want to see the price tag on the box it's hided in dark black which is criminal offence under CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT. Hope you clarify my query.

                                The issue is I received my Washing Machine on 2nd June. I received a call
                                from the installation team that they won't come to install as my address is
                                very far from their office. I raised a concern with the customer care team
                                who falsely assured that the installation would be done by 5th June 2021. No one called or came for installation.

                                Then I called them again on 5th June 2021, they are now giving me a new date i.e. 8th
                                June 2021. Again, no one called or came for installation. Sheer negligence.

                                Is this the way a Flipkart plus member should be treated?
                                Above that, I cannot cancel the order and request for refund since it's an
                                issue with the installation.

                                      I have placed an order with flipkart for a mask during covid times. The order number is OD[protected]. This was marked as delivered while I did not receive it. I have raised a complaint immediately and been following up for two weeks with no resolution from flipkart side. The issue I raised in their helpdesk is also marked as resolved and no way to reopen the case or escalate it.

                                        Hello I have requested for replacement of my product received on 1st June 2021,

                                        Replacement approved by seller but pickup failed on 5th June then I requested again same day send then before the approval pickup was done by ECom express delivery on 7th June later on 8th June morning I received a message seller has approved your replacement. And now the status of pickup not showing in my order details even no tracking id is provided. I'm too worried and I think this can be a fraud with me. Please help me...
