I have ordered a product on flipkart on 14th May 2021, and the delivery of the same is on 20th may, that is today. The product has reached my city, Cochin, on 17th May 2021 and till now it is still there and they haven't contacted me . The product is still not out for delivery and I've waited till the promised delivery date.
Could you please tell me what is the delay and i need the product urgently .

Ive been your customer for a long time and have never faced this kind of an experience ever. This is very unprofessional that you even dont have a contact number for your Motherhub Cochin . Kindly escalate this issue to the relevant persons and expedite the reply
