I ordered an Orient BLDC Fan from flipkart, it arrived on 3rd June, 2021 & I paid through cash on delivery. But when I opened th package, I saw that I received the wrong product. I've ordered Brown color Fan, but they sent me White one.
When I asked them, they're asking me to send my ID proof for verification. I'm initiating the return, the person who ordered it. Isn't this sufficient to ensure that I'm the customer who bought it?
