Flipkart first cancelled my order and then on the same day they blocked my account. I have ordered sound core life note headphone with order id OD[protected] first they debit the amount from my cc and then immediately cancelled the order at their own end when I called customer support they said my order is rejected due to bulk quantity but while I am placing an order there is nothing such restriction even the product under buy more save offer kindly stop harassing the customer unblock my account and provide the same order at least one quantity with the same price.

    On Order Date:[protected] I have purchased my Motorola One Fusion+
    Twilight Blue and from that day the ear phone point is not working and the phone was hitting due the charger i thought it will be solve but now its not charging there is no damage on charger and USD Wire, I have warranty till next September i discussed with Motorola Team and its been more than 24 hour there is no changes and they said we cant do replacement you have to do from where your purchased so am requesting you please take it as serious issue and do my replacement.

    Its not solved and not an single person from Flipkart contacted me so far and am unable to use my phone they are truly disgusting, am losing my work and communication please revert back.

      I ordered Thomson TV and it got delivered before 6 days. Flipkart assured that they facilitate the ac installation through jeeves. But still date no updates from jeeves and flipkart ppl saying we ll escalate the complaint and issue will be resolved by 14th may. Flipkart doesn't care about the customers once the product is sold. If there is any problem how i ll be come to know if it gets installed after 14th. Really it sucks. Pls help to resolve this issue.

        I purchased food product banana chips package from flipkart delivered on 01 May 2021, worth 240/-. I noticed that the package was damaged and torn on multiple ends. I raised complaint with flipkart on 02 may, I was told that complaint will be resolved by 08 may but till today nothing done from flipkart !!! This shows lack of empathy that flipkart shows towards customers during pandamic, flipkart is selling items without proper packaging n encourage sellers by not taking action.

        Flipkart is also cheating customers by only publishing positive reviews but blocking negative ones!! I am attaching the screenshot proof of damaged package

        I need flipkart to pay me compensation for harassing n cheating by selling a damaged food item

          seller sent empty box only having warranty card and user manual.

          I raised return request as missing item, They blocked my account

            Flipkart videos Quize Zone Ladies vs gentleman not giving assured awards as there is mention that atleast some super coinswill be awarded after completing and claiming of won prizes.but unfortunately it doesn't happen.so wasting so much time in the hope to get some prizes totally unsatisfied me.I sure will lost faith in fllpkart if they don't look into matter as soon as possible.Thank You Flipkart.

              I booked an air ticket with flipkart on Aug 10, 20 (PNR H2L8N) which i cancelled on the same date but i cancelled it i called flipkart customer care and they assured me that i will get a full refund. And its been more than 8 months and i still didnt get the refund.i have mailed the, I have talked to 14 customer care executive and have provided my bank details already but nothing seems to work.

              It looks like flipkart like to torture their customer and to waste their customer's time and like to play around with them. It seems like flipkart dont want to give the money back. And if that is the case then i have to take legal action against it for torture, fraud and not giving my money back.

                This is regarding my order id OD[protected]. This order includes 5 items. I was having fitting issues with these products so i had raised a return request for these on 7 may 2021. Till now the pick have not been completed. The deadline for completing pick up was 10 may but on 10th may they had rejected my pickup without visiting my doorstep. I had written mails to Flipkart many times but there is no response to it. Even the customer care executives are also not providing me with any resolution.
                Please help me as soon as poss.

                  I ordered Sanitizer (Order ID - OD[protected] on 26th of April and date of delivery was 10th of May. On 10th of May the product was showing at my city but they cancelled from there end. The price of Sanitizer that time was 609 and now they are charging 800. Its quite important thing that i needed and after spending 14 days they cancelled it and when i talked to customer care they gave non sense answer like due to covid we cancelled it and you need to purchase fresh that is 800 rupees. They cheated on me. How they can do that this kind of stuff in this pandemic. I will expose you guys on social media for sure.

                    Order ID - OD[protected] this order placed 2 nd may 2021 date after delivered product its not working after battery insert so same day order replacement placed but when delivery boy came to deliver order for replacement they not accept it because this is covid 19 product so not accept to replacement so still date order not replacement and correct product not delivered customer care aslo not take action this matter solve this problem others I will take action return or refund my full money.

                      On 11th April I tried to place an order for a Laptop through netbanking but the order wasn't placed and the money got deducted which was Rs.108940. After contacting the bank I issued a refund on 15th and till then they've been saying nothing else but "we're looking into it, your problem will be resolved asap" until 19th when they asked for my bank statement then after that I didn't get any call after requesting several "call request" on their app I got a call on 21st and once again was asked for the bank statement only after saying that I already did they checked and said they've seen it and I'd be contacted asap. Then after not getting any call or email on 24th I made several tweets to the @flipkartsupport and got a call on 26th the guy said that they don't have the money, blamed it completely on SBI that they're the one who've got my money and asked me to submit a "chargeback form" to the bank, after searching I couldn't find anything with that name the only thing I could find after searching that along with "SBI" was "dispute form" which had nothing to do with netbanking as it was about card even after visiting the bank they said the same, all the others have said that the money was stuck in their end and didn't get to the merchant but this guy (initial S...A...M) denied and blamed it on SBI who also wasn't as polite as the others to say the least. Fast forward to 29th I was contacted after requesting several call backs and having sent messages, the lady said that it'd take 72 hours for approval and after that within 5 days I'd get the money back into my bank account I cried with joy after almost a month of agony as the money isn't small for a lower middle class family. After 8 days of waiting (Sundays excluded) which was 8th May I didn't get any mail or call let alone the money, the only thing happened was that they marked the issue as "Resolved" and the option to reply was gone, I thought about waiting two more days which is today (their working hours is 9am-9pm) but still nothing and now the issue isn't even showing anymore under the order section but just a phone I bought a few months ago. I even rated all their customer support personnels 5/5 including even the guy who denied having the money thinking that he helped me by telling me about the non-existent "chargeback form". This was my first time buying something from Flipkart through online transaction and that too this large sum of money and this is my experience.

                          Hi There,

                          I don't want to use your service or any of your products anymore. It's been 3 weeks I'm being misled, Please do refund my amount. I don't want to believe you anymore.

                          Undoubtedly, flipkart is such a big fraudulent organization, I'll never be going to use it anymore.

                          It's been almost 4+ weeks hearing pointless excuses by flipkart for replacing the damaged refrigerator delivered- OD[protected], When it comes to them, they don't deliver the fridge when customer delay the payment by even one day, now we are suffering from last 4 weeks, Will you be compensated this loss, damage, and frustration we are bearing. Very, very highly unsatisfied and unprofessional and fake organization.

                          I'll going to post the same to all the social media platforms so that others won't be getting tracked into such kind of fraudulent activities.

                          I'm literally done with you and will be taking consumer court help now. Such kind of organization should have been banned.

                            Ordered on 13th April 2021, Original Delivery date 15 April 21-nogo, Promised on 20th April no-go, postponed to 23rd April 2021 nogo. Again postponed to 27th April 21 - nogo. Promised to be resolved by 28th April 2021 - nogo. Next Promised date for Resolution 4th May 2021 - nogo. Still awaiting an update. However, the status is still not updated neither anyone from Flipkart is taking ownership of this issue.
                            This is a complete failure / Misguidance / False Promise / inappropriate status update / No proper communication from the support team.

                            Hello Team,

                            Still no update on the status. On 12th May I had got a call from Flipkart (Aditya) escalation team. He told me that he would look into this and call back on 13th May with an update. Still awaiting a response from Flipkart Team. No Callbacks have been made till date. On Flipkart website, the status shows as issue resolved. However, it's a false status update. attached screenshot.

                              I had made the payment for grocery items but the order wasn't placed. The first time I contacted customer care they asked me to wait for 24 hrs. for the refund to be made. The next time they said to wait for 8 working days which I did in vain after. The next time I even talked to their head who assured me to look into the matter never reverted back. I have every detail of the transaction. The payment was made through Google Pay so I even raised a dispute their. What's worse is that in my flipkart account the issue falsely states to be resolved.

                                  Hi, I returned a mattress for quality issues and amount is refunded in wallet and they locked the account. My account i used only to buy groceries during the time of covid. I am ok if flipkart not like to service me as customer. But they cant take back my wallet money which i got from other banks. flipkart will claim the voucher money from the banks without servicing me. Request flipkart to refund my wallet money.

                                      I have created flipkart account three years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.please πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™

                                        I still didn't get my refunded amount although it was the indigo flight that cancel the flight dur to operational reson, it has been 1 week, please look into this matter and when I log into my flipkart account I could not find any cancellation flight record neither I getting my refunded amount
