Dear Flipkart,
Please train your customer service executives and delivery boys .
On Friday my phone was picked up, the delivery boy who had come has taken advantage of my 80 years old grandmother being alone at home, and stolen a Bluetooth headset which he filled her by saying it came with the package .
The pickup date was marked as 9th July, but the delivery executive came on 8th July itself when I was not at home .
I raised the complaint with Flipkart and requested them to kindly return my earphones, and have been kind enough at every step, even though they are all partners in this theft, today a lady from Flipkart had called me and spoke very rudely and told me that it was my mistake that the theft happened, and she told me to do what ever I want .
She told me I was using bad language cause I told her that the delivery boy was a thief, I hope Flipkart has the access to all the call recordings, so they can confirm on the same .
She told me to call the delivery boy directly and tell him to give it back.
Dear Flipkart I kindly request you if you have any ethics kindly return the headphones.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
