Hi,

I purchased Motorola ZX2 40 inches in Flipkart. 1st June, 21 is the my installation date. Till now no one reach me. Everyday I'm getting new installation person number. He is not all responding. Number of times I call to them no one answering properly. I'm disappointed with service.

I'm trying all the customer care numbers of Flipkart and Jeeves. All these are playing with customers.

    I would like to brief the entire scenario for the better understanding of my issue.

    1. I have placed the order on Flipkart for Flipkart Perfect Homes Opus Engineered Wood Queen Box Bed (Finish Color – Melamine Wenge) on 01 May 2021 with Order ID – OD[protected]. The order was delivered on 08 May 2021 and the same day I got a call from Jeeves Technical team for installation. After my confirmation the same day installation was scheduled. During installation it was identified by the Technician that there was a manufacturing defect and the product assembling/ installation could not continue. He further initiated for a return/ replacement of the defect order.

    2. The return was scheduled on 08 May 2021 approved on 11 May 2021 and the pick up was duly done on 16 May 2021. (Not to forget during lockdown period)

    3. The replacement order was created after return approval with Replacement ID –[protected] dated 11 May 2021. Initially the product was supposed to be packed on 24 May 2021 & shipped on the same date with expected delivery on 26 May 2021 and Installation on 31 May 2021. Later on the delivery was rescheduled to 29 May 2021.

    4. I got a call from Flipkart’s senior team on 30 May 2021. She had informed me that the order was delayed and since the customer should not experience this, Flipkart is crediting a gift card for INR 500/-. I clearly mentioned on call saying I do not want any compensation or I do not demand for it as I am waiting and also ready to wait even longer. After disconnection of call I was shocked to see in the app showing that Issue is Resolved. I immediately sent a mail clearly informing my intentions that I am ready to wait for the order and not to cancel the order. I also informed that if in case the colour of the product is not available the seller can choose any colour based on availability. After sending the mail, the issue was again changed from Resolved to Unresolved.

    5. As of yesterday (02 Jun 2021), I got a call again and the Flipkart’s support person was asking to cancel the order from my end. It was denied from my side. After some time, I again got a call from another support person asking for cancellation of the order from my end. It was also informed that as a goodwill gesture I will be credited with INR 500/- from the seller. It was clearly denied from my side. After completion of call I was again shocked to see that issue status was updated as Resolved wherein there was no resolution provided on call.

    6. I was very upset that the issue was marked as Resolved without any consent/ confirmation from the customer. Later on, I raised call back request through app to explain the issue to the senior team.
    1st call – Connected and I requested for transfer to senior team. Call was put on hold and disconnected.
    2nd call – Connected and I requested for transfer to senior team. Call was put on hold and disconnected.
    3rd call – Just 1 fraction of ring and disconnected
    4th call – Connected and I requested for transfer to senior team. Call got transferred and within few seconds disconnected.
    5th call - Connected and I requested for transfer to senior support team. I was denied for transfer. Later on, after insisting agreed to transfer call and put on hold and disconnected again.
    6th call – Connected and I requested for transfer to senior team. I was assured the call will be transferred and I remember it was this time only the call was connected to the senior team. I had to explain the entire issue again which is a very frustrating moment after experiencing all these. Further after checking the details, she told me that I would have got a call already and asking to cancel the return order and to place a new return request. I was told that this was the comments in the profile related to the order. I really do not understand how I can cancel the return request for which the return product was already picked up on 16 May 2021. I told the same to her and also, I informed that I received a mail stating the seller is unable to deliver the order and I need to cancel the order from my side. She told me that if I accept, she can cancel the return and place a new return order. I denied saying I will not accept for cancellation of the order.

    I would like to bring to your kind notice that the same product (different colour) is available for delivery to my location now also (ref attachment).
    In reference to that I have already conveyed my intensions multiple times to Flipkart’s support team that I am ready to accept any colour as per sellers choice/ availability. But still there was no genuine effort made by the support team to contact the seller and inform the same. Instead, I had to face the harassment of getting calls and asking to cancel the order. I am a Flipkart Plus customer from Day1. I am not satisfied with the service provided for this particular order which is a "Flipkart's own product -Flipkart Perfect Homes"

    I had to finally reach out to social media team/ consumer forum to escalate the issue further for a positive resolution. Hope to get the issue resolved at the earliest.
    I am ready to wait for the order and also ready to accept any colour of seller's choice/ availability in a good condition. I want the product to be delivered. I do not want refund for the product.

    NOTE: Local restrictions in Karnataka for e-commerce delivery of all items was lifted on 26 May 2021.

    As an update for this ongoing issue, I placed a new order for the same product and with the same address from my friend's Flipkart account. The order is accepted as on today (screenshot attached) and the delivery is expected by 10 June 2021. However my order for which the replacement was approved on 11 May 2021 is yet to be delivered.
    This is very much frustrating for a loyal customer. When the seller can accept a new order (COD), he is unable to deliver the replacement product for which the payment is prepaid on 01 May 2021.
    Upon this order confirmation, I had contacted the Flipkart's customer care team to inform the details and to cancel the new order, however I was told the new order cannot be cancelled.
    I would like to mention that I am not in a position to accept the new order and pay INR 12, 736/- whereas I had already prepaid for the same product and awaiting replacement.
    I can accept the new order if the same is treated as a replacement of my previous order without any requirement for me to pay.
    If not, please cancel the new order and deliver the replacement order.

      I have received this defective product. Creat a return request but I am not getting any customer support from your side. You have mentioned 7 days replacement Policy but your customer excutive is not accepting my return request. Worst experience from flipkart.

        Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
        I had purchased the same phone from flipkart itself and it doesn’t recognise now!! I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know

          I ordered a hp laptop from Flipkart on 25th may 2021. The first promised delivery date was 30th May 2021. Then they extended it further to 3rd June 2021. But I can't see my product getting delivered to me even today. The customer care executives are just giving me false hopes that it'll reach me on time. They aren't even updating the status of my product. It is the worst experience. I am their regular customer but I don't see mysel[censored]sing the site ever again.

            I placed an order on 28th May, but on June 1st the order was canceled automatically without any notification. This should be purely considered as a Breach of Contract! I noticed that the same item is still available on the Flipkart website from the seller deliverable to the same address.

              Recently paid 4892/- for month of May'2021 through UPI and same amount been debited from my account. Hence amount debited but didn't receive any confirmation from Flipkart.

              Kindly look into this and resolve it or arrange call back so that i can explain and you can come to know easily

                  My order costed Rs.1259, and main items Emami Refined oil 5 packets and Coconut Oil 1 litre were missing in my order.
                  I have raised the items missing issue from the date of Delivery, which is May20th, and till now I have not received any solution.
                  When I request for a call back, customer care executives just say your concerned will be resolved within 3 days and this has happened atleast 5 times, but I have still not received my money or the items missing.

                    Returns are very common in online selling platform’s
                    Because as a buyer’s we don’t the exact quality of a item what the seller is sending ... so we will
                    Receive, install item and check the item quality is item is good or not

                    If the item is good we will keep like that only, if not we will return to the seller as we got the item,

                    I am using my flipkart account since 3 nearly I had purchase above 5 lakhs rupeee items ..

                    Let’s think : I had ordered Nearly 100 items in flipkart, In that few items you people only cancelled as seller cancel you people say like that time, I say that to you ok sir, I had returned only below 25 items from since 3 years ..

                    As up to me this is a not good to account blocked the account.

                    How ever, Treat this is my first time excuse and please Unblock my account I kindly request to you that please unblock my account Because their is a rupee 2800 rs in my flipkart wallet and 1100 super Coins, please I am requesting you

                      Preorder was placed on 17.05.2021 upon full payment of Rs.49990.00
                      Delivery was scheduled by 30.05.2021.
                      Flipkart informed delay in delivery mentioning logistics constraints. Delivery was rescheduled on or before 06.06.2021.
                      Was in touch with their customer care and they assured that the product would be delivered within stipulated time. This continued till 01.06.2021.
                      On 02.06.2021, all on a sudden Flipkart informed to cancel the order from our side mentioning operational problem.
                      How Flipkart as well as their partner Retailer send such an unprofessional request after 17 days of payment which is indeed a breach of conduct. If there is a genuine problem, how they can execute the Preorders placed on 25.05.21 keeping the Preorders of 17.05.2021 pending !!!
                      My concern is not the refund, but the manner in which Flipkart & their partner Retailnet acted. If there is an issue why they waited for 17 days to act?
                      I do not want a refund.
                      I want my ordered product from Flipkart immediately.

                        I ordered a realme 8 Pro (Infinite Black, 128 GB) on 29 may 2021 through flipkart. When i was tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

                        They Created ticket INC[protected] they said wait for june 4 th first angin they extended to june 7th to resolving the issue, they are not promising in the mail format (Only saying issue will be resolved like wise they sent a mail) but the june 4 or june 7 it not reflected in the Flipkart application delivery section.
                        I had conversion Flipkart agent so many time, they are given the wrong information to me, few of agent are said wait for june 4 and some agent are said cancel the product as the pincode is not in the service area
                        But again rechecked in site my pincode 506169 is in service area only.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          Kindly refund Rs 29, 740 against cancellation of Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC - White-Order ID - OD[protected].

                          The order was cancelled from your end on 18.05.2021 as I had requested for change in delivery address within the same city which customer care could not process.

                          Refund from flipkart is pending since last 14 working days and I am not getting satisfactory reply from customer care.
                          Kindly get the refund of Rs 29740 processed to my account

                                  Regarding the product CLOROX Liquid Bleach Regular 500 ML i buy this product from Flipkart.com but i was really disappointed after receiving my order as when i see the details on the bottle the MRP (inclusive of all taxes) is just 90/- INR but i ordered it for 249/- as they are selling on high price find the attached invoice for your reference (From-EVcart seller)

                                  They charged more than 150% extra so I would like to bring this to your attention on this matter kindly please take necessary action against this kind of activity.
