I ordered the product on 1st May for which delivery date was provided to me as 13th May, while before purchase it was showing that it will get delivered in 2days. Even though I thought let it get deliver on 13th May.

Till 13th May I didn't saw any progress in delivery, and at last got msg that delivery will get more delay. I just thought to support with situation, and wait for few more days, then further escalated the issue on 17thMay for which resolution date wad 21sy May. But again I didn't got any response on 21st May. Just got few msgs that, we are trying to reach you but unavailable, which was all fake, I saw that call came for just milli-second not even a second with one ring, is this am I was expecting.

Agai I raised the issue, for which resolution date is 26thMay now. Just I want to know by saying two words Covid & Lockdown, does it help customer to know actual reason of delay. While I am getting delivered with other non-essential things at my door-step in this covid &lockdown period, then why this specific item is not getting delivered .

If Flipkart have all information of registerd seller, then why team is not contacting to seller and trying to find the actual root cause irrespective of covid.

How much more time is it going to do deliver.

Today is 6th-Jun-21, and seller has no any issue to take a new order. If seller can accept a new order, then why there is no any change in delivery status of item purchased one month back, why there is xcuse of covid and lockdown. Is this covid and lockdown is not for new purchased items. Why Flipkart is not supporting me and taking action against seller.

More than that, there is wrong update of delivery info while purchasing, it shows that it will delivered by tomorrow, means in only one day. If item can get deliver in one day from date of purchasing, then why my delivery is delayed from last one month and status is not yet shipped.

For all this delay and wrong info I got suffered a lot, I had call multiple times to Flipkart service but didnt got any sevice or resolution. For the same Flipkart has to pay the penalty of double cost of the item. And that cost will be any excluding offers .

    I am Rayan a customer of flipkart, on 06 June 21 12:09 pm, i received a call from agent, she was so rude on call, she insulted me, i didn't said any bad words, i asked not to repeat the same scripted lines, she yelled at me, and said "learn how to speak" and disconnected the call, i said to no disconnect but she disconnected, even after that i did not received any email for feedback, its my request to kindly listen to the call recording and take needful action against that agent, i have mentioned the incident and order id for the reference.
    This behaviour from a agent of flipkart is not at all acceptable.

      I have ordered a poco x3 phone on the 4th of june 2021 and received
      the unit the very next day, on asking the delivery boy i came to know
      that they have this unit stock at their end,
      On switching on the phone after charging, i find this heating very
      quickly with minutes o[censored]sage, the phone also hangs very much, and
      the vibration of the phone shakes an entire table .
      I have called for the replacement that day itself, but on talking with
      more than 5 executives, everyone is telling the basic things to make
      it work, i have told many times that i have executed all these things
      but they are behaving very arrogantly and talk to as making us fool, this attitude towards customers is not at all bearable, The main
      point is that nobody has registered the request of replacement and it
      has been almost a full day of my complaint and intermediate calls to
      Flipkarts customer service team, I dont get any sort of positive
      response .

        I made an order on 10.05.2021, product delivered on 16.05.2021. product is an asus vivobook. But I had received a different model of the same brand. Return request was raised on the same day.but Flipkart took it 13 days i.e on 29.05.2021 to respond, I had been calling continuosly from 24.05.2021 everyday but there was a delayed response. On 29.05.2021, they asked me for some photos, I had sent everything except for aadhar card of mine(forgotten).Flipkart did not even care to ask about the aadhar but they had rejected the request. I again raised the request and on 02.06.2021 at 04:17 pm, I got a call saying that the return is accepted, product will be collected in 24-48 hours and refund will be done.but today is 06.06.2021, and I had tried calling customer care and all they care to say is it will be resolved by 13.06.2021 again and they are disconnecting the call while I am on hold.it is taken almost a month now, I need the product badly.

          Hi,

          Please find the attached files for your reference. The issue that I'm facing here is like once I give CVV number, it should route me to NO Cost
          EMI option. I tried this 3-4 times. But it took me to the OTP and payment section. I thought that after giving it might show EMI option, so I entered OTP and full amount got debited from my account. Now I have to pay full amount in my next month's credit card bill. I spoke with Flipkart customer service executives and without resolving my issue they are simply closing the ticket as resolved.

          Please look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

                We have ordered hp pavilion core i7 laptop with order ID OD[protected] on 16th May 2021 worth Rs. 80, 816 and the delivery happened on 24th May 2021 around 11 pm. When I open the box I found an old used Acer laptop in place of hp laptop I ordered. I raised the complaint at 1.30 pm on 24th May 2021 and requested for a refund. They promised to resolve the issue by 5th June 2021. The return request was not at all approved, meanwhile they asked me to submit a consent form to file a FIR post on 30th May 2021. I provided all the details along with the Id proof as requested but nothing happened post that. They cancelled the return request without any intimation. Post cancelling we got a mail saying the details furnished for the consent form is not sufficient and they would need additional details else the return request would be cancelled which is already cancelled by now. Also the additional details requested is also not clear. When we called to customer care and asked to reopen the return request, they updated the return request that we placed on 24th May 2021 to 5th June 2021 and reopened the issue. Would need help in getting this issue resolved and getting my refund back

                      I ordered Mi mop p for my parents as my father is facing brain stroke. I ordered it on 5th may and flipkart promised me to deliver before 13th may. I ordered it with my credit card.
                      Flipkart cancelled it even without a phone call causing a fine from bank side

                      I got it for 20167 INR as an offer price
                      Would like to get the same as product is in my nearest warehouse

                      Above one was my previous complaint
                      As a resolution flipkart called me and asked to order the mop again and i did the same
                      again flipkart cancelled the order after reaching the nearest destination
                      which caused me a loss of 2900 Rs,
                      why flipkart is continuously doing this?
                      purchasing was done on 21st may and got cancelled on 4th June
                      please help me to sort this out
                      flipkart even promised me not to cancel this order

                          I ordered 2 memory card 1 is 128 gb and other 64 gb namely SanDisk and samsung respectively but when I opened that I am shocked both product are Missing plz help me sort out that my return request rejected and my account is blocked product price is 1980rs they are not giving my money back plz look into that issue

                            Flipkart company is fooling me around 7 days and everytime they will reply like we ae sorry for taking longer than expected to resolve the issue .

                            They are not refunding the product and not even exchanging the product. Even though they have asked me multiple times for the id proof like pan, adhar and i have submitted it twice .

                            Please take urgent action on them as it is comes under their policy, then also they are not resolving and fooling customer.

                                Flipkart sended me refurbished product and delay in replacement/return.

                                Maine flipkart Avita ka liber 3500u laptop liya tha, but seller ne mujhe refurbished product send kar diya uski brand seal open thi,

                                Pehle flipkart wale bole ki replacement ho jayega, fir unhone kafi time lagaya, fir mujhe phone karke Bolte ki replacement nahi ho pa Raha corona ki vajah se or fir bole ki return karwa dete hai, but return ke liye pickup schedule hua subah...

                                      Sir i dont receved my product coz i entered my pin code on order was wrong. And that adress not exist in that pin code in which product deliverd so how it got delivered and who take that i dont know and i dont give otp for receiving product so how it get deliverd and to whom i dont know who receved my parcel.after receive message that my product deliverd i call 30+times to deliveryboy but they didnt pick up call. number provided by flipkart valid for 1 day so after that call not connect and i told to flipkart then they not respond say tomorrow tommorw but no action against his delivery boy. They didnt give my product and not give refund . My product was syska led bulb 9watt 2pic of 156rps with online payment. order id OD[protected] . SIR PLS HELP. Pls help yo give either product or refund
