I have orderd a jeans, on may5 .so they will be delivered it by may 11.but they cant deliver it on time.so they asked for time and am ok with that.then theu called daily and saying the product is delayed due to covid issues and am doen with it i said ok .but today the customer care lady called and say the product is returnrd itself.

As i order product from Flipkart on 2 may 2021 firstly i choose COD mode for payment so after that there was a option for paying online through upi on Flipkart app then i pay from there that was successfull but in the end when product is delivered to me the delivery person delivered my product on the basis of COD payment but i said him that i already payed for my product so he said that now i have delivered you product on the basis of COD now you have give me money then i had give him money.NOW I am asking Flipkart to refund my money which i payed to you through UPI but they didn't reply my yet its upto 14, days. Please help me so that my issue get resolved as soon as possible.

I've ordered a mobile on 18th may 2021, they showed the delivery on 20th may 2021, the mobile reached to my nearest hub mayur vihar but in the evening of 20 may i recieved a notification that my mobile will be delivered in next three days as it is dispatched to Bamnoli sort center.
Why is this taking time as i need that mobile urgently?

When I did previous recharge then 1 super coin equal to 1 rupees. I done dth and mobile recharge many times but every time 1 super coin equal to 1 rupee even after recharge giving extra coin back to me.
On 14 March 2021 I did recharge of 98 rupees but deduct 490 super coin. No information just msg your coin locked. No unlocked this when enquiry they said it was a scheme of 5 super coin equal to 1 rupees. It is a scheme or fraud. Do not any recharge on Flipkart you will suffer a lot.
Revert back my super coin and deduct from wallet or card.

I have ordered a product on flipkart on 14th May 2021, and the delivery of the same is on 20th may, that is today. The product has reached my city, Cochin, on 17th May 2021 and till now it is still there and they haven't contacted me . The product is still not out for delivery and I've waited till the promised delivery date.
Could you please tell me what is the delay and i need the product urgently .
The tracking ID of the product is in the screenshot attached with this mail .

Ive been your customer for a long time and have never faced this kind of an experience ever. This is very unprofessional that you even dont have a contact number for your Motherhub Cochin . Kindly escalate this issue to the relevant persons and expedite the reply

I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.my old mobile number was [protected] and my new mobile number is [protected].

The product received had technical issue then on the same day i raised a replacement request which has been done, but when i received the product was physically damaged so again on the same day i raised a refund request but the problem is with the support system of Flipkart that they are telling us to verify the image of the product but we are sending them whenever we contacted the customer support they always said please wait for 24 hr it will be updated but there is no progress in the process and last time they cancelled our refund request due to no image verification.
I am feeling helpless because my money was stuck and there is no progress in the refund application.

Please Help me.
