Placed an order on 1st of May, 2021 for an Acer Laptop that was supposed to be delivered on 4th May. On 4th May, I got an email stating I will receive it on 8th of May. I kept calling their customer service to cancel the order but to no avail. I was then contacted on 12th of May by their customer care team stating I should cancel the order and place a new order so I cancelled the order, thinking it has been cancelled and placed a new order.
To my surprise, the previous order didn't get cancelled, is still active and the new order on 14th May that I placed hasn't arrived yet either. So now I have 2 laptop orders, both active, both have EMIs running and I don't have a laptop. Their support team itself isn't able to cancel the order and mention at every call that I will be contacted by the back end team but the call never arrives.
As of 24th May, I have called them 26 times, chatted more than 50 times but the issues just persists.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by UtilityLimb I have received communication from FlipKart and they have committed a resolution on this. I will mark this complaint as resolved once my orders are cancelled and a refund is processed.
