I have booked a usha wall fan on 21/05/21 it shows delivery on 23/05/21 with an order id OD[protected] and paid for it, on the day delivery is postponed to 25 th may, I am looking for my order. It not reached to me. Then i called customer care they told that we solve ur problem with in 31 st may. Today 05/06/21 now itself also the prosuct is not delivered. Yesterday flipkart executive told me to cancel the order and make a new order, how is it possible for a prepaid order. I checked for the same product, its price is increased and out of stock for my desired address.

    I ordered a Realme buds air 2 from Flipkart on
    30th May 2021 and it was delivered on 1st June 2021, I open the package, but there is no charging cable inside and also a complaint with one earbud. I complaint about this to flipkart but they are providing any kind of help i dont know what to do.I made three return request, but all request are cancelling even asking me nothing, please help me, return will close on 8th June 2021

        I ordered acer 23.8 inch Full HD LED Backlit IPS Panel Gaming Monitor (VG240Y) in 28th may 2021. Since then the delivery status is frozen, not being packed or dispatched. The initial delivery date was 4th june 2021 and I haven't recieved it yet. Please delivery it fast. The seller is OmniTechRetail

          I have ordered a realme 8 pro phone from flipkart on 28june the order no. Is OD[protected] but they canceled the order due to their some reasons but the problm is i had made a payment through j&k bank credit card with EMI toady i called the bank to close the said EMI amont but they asked me to pay 3% and GST for pre closure of EMI .which is not my fault to pay this 3% and GST its the fault of flipkart but they are completly ignoring my calls they refusng to pay this ..and further they still didnt refunded me the amonut of 17999 and i want they to pay that 3% and GST of preclosre of EMI.

            I have order a Phone from Flip kart POCO C3 (Matte Black, 32 GB) (3 GB RAM). toady (04th June 2021 )

            My Order No. OD[protected]

            Customer care is poor they intentionally dropped the call. and Later said that Sir Billing and shipping address will be same i cant change the address.

            I want the item to be delivered as per shipping address given and on the Invoice i want a Billing address which is of my company.

            They said this cannot be done. This is not the issue with Amazon where this is possible. Then Why Flipkart is not able to do it.

              I ordered an Orient BLDC Fan from flipkart, it arrived on 3rd June, 2021 & I paid through cash on delivery. But when I opened th package, I saw that I received the wrong product. I've ordered Brown color Fan, but they sent me White one.
              When I asked them, they're asking me to send my ID proof for verification. I'm initiating the return, the person who ordered it. Isn't this sufficient to ensure that I'm the customer who bought it?

                    Hello Sir, This is to bring to your notice that, the above product(Karbonn K9 Smart mobile phone) was ordered in Flipkart recently and since the product was not performing we booked the cancellation or return of this product on the same day.But, inspite of frequent call request to the customer care, none of the customer care executives are ready to resolve the issue.Also, we were not allowed to speak to the next escalation manager.
                    Need your intervention to get our refund book.

                      E Gift card, not getting redeemed

                      I'm trying to apply a gift card costing 5000 INR. Everytime it throws error ""this card belongs to a wallet and direct transaction are not allowed on this card." or "EGV Token call failed".
                      No one helps from customer support, pathetic service. looting people and running their business on miseries of other people.

                      I have made a purchase on Jan, 2021 of ₹1, 999 from Flipkart of Realme Buds Air Neo + Spotify Premium of 6 Months.I received the buds but didn't get the bundeled spotify premium of 6 months.
                      I waited till march, 2021 but still I didn't receive any code then i contacted them back and they didn't resolve my problem.
                      Now when i contact them back on may, 2021 they say that Spotify was to provide the code and now we can't help you.
                      Then i spoke to spotify they said we can't help you and please contact flipkart support.
                      I have mailed the copy of conversation with spotify support to flipkart and they say we can't help you and bye.
                      I said i will file a complain for e-commerce fraud for this they said ok you may ...
                      so please help me. If you need any other conversation proof i will share further.

                          I was a loyal customer of flipkart. I had ordered a shorts for my kid, it dint fit so opted for returning it n all of a sudden error pops that ur account is blocked due to malpractice n high returns. I dint know how can one malpractice or high returns by a single short. It’s obvious tat if a item is missing or not fitting v return it. But how can they insult by blocking n telling malpractice? N they haven’t mentioned anywhere tat how much number is the highest for returning. Had called n requested several times to customer care to unblock but it’s not resolved it, it’s been more than six months now.

                              I have created flipkart account five or six years back with a mobile number and that number is blocked by Airtel company and given to another person now I m using new number and from five years

                              The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                  I Placed an order on 31st May 2021 with Order ID: OD[protected] &Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]. Today i.e on 03.06.2021 i received a message stating my order has been delivered to some Bhanu Pratap Singh who is not known to me neither he is anyway concerned to me. The delivery gave didn't even call me or verified. Please look into the matter so that i can get my product as soon as possible.
