Hi team,
I have received my order APPLE iPhone 11 on 04 May 2021, after unboxing I see a message prompting in the phone "Unable to verify this iphone has a genuine apple battery". So I took the phone to the Apple Authorized service center, they did the diagnosis and band denied the service as its not a genuine product and they asked me to contact the seller for the replacement, as its not a genuine product. I have shared Jobsheet with the flipkart as requested

I have raised a return request on May 6th, technician visit is promissed on May 14th, but it didn't happen. When I check with the flipkart support, they said will give a resolution on May 16th, it then extended to May 19th, then to May 23rd and now to 26th, it's going on.. Due to the technician visit is getting delayed, the replacement is getting delayd...
Can you please help me on this... am following with the flipkart support for the past 1 month, made more than 50 calls...
