This is to inform you that i ordered a honor smart watch from flipkart on 11th may (COD) whose order id is OD[protected] but by mistake I've choosen my delhi address and currently i'm in Lucknow ( I've no idea about it until the delivery agent told me). On 12th may i got a message from your side that product is out for delivery . I've no cash so i paid the required amount through Gpay upi on 12th may. After some time i got a call from delivery agent and he told me that he is outside from my apartment for delivery then i realised my mistake and i asked him to cancel the order. It's been 17 days i'm continuously taking follow up with their customer support team but they didn't help me.

As per conversation with their customer support team, order has not been cancelled yet that's the reason refund has not been initiated yet. But i've gone through ekart's tracking page where it shows the product has been cancelled on 12th may at farukhnagar

On 22nd may i got a call from flipkart and they provided a reference ID and told me that your refund has been processed from seller side but till now no refund has been given to me . I also checked with my bank but didn't got any solution. As per conversation with my bank( SBI), they can't provide any details regarding this reference ID.

    My name is Akshit Gurjar and i ordered a tripod and ring light from flipkart and the my order contains tripod and ring light both as we can see in the below screenshot they clearly mentioned in their in box contains but when i got delivery they only delivered tripod and when i complained about it they arranged me a replacement and when i got replacement same thing happened with me and then i ordered another brand's same category product but therefore the same thing happening with me means i want to say they are not delivering the right product also after my complaint and i am getting suffered because of replacements. My money and time is getting wasted because of Flipkart.

        I order mobile on 2oth may 2021 and do payment online (Prepaid Order) they promise to deliver me on 22nd may 2021,
        after so many times call they are unable to deliver even after 25th may 2021, then they are ask me time for 27th may 2021, this time also not deliver then again they ask me again new deadline for 28th may 2021, but again they are unable to solve my problems
        now on 29th may 2021 they again ask me to wait for 24 to 48 Hours
        even after so many times ask to talk senior team but no any reply from Flipkart

            I have recently booked a poco x3 pro phone. As soon as it is delivered I have opened the box and I was shocked that charger is not present in box. So I have placed a replacement but it was cancelled without my knowledge then I saw return option so I have placed return the it was too cancelled without my knowledge. So I have contacted flipkart customer service again then they said that -"presently it is in return cancellation stage so we can do anything pls try again after 24 - 48 hrs". So I have done the same thing and called after 48 hrs. They said "our concerned team will contact you by 30may2021". They contacted me today i. e., 29thmay2021. He said-" I will provide an amount of 400 rs but I said no I want to return it as it's performance was also not good. " Then he said -"contact the the flipkart service then they will provide return. " So I have called flipkart many were knowing what is the issue and disconnecting the call. But nobody was solving the issue. At last one said that the return window has been expired we can not do anything. Are you thinking this is fare flipkart? This will be a serious action. So place return and refund my money as soon as possible. Don't play cheap tricks😡😡

                  My order # OD[protected] and I raised return request on may 5, 2021 but it's cancelled on 13 may and raised other return request which is cancelled on 21 may due to operational issues and on 21 may raised new return request by mudait tyagi(flipkart executive) and promise that if it's cancelled this time, company provide you full refund that's our promise. I have voice record and send to flipkart but again return cancelled on 28 may.

                      Last year flipkart blocked my account but my all pay later dues are clear.

                      But account is still active in my cibil score with 0 overdue.

                              I have ordered "Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]" on 19th June 2021 and the delivery date was 26th June 2021. But, now it is not delivered and changed to 28th June 2021. The status shows that the product is already in Mumbai.

                              As per the Ekart logistics tracking status, I could see that the product reached already the nearest courier point on 24th June itself. But, it was still extended for 4 days. i.e 7+2 = 9 days.

                              I called up customer care to check "when the order was just taking 9 days to deliver when I order a product from the seller, why it took an additional 2 days when the product is already in my city and near the delivery place".
                              To resolve these glitches (b/w Flipkart & Ekart) I have to wait till 30th May. I asked to escalate to the next level and he said, my next level would give the same reply. A lady named Bharti spoke to me and said it will be delivered by 27th June.

                              Not sure how Flipkart is recruiting such people and assigning them to customer care and supervisor departments. God save Flipkart with such employees in customer care support.

                                    I was earning good money from Flipkart Affiliate in the 2014 to 2017 period. But later it went down due to some personal reasons. Recently I started everything again and trying to get back.
                                    From August to April the total earnings is around 70K.

                                    I have already updated bank details 6 months back. So it should send me my commission monthly but it has not been sending money from till now.

                                    They are giving no response on contact email.

                                    I feel like cheated of 70K money and that also from a trusted Indian site. Need my money in bank or a strict complaint of fraud against Flipkart for not sending approved balance to bank.

                                      I brought a dr.trust thermometer gun, but I have received apple cider vinegar bottle instead. When I asked to return the wrong product, they are rejecting the return request even after sending the wrong product photos.
