Its govind a general CUSTOMER of flipkart used to do shop from flipkart often and this time it is the worst experience ever with flipkart I'm being a plus member to them as well, actually I've ordered something for my friend and he got that order yesterday afterwards when he opened that parcel there seems to be a completely different iten from which we've seen over the Flipkart's shopping page, afterward i requested for the return and send them the exact image whatever I've gotten and still flipkart was asking for my personal details like photo id proof adhaar card, Pan card etc.. they were like if you will send these things to us then only we'll provide you the replacement. Idk which sort of CUSTOMER servicing is this asking for their personal details despite doing fraud to their CUSTOMERs. Now I'm gonna post it all over the social media so people will know how ### up they're...

Updated by Govind91 As i checked there is no such provision to provide id... During return and @flipkart is mentally harrassing me for this. Inspite of sending me this. Why you guys are mentally harrassing me for id...just to not give replacment / refund or you want to steal my personal data to sale it ?
@flipkart please either refuse for return / replacement or stop mental harasment on the name of ID .

Updated by Govind91 You guys have taken more than 72 hours to revert it back . And as i can see/check (after revising flipkart return policy as there is no such provision of providing Id proof during return by customer) my return request completely fulfills flipkart return policy as set by the Flipkart only. even then you guys are mentally harrassing me in the name of ID PROOF and all... Not proceeding the return request further, according to given timeline and flipkart's return policy this return should've been accepted by now,
As I'm completely dissatisfied from Flipkart consumer support as well as flipkart itself .
Its leading me to file this conflict at national consumer support so they can deal with this wisely. Also taking me further to deactivate my flipkart account.. as flipkart disappointed me a lot with their actions..

These ### are not giving any ### about it taken more than 72 hours not working according to their return policy, and after all this they are crossing their limits by going beyond their return policy and asking for such unnecessary details like an Id proof and all my order id is OD[protected]
