This is to bring notice about my product, which was supposed to be delivered on 4th May 2021, however my package hasn't arrived yet.

Here comes the agony with your services. Nobody in customer care knows a deadly squad about my product and when it will be delivered. I am sorry to inform you that a complaint is raised and it says your problem will be resolved by 10 May (Indefinite) which is absolutely a shame on the company.
I am attaching a screenshot of the delivery status which is provided by flipkart.
Anybody would laugh at the stupidity that the product reaches near my place (Patancheru Hib) and goes back to Shamshabad which is 50 Km away from the place and this is happening everyday.(Screenshot attached)
Here is my request. Could you look into the issue and arrange my product to be delivered tomorrow
