I have already called flipkart CUSTOMER care 20-30 times, escalated the issue and registered complaint. According to me all these things are just for eyewash
I ordered iPhone xr on 5th may, it reached nearest delivery hub on 11th 5am. It was usually meant to be delivered at that date, but i got a message saying it will take another 3 days, then at evening it was shipped to mallur for no reason, i called multiple times, but noone gave explanation, then it went to banglore and came back to nearest hub (14th), and again a message came saying it will take another 3 days for delivery. This time i got furious and shouted at the CUSTOMER care representative, finally they escalated the issue, but that person also said wait for 3 days. I feel like 'couldn't i read what is written on tracking website', they say the same thing written on the website, total waste. When i shouted at the escalated team also, she said this is a problem of ekart and they can't do anything, this time i felt like 'if they couldn't solve the issue as it is the fault of ekart, why the ### all the 25 people who called did not say that and instead assured me.
And today 14th is the last date for delivery, and they have again extended 4 days to 28th. "Am I looking like fool". This is not a small thing to leave, its a high value product and iam concerned.
I couldn't find anyway to contact ekart.
If the problem is not solved within today, I won't cancel like an ###, i will do CONSUMER COMPLAINT against flipkart (in govt website), its an easy process than calling flipkart team. This is not the first time iam facing issues with flipkart, but everytime i sacrificed, not this time,
