How do you feel when you order a red velvet birthday cake and you are delivered washing powder? Can you eat the washing powder ? This is how it is when I ordered Realme buds air 2 TWS and I get USB charger. It was so disappointing to open Flipkart cover as a birthday gift. I was so embarrassed in front of family on my son's birthday. Damn! The shops are also closed outside due to lockdown...else I would have got it from there for the occasion.

Can you replace the birthday boys emotions and avoid disappointment? You can never do that or compensate.
Act responsibly, never hurt anyone's sentiment by your fake product delivery. Please explain.

    Dear Sir,
    I'm Order a Mobile phone through e-commerce company Flipkart but i received different model of this Brand's Mobile So Immediately I Complaint to Customer support through call and mail but I don't receive any satisfaction response of Flipkart..Now Flipkart blocked my account.
    I request to you please help me..I don't understand what can i do now ?!! I request again Flipkart team please look out my matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible..

      My account is blocked stating that high number of returns being detected. The high number of returns will be for whoom who have ordered high orders. They Didn't have mentioned anything like you can't return more than this much, so why was it blocked. I request you to please tell them to unblock the same. I am neither reselling product nor am i fraud.

      Hi, I agree all the details you have provided in my previous grievance that why my account was blocked and refund of 3 products already provided. Now I want to how to unblock my account. As you have cancelled my remaining return request, so have you ever earlier notified that one cant return more than this quantity. If you have stated that earlier everyone should have followed that. The remaining product. Which i want to return having size issue for 3 of them and 1 of them i got different colour product twice but its return was rejected thrice saying courier partner saying delivery of product was intact.I agree that packaging was perfect but the product was of differemt colour of same brand. I have provided you requested details for same. So i want my all return request which was cancelled from your to accepted followed by refund of same. Also i need my account to be activated. And please dont give me same explanation which i am since last 4 days why my account was blocked and all return request cancelled. For this you have to notify to the customer earlier that you cant do this not by cancelling their request, account blocking and taking their hard earn money. I have provided earlier grievance snapshot too. Its not some free earn money in this pandemic. We are working in essential services so have some delicacy. So Actiavte my account, and accept my returns and refund my money. Also i have purchased multiple appliances, mobiles and electronic product in last few years which are in warranty so when i need their invoive where should i go. In email i have too much and its really impossible yo search from them. Everyone used to download their invoice from your application when required. Also i have paid one product from gift card of rs. 500 also whose return request was cancelled so i want that money too. So look into this with understanding the deepness of the situation. I am being your customer since 7 years. I have provided my UID and PAN card too as per your request even after that you do this. Its highly unacceptable. So please dont give same response as earlier why it was blacked and all. So provide solution.

        Hello,

        I've ordered a "USHA racer chrome 1200 mm Ultra High Speed 3 Blades Ceiling Fan (Rich Ivory, Pack of 1)", on 12th May 2021. And the product delivered today on 17th May 2021, but Only 3 blades there in package, nothing else.

        Dear Flipkart, How can Ceiling fan run without Motor. Only 3 blades are enough?

        this is the 2nd time I am facing such issues with Flipkart. Fedup. Can't understand what is the solution for this.

          I recently ordered a haier refrigerator from flipkart and it was delivered on 09-may-2021.

          On 10-may-2021 the installation guy came and told that the door gasket has an issue so it wasn't closing properly. He suggested to get it replaced. I requested flipkart for replacement on the same date.

          Asper flipkart policy again they arranged a tech visit on 13-may-2021 to confirm about the defect in the product. But suddenly on 13-may-2021 they cancelled the tech visit without intimation and said it was a technical issue when i called them afterwards.

          on 14-may-2021 they created another replacement for same order and taking that date as reference for replacement they mentioned to wait till 25-may-2021 for product to be delivered. For this also on 23-may-2021 tech visit to be done as per their policy.
          For a middle class person, paying around Rs.20, 000/- and waiting for more than 15 days to get proper product is very pathetic, in fact for anybody.

          Especially flipkart providing very pathetic service which are more seller favor and due to that customers are facing so many quality issues on product and their services. From 13-may-2021 i calling them every and in vain.
          They say customer to bear till the date they mentioned if it takes 20 days time to resolve. They don't guarantee about what happens afterwards also likewise in may case, they cancelled the replacement on 13-may-2021 and rescheduled to 25-may-2021.
          i want the replacement on or before 19-may-2021.Otherwise, i am demanding extra rs10000/- along with the refund amount for taking so much time for replacement and cheating customer with by changing replacement delivery date of the product which caused the delay of 15 days from actual date.

              I have order redmi note 9pro max mobile phone(order id OD[protected] at price 16999 from flipkart and i received on wed 12th may 2021but product is not well performing as i aspected later on claim return request to flipkart .company send technical member for software update on my house, he came and he checked the mobile he notice that software is not updated than i request him claim return request because i am not satisfied from the product .he said well i put return request but later on i receiived update on flipkart site that your return request is rejected.
              i am mentally disturb kindly help me.

                I purchased a Blue-Star window AC in April through Flipkart. I was delivered a defective A/C as follows - Blue Star 1.5 Ton 5 Star Window AC - White (5W18GBTLV, Copper Condenser) at my Vaishali Ghaziabad address. I stay in Mumbai and had ordered the AC for installation at my parents residence in Ghaziabad.

                Blue-Star Installation engineer advised at the time of Installation on 6th May that A/C is not cooling and has some defect. Then Blue-Star collected the A/C on 8th May to take it to workshop for checking the issue and later reported that Condensor coil is leaking and they will take 1 week for repair. I insisted that I want a replacement as it is a brand new product which has been delivered in a defective condition. They asked me to contact Flipkart for replacement as AC was purchased from FlipKart. I informed
                FlipKart all the details and asked for a replacement immediately. But now I see that Flipkart has logged the issue as - "I want to know the details of the authorised service centres for an item". This is false logging of the issue. The real issue is that a defective product was supplied, which should be replaced immediately. I also gave necessary proofs to Flipkart customer care regarding the incident. I request a prompt replacement of the A/C. I had come here to attend my parents who were COVID infected and infact lost my father on 9th May. I had requested immediate attention while complaining to Flipcart. I need to leave for Mumbai by 25th May along with my mother who is now recovering.

COMPLAINT ON THIS SITE IS MY LAST HOPE AS I AM PLANNING TO NOW SEND THE AC FOR REPAIR. PLEASE DO SOMETHING IF YOU CAN.

                  My order no : OD[protected] i have purchased a product from flipkart and product was missing in the box and package is also damaged sealed is also damaged totally disappointed and harassed by flipkart last 1 month I’m following up no resolution provided no calls nothing I have mentioned my issue on high authority, Twitter etc but all are beggars and thief help me to resolve my issue and refund my money from flipkart otherwise I’m filing a case on flipkart in newspapers headlines.

                      I want to change my phone number in my flipkart account and I don’t have access to my old number.
                      When trying to update, it is sending otp to both old and new number.
                      Tried to reach flipkart support but they are saying, there is already a account with my new number.
                      They are not providing any solution to that.
                      I have orders from old number and want to continue to same account.
                      Please help

                                As per Flipkart policy we return item within return policy but Flipkart cancelled it with unfortunate reason now Flipkart is denied to return it as saying seller not accepting return.

                                  The Ekart Logistics says it's in the Motherhub_Jks since the last 12 days.
                                  Kindly look into the matter and make my product delivered.

                                    We ordered a fossil watch from Flipkart to gift someone. Watch was received and gifted and within 1 week the watch stopped working and we requested return and replacement which was received (order ID - OD[protected]
                                    The replacement received also turned faulty and now Flipkart wants us to work with fossil service center. For one it's an embarrassment to gift someone and then find product faulty and that too a branded one twice. Also how do we now chase service center when we bought from Flipkart. We feel faulty products being sold by Flipkart for branded stuff and put the trouble on customer to chase service center. Please assist to get a replacement from Flipkart.

                                      But delivered damaged and empty box, item missing in the box. So, i complain Flipkart customer care and after 5 min blocked my account, and conversion going on day by day and calls, emails but not solved my problem.
                                      One reason provide from Flipkart concert team detect our system high returns of your account but it's wrong reason provide me because i am order first time one item and also new account.
                                      Please refund my money or provide new product. I don't want my account to be unblocked.

                                        Have created flipkart account 4/5 years back with a mobile number 3/4 years ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.
