Ordered a pulse oximeter, got a dumb watch with no pulse oximeter, fake heart rate monitor that can find heartbeat of paper and spelling date wrong on display.
Refunds never received but they claim it landed on my account.

          I had a voucher gifted by my company and expired on Jun 8th 2021 and im trying to redeem on Jun 13 th could some one help me extend this
          for one day .

            Pathetic service from flipkart grocery. They think customers are dumb. Even after 15 days of placing order for essential items the order is still pending to be delivered and on every estimated delivery date I get a msg postponing the delivery to further date. Now if I ask the customer care, they ask me to wait for few more days. How long to wait for essential products like oil and ghee. When requested to cancel the order and arrange for refund, they say they can't do it from their end. They ask me to reject it when the delivery happens. So who is responsible for the delivery of products and who will refund my money? Such a shame on your service.

                I have Pay Later Limit with Flipkart. My Flipkart account was hacked on 21st May & 22nd May & fraudusters placed order for Anti virus softwares worth Rs. 6242/- by mis using my Pay Later Limit. I had contacted customer care team of Flipkart on 21st & 22nd May but they have not reversed the charges. Moreover, now they have charged late payment charges for Rs. 600/- till date.

                I have filed complaint with Cyber Cell also which is under processing. And also requesting Flipkart through e-mail to reverse the amount of fraudulent transactions but Flipkart has not reversed the same.

                I would like to mention here that Flipkart's cyber security for customers account is very week. Any one can hack your account & get access to sensitive information from your account as was done in my case.

                Flipkart has not redressed my complaint. IN fact, they don't want to reverse the wrong charges levied due to failure of their customer team to investigate the matter when I 1st reported the fraudulent transaction on 18th May'21. After that, there were another fraudulent transactions on 21st May & 22nd May in which my Pay Later Limit was misused by Rs. 6242/-. Flipkart has also charged late payment charges of 600/- on this amount & further threatening to levy penal charges.

                I have sent letter to Flipkart's registered office address of Bengaluru by speed post & received by them on 2nd June;21 but not replied till date. Further my e-mails at grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com on 6th june, 9th june, 13th june & 20th JUne are not replied till date which is clear volition of CCPA(e-commerce) Rule;2020. According to said Rules, E-Commerce company has to respond within 48 hours. In fact, Flipkart don't want to commit in writing . That's why, their customer care team is calling at my mobile again & again. In fact, I have talked to their customer care team on 18th May when 1st time fraud was reported then again from 21st to 24th May. Every time, I was asked to deposit the amount of fraudulent transaction.

                Moreover, Flipkart has no 2 steps verification login process to secure customer account as is being done by other e-commerce companies. Any Hacker can access your account by OTP received in your mobile. Your all sensitive data like saved credit card/debit card details, your addresses, Date of Birth are compromised. This sensitive data can be mis- used in future also. Who will take responsibility for that ??

                Therefore, Flipkart must take take responsibility for lapses by their team due to which my account was hacked on 21st & 22nd May even though I have brought the 1st fraudulent transaction to their notice on 18th May'21.

                So, Request Flipkart to reverse the charges, cancel my Pay Later Limit & deactivate my account

                Highly regrettable, there is no response from Flipkart. My Flipkart account was hacked Ist on 18th May, 21st May & then on 22nd May. I immediately informed Flipkart customer care on 18th May & then on 21st May & 22nd May;21. Flipkart customer care team should have blocked my Pay Later Limit account on 18th May itself when I first reported the matter . But Flipkart failed to secure my account & my Pay Later account have unauthorised transaction for Rs. 6252/-. Now, to further harass me, Flipkart team has charged 600/- as late payment charges & daily I'm receiving sms/ e-mails & telephonic calls threatening me to further levy penal charges.

                So, Once again request Flipkart to reverse the charges. Otherwise, I would have no option then to file case in consumer court for mental harassment & deficiency in service.

                  I have purchased Samsung F62 mobile phone on 27th May 2021 and from the same day i am facing overheating problem .It was ordered through flipkart on 19th may 2021 .I raised the issue on the very next day and requested for the refund for the same since it had no replacement option available. Flipkart considered the issue and after the tech visit I got a message that your return request is rejected. it can't be used without headphone as it is heating so much.I am a Fipkart plus member .I am purchasing around Rs 1 lakh on flipkart per year so I expect you will consider my grievance as soon as possible.

                  I had purchase Sumsung mobile F 62 online through Flipkart received on 25.07.2021, this mobile over heatig and touch problem and I have replacement complaint to Flipkart on 27.07.2021. I have waiting for 5days not check the techcian and I had call customer care I asked to flipkart person what about replacement? He said that they will be reached a few days. But I have asked to flipkart person my product will be refund not replacement. he said that first of you cancelled replacement and next 1 or 2 hours will show refund option. I had replacement cancelled, next I have wait 1 and 2 many more hours 24 hours but not shown the refund option. Again I have call to Fliptkart customenr care, another person tell that once you cancelled replacement, no chance to refunded. I said that to customer care person your person tell that I did the cancelled. (My voice and flipkart person voices recording at flipkart customer care.) and I have fight to flipkart when they have my product returned option given one week back still not replacement. Daily Icall to customer care they said will concerened tomorrow. I have provide me and flipkart answers.
                  Kinldy correct justice from you and my mobile reiplacement .

                    I have ordered a mobile phone on flipkart on 8th june. The item reached cochin hub, ie the place of delivery location on 9th june. Even after 4 days the item is not delivered. I contacted flipkart, but their reply is that the product will be delivered before the promised date of june 16th. But i dont understand as to why they are waiting for the promised date when item already arrived at the destination hub.

                        I have ordered one HP Pavilion Gaming Ryzen 5 quad core 3550h laptop from Flipkart & Seller was Petilante Online.
                        After 2days of the order its showing waiting for pick up only, and while I was ordering the Product the promised delivery date was within 4 days.

                        2 days already gone lets see how they delivers the product within rest 2 days.

                          Dear Flipkart grievance team,

                          I had purchased a Nokia 43" UHD TV from Flipkart, on 17th March 2021. The tv had started showing significant connectivity and sound issues within the first few months.

                          The service support technicians came and changed the entire motherboard. After changing the motherboard, premium apps like Amazon prime Netflix and zee 5 are not working at all.

                          I raised the issue with the Flipkart support, the social media team of Flipkart, however there is no resolution for the same since past 1 week.

                          Every time I contact the tech support, they tell me that they have assigned technician, please be patient, they will contact. However I have not recieved any updates. Upon contacting the technician from my end, they say that we have asked to the Bangalore office but they haven't responded to the mail.

                          Sir in 3 months of purchase I have reset rebooted formatted the device more than 10-15 times, sometimes the Google speak button stops working, sometimes the apps malfunction, sometimes there are sound issues, I am completely fed up with the product. Upon being extremely patient, I have not recieved any resolutions from any of the support team, hence I wrote a very stringent but honest review, which was censored by Flipkart review team.

                          I have been harassed by the service team for a week, I am unable to view the content that I have paid for. I am sending you the link to the tweets.

                            I had ordered a Bosch Mixer from Flipkart on 17th May, and i got my delivery finally on 11ty June. Infact i had already started paying my first Emi for the product the month before itself, but the product was delivered very late. I know the product could have been stuck somewhere due to lockdown. But atleast the company has the responsibility to inform the same to the customer rather than keeping mum. I tried calling Flipkart customer multiple times, buy the call will be disconnected in between.. so what ever happens please inform the customer on time what is happening...

                                Hi,
                                I ordered a sofa from flipkart of order ID OD[protected] on May 2nd 2021.it almost passed 40days and we didn't receive the product and the first EMI is also paid.We are calling customer care and there response is very bad since one month.They are delaying the issue everyday.The customer care is holding the call and disconnecting the call.one day they told us finally to cancel the order and will compensate a coupon of rs500.we just rejected it.we contacted them again but they didn't give any update regarding the order and the days passed .but they didn't give any update .on June 10th we got a call from flipkart they asked us to cancel the order.we said ok as we don't have any hopes .we are not able to cancel the order because it is from" Non returns " category.we called them again told the issue.the issue is very much delayed.
                                Please look in forward and solve the issue and the product is being delivered as soon as possible.

                                    I have order a book which have a delivery date 9/06/2021 on that day I didn't get my product.The product delivery was rescheduled for 11/06/2021 on that day also I didn't get my product.
                                    When I contact the customer service they just assured I will get that product before 7pm and I have called 7 times to customer service didn't resoved my issue yet

                                    On that day I this product most important and very high priority but I didn't get the ontime service assured by flipkart.

                                    But I didn't get the product on time and I have rise a call back issue but didn't get the problem solved yet

                                    I'm so much disappointed by this kind of service by flipkart.
